Great location and nice size room If I was staying longer I'd pay for a sea view, however even looking over the bins etc was very quiet Would have been nice to have a smile at check in, but another member of staff made up for it and helped with my bags and directed me to my room. 5 stars for Alex and Cam for sorting out a pair of glasses I left behind .. excellent customer service) I would return

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole places looks like it has recently been refurbished.

It was a very windy night and our room was on the top floor. The noise from the weather kept us awake for most of the night. That's no fault of the hotel though.

Apart from that small amount of dust on my clothes from inside the wardrobe it was perfect and the room wasn’t what I’m pretty sure I booked either.

The hotel was clean and tidy.

The car park was full. Unfortunately we had to find somewhere else to park. Obviously because it was August and the weather was glorious everyone had gone to the beach. This caused a major issue.

Great Location for the seafront, close to restaurants, shops, cafe bars etc. Very friendly staff and spotlessly clean hotel and rooms.

The only downside personally was the lack of car parking for guests. Spaces very limited with a first come basis.

We have stayed at the offshore, a few times since it opened. Excellent sea front position, staff very pleasant.

We think since we started going to the offshore, we knew it was dog friendly. I dont mind dogs, but the amount have increased , might be a bit off putting.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly . The decor was so nice and clean . The bed was big & comfy and a nice bathroom , shower was excellent pressure , teas coffee biscuits Just a very comfortable room. The breakfast and service was excellent loads of choice. First time staying and would stay again. Excellent location on the front Carpark wasn’t big but found parking round the corner on the road .

Some staff seemed to be very stressed and not interested to help We just took advantage of 1 breakfast for our whole stay and quiet disappointed . My wife ordered Eggs royal and it seemed they're just warmed up instead of getting fresh cooked the muffin was stone hard and you couldn't eat it at all

The over all experience was great from the food,the cleanliness to staff creating a warm friendly environment. And we can’t wait to book again for our next stay in St Anne’s.

The breakfast was excellent with a self serve cereal, fruit and yogurt area, toast and hot drinks stations and fruit juice. The cooked breakfast was ordered at the bar and arrived quickly, was well presented and ample quantity. Very tasty.

Was a great place to step by for one night, cozy and comfortable. Close to the seaside, great for a walk with dog. The personal at the hotel was so great and attentive. Had a delicious dinner and breakfast.

The inn doesn’t manage the two EV charging bays on site, consequently, they were always occupied during our stay by cars that were not charging or that were not even EVs.

Very clean comfortable room. Very spacious and nice decor. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. The pub bar area was cosy and very modern. The food was good with plenty of choice.

There wasn’t enough dog free areas and could have been more comfy sofas in the bar area. I’m a dog lover but felt overrun with dogs and a lot of irresponsible dog owners letting dogs on sofas and seats in eating area. Despite guide they had them off the leads in corridors which was very difficult when pushing mother around in wheelchair.

Room was spotlessly clean. Views were amazing and even though a weekend, not noisy at all. Breakfast was beautiful. Lovely attentive staff and food was delicious. We enjoyed every second of the experience and wished we stayed for longer.

We like everything at the Offshore. A few drinks offers would be nice as food and drink are relatively expensive but I guess you pay for quality as it was delicious.

Very clean and comfortable throughout, an old building but done up fairly recently so all felt up to date and up together. Rooms were small and cosy but more than comfortable. Great bar / restaurant area downstairs for drinks and food.

I stayed 3 days and didn’t get a parking spot in the property…. only around 10 parking bays so had to park on the road each day and evening as car park was always full.

Wir waren vor einigen Jahren zweimal in diesem Hotel - damals war es viel besser. Dieses Mal hatten wir leider ein enges, warmes Dachzimmer. Auch beim Essen hatten wir an einem Abend eine Enttäuschung (milde ausgedrückt) - dennoch bezahlten wir den kompletten Preis - unser Sohn konnte nicht einmal einen Mocktail als Entschädigung haben, obwohl wir sogar am Green Room Programm teilgenommen hatte! Das ist kleinlich!

Our room and ensuite were clean, spacious and quiet. The bedroom had a lovely sea view. Cotton bedding and towels were great. Great choice at breakfast. All staff were polite, professional, helpful and friendly - fantastic.

A fridge in the room would be great. The room was very warm with windows that didn’t open very much and no air conditioning; that said, a standing fan was provided as standard.

Nothing really but we did fancy a small snack, after arrival ut before going to our 'Do', at the Bedford. A simple sandwich which have been ideal but not on menu. We opted for some fries that were lovely.

Location, room and facilities were amazing. Staff really helpful at check in. Breakfast was chaos and added a bit of a downer to the stay as it was very busy and unorganised with no clear instructions on how breakfast worked for those with it included. Staff were all friendly other than at breakfast when they seemed to be struggling with the busyness and rushing around which made them not attentive. Overall it was lovely, we would return - without the breakfast chaos but otherwise would recommend!

Breakfast - which was included in booking, no clean or free tables, nobody guiding how this worked or giving any instructions with no hot food being served unless from the kitchen. The breakfast area was full from around 08:45am with no clean tables to sit at or nobody guiding you on what to do. The area was full of massive dogs blocking peoples walking paths and staff seemed to busy and ran off their feet to try and help you with what to do. Otherwise really good other than this which damped the stay but everything else was faultless

Lighting in the room was too dark, hanging space not high enough for clothing, I felt that the reception desk at the end of the bar was out of place and not discreet if wishing to discuss anything more private. A member of staff serving was unkept (ie clothes too large and hygiene was not very good) left a lingering smell when serving.

