La struttura è moderna e piuttosto pulita. Al check in viene fornito un link con cui si possono fare richieste alla reception - ad esempio l’asciugacapelli o un cuscino extra. L’abbiamo usato per fare un paio di richieste e sono stati rapidi ed efficienti. La colazione non è niente male. La posizione l’abbiamo trovata comoda per le nostre esigenze di sighseeing ma ci siamo sempre mossi in taxi perché a portata di piedi non c’è molto.

La stanza è davvero basic e non è per niente insonorizzata. Rumori dalla strada non se ne sentono, in compenso purtroppo siamo stati svegliati presto da ospiti e staff che facevano rumore in corridoio, si sente come se li avessi a fianco. Un po’ caro per quel che offre.

Location and ambience were great for the property. It was easy to locate and uber was easy to access. Room was clean and was good enough for 1 person.

Well few things can be improved, the room door lock and handle were not working properly. The shower didn't have body wash. the bottle was empty. Also the bathroom exhaust fan was making lots of noise. It was so noisy outside early in the morning that i couldn't sleep. Doors are not sound proof and lots of people are outside for coffee or vending machine. Also normally check out timing is at 1200 noon but here it is 11 am.

Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und Kunden orientiert. Das Bett war bequem. Das Essen war auch gut. Ich habe mich im Hotel wohl gefühlt.

Staff sempre disponibile e rapido su qualsiasi richiesta. Distributori gratuiti ad ogni piano. Acqua potabile in camera ogni giorno. Aria condizionata.

Lenzuola e federe un po’ sporche, in bagno abbiamo trovato qualche insetto. Transfert per l’aeroporto suggerito dalla struttura un po’ caro.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene, stanze pulite e personale gentile. Colazione e cena ottime.

We had a very pleasant stay at bloomrooms in Delhi. The hotel was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our visit. One of the reception staff members was particularly helpful and assisted us in organising the remaining details of our trip. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning was essential for coping with Delhi’s hot weather. We also really appreciated the option of having dinner delivered directly to our room, which was very convenient after a long day. The breakfast was good as well. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily recommend bloomrooms to other travellers.

La posizione è centrale ma non si può andare a piedi da nessuna parte. La pulizia era ok per gli standard, unica nota davvero positiva la doccia calda e ben funzionante.

La colazione e il ristorante avevano davvero poca scelta. La cosa peggiore è il fatto che le stanze non siano per nulla insonorizzate, nei vari piani ci sono delle aree break al centro e dalle stanze si sentono tutte le voci e c’è gente che resta lì anche dopo le 23, ci è successo 2 notti su 2. La struttura non è male in generale ma se non si riesce a riposare è inutile.

Ottima posizione in un quartiere tranquillo, le stanze avevano tutto il necessario e se hai bisogno di qualche extra è disponibile un'app/chat che ti aiuta a soddisfare le richieste. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Czysto, schludnie. Biorąc pod uwagę ktaj, uważam że za tą cenę jest mega! W pokoju widoczne ślady użytkowania pokoju co jest normalne. Codziennie nam sprzątano w pokoju. Na stole leżały pieniądze i nikt je nie ruszył. Co świadczy o uczciwości personelu. Ręczniki i pościel czyściutka. Personel jest mega przyjazny, pomocny. W dniu naszego zatrucia zrobiono nam dobrą kolację według naszych życzeń. Śniadanie bogate lecz według mnie, bardziej dla miejscowych. Ale gdy prosiliśmy coś przygotować dla nas, chętnie nam robili. Na życzenie można dostać w cenie wszystkie środki czystości. Lokalizacja też dobra, biorąc pod uwagę że to ściśle centrum to nawet w miarę cicho. W nocy spaliśmy dobrze. Na plus jeszcze sklepiki w okolicy. Z pewnością mogę powiedzieć, że ten hotel to jedno z najlepszych doświadczeń w Indii. Polecam serdecznie!

