During my stay, I was in room 503. On the last night, the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night, so I could not rest well. I hope this can be checked and improved.

All staffs are extremely nicee. They take care excellently during our breakfast time.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, personnel adorable et très compétent, grande chambre et petit-déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Recommandé !

Si vous voulez un silence absolu ce n'est peut-être pas l'idéal car les avions au départ de Chiang Mai passe au-dessus de l'hôtel, mais ce n'est pas non plus très bruyant.

Breakfast was great, had everything that was needed. The room and view were excellent with unlimited complimentary cold bottled water. The staff were impeccable, you won't find a hotel with better staff service.

Open plan hotel meant that there were a lot of mosquitoes around in common areas (not in our room though). Location was a little challenging compared to a place we stayed at recently. A little harder to walk to Maya and around as the street its on is off a very busy road with little accessible paths.

Recurring stay, have been coming for the last few years.

조식이 맛있고 직원분들도 너무 친절하여 기분 좋은 숙박이 되었습니다. 위치도 마야몰과 가까워 쇼핑하기 좋아요. 다만 숙소 주변 인도나 횡단보도가 없어 차도로 돌아다니는데 어려움을 겪었습니다.

수질이 좋지않아 샤워기를 한번 틀자마자 필터기가 흙색이 되었어요, 양치와 세수는 제공되는 생수로 하였지만 그것또한 재활용되는 용기라서 생수인지 알수 없었습니다. 호텔이 조금 눅눅했어요.

This is my fourth time here (with my parents) since 2019, so we definitely love this place. Good prices, nice breakfast, and a great location as well. (The breakfast wasn’t quite the same as during our previous stay, but it was still great!) Unlimited drinking water is also available. The staff are really nice and helpful. We were lucky to meet the owner on our last day. He was very nice and friendly.

Breakfast was the best I had by far among all the hotels I have visited. Quality over quantity Approachable staff. Toilet room and shower room is separated. Soft and Comfy bed.

Bedroom is not soundproof. I got interrupted in the middle of the night with loud bangings on multiple occasions. During shower, water heater is not consistent. Sometimes workable. Sometimes not.

Le personnel, jeune, dynamique, généreux et dans un échange sincère, est toujours à l'écoute, allant même au delà des besoins. Le petit déjeuner est le meilleur que j'ai jamais mangé dans un hôtel, avec des spécialités thaï qui se renouvellent tous les jours, des fruits frais, du café à volonté et de l'eau filtrée accessibles en dehors des repas. Les chambres sont très propres, spacieuses, confortables, avec des prises de chaque côté du lit. Ascenseurs disponibles.

Beaucoup de choses à côté de l'hôtel (marché de nuit de l'université, centre commercial Maya.) Par contre, pour rejoindre Chiang Mai centre, il faudra prendre un taxi.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. All the staff are 100% friendly and warm, greeting you every time enter or leave the hotel. The room is clean, and the breakfast is excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

1. 住宿周遭較為低窪，雨季來請小心，有機會淹水，然後周遭都是泥巴 2. 早餐乏善可陳，可以省下來去外面吃比較實在 3. 整體環境像極了廢棄房屋，相當恐怖 4. 房間充電插頭不足，床頭甚至只有老式的插座

I spent a very pleasant stay with BED. The staff are friendly, especially the boy at the reception desk, he helped me a lot. The location is hundreds of meter away from the One Nimman, which is quieter and less crowded. Thank you all.

Simple concept - design of room was perfect. Fresh glass bottles of cold water in fridges for you to help yourself, a fantastic fresh breakfast selection wrapped in banana leaves. A massive comfortable bed. Very friendly and attentive staff who make you feel at home. A cat who reminds you to relax every day. Walkable distance to he trendy areas. Just a short Grab ride away from everything else. Minimal effective, friendly.

Great place to stay and everything we needed. Easy to then explore Chiang Mai for 3 days. We had 2 accommodations as travelling with family members. Easy to find our way around the city. Recommend to others and stay several days to enjoy all the things in and around Chiang Mai

The lovely service and warm smiles from the staff make the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located, providing easy access to places like Nimman and Doi Suthep. Most importantly, free drinking water is available 24/7, and there’s an adorable fluffy cat as part of the welcoming team!

Toothbrushes are not provided and I feel that the variety and quantity of breakfast have slightly decreased compared to last year when I stayed here.

I like it so much. It is just around the town. Walking around is quite accessible for food and shopping. The hotel staffs are great and friendly. Rooms are cleaned and towels are replaced daily. I will definitely come back next time to stay here again.

I like the simple layout of the room. The pillow is very comfortable. The breakfast is EXCELLENT. The staffs are capable and there services is 10/10. If I come to Chiang Mai I will stay at the BED again for sure.

If the shower is turned on too strongly, the water might flow into the toilet seat area.

We had the pleasure of staying at Bed Chiang Kian Hotel in Chiang Mai for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms by the staff, especially Bright( her fantastic costumer service and Ohm(always remember our name ). Their service was absolutely top-notch—attentive, caring, and always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, included delightful surprise of local Thai dishes. The homemade desserts were a real treat, and they even shared some with the guests, creating a warm, communal atmosphere. As if that wasn’t enough, the hotel surprised us with a stunning bouquet of flowers to celebrate our honeymoon in a room with super and beautiful mountains view a thoughtful gesture that really made us feel special. The BED impressed me with the simple layout of the room but give me every thing that I need for my stay. I like those small tables that I can move and arrange as I wish. The pillow is very very comfortable. The bottles of drinking water are everywhere in the hotel. We have to leave early on the first morning to Doi Intanon, the breakfast they gave us to eat in the van was quite good. On the second morning we have chance to try the breakfast at the hotel and it was EXCELLENT. The staff and there services is 10/10. If I come to Chiang Mai I will stay at the BED again for sure.

Our group of six stayed for a week. This is a bicycle friendly hotel where they allow bicycle to bring into our room. Good breakfast and coffee. I liked their coffee very much. Excellent Service where they replied to all my enquiries promptly. Free flow of drinking water.

The breakfast menu was very delicious and exceeded our expectations. It consist of meticulously prepared, carefully curated, locally sourced dishes and fresh produce. We had unlimited supply of complimentary bottled drinking water, freshly brewed coffee & tea. The room was very spacious and very clean. The hotel design is modern Zen with very good ventilation, surrounded with lush trees & shrubs, with audible chirping of birds. It is accessible to Grab. The BED Team were excellent, very friendly, approachable, ready to assist & gave an extra mile to address our concerns such as suggesting must go places and even contacting us for our lost and found item after we had already checked out. So far, our recent stay in BED Changkian was the best value in terms of service & overall hotel experience we ever had. From our family, we would like to extend our special thanks and heartfelt appreciation to the BED Team who have made our stay an unforgettable experience: PAI, FRAME, VIC, PATTIE, BRING, AONG, CHEF ATS, KING, MON and all the entire BED Changkian Team. The entrance and the exit from the main road is quite narrow.

Staffs are super friendly. Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Love the big windows in the room where sunlight can shine in. Breakfast taste good.

Close to airport so can hear the low frequencies from airplanes.

The bed is soft and comfortable, the local breakfast is delicious, there are many bottles of water that you can grab anywhere, it's great.

The hot and cold water shower is very difficult to adjust. I'm really annoyed by the shower here.
