Para que mi hijo no se cayera de la cama juntamos las 2 camas matrimoniales y al moverlas vimos la pared de atrás y el piso, estaba asqueroso, como si nunca hubieran barrido ni limpiado ahí. Igualmente todo estaba lleno de polvo, las vigas, la tubería, los muebles. Realmente muy sucio. El precio por una noche no fue barato.

No fue posible conectarnos a la red Wi-Fi durante nuestra estancia.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025Ubicación céntrica fácilmente llegas al centro, al malecón y a los restaurantes, cuanta con habitaciones triples así no se divide la familia ya que solo viajamos 5 personas 3 adultos y 2 niños y en otros hoteles te quieren a fuerzas dar 2 habitaciones
El personal muy grosero, desatentos, las instalaciones ya están muy descuidadas el hotel lo cierran a las 10:30 pm si llegas después hay que estar tocando la puerta, no cuenta con restaurante ni servicios adicionales

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025no hay desayuno, es lo basico, solo lo utilizamos para descansar , pues llegamos a la 1 de la madrugada y salimos a las 8 am. las camas son comodas y con clima. dentro del cuarto cuanta con lo basico., agua caliente, camas con sabanas y en el closet unos sarapes por si tienes frio. esta dividida cosa que nos agrado mucho.. en mi parecer... si lo ocupas solo para decansar como nosotros esta bien.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Habitación sucia igual que el baño, olía mucho a humedad, no tienen elevador, mucho ruido, los pasillos oscuros, en la entrada del hotel había una alcantarilla quebrada. No la recomiendo para nada. Muy caro para como está el lugar, no vuelvo a quedarme ahí.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025Las camas eran muy cómodas, y el que hubiera clima lo hacía perfecto, aunque cabría decir que se posicionara la cama del segundo piso en otro lugar, ya que allí pega directamente el aire acondicionado. Fuera de eso, el lugar está cerca de sitios turísticos como el Malecón, además de que hay sitios para comer muy buenos. La atención del personal se me hizo muy buena.
Los baños tenían un espacio limitado, principalmente para hacer las necesidades básicas, eso no se puede cambiar debido a que ya es parte del hotel, pero no me gustó; además de que el internet para teléfonos no llegaba con buena señal al cuarto, pero sí llegaba a la televisión para ver videos... era raro.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025The apartment was very nice in a colonial building within the city center. You can easily walk to the Malecon and iconic cafes. Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak English but was extremely friendly and helpful and we managed to communicate. Moreover, there is no free parking close to the hotel and if you come by car you have to park several blocks away and pay. Overall, the hotel was not in its best shape anymore but it is definitely worth staying in such an iconic place.

The rooms were clean daily and one of the best features was that they locked the main front doors at night and only people staying there would have access in. Giving it a safe atmosphere. At the price level and for the location it is a great hotel. The staff are supportive and relaxed. The rooms are clean and in functional state. it is a safe area to move around and most amenities are within walking distance.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2023This is the first time I got to stay in this hotel, I'm very familiar with the area. the place is clean. We had a junior suite the first night was fine but the rest we could clearly hear conversations from the rooms next to us. so it's not soundproof. the supervisor or the person in charge of reservations and the front desk can be at times rude and unprofessional, the other receptionist was really friendly at all times. Overall not a bad hotel y would go back again since the location is great and easy access to transportation, museums, and bookstores.

Reviewed May 18, 2023Me gustó la hubicacion, cerca del malecon del mercado de artesanías, del zócalo, a pesar de estar en medio de la ciudad no tuvimos problemas con ruido de tráfico para dormir (estuvimos en el segundo piso) el personal fue muy amable y nos dejaron ver habitaciones en ambos pisos y aunque mi mamá (77anos) batallaba para subir escaleras, disfrutamos mucho la estancia.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2023Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen stains on all bed covers this hotel is on main road for public transportation so very noisy windows are full of gaps and dirty so is very noisy I paid for four nights ended stay for two There was an event that weekend couldn’t get any other hotel But as soon I found availability in my favorite hotel we moved and left the pile on a hurry Didn’t even asked for reimbursement for remainder of days I want to donate that for cleaning supplies they need them bad and lots of TLC

El hotel cuenta con servicio de estacionamiento con costo extra para los clientes del hotel a una cuadra del hotel. La estacia fue muy agradable y cómoda además de estar céntrico y poder caminar por distintos lugares del centro.