Best Location

The location where Bloomroom Janpath is located is very prime and near to metro station. The breakfast includes both south and north indian options. The taste and overall quality of food is good. We also ordered some food in the night for dinner, that was also very hot and tasty. The cleanliness and room service is also good. The best part is the hotel staff - the all are very humble and helpful, starting from receptionist to watchman. We enjoyed our stay in Bloomroom Janpath.

Nothing specifically, we wanted an extension in stay and we had asked for it. On that day we had to pay some money and were delayed, so they kept pushing us instead of waiting for our work to complete, it was matter of 2 to 3 hours. They can have a better process for this, where they can take advance payment. But this is a very tirival topic. There is noting like we did not like here.

Die Kommunikation lief gut. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Alles war sauber und sicher. Wir konnten in der Gegend gut rumlaufen und die Metrostation liegt in der Nähe.

In der Beschreibung steht „kostenloser Flughafenshuttle“. Das Hotel vermittelt dann auch einen Shuttle, aber dieser ist kostenpflichtig.

Great central location, accessible for Uber drivers to pick/drop, facilities are clean, working well, rooms are spacious enough, overall the hotel and rooms are well maintained. Every floor has a tea/coffee and water dispenser so you take only what you need including the ammenities. Rooms do have bath wash, soap and shampoo.

I didn't like the food staff and service, we asked to get the breakfast packed in the early morning as we had a train to catch. They said yes but it was not given and on the last minute we asked to pack the sandwiches atleast and they just ignored. I didn't like it

共用の場所に水やジュース、コーヒー紅茶、スナック類が用意されていて自由にとることができました。

-部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったため、水やジュースを冷やしておくことができませんでした。 共用のジュースが入っている冷蔵庫を使うしかないのですが、誰かに持っていかれる可能性がある(実際日本から持って行ったペットボトルの水が持っていかれました)ので、使いづらかった。 スナックも補充がないため、誰かがごっそりと持って行ったらおしまいです。 -部屋に椅子が一つしかなかったのは不便でした。 -ゴミ箱もトイレに一つのみ。 -レストランが周りにほとんどなく、10分弱最低でも歩かなくてはならない。ホテル周辺は暗いけど安全ではありました。

Ho passato la prima notte nel mio viaggio in India qua e ho deciso di tornare per le ultime due notti del mio viaggio. Purtoppo mi sono ritrovata a pagare il 50% in più ogni notte, ma sono consapevole che non dipenda da loro ma dalle online travel agency. Mi aspettavo però una stanza almeno di pari livello della precedente, avendo pagato molto di più ma così non è stato. La stanza odorava di chiuso, le lenzuola erano sporche e macchiate, non aveva una finestra con possibilità di vedere fuori e il bagno era umido e sapeva di muffa. Nonostante l’abbia fatto notare allo staff mi hanno detto di non poterci fare nulla. Ultimo punto estremamente negativo é stato il fatto di non aver potuto ricevere il 15% di sconto sul cibo previsto nella prenotazione. Abbiamo effettuato due colazioni e una cena al ristorante dell’hotel ma, al momento del check out ci hanno fatto pagare la cifra totale dicendo inizialmente che lo sconto era già applicato e poi, facendogli notare che così non fosse, hanno detto che avremmo dovuto comunicarlo prima di consumare al bar. Non è questo il modo di comportarsi con il clienti. Non ci tornerei mai e non auguro a nessuno di venire qua

⭐️ (1/10) Terrible Experience – Strongly Not Recommended This hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve had while traveling. Nothing was as advertised, and the conditions were completely unacceptable: • Wi-Fi didn’t work at all • Bathroom bidet was broken • The hotel was extremely dirty and poorly maintained • Service was unprofessional and unhelpful • Power outage for about one hour The staff showed no real effort to fix any of these issues, which made the situation even worse. I had to leave earlier than planned because staying there was simply not possible. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression on my visit to India, which is really disappointing because I had high expectations. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to avoid it and look for better options.
