Camera a tema molto carina e ben arredata.

La camera si affacciava su un terrazzo, con tavolini e sedie, piuttosto trascurato. Un vero peccato non valorizzarlo di più. La doccia avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione.

Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable, avec une bonne literie. La douche était correcte et le réfrigérateur appréciable. L’emplacement est agréable, à environ quinze minutes du centre, avec une petite place très sympa à proximité, où l’on trouve notamment une pizzeria et un glacier. Le quartier donne une impression plus locale que touristique. La restauration proposée par l’hôtel est également pratique pour se poser après de longues journées de marche. Bon rapport qualité prix

La télévision est vraiment trop petite et présente peu d’intérêt. La décoration est assez kitsch et mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, même si ce style est assez fréquent dans certains hôtels en Italie.

La habitación es super comoda, con mini heladera ideal para viajar en verano. Baño muy cómodo y ubicación ideal para caminar al centro si quer3s ahorrar en transporte.

La categoría de 4 estrellas le queda gigantesca a este hotel; es un engaño total. Aunque el personal es amable, carecen de servicios básicos para esa categoría, como una recepción disponible las 24 horas. Lo que me pareció realmente inaceptable fue la falta de higiene en la habitación. Usé una de las tazas de café el primer día y se quedó sucia durante las tres noches siguientes. El servicio de limpieza entraba a diario a hacer el cuarto, pero ignoraban la taza por completo. Si entran a arreglar la habitación, lo mínimo que deben hacer es lavar o cambiar la vajilla que se ha utilizado. No se dejen engañar por las estrellas que dicen tener.

Una experiencia muy agradable en el Hotel Soggiorno Sogno Firenze. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. La habitación y las instalaciones resultaron cómodas, y la ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro de Florencia y de sus principales lugares de interés. Sin duda, una opción recomendable para visitar la ciudad.

Lack of coffee maker (only instant), the air conditioning was working but with 40°C outside was not efficient enough.

La doccia e da sistemare perché perde un po d'acqua, il resto tutto ok.

Кімната прохолодна, дуже важливо було влітку у спеку. Є міні холодильник, все в кімнаті чисто. Привітний дуже персонал. Тетяні велике дякую за допомогу та підказки. Всюди близько, розташування супер. Таксі з вокзалу 16€, до галереї Офіцці 20€, з площі Мікеланджело 25€. Автобусна зупинка доречі теж близько.

The location is excellent, not to close to the noisy center but also not to far away. The room was clean, sheets and towels changed every two days. Very quiet at night and comfortable bed. The staff was nice and helpful. We had David on the wall.

The room we stayed in didn’t have an iron and ironing board. It also didn’t have many power outlets - only one at the side of the bed. The light on the terrace didn’t really work at night, so I was smoking in pitch black. There was a fowl smell coming from the shower after using it, maybe from the sewers.

La habitación y el baño eran muy amplios. El personal es muy amable, nos recomendaron supermercados y cafeterías cercanas. En la habitación había una mini nevera y nos dejaron galletitas y cafetera

El aire de la habitación no enfriaba mucho y de vez en cuando hacia un poco de calor pero aún así muy recomendable

Abbiamo apprezzato lo stile vintage dell'albergo, la sua posizione e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli il giorno dopo.

La porta della stanza non siamo riusciti a chiuderla a chiave. Il letto non è comodissimo.

O quarto estava bem limpo e organizado, é muito aconchegante e decorado com o tema do mar!!! A Marina nos ajudou muito adiantando o check in, foi compreensiva e ágil.

É um pouco afastado das atrações da cidade, mas nada que tirei o charme do lugar.

Il bagno era piccolissimo privo di finestra e il rubinetto del lavandino perdeva acqua in più il soffitto era tutto rovinato.

The hosts are kind, the place is quiet , clean and stylish and have good connection to the city attractions.

Empfang persönlich, gute Betreuung durch das Personal, es wurde täglich geputzt, die Handtücher/ Bettlaken waren sehr sauber.Im Zimmer gab es einen Minikühlschrank und Wasserkocher/Tassen.Teebeutel/ Zucker und Instantkaffee gab es auch. Ich würde immer wieder dort buchen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Il terzo letto era posizionata in una zona senza clima, quindi molto calda

Mi sono trovata bene, ho trascorso una notte per la vicinanza al Teatro del Maggio Musicale dove ho assistito a un concerto. La stanza è carina e fornita dell’indispensabile e pulita, con frigo bar, bollitore fornito di tisane e biscotti. Il bagno pulito con prodotti d’igiene. C’è anche un terrazzino dove rilassarsi sempre aperto di giorno. Lo staff è stato molto gentile permettendomi di sostare alla reception prima di ripartire, dopo che avevo preso il bagaglio lasciato durante la giornata.

Прекрасное месторасположение, 15-20 минут пешком от всех достопримечательностей. Очень чисты апартаменты, ежедневная уборка. Замечательные хостесс Татьяна и Вера, очень приветливые и внимательные, готовы прийти на помощь в решении любых вопросов.

La mia camera aveva l’accesso al terrazzino condiviso, molto carino. La stanza è grande, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari (anche il bollitore con caffè e tè) e phon. Sicuramente un buona scelta se si vuole un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

干净的房间，位置还可以，虽然到火车站要走15分钟，但是坐巴士比较方便(离巴士站3-4分钟步行)，员工很友好，交接愉快，浴室的花洒也挺舒服的

没有电梯，电视下面的桌子立不起来(靠着桌腿中间夹着一个冰箱支撑，一旦位置有偏就会失衡侧倒)，最重要的是有员工每日清洁的时候收走了我的一袋全新的零食！里面有全新的薯片！虾片！水蜜桃！直接整袋收走了！我不认为那一大袋全新的零食看起来像垃圾😅

L’accueil était très amical et professionnel. Tatiana nous a permis de venir déposer nos bagages bien avant l’heure du check-in, et même de les laisser le lendemain si besoin, après le Check-out. Grand lit confortable et petite terrasse privative. Eau fraîche à disposition dans le lobby. Bien reliée au centre historique via plusieurs bus.

I was with my husband and 6-yr old daughter. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. Smaall walk to bus/tram stations.

Not that I don't like but more if you have heavy luggages, note there is no elevator. The staff helped us though in carrying luggages.

Великолепный дизайнерский номер. Администратор встретила очень тепло, подсказала всю информацию в которой я нуждалась. В гостинице есть все самое необходимое и даже чайник :). Благодарю за комфортный отдых

地理位置很好，距离火车站比较近，步行约15分钟，到老城区约半小时。 入住时前台非常耐心地介绍了房间，check out之后还提供了行李寄存的服务，太棒了！ 房间在二楼，为我们提供了不临街的安静房间。 酒店房间有一点小，但是设施齐全，有小冰箱。 房间和走廊的氛围很棒。

Great location and easy walk to main areas. Very old style which felt authentic & welcoming. Large room with private bathroom. Only downside is there is no bar or restaurant available.
