Reviewed Aug 31, 20264月にもこちらのホテルに宿泊していますが、今回の部屋は洗面化粧台とトイレが別になっていたし広いので、こちらの部屋を選びました。トイレとシャワールームは一緒になっていますが、すごく広くて良かったです。
入った瞬間、禁煙ルームのはずなのに、すごいタバコ臭かったのが残念だったのと、じゅうたんが古くて汚く感じました。部屋にも、せっかくドレッサーがあるのに電気がなく暗かった。電気スタンドを置いてほしいです。 あと、男湯の方のウォーターサーバーが壊れてるのか、ぬるい水しか出なかったみたいなので確認した方が良いと思います。

住宿人員在鋪床時把我們的行李箱推到最裡面並且有桌子卡著，可以理解對方以不碰到私人物品的想法，如果是這樣，建議入住時就先說明行李箱放在哪邊較不會影響到鋪床

温泉の脱衣所に 鍵のかかるロッカーがなかったのが 残念。 ちょっとの小さい鍵付きの貴重品ボックスは 入口にありましたが 鍵付きのロッカーがあるとなお良かったです。

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026The shuttle bus from Sapporo was really handy and very cheap. It dropped you right to the front of the hotel and we were instantly greeted by staff. Check in was smooth. The traditional room was nice and staff came to set up the futon beds whilst we were out. The men's onsen was nice. I can't speak for the women's as I have tattoos. Breakfast was good and lots of variety. Location was good, walking distance to the sights and good links with the local buses.
Unfortunately there are quite a few downsides for us. I was unable to make use of the onsen due to having tattoos. This wasn't stated on their website so it makes the cost of the hotel quite expensive if you're unable to use the onsen. Luckily my husband could make use. A big downer at the end of our stay was when checking out. We were given a paper of what was left to pay. We were expecting the cost of the shuttle bus but there was an additional ¥2200 to pay. This was due to onsen tax and accommodation tax. Neither of these were stated before booking, checking in or anywhere on their website that I could see. We were also checking out early due to the early bus time to the airport. However, they don't allow payments until 7am? They said we could pay with cash but due to these additional costs my husband had to run to the nearby 7-eleven to get out more cash to cover it. This caused the two staff members stood there to laugh at us for not having enough cash. This was really upsetting and unsettling. I don't mind paying accommodation tax, I just wish this was told to us in advance so we could be prepared. However, ¥600 a day for onsen tax is a lot of money when I'm not even allowed to use the facilities based on assumptions. Hopefully writing this will help other people be prepared for these additional costs if they choose to stay here.

Hotel is quite big and accomodates many grouptours. Not a problem at all for us, but if you're looking for a small scale romantic venue, this is not your hotel.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026We enjoyed the service by the staff, it really made our first night in Hokkaido a pleasant one since they were exceptionally helpful in helping us unload our luggage. The room itself was pretty cozy. My husband liked the Futon bed since it was comfy for him. We also liked the "white noise" coming from the stream just beside the hotel. Parking was free and it was a convenient walk to the nearby restaurants. Also a great surprise with them having their own hotel stamp!!! Breakfast choices were the typical Japanese hotel kind with a fair selection.
I wished the single bed would've been a bit more comfier... Since I found it pretty hard for my liking.

部屋の清掃は細かなところまではいきわたってない感じでした。 食事は微妙でした。カニは身がスカスカでした。 そこそこの金額する宿の夕食ではランクは下の方だと思います。 朝食はもっと話になりませんでした。 食事を楽しみにして泊まる宿では無い印象。

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Hotel was great. The local bus stops right outside the hotel from the train, which then made it very easy to do things like go to the historic theme park near by. Onsens were lovely, it was snowing when I was there so great to do the outdoor one. Breakfast buffet was good, staff were all lovely. Room was spacious in the traditional room and staff come and make up your futon on your first night. Walking distance to hell valley.
