Food quality, larger choices for breakfast and enough charging points for mobiles and pad / laptop. We had to disconnect the bedside lamp to connect our charger.

Good Clean Rooms

The overall stay was acceptable, but the breakfast was really disappointing. The selection and quality may be suitable for local preferences, but in my opinion, it was not up to the standard that many international guests would expect from a hotel. Attention to detail also needs improvement. The cutlery looked dull and lacked proper shine, which affected the overall presentation and impression of cleanliness. The towels also appeared quite worn and seemed to have been in use for a long time; replacing them with fresher, better-quality towels would make a noticeable difference.

No breakfast, staff was dirty and crude, no soap in bathroom, location is hard to access at night, overall a terrible , badly run property.

So As soon as you arrive ,the only thing hotel staff is interested into is making you buy another so called luxury rooms by giving another amount which has nothing extra but on the front side of hotel and garden view . I wish , they would be equally aware and willing to provide the amenities listed. The hotel rooms had minimal lighting few of the LEDs seemed dim , one table lamp wasn’t working. , the ac vent had lots of cobwebs and the most pathetic and disappointing part was the time they take to solve the issues . For providing as little thing as room slippers, they took almost 3 hours. Tv had no channels which is the basic . In my 3 days of stay , daily I had to tell them to get it done not just once but 2-3-4 times which was really really frustrating- of course they didn’t solve it in time and after one complaint. The cost cutting practice is done by not giving the services listed. Every single person in the Management staff is extremely ignorant and blatantly lying (what they said was they are recharging but due to some problem surprisingly it’s not being done by Tata sky - as if we don’t have any experience with cable recharge) Really third class experience.

Location, Ambience and ease of checking in was smooth. Room size and bathroom were great.

Towels were rough and a bit with threads coming out. No privacy in thr ground floor room as window opens up onto entrance of restaurant. Breakfast is way too expensive for the quality and quantity of items. Bed was more like a hammock with saggy springs and becomes concave when one lies on it. Not healthy for the back at all.

The warmth of the staff and surroundings and the meticulous and prompt attention to details.

The room was clean, well appointed, and well maintained. Nice shower.

A lovely location away from the absolute chaos of the centre of Dehli, this hotel is in a gated community which made it feel very safe walking around, even late at night as we returned from the excellent La Croute restaurant which is only a 5 minute walk and a must visit for their sumptuous food. The hotel room was a really good size, we had a slight issue with the AC as it was still on heating mode from the winter, but it was resolved extremely quickly. Slightly expensive, but worth it to avoid getting done over by false reviews of hotels in the centre.

We did have a lunch there and weren't massively impressed so decided to use La Croute down the road for the rest of our meals. However, we only tried the western food stuffs at we needed a snack on our first day so the rest of the food could well have been very good, but we were too impressed by La Croute to try.

This is on behalf of my father-in-law who stayed at the property: 1. Poor quality of food: Both dinner & breakfast weren't good as food was served at uneven temperatures and lack of coordination amongst staff (e.g., Dal, Sabji arrived but Roti didn't etc.). Taste wasn't good either.

The property is centrally located and is very clean and tidy.

Breakfast could be more enhanced as per the standards.

Staff is not very friendly.

Since I visited it last year- quality of service has extremely improved, delicious breakfast, cleanliness and very helpful, professional staff. Last time I complained about breakfast, now cannot say one single bad word about the quality and quantity of the served dishes. And of course one thing remains unchanged- beautiful location in green and peaceful Sunder Nagar!! Will definitely come back soon!!

I liked the location- it was very convenient for my purpose of the trip. It was clean and I felt safe staying there.

The mattress was too soft and sagging in the middle. So wasn’t comfortable and gave a backache. My window overlooked a real mess (see photo) - so had to keep the curtain closed and thus wasn’t able to have natural sunlight in the room. Did not expect the above in a hotel at the price being charged.

The room was decent with a comfortable bed. Location is good with secure place.

There is no hot water in the Toilet to take a bath. When I asked, the person told me that they do not use the Geyser in summer. Paying Rs . 5000 and not getting hot water in the toilet is surprising. This is the first hotel in my life that does not provide such basics. The Hotel does not allow outside food even in the room. You cannot order from Zomato, etc. The in-house restaurant food charges are more than those of a 5-star hotel. The restaurant was always empty, so I never ordered non-veg as it might be old. Every day, the same breakfast of Alu Paratha and Eggs. No variety.

Location.

In a residential house there is a room in the mid of staircase, which was allotted. In the main floor of the house was costing more by Rs. 1000.00. In breakfast there was only one item aalo paratha for veg people. Seems to be very costly. Service was very poor. You have to call many times for a request. Cost of that particular room no. 208 should not be more than rs. 3000.00.

This hotel is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and near the india gate. The room is clean, big and high ceiling. Staff is friendly and let us keep one room to later check out.

The breakfast is simple but good enough with fruit and ordered omelette. It can be improved.

Everything was great. Outstanding room, very clean and luxurious, very good food. Super friendly staff and welcoming service. Restaurant opened just for one dinner for us with two service people cooking and serving excellent food. Quiet location with garden view in secure neighborhood.

Arranged a taxi at 5am with no hitch. A courier came to collect a parcel. They phoned me before handing it over. Very caring and most professional

The hotel felt very safe and we were made to feel welcome by all the staff. The room was comfortable and clean. Drinking water was supplied in bottles. The hotel was in a semi-gated area and was quiet from a traffic point of view.

I had a feeling that when I turned off the lights at night that it turned off the socket that was charging my laptop. I'm not sure that the air-conditioning worked.

Party outside our room until late, then moving into the room next to ours until 3am shouting and playing music. 2 nights in a row Completely unacceptable. Manager tried but in the end did nothing to help. Very very poor. Will never return.

Property is good, but breakfast is horrible. It needs to be improved a lot.

Food is pathetic. Especially breakfast, everything is cold food. No live orders to be taken, we survived with bread butter and jam. Nothing else.
