Hotel Viareggio

Camera accogliente e pulitissima. Letto comodissimo. Hotel moderno e personale gentilissimo!!!!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpfull at all times. One thing stands out particularly- the breakfast. Not only there was just about perfect variety, not so many 4 star hotels offer such breakfast, but were also going smooth, very well done. We've also tried out hotel's rental bikes, and had a nice stroll around the promenade. Highly recommended should also be hotels restaurant- had a dinner twice and both times it was spot on. Quite a variety of wines to choose from also. Must say that many hotels offer rooms with balcony, but this one also gives you a chance to enjoy your slow evening sitting there and having your private glass of wine. Thanks everyone for making our stay as great as it was. And of course for a very warm welcome.

We'd noticed some room for improvement when it comes to hallways, yet it sometimes looks like it needs a touch of something. Maybe add some art. Maybe it's just us. Would also have to point out the pool area. Not like there is not enough space to swim (just about 10 min. walk from the beach), but it looks rather sad, almost abandoned. Would make a great space for a small pool party.

Pulizia e personale e parcheggio gratuito

Un po anonimo

Good hotel. The breakfast was great, and there were plenty of large parking spaces. Overall, a high-quality hotel.

Reception accogliente Colazione Parcheggio gratuito Bici a noleggio

Staff disponibile e accogliente struttura bellissima e pulita

Personale estremamente disponibile e cortese. Difficile trovare difetto!

great staff v comfortable bed

location , great if you have a car , I didn’t and needed to be more central

Nice clean room and shower was good dark bathroom

Dark lightning in bathroom Swimming pool dirty unusable

Position géographique proche des plages et restaurants. Chambre bien équipée. Parking.

Mooie propere kamers. Personeel was supervriendelijk.

Sonst nichts.

Sehr gute Lage

Lovely rooms and parking was easy

Nothing

Hotel de bon sranding. Personnel accueillant.

The room was very clean, freshly laundered bedding and towels everyday, staff lovely.

N/A

The staff were so welcoming every time we walked in the hotel and helpful when asking any information. The rooms were immaculate and the shower particularly was great. The breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection. The location is a 5-10 minute walk into the main area of restaurants and cafes.

The only negative about this hotel is that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance, we seen this was the case 3 years ago on reviews. We didn’t think it would still be closed and there was no mention of this when we booked. Upon seeing the pool if it was open it was quite a small pool in person compared to the pictures. In 36°c heat it wasn’t ideal having no pool to use. Other than this the hotel was ideal.

Accoglienza dello staff servizio nelle camere ottime.

Amazing staff at reception and breakfast service. Very cleaned hotel. Breakfast was okay

Breakfast was okay but only scrambled Eggs and Bacon as salty option Bit to overpriced for a bed and breakfast only hotel with no other amenities like pool, gym etc

Ordine, pulizia e parcheggio

Stanza piccola x 3 persone. Ventola bagno non funzionante e wc piccolo

Nettes Personal! Kühle Zimmern. Sauber Gutes Frühstück

The staff was very nice, the location was perfect, it was 10 minutes walk from a free beach and the promenade.

Netheid helemaal top. Iedere dag schone handdoeken. Ontbijt ook prima

Parkeerplekken iets te weinig

Location great, staff were great, rooms were clean and well appointed, aircon worked well, good free parking facilities

Pool closed, the gym was closed, a little sterile lacking in atmosphere - bar prices were very expensive

Hotel moderno curato e pulito .personale molto gentile

Sehr bequemes Bett, schönes, helles Zimmer und super freundliches Personal

Staff super

Kedves segítőkész személyzet minden tiszta teljesen megfelet a mi elvárasainknak nagyon jol éreztük magunkat.

Mooi, zeer proper hotel.

Posizione e parcheggio. Camera pulita e fresca.

Caldo asfissiante nelle aree comuni e al ristorante.

