Suara Air Resort Ubud

We visited Suara Air Resort and I must say that I left with the best impressions . It’s located in a peaceful jungle environment offering relaxation and exotic vibes. All personnel ( Dewa, Wira, Chandra , Ista etc.) are professional and willing to make you feel like you are in paradise. Also we extremely enjoyed the massage sessions , as it was performed in a calm environment next to the jungle . I definitely recommend that resort especially for those who are willing to enjoy their honeymoon.

Le cadre est splendide, en plein milieu des rizières.

Le petit déjeuner mis à part le plat principal était un peu léger et pas très goûtu. Pour demander un refill de café j’ai dû payer 2€ supplémentaire, un peu abusé pour un hôtel qui se dit luxe. Les rideaux de la chambre étaient tachés. Les feuilles dans la piscine ne sont pas ramassés continuellement et les prix des extra proposés sont très élevés par rapport à ce qu’on peut trouver à Ubud.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The resort is peaceful and beautiful, with the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. We truly loved our time here and would definitely come back!

Kleinschalig en luxe; heerlijk verwen verblijf

Prachtige locatie, een oase van rust ten opzichte van het drukke Ubud. Toch dichtbij en via de gratis shuttle raak je op regelmatige tijdstippen makkelijk in het centrum. Personeel was super, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The staff were so accommodating and helpful during our stay. They organised our scooter hire for us and a free transfer into Ubud town. What we also loved was the fact that Ubud is such a busy place but Suara is perfectly located just outside the chaos in the Jungle. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the staff went above and beyond to decorate the villa and even sing to her on our doorstep. Breakfast was great. We booked a couple of treatments which were amazing. Could go on and on.. Highly recommend.

Very beautiful surroundings, the resort is a bit dated but very well maintained. Comfy beds, furniture of the rooms seems mostly recently renovated. Above all, super friendly hardworking staff. Would recommend and stay again

It seems the onsite restaurant is struggling a bit because the resort is small, it seemed understaffed, the service took quite long. The food quality was fine, not great. The spa area could do with a renovation.

I had a really lovely stay at this resort in Ubud. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming and always helpful. The food was great, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the whole resort was very clean and well maintained. We stayed in the Tropical Jungle Villa, and the room was very spacious and comfortable, surrounded by beautiful scenery which really added to the experience.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the walk from the entrance/main area to our villa took approximately 3–4 minutes, so it may feel like quite a walk for some people. However, if you don’t mind walking a little, it really isn’t an issue and the beautiful surroundings make it worthwhile.

Nous avions réservé une villa pour profiter d’un séjour au calme, mais une construction à seulement quelques mètres de notre chambre nous a empêchés de nous reposer. Ces travaux auraient dû être signalés avant la réservation. Après notre réclamation, le management nous a proposé un massage en guise de dédommagement. Malheureusement, le massage a été réalisé par une personne qui n’avait manifestement aucune formation ni compétence de masseuse professionnelle. Une prestation extrêmement décevante, qui nous a donné le sentiment que notre réclamation n’était pas prise au sérieux. La villa est globalement en bon état, mais la piscine est très mal entretenue et pratiquement inutilisable. Dommage, car avec davantage de transparence et un meilleur service client, notre expérience aurait pu être bien meilleure.

Un magnifique hôtel au cœur de la verdure, avec une atmosphère très paisible et dépaysante. Les villas sont très belles, confortables, et les piscines sont vraiment superbes. Le personnel est toujours souriant, disponible et prêt à rendre service. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner, ainsi que le restaurant de l’hôtel qui est une très bonne option sur place. Une très belle adresse à Ubud pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du cadre !

Das Personal war in dessen Gesamtheit super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer sehen genauso toll aus wie auf den Bildern und sind sehr sauber. Auch das Frühstück ist super und der angebotene Rollerverleih (100k/Tag für einen kleinen Roller) klappt super. Neben dem Zimmer ist der sehr saubere ruhige Pool ein absolutes Highlight!

Bestellungen beim Frühstück wurden manchmal vertauscht / Einzelheiten vergessen aber nach einem Hinweis schnell und sehr freundlich korrigiert.