The location was ideal. We were able to park our car at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, I did request twin beds but we got a huge king sized bed which was very good.

Everything about the property itself was great!

I found the women with brown curly hair quite rude to my children. Additionally this morning the workmen woke me at 7:15.

Clearly recently refurbished to an average spec. Quite basic but decent enough. Beach front location which is good. Bar/restaurant staff were very helpful.

Rooms were hot and stifling. No air con anywhere but the bar/restaurant which was over crowded most of the time. Female receptionist during the day was miserable and very unwelcoming.

Outside chairs very uncomfortable and the manageress who debated with me over a large order where the pizza was missing she told me I must not had ordered it ..so I was made to go back to the bar to order the pizza stand for 5 minutes in a queue while my food got cold and other members of my family were waiting on me returning …found this really bad customer service as I had made a point that I’d been given the wrong chips as well as no bread and butter had turned up either . This was turned on as my fault ..huge disappointment as hotel I. General is lovely

The shape of the room was not as displayed on the website. We were up in eaves of the hotel so we had very low ceilings and obtuse angles to negotiate. No long hanging space in the wardrobe, no mirror over the sink in the bathroom and a fan that was completely useless.

Close to the beach area some good places to walk dogs. Good breakfast with plenty of choice

Excellent position on the promenade only 5 minutes from town centre. Good food at reasonable prices.

Television kept losing reception. Only 3 parasols on the outside tables, reducing opportunity to sit outside in the sunshine in the shade. Not a lot of parking spaces.

Dark rooms even with all the lights on, fairly small for an upgrade. Breakfast was very good but eating area chaotic. Clients should not be paying more for an inward facing room.

The parking. We once went to Whitby and we parked on the main road with a exception pass from the hotel.

I liked it pretty much all. it was just perfect for my family. Everything is basically just around the hotel and is such a quiet area with so much to do. We all absolutely loved it and definitely will come back

Lovely hotel, had everything we needed.

This has nothing to do with the staff or hotel but it’s the other residents who didn’t own EV cars that parked in the EV spaces. I couldn’t charge my car on both nights I stayed there after a very long drive up from London and visiting family the day after. Not only is that rude but extremely inconsiderate. If you have an EV and need a charge, be aware of this.

Used up the tea facilities in our room. As we were due for leaving anyway we went to check out and told them we ran out of tea to be charged £12 for 3 teas. Not really fair considering in the 3 days it only got replenished once. Not that great of a service really.

From the First impressions as we went into the hotel the decoration was lovely, reception staff very helpful and check In was easy. We were able to check in online as we were not sure what time we would arrive as we were staying the 5 nights for the ladies golf open. Check in times were 3pm till 11pm. Small car park at the front of the hotel, but plenty of street parking by the hotel on wide roads. Lovely, well stocked Bar area, with a Decked area on the front looking out onto the sea front. Bar Staff and servers were very friendly and worked hard. Our room was on the ground floor which was perfect for us. The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom with a great shower in. Very clean and comfy and they used Ringtons tea company for their room amenities and breakfast, very good! Breakfast was the best I've had in a long time at a hotel and I've worked in hospitality and hotels for many years and I must say Offshore do it well and have got it right! Great choice for hot or cold food. Great to stock up for the day when your off stomping over the golf course for the day. Evening meals, again great choice, lovely food, great staff. Will return as want to explore more of the area. Even signed up The Inn collections app for their extra perks and will be trying some of their other hotels too.

It was a lovely place to stay. Great location near the prom, great food, pleasant staff. The room was comfortable and quiet. I had gone for the British Women's Open and everything turned out jjust right to suit my needs.

Great location on the sea front. Super clean single room and very comfortable beds. Bathroom very good had a very quiet and peaceful stay. Decor in the room was lovely. Food in the bar was decent and not overly priced. Friendly staff.

Check in! Walked into the bar area and I asked where did you go to check into the hotel. Was told to go to the end of the bar! People were ordering food and drinks when I was checking in. There was no separate reception type area. So when I was paying for my room the bar customers beside me were able to hear my name and what I paid for the room! Slightly awkward but it is what it is. Maybe a slightly more private check in area would be nicer.

Staff were all fantastic. From early morning to last thing at night. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Bed could have been a little comfier but I still slept well. The toiletries smell gorgeous, I didn't use the ones I took, I just used the shower gel in the shower. Really nice shower, very powerful. Breakfast was very tasty and I had an evening meal there too which was delicious. Right across from the beach and a Toby carvery across the road too. Public Swimming pool and a cinema across the road too. Will definitely be going again

The wardrobe space isn't very vig length ways and the bed could have been a bit more comfortable but it wasn't so hard I didn't sleep. Could have been a bit brighter with a light near the door

Not a massive issue but I couldn’t park in the car park (full) or charge my EV as someone with a petrol car had parked in the Charging space and although they had a note left on their car and still did not move it . I believe the staff should have forced him/her to move the car ( maroon Mercedes fm17jmo)
