Rapporto qualita' prezzo eccezionale,stanza e spazi comuni pulitissimi, letto comodissimo, personale gentilissimo,ha un supermercato vicino e a pochi minuti a piedi si arriva al corso principale della citta'. La signora della reception mi ha anche regalato un bellissimo cappello di paglia :)

El hotel es estéticamente bonito, cuenta con habitaciones amplias. La ubicación no está tan lejos del centro, la avenida en la que se encuentra incluso es cambiable. Cerca hay un supermercado. El staff del hotel es super atento.

Solo considerar que el estacionamiento del hotel se encuentra cerca de ahí pero no inmediatamente a la vista saliendo de la habitación. De todas formas son muy atentos al guardarlos

- Lovely staff, Luis was amazing, always helpful and very friendly. - Location was close enough to the town and the Centro - The hotel atmosphere and the vibe was fantastic,, as it can be seen in the photos, very colourful and cosy and beautiful architecture. - also the internet was acceptable, but our room was on the ground floor very close to the internet wifi router, not sure about the other rooms

- The shower: shower head was mostly blocked 🚫 - No kettle in the room, no fridge, no coffee - I expected more, for the price I paid

The hotel is gorgeous!! The staff was super friendly and helpful with hailing a taxi and offering plenty of suggestions of places to go in the city. We were also able to check in early which was a pleasant surprise. The tv in the hotel has streaming services and the room was so clean. Plus the location is a good one near the city center!

I have no complaints! The only thing I wish I got to try was the restaurant in the hotel, but they were doing reservations so totally understandable.

El hotel no contaba con personal, solonuna persona para atender todo el hotel. Las camas incomodas y sin cobertores.nobtenian servicio de restauarante por lo mismo de la falta de personal.

La hospitalidad que nos ofreció Luis, siempre estuvo al pendiente de que la pasáramos bien, no solo en el alojamiento sino también en Oaxaca, se descansa muy bien , es una zona tranquila y no tuvimos problema alguno.

Goed bed, hoge plafonds, lekker koel ook zonder airco. Alles zag er verzorgd en netjes uit werden ondanks de late check-in vriendelijk ontvangen en gewezen op een restaurant wat nog open was (22.30). S’ochtends bij het ontbijt werden we uiterst vriendelijk bediend door de kokkin en die maakte het ons culinair naar de zin.

México tiene muchos hoteles que carecen de las comodidades a las que están acostumbrados los estadounidenses. Este hotel tiene todas las comodidades. Gracias por una excelente visita. Mexico has a lot of hotels that are missing comforts that Americans are accustomed to. This Hotel has all the comforts. thank you for a great visit.

Lugar cómodo y de acuerdo al precio. Lo único es que nunca funcionó el control para la televisión. Fuera de eso, todo bien.

Buon punto di appoggio per visitare Oaxaca (10-15 minuti a piedi dallo Zocalo), lontano dal caos del centro nei Dia de Muertos. Stanza abbastanza grande e confortevole. Una menzione speciale per Luiz, concierge accogliente, disponibile, appassionato e dedicato ai suoi clienti e alle loro necessita. Ci è stato di aiuto per i trasporti e nel proporci dei tour.

Manager, and all other staff were great. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Housekeeping cleaned every day. A/C, hot water , fresh drinking water were all accessible. First time in Oaxaca city , and their hospitality and attention was exceptional. This place is a stable for me moving forward for sure. Price for my entire stay was fair.

Limpieza excelente, muy bonito en sus habitaciones y en general el edifico muy bien el único detalle es el estacionamiento no se encuentra en la propiedad,y no puedes hacer uso de tu vehículo por la noche ya que los autos se quedan en una pensión que se queda cerrada, el jardín interior se encuentra descuidado

The service people up front were very attentive! The air-conditioning worked great and hot shower with great pressure on demand. This is a older hotel that has had its amenities updated but still has the old-Mexico appeal. The rooms are quiet away from the crazy night life. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelrs.

Liked cleanliness, nice running hot water in the shower, staff was pleasant and helpful, didn’t like the outside noise of surroundings.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel! My husband and I arrived early and Luis at the front desk was so accommodating and allowed us to check in early. He also gave us great recommendations for restaurants to try and must see places around Oaxaca City. Overall, our room was clean, spacious and exactly as pictured online. The property was beautiful and well maintained and the staff was so kind and helpful. I also liked that in order to enter the property you had to be buzzed in by the front desk- it definitely felt safe.

ホテルからソカロまでは徒歩15分ほどで夜歩いても危なくなかったです。スーパーも直ぐ近くにあります。無料の駐車場はホテルの２軒手前にあるlava autoになります。駐車場所の案内が事前にあれば分かりやすかったです。ホテル内は入り口は24時間ゲートが施錠されており、レセプションの方が開けてくれます。セキュリティ面でも安心です。ホテルの方は皆さんとてもフレンドリーで感じがよかったです。頼んでいませんでしたが、エクストラベッドも用意されていてありがたかったです。エレベーターはありませんので、重いスーツケースお持ちの方は要注意です。ウォーターサーバーも廊下にあるのでお水にも困りませんでした。これはメキシコでは意外とポイント高いです！！ 可愛らしいホテルで快適でしたが、唯一残念だったのが、シャワーの水圧が弱すぎてシャワーを浴びるのが大変だったことです。トイレの水などは普通だったのですが…。立地的にも良かったしまたこちらにお世話になりたいと思います。

Excellent people skills

El hotel en general está muy bien, solo hubo dos detalles que quizás no sean tan importantes pero al final del día no es excelente por ese motivo. Dos días en las mañanas no había agua caliente.

Great location and feel. Excellent food. We had lunch and breakfast once. A special shout out to the staff in particular Luis who was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. I don’t often experience being addressed by name from day one, as if I was a regular customer. To me this is hospitality at its best.

Our room was mostly quiet from outside noise, but the door was allowing a lot of noise from the hallway to come through. Not ideal if you’re trying to have an early night.

Good location, walking distance to Soledad cathedral, zocalo, Santo Domingo, November 20 market and other sites. Clean and large room, beautiful courtyard, and wonderful experience with staff. Thank you, Luis, for being so helpful, it made our stay excellent. Hope to be back in Oaxaca, and would definitely stay at this hotel.

Las instalaciones de área común son limpias, personal de recepción amable, pero la habitación donde estuvimos estaba sucia y con telarañas, las toallas sucias, no hay agua caliente, lo reportamos en recepción pero no hubo solución. Optamos por salir del hotel y buscar otro hospedaje

The staff was fantastic. Really helpful in small ways that made a big difference. Whatever questions or needs we had, they were able to answer and provide materials needed. They somehow knew it was my birthday and surprised me with chocolates and some sort of folded towel sculpture that was heartfelt, not merely a perfunctory service. I spotted the woman who prepared it and she was tickled, really joyful, at seeing my surprise and pleasure.

A little dark, but that is the nature of the building.

Very clean and spacious room, excellent service especially receptionist Luis was extremely helpful and caring. Close to downtown, a bit noisy due to a busy road in front of the hotel, earplug’s recommended. Beautiful courtyard.

We loved everything about this hotel from check in to checking out. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our requests, our luggage, our every need. The hotel is beautifully appointed, quiet, in a good, safe location. I cannot say enough about the restaurant’s breakfast and coffee. We loved staying there and we have reservations to return.

There was NOTHING about this hotel I didn’t like.