The resort is located in a beautiful green area. It takes about fifteen minutes to get to the center by scooter. The resort is surrounded by lovely rice fields, making the ride to the center really scenic! The staff is incredibly sweet; they did everything they could to make our one-week stay fantastic. The room was cleaned every day, and before we returned in the evening, they would close the curtains, turn down the bed, and leave some lights on. The breakfast every morning was extensive and absolutely delicious!

We had lunch at the resort once and dinner once. We really wanted to have a cocktail night, but unfortunately, there was no one around who knew how to make cocktails. Other than that, we had a delicious dinner.

Las instalaciones son simplemente alucinantes. El paisaje,el entorno,el diseño y decoración de las villas y las zonas comunes…todo espectacular. La atención de todo el personal de Suara Air ha sido increíble,especialmente nuestro enorme agradecimiento a Wira, con el que hicimos varios tours y trayectos que hicieron que nuestro viaje fuera mágico. Nos llevó a sitios especiales y se adaptó totalmente a nuestro estilo. En este hotel desconectas totalmente del mundo estando a tan solo 10-15 min del centro de Ubud. También probamos los masajes y el sitio es de ensueño,sientes que estás en medio de la jungla. Todo ha estado genial.

Mijn vriendin en ik hebben 4 nachten verbleven bij Suara Air Resort in een villa met zwembad. Het verblijf was heerlijk! Heel vriendelijk personeel, zeer mooie luxe schone villa middenin een prachtige omgeving. Je zit volledig tussen de rijstvelden en op korte afstand (ongeveer 15 min met de scooter) van het centrum van Ubud. Het ontbijt was echt top! Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen.

Een rustige locatie dichtbij Ubud. Voor de reis goed e-mailcontact met resort vanwege boeking transfer vliegveld. Goed geregeld! Ontvangst warm welkom. Huisje is zoals op de foto's. En 2 mooi zwembaden. Ontbijt simpel maar uitstekend. Bij het ontbijt altijd een bord fruit en verse sap. Het avondeten op het resort is goed en smaakvol. Personeel super vriendelijk en attent! Het regelen van een privéchauffeur en transfer naar de volgende locatie werd uitstekend geregeld voor je!

Deze accommodatie was echt fenomenaal. De ligging, kamer, en het uitzicht waren fantastisch! Daarnaast was alles tot in de puntjes geregeld! Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en we hebben hele leuke gesprekken met ze gehad. Puspita, Candra, Dina, Widi, Putu, Dewa, Riski, en iedereen waarvan ik de naam ben vergeten, dankjewel voor de fantastische tijd!

This villa completely exceeded my expectations. We had the entire villa to ourselves which made it feel super private and relaxing. The room was absolutely beautiful — spacious, clean, and styled so nicely. The whole place just had such a peaceful, luxury feel to it. The staff were honestly incredible. They went above and beyond the whole stay and made us feel so looked after — we were completely spoilt. We had room service for both breakfast and dinner and the food was amazing every time. It’s hard to even put into words how good this place was, we genuinely felt like royalty staying here.

Отдельно хочется отметить персонал, все очень дружелюбные, внимательные и искренне добрые. Всегда с улыбкой, в любое время суток готовы помочь, это правда очень ценно. Виллы просто шикарные! Чисто, красиво и очень уютно. Уборка каждый день, а иногда даже два раза в день, если мы уходили и утром, и вечером, это было очень приятно. Территория отдельная любовь, много зелени, всё ухоженно, очень атмосферно. Бассейн тоже очень красивый, прям хотелось там проводить как можно больше времени. И, конечно, ресторан! это вообще отдельная тема! Самый вкусный ресторан, в котором мы были в Убуде. Завтраки à la carte — супер, всё очень вкусно, а ужины — просто восторг. Очень удобно, что есть комфортный шаттл до Убуда несколько раз в день в обе стороны. Это сильно облегчает передвижение и делает отдых ещё более комфортным. Также пробовали балийский массаж, остались в полном восторге, очень расслабляет. В целом, отдых получился очень душевный, тёплый и запоминающийся. Остались только самые приятные воспоминания. Обязательно ещё вернёмся к вам!

Prachtig, rustig, prachtige locatie

Het eten uit het restaurant diner en ontbijt vonden we wat minder goed. Niet verrassend en wat saai vergeleken met andere plekken.

El personal era agradable y muy cordial, nos atendieron excelente y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos a resolver nuestras dudas. Además, los espacios comunes como las piscinas eran hermosos. La vista de la habitación era espectacular hacia campos de arroz (un poco abandonados pero muy verdes).

