Hotel Mahoroba

La struttura è molto grande, frequentata e turistica, non proprio la quiete e tranquillità che ci aspettavamo. Il buffet caotico: avevamo prenotato la cena in stile giapponese e ci aspettavamo, come da foto, una cena tipica da ryokan, ma siamo stati reindirizzati al buffet. La camera era stata preparata per 3 anziché 4, abbiamo chiesto di aggiungere il posto mancante ma hanno solo aggiunto un futon, lasciandoci senza un quarto asciugamano. Dopo l'ora di cena (22) non c'era più personale alla reception o in giro a cui chiedere, per cui uno è rimasto senza questo elemento di biancheria (e neanche alle terme non ve ne erano altri a disposizione). Il personale è molto gentile, ma la struttura molto frequentata.

良かった点はまず温泉の種類が沢山あって飽きなかったことです。サウナもありとても楽しめました。また、異例の夜中3時まで大浴場を利用できるという点が他になくとても良い点でした。また、グリーンテラスにアップグレードしたビュッフェでは本当に新鮮で種類の豊富な海鮮や様々な料理を楽しむことができて大満足でした。

食事は最高でした。たくさんあってたべきれなかったですが、楽しい食事になりました。

L'onsen et ses différents bains. Le buffet du dîner et du petit déjeuner. L'excellent emplacement de l'hôtel au coeur de la ville La courtoisie du personnel dans son ensemble. Le prêt de kimono, obi et perfecto. Le parking gratuit mis à la disposition de la clientèle, et situé en face de l'hôtel.

Le gigantisme de l'établissement, la salle de restaurant hyper bruyante et surpeuplée, La dizaine de groupes de touristes coréens et chinois sans gêne... La chambre trop sobre et inconfortable. L'odeur de souffre durant la nuit et le matin au réveil. Le cheking à partir de 15h00, le check out avant 10h00.

大浴場、脱衣所ともに広くて快適でした！ 夕食は個室で静かに食事ができ、またお料理もすごく美味しかったです。 ぜひまた来たいです。

溫泉池很多種，喜歡泡湯的人會很開心，房間就是舊式飯店，會有一點霉味，早餐種類豐富，整體仍是個不錯的選擇

The facility, staff, food and location everything is excellent.

I didn't feel well with my stomach, so the first day can't enjoy the onsen and the food very much. I feel bad for myself and my friends.

お風呂の充実

L'hotel è molto centrale e da lì è comodo arrivare a piedi alle attrazioni che ci sono a Noboribetsu Onsen. La struttura è vecchia ma pulita. Il cibo era buono.

Nella camera era molto umido, però la stanza era provvista di un deumidificatore :)

食事がイマイチ。蟹蟹蟹蟹ばっかで、子供の喜ぶものが無い。昔はもっと品数もあったが、やっぱインバウンドが増えてるせいか、昔のように満足できる料理がない。例えば天ぷらの海老がないのは致命的。さらに飲み放題がない。 朝食に関しても子供が喜ぶものが無く食べるものが無かった。ズワイがにでインバウンドは喜ぶと思うが、どうも美味しそうに見えなかったのもある。ラーメンとイクラ美味しかったが、本当それだけでした

Great breakfast included. Good location close to attractions. Great onsen/bath facilities. Nice traditional Japanese ambience and decore (at least from this foreigner's perspective).

溫泉很舒服，可以緩解旅程的疲勞。旁邊就是溫泉街，要逛街也很方便，稍微散步就能走到地獄谷。

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the outdoor onsen were excellent and children enjoyed the summer matsuri activities.

Stupende le onsen, su due interi piani, all’interno e all’esterno. Cene e colazioni luculliane, sovrabbondanti e di ottima qualità. Stanza in stile giapponese spaziosa.

L’edificio è un po’ datato; la temperatura dell’aria condizionata non è regolabile (solo la velocità della ventola). Pulizia talvolta poco soddisfacente.

Pokój w stylu japońskim to ciekawe doświadczenie dla rodziny z dziećmi. Bardzo wygodne materace, dwa duże onseny znajdujące się na dwóch piętrach. Bardzo dobra i uprzejma obsługa. Lokalizacja idealna do zwiedzania okolicy.

The big family room, the diverse onsen, the location, having our futon beds folded and reopened every day by the hotel staff.

The onsen feels a bit old and not as clean as others I've been to (for example: visable mold on the ceiling). The outdoor onsen is partially outdoors but not completely open, so the air is still hot and it's hard to get youtself cool down when needing a break from the water heat.

Las termas son geniales, especialmente las que estan en la planta B2. La ubicacion era muy buena tambien para ver el Valle del Infierno y el pueblo con las estatuas de los oni. Todo especialmente muy bonito y pintoresco. Te dan yukatas al llegar y las habitaciones son comodas. Si eliges la tradicional japonesa entraran sobre las 20 a extenderte la cama. Lo recomiento para un par de dias de calma

El wifi no me funcionó en ningun momento ni lugar de toda mi estancia en el hotel. Conectaba a la red pero esta no tenia conexion con internet. Al hacer el check out nos hicieron pagar unas pequeñas tasas que no especificaban en la descripcion al reservar. No es mucho dinero pero no me gustó la falta de transparencia al respecto ni que despues del pagar el precio compelto (que no especificaban barato) todavia hubiera mas gastos adicionales imprevistos. El personal intenta hacer por ayudarte pero no hablan ingles, lo que hace un poco mas dificil la experiencia. Por ultimo tened en cuenta que es un onsen tradicional y como tal tiene separacion por genero y prohibicion de llevar tatuajes descubiertos durante el tiempo de baño, para que nadie se lleve una sorpresa

Onsen is great. Clean, many pools including sauna and cold plunge. Tatami room was nice.