Cortesia e gentilezza, pulizia

Piaciuto tutto

Pulizia, cortesia, colazione

Milý personál a dobré snídaně.

Friendly and helpful staff! Great room, spacious and modern. Flexible regarding time for cleaning. Woman travelling alone, always felt safe

The beach was a disappointment, but that is not the hotel’s fault.

Personale gentile cuscini e materassi Condizionamento

Smiling

The price and the 4* rating do not reflect the level and quality. The private beach clubs cost €70-80€ for the person or €55 with the hotel discount. However, none of the clubs were accessible – they said they were ‘full’ – even though there wasn’t a single person on the beach. A standard room doesn’t even have a coffee machine, and the maximum price per night is €100–130, not €250.

The hotel was a suitable base for our 4 nights in Viareggio - the free parking was a great addition and our room was clean, well air conditioned with all amenities working and doing the job just fine and comfortable bed. Our balcony was large, albeit over looking the back bin area (they could do with a cover on their bins which were full to the brim in hot weather for our whole stay). The staff member who checked us in (Steve?) was extremely pleasant, welcoming and informative and we were very thankful for the warm welcome :) We didn't include breakfast however the bar staff remembered our order every day and always served with a kind smile and helpful information! The location is great, perhaps 5 minutes walking (we are quick walkers!) to the promenade and close to the Free-beach access and plenty of restaurants.....Unfortunately there was a major issue on our last night, as there is a dark wooded park next to the hotel and we experienced harassment by a naked man, who stood outside the back of the hotel watching our balconies whilst touching himself sexually. This was extremely scary, and it seems the staff do know about this issue and it has happened before. We informed the reception staff member who was kind, but confirmed thew knew of this issue. This makes me wary as the hotel feels targeted and the police did not show up (i am not sure if they were called). If this had been the 1st night, we would have left the hotel. We did eventually ask to move rooms, after feeling unsafe (the back door to the hotel is open for anyone it seems) and the staff immediately assisted and moved us to a room elsewhere facing the front main road away from this 'stalker'. However, I urge hotel management to do more to help their guests to feel safe, and help their staff to manage this situation. Surely the local police can help with this, as we are at the mercy of the hotel safeguarding / security. It is a shame this happened, and whilst the staff were helpful, it felt too 'normal' to them for my liking so i would like to warn others. Avoid the back facing, lower rooms by the park if you can and be very wary of your privacy and safety. A bad ending to an otherwise lovely stay and very suitable hotel.

posizione ottima alla spiaggia; struttura pulita e connfortevole; bagni belli; personale gentile e accogliente; colazione spettacolare

Great breakfasts and friendly staff at the reception. Lived in the hotel during La prima estate festival and the walk there was quite long (40 minutes) but flat and through good surroundings. A good price and value balance for a festival day.

Es war alles rundum sehr gut. Sehr nettes Personal, tolle Lage, saubere Zimmer.

The location and the staff was nice.

The room was not clean one day at all. And the facility is falling apart already even if it should be new

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Hotel pulito e buona posizione. Staff disponibile e cordiale.

The shower was amazing, breakfast , the staff! The front desk staff was always energetic , kind and helpful. The lead gentleman at breakfast was extraordinary at his job and went out of his way to get us porridge when they were out…. I love my porridge so this was particularly appreciated.

I have nothing to adhere.

staff molo cordiale ed efficiente . hotel molto pulito. letto comodo. buon colazione

We loved the hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff, everything worked so smoothly and we were helped with all our needs. We got great tips from staff and rented bikes from the hotel which turned out to be the perfect way to move around Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore! The room was also clean and comfortable, with very good air conditioning. Everything was great!

Nothing to complain, there was nothing we didn't like.

Molto pulito, ottima zona

Very clean and modern, comfortable beds Good size room, very helpful staff.

Slightly out of the way 15 min from restraunt’s and bars 10 mins to beach, but not a problem for us ,