La aislación de la habitación no era buena, ya que los ventanales tenían grandes aberturas. Por lo que el aire acondicionado no alcanzaba a enfriar todo el espacio (se sentía un poco caluroso). Además, desafortunadamente dentro de la habitación había un gecko que nos despertaba varias veces por la noche. También, vimos varias hormigas y otros insectos dentro de la habitación. El agua caliente no alcanzaba para las dos duchas diarias y se enfriaba después de un rato. Por último, no pudimos comer en el restaurante porque no tenían opciones veganas/vegetarianas, a pesar que nos ofrecieron hacer un menú especial.

We loved this place from the first day, booked for 7 days on the end we stayed 15 days. Celebrated Christmas and New Year. Very, very nice people are working there. They made our holiday very special, it was so sad to leave, such a lovely place. Place is definitely worth for money what you pay, jungle view and rice view villas have beautiful views, breakfast menu selection was nice, with some flexibility, its nice that they are allowing some deviations from menu, specially for kids. For our 6 years old daughter, it was the best holiday. She made so many friends from this hotel, and she learned how to do guest check-in, take an order for breakfast, etc. I wish all the best for all of the staff and this business, because there was something special at this place, I guess it's nature and of course hotel staff. Definitely will come back to this place. And definitely highly recommend by our family. In Europe, it's so difficult to trust the booking score. Most of the time, it's not matching with reality, but this place 100% worth of what it's scored and what you pay for. I visited more than 50 countries and stayed over the 1000 different hotels, but so far, only a few places were very special from me, and all of them, unfortunately, were in Bali -> Ubud ❤️ I hope if you decide to stay over, you will get same experience as we get. Hotel oceniam jako bardzo dobry. Pobyt był ogólnie udany, a standard obiektu spełnił moje oczekiwania. Śniadania były smaczne i urozmaicone, a personel, z którym mieliśmy kontakt, był niezwykle uprzejmy, życzliwy i pomocny w każdej sytuacji. Niestety, jedynym minusem był fakt, że w pokoju dość często zdarzało się, iż na łóżko lub podłogę spadały odchody gekonów, co wpływało na komfort pobytu. Mimo tego mankamentu, całość wrażeń pozostaje pozytywna i hotel można polecić, szczególnie ze względu na obsługę i jakość posiłków.

Geweldige aantal dagen gehad. Locatie is iets verder van het centrum, wat het een rustig verblijf in de jungle maakt. Iets waar wij heel erg naar uit keken. Verder was je met 10min in het bruisende centrum dus konden wij makkelijk de drukte opzoeken. Onze jungle villa was echt prachtig. Groot en en comfortabel. Ook het algehele complex, met haar twee zwembaden ontbrak aan niks. Een ware oase van rust!

Belle villa privée, avec une belle piscine. Un peu de vis-à-vis pour lequel le personne a trouvé une solution, ce qui nous a permis de nous baigner à l'abri des regards. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'effort. L'environnement est très joli.

Un peu isolé donc nous ne sortions plus après 19h30 car il faisait rapidement sombre dehors.

Het is in een woord “prachtig” De infinity pool in het groen van de jungle. De villa’s omringt door rijstvelden, echt uit een boekje. Het personeel gaat above & beyond voor de gasten.

Er wordt een a la carte ontbijt aangeboden. Ik geef zelf de voorkeur aan iets meer keuze van een ontbijt buffet.

We chose a private pool villa for the first stop of our honeymoon in Ubud, and it was truly an impressive experience. Thank you for the welcome surprise! The cleanliness was excellent—despite our many concerns, we didn't see any insects or anything like that inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything has become about money. Only two 330ml bottles of water are provided in the room per day, which is extremely insufficient—especially since, due to our fear of "Bali Belly," we didn’t even use tap water to brush our teeth. When we asked for more water, they told us it would be at an additional cost. I've never encountered such treatment anywhere else in the world. The restaurant prices are quite expensive, and all prices are listed excluding service and tax, which are then added on top. We did not have this kind of experience at any of the other hotels we stayed at in Bali. The hotel is about 15–20 minutes away from the center, and there’s no free shuttle service. They asked for around 100–110k IDR per person for a one-way trip. Just to compare—if you use the Grab app, a motorbike ride costs about 15k, and a car ride around 50k IDR. You do the math. Breakfast for two is 330k IDR, and if you want it by your private pool, it goes up to 550k—so the only difference is it being brought to your room. Their approach to service has unfortunately become too money-oriented.

