Shibuya Granbell Hotel

Very convenient location, near Shibuya Sakura Stage. Staff was so friendly and helpful and I felt welcome very far from home. The room was clean and quiet and had exactly what I needed. Especially coming in with 8 hour jet lag!

Close to Shibuya station

Room smelled bad.

Location can’t be beat. Super close to Shibuya station! Staff were all amazing.

Our room was the smallest one we stayed in during our 2 week trip, but the size was to be expected. Room cleanliness level was alright but may just be due to the building seeming a bit old.

Conveniently located and good size room

Clean and big room

Konumu iyi

Check-out saati çok erkendi.

It was clean and close to the train station. I loved how quiet the hotel was

The room we stayed in was small so next time I’d probably get a bigger room

The staff were great, very friendly and professional.

The room was not up to standard, while the beds themselves seemed clean nothing else was, there was stains on the furniture and rips in the carpet. But the worst part was the MOLD it was every throughout the bathroom toilet and shower.. and smelt very stale.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable. The location was outstanding!!

Rooms are small but that is to be expected.

Everything

All the staff were really amazing.

Location

Best rain shower I have experienced in Japan

Great lacation, clean, staf is very nice, helps with every thing.

Ottimi servizi, personale accogliente e disponibile, ottima posizione.

The room had a smell, as if the room wasn't opened in a few years, the facilities were visibly used, it was clean and if i openend the windows the smell wasn't too horrible but still for that price i expected much better.

La ubicación y la atención del personal

Estaba un poco descuidado

really good location, comfy bed and nice bathroom. rooms are small but that is the norm in Japan.

Great location

Room is just basic

Convenient

No lotion

Handy to everything’s

Convenient location! Everything works as it should

Casi nada. Todo bien

La situation géographique, le café à disposition

Les lits sont trop petits pour 2 personnes

The staff were very accommodating and understood our needs. Fixed the issues as best they could.

The room was disgusting as the cigarette smell was impregnated in all the furnishings and bedding.

Loved the front door, staff was very friendly and spoke very good english

駅近

Very nice staff, good and comfortable location. The room is very nice. I left my luggage before the check-in at the front desk and came back later.

The Wifi in the room was bad.

Location, staff, facilities and size of room

Nothing

The location and the price

I could not adjust the room temperature or turn on the rain shower

Close to everywhere

Dint work some lamps

Great location, staff and service were great.

Rooms (multiple) were so dusty. Woke up with congestion every day. Discovered it because when we were out, sinuses would clear up.

The excellent service of the staff, always caring and responding to our requests

Ubicación y atención buena

Tapete siempre el Olor era Feo

Just the location

The worst hotel i ever stayed. Terrible rooms and smelling of cigarettes

Location is great, near restaurants, shopping, etc.

Organized, quiet, clean, excellent location

Nothing

DA LOCALIZAÇÃO, DOS FUNCIONÁRIOS

A GELADEIRA ESTAVA FEDIDA E OS TRAVESSEIROS COM CHEIRO DE CIGARRO

Posizione. Camere belle

Nulla tutto ok

Prime location to downtown Shibuya !

Very accommodating and helping , even let us store extra luggage for a few days while we traveled further west to other parts of Japan!

Location very good, good value for money, there's a smoking area downstairs which is great. Very helpful staff

Nothing

Near to shibuya main station

Charging extra for 1 hour delay check out

Location

Sapperate bads No breakfast

Location was good

The power point in my room was very difficult to access for charging my phone. There was a charger on the table for iphones but it won't work with an Android phone.

Good size room, bathroom and bed.

Albergo vecchio, buio, piuttosto decadente e sicuramente sotto media giapponese. Moquette sporca e arredamento decisamente datato

Itwas a great experience , the location was 10 out of 10 and conveniently close to all the major locations in Shibuya / Tokyo. The room was small but sufficient. The shower and toilet facilities were excellent. One of the best feature was the free usage of a great coffee machine at the lobby. The smoking designated are was also very weel thought of and sufficient.

No vending machines for drinks or any snacks.

Close to Shibuya crossing

Run down. Needs a revamp.

Easy walk to the scramble area, and a few minutes walk to the stations south gate.

Loved the stay. Stayed in a couple across south Japan. Amazing and accommodating staff. Very helpful with all my questions. Loved the room. Comfortable and spacious compared to other places. Would exclusively book with granbells next trip!!

Can’t fault it! Although I wish they all had the honey tea at the complimentary stations because they’re so good!!!!!

Great location, close to everything and station

Nothing

Room was a bit tired but very clean But location was perfect for us tho. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Nothing

Right next to train station, 5 minute walk to the shibuya crossing, great value for money, smoking room available, clean and tidy. One of the staff members went out of their way to give us directions to a local pub for a beer, kind Nice shower

The man upon arrival on the front desk early in the morning wasn’t very pleasant and it’s hardly how you would like to be greeted after a 18 hour journey, he was rude, the rest of the staff were lovely, would be even better with a bath

L'emplacement top,

Instalações muito boas e restaurante excelente também. Porém parece bem mais chique nas fotos.

Gostei de tudo.

Location amazingly close to Shibuya Station. Area not busy. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Room small, great bathroom, no bath.

Bath

we were a family with an infant and they alloted us a smoking room. The room had very bad smoke smell. The baby as well as we all couldnt sleep well.