Breakfast is big, but below average compared to other hokkaido hotels. Staff are cold and inflexible. Parking inconvenient.

We liked everything and were considering to extend our stay but it didn’t fit into out trip plan.

Posizione, onsen, servizio navetta da e per Sapporo (scrivete all’hotel). Personale gentilissimo.

Camere datate, tenda della doccia che sapeva di umido, muffa negli angoli in alto degli onsen, lima per i piedi in condivisione sempre nell’ onsen. Il personale pulisce bene fino a dove arriva, per la struttura che è e il prezzo che ha dovrebbe essere più curata.

ライトが、一つで照明があると良かった

L’hôtel est bien situé près de la station de bus, de la rue commerçante et des fumerolles. La restauration y est très bonne et gigantesque. L’établissement propose une quinzaine de bain côté femme et une autre quinzaine côté homme. C’était chouette de pouvoir en tester autant !

La salle de restauration est très bruyante.

温泉施設は、大きな湯舟が数多くあり、とても良かった。湯温は高めから低めまであったのもよい。期待していた以上に良いと思った。

夕食・朝食がバイキング形式だったが、人数が多すぎて食事をゆっくりと落ち着いて楽しめるような雰囲気ではなかった。大きなホテルで、かなり多くの団体客を対象にしているようなので、仕方がないのかもしれないが、個人的な旅行者たち向けのスペースを区切ってもらえると有難いと思った。

とても清潔なお部屋で、スタッフも親切・丁寧でした。

(1) Very convenient; walking distance to the Hell Valley. There were eateries and convenient stores nearby. (2) Parking lots were easily accessible within the hotel premise. (3) Room is big and clean, though quite dated. (4) Buffet Breakfast spread was good and delicious. Prompt service, too. (5) Public bath and hot spring were very good.

Not enough charging points for devices; only one near the door.

ベッドのある部屋は広くて良かったですが、キャリーバック等の置く台があったら良かったと思いました。

Good location relative to exploring the natural geology (geysers and volcanic steam), and a fantastic onsen experience.

This is a very large hotel - the dining experience was a bit chaotic / like a school cafeteria: lots of other people and not all of the other guests were polite. Dinner felt like a feeding frenzy, but we were able to find a semi-quiet corner for breakfast (our 2nd meal) and that was better.

料理が素晴らしい！ 夜はいくらや、炭焼きステーキに蟹足と食べ放題なんですが2泊以上しないも全て食べ切れません。朝食の明太重も好きなだけ取れますが他にも目移りして一つで我慢しました。 食べ過ぎてデザートは全て無視です。

フロント&ロビーの消灯が早いので相部屋、 家族で宿泊する際、気を使ってスマホを長時間触ったり、次の日の旅行検索をするのに真っ暗な中で過ごしました（22時過ぎ） ちょっと早いでよね。若い客層は困るかも

Close to the hiking area and decent food option. Place is old but I like the historic concept. Onsen is large so it was nice option.

The breakfast was so so. Could be a bit more option. Food is normally cold. Aircon is central, so the air was warm. Had to open the window for the fresh air to come in. But beware of the smell 😂

総合的にとても快適に過ごせました。 とにかくお風呂が最高でした。いろんな種類の温泉を堪能することができ、何より滑り台がついていることに驚きました。（1人で何回も滑ってしまいました、、、。） あとはビュッフェも程よい品数が揃っており、特に蟹とステーキが別格でした！ちなみに私は3階のリバティを利用しました。 また、他の旅館と比べて売店やゲームコーナーの利用時間が長く、あまりバタバタせずに過ごせたのも良かったです。 近くに観光地も多いので、ロケーション的にもバッチリだと思います。

部屋で機械音が鳴っていてうるさかったです。 和室のお部屋だったのですが、冷蔵庫か何かの機会音がずっと鳴っていて、あまり眠れませんでした。部屋自体は広くてきれいなので、そこが少し残念でした。 あとはビュッフェにドリンクバーが付いていなかったことが残念に思いました。ジュースを飲む場合は別料金で、種類も3種類程しかなかった気がするので、ドリンクバーがあると嬉しいなと思います。

お風呂が素晴らしかったです。連休中でホテル自体混み合ってる感じがしましたが、脱衣場、洗い場、お風呂が全て広く贅沢な造りなので、のんびり出来ました！

食事のメニューが物足りない感じがしました。お刺身の鮪は美味いしかった！お刺身がどれも美味しくて、力を入れてるんだなと思いました。酒の肴になるような、お腹がいっぱいになるようなメインのメニューが見ていてピンと来なかったのが残念。