The staff is very professional and makes you feel special! Everyone is so kind and helpful. A big thanks to our waiter Riski, whose beautiful smile made our mornings so pleasant. The breakfast was very tasty! The villa and the surrounding area are beautiful, with lots of different plants. Also, my friend had a birthday, and the staff helped prepare a surprise by decorating the room beautifully and providing a nice cake. The location is very good, close enough to centre but the hotel is located in very quiet location next to rice fields and jungle.

It was beautiful and felt secluded yet it was easy to get to town.

Information about the spa is not easily accessible to resort residents. I think information regarding the services would be easier and having it done in the villa at a request.

This is a small paradise in Ubud where you can relax. The staff is lovely. There was some issue with the pool, and they fixed it very quickly. Breakfast is delicious, especially the avocado toast!

We were in the two-bedroom villa. The floor tile between the two bedrooms was very slippery when it rained, which happens often in the rainy season.

Our stay was wonderful, we stayed 6 nights in the villa with a private pool. The hotel is wonderful, full of nature and has two very large pools. The hotel has a transfer that takes you to the center of Ubud, very convenient. And if you want to take a Grab, you can get to the hotel without any problem. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The breakfasts were delicious, and it was the best crispy bacon of our lives. I had a small problem with the refrigerator in my room, I used medicine that has to be refrigerated, and the refrigerator froze them, if they are frozen they cannot be used. I was very scared because I brought my medicine for a 4-month trip, the staff was excellent, they found a way to find the medicine even though it is not very common and they replaced all the pencils that had frozen, I could not be more grateful for their service and concern.

The towels and sheets did not smell very clean and the shower had a very clogged drain and the water overflowed into the entire bathroom.

Nice tranquil setting outside of busy Ubud city. You have to cross a bridge over a small waterfall to get to reception. The property has very upscale feel with nice restaurant and multiple pools where you won't see anyone usually. They have so many staff to tend to your needs which is nice. They also have free shuttle to take you to and pickup from Ubud area several times a day. The villas are huge with living room and glass windows overlooking rice patties if you get that upgrade.

They inform you that the villas are open and and that critters can get in. There is huge vaulted ceiling with so many unknown things living there. On the first night we saw a huge gecko walking along wall. It looks enclosed but there are gaps. The shower and toilet have no ceiling to outside either. Speaking of shower, you will have no privacy soon as you exit shower you are greeted full view of anyone sitting on bed so hope you feel super comfortable with your partner. The toilet room door has a gap too and not very private. The biggest problem we had was seeing a rat walking on the top of wall inside villa at night. Prior to this we hear something chewing on wood all day and night and few chirps every once in awhile. We also woke up to pile of feces from something they said was gecko but I'm not sure. Anyway, we moved rooms after seeing the eat and luckily was last night. The staff really need to secure the walls and outside with a screen if they want guests. Also add some type of partition to block view after exiting shower so you don't have to dry off with audience.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the villas. The villas did not meet our expectations, and we will not stay in that kind of villa ever again. (The privat pool villa is much better) Be aware that there is a lot of jungle creatures, especially in the normal villas.. you will find their feces in the villas everywhere, even though the cleaning staff did a very good job every day. That's apparently just how it is, when jungle is the nabour. The hotel and the staff handled the situation very good and were nice even though we had to leave 2 days early.

Overall was amazing. Service, knowledge, communication, comfort.

Only issue was the insects inside the room. No other way around this, considering it’s in a jungle. Wasn’t so bad. I just had to buy some bug spray.

We stayed in garden view villa without private pool. Pool area wasn’t clean. Sound izoliation in villa was terrible. There wasn’t difference between being outside and inside. You could hear everything from another villa (talks, shower and etc), so quality of sleep wasn’t good at all and that was a problem for us.

The breakfast was not bad, needs more options. The pool is not full privacy.

The thing to know is that resort is a bit far away from Ubud center (10-15mn drive) but they have a free shuttle . It was easy going back and forth with our scooter and we really appreciated the remote area
