No parking

The location of the property is great, right in the heart of Hammersmith. Many shops and cafes on the door step. Staff were friendly and helped where they could. Room was a decent size for one person.

Everything provided was as cheap as possible. Below the bare minimum was provided for the kitchen (no cutting knives, cutting boards etc). Was here during the summer in a top floor room which was unbearably hot (normal for UK houses in summer) but the fans that were provided were so bad and did not help cool the place. Shower head holder was broken when I arrived and was 'fixed' by maintenance rather than replaced (it broke again the next day). Management need to spend some money and this could be a much better place to stay.

-The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, the room was not like we had booked, so we told them and they gave us another, bigger room. -The room was basic but good enough. -We could leave our luggage in the hotel before check-in and after check-out. -There are several bus stops and underground stations within walking distance.

-The road is quite busy and there is a police station nearby which causes noise (sirens). -There weren’t that many cooking supplies provided and also no kitchen towels, but enough for some basic cooking. -Some places were a bit dusty.

Saba and his stuff is so friendly and professional.

Unser Zimmer mit Küchenzeile war im Gebäude gegenüber im zweiten Stock (kein Aufzug). Wir haben nicht gekocht, es hat sich nicht ergeben und im Nachhinein weiß ich auch nicht, warum ich in einem Hotelzimmer kochen wollte. So war das Hotelzimmer groß einen Tisch gab es nicht, wenn man gekocht hätte, hätte man im Bett oder auf zwei Platikstühlen essen müssen. Die Ausstattung war sehr spartanisch in der Küchenzeile alles notwendige vorhanden, die Austattung Küche und Zimmer es war alles billig und einfach, aber wie gesagt das Zimmer war einigermaßen groß, die Betten bequem und alles sehr sauber.

Das Zimmer war billig hergestellt. Die Materialien: Wände, Böden, Leuchten, waren einfach. So fehlte es an Gemütlichkeit und Atmosphäre, z.B. gab es nur volle Beleuchtung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war nicht gut.

No A/C - during hot days it is almost impossible to breath inside because of the heat. the streat is very very noisy during whole night so not possible to have a rest also because of the noice.

Zona tranquilla e ben servita, collegamenti metro a 10 minuti.

Stanza piccola con armadio piccolo per 2 e senza altri appoggi oltre ai comodini. Se c'è l'angolo cottura per cucinare, dove pensate di far mangiare gli utenti? Sul letto? Niente cambio asciugamani (siamo stati 6 giorni), 1 solo asciugamano di medie dimensioni a testa.

Läget. Hjälpsam personal. Bra att kunna förvara bagaget utanför incheckningstid.

Saknades sänglampor. Tråkigt takljus i rummet. Önskar lite mer städat på toaletten (lampsnöret och fläkten).

No complaints

Very spacious room, windows opened all the way, had all the facilities, fridge, microwave, oven top, tv and you could move furniture around for a table, very comfortable. Location, close to station & bus stops, shops.

No instructions on how to use stovetop, we even googled, no luck. No airconditoner, there was a 4 day heatwave, when we were there. Lighting, 16 downlights, no bed lamps to read a book. 5 flights of stairs to drag luggage up.Sirens from ambos, police at least 3 everyhour on the hour at night.

Has everything you needed, separate kitchen was good and only 8 mins walk from Hammersmith train station

Excellent value for London, great location - walking distance from Shepherd's Bush and The Olympia and British Airways ARC.

A bit of wear and tear in the room; leaking shower head and broken fan (which was still working luckily), but that aside it was all excellent - and I'm very glad there was a working fan in the room during the heatwave!

Buena conexión por metro y con un supermercado Tesco muy cerca Habitación cuádruple renovada y con buena atención del personal. Muy limpio

Calle con mucho tráfico por las noches. Hay una pequeña cocina pero muy básica. Haría falta algún cuchillo, tijeras, abrelatas,...Pero en líneas generales buen. Tiene un buen horno para hacer unas pizzas.

Good location, good spaced studio and very helpful staff. And in the middle of a heatwave, it had a working fan!

No lift, and my studio was at the top of the building - 4-5 sets of stairs to lug my case up and down.

Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Towels and soaps were provided as well. Having a fan in the room was helpful for the weather as well.

We were on the top floor of the building but it was across the road not in the main hotel so felt disconnected and with the weather it was really hot and the WiFi wasn't the best on the top floor either. There was only a small bathroom mirror which is not helpful when there are 3 females getting ready to go out in London. The parking situation was awful. This hotel does not have parking! This should be removed from the booking.com filters as parking is on the streets and costs £3 per HALF HOUR and you can only park for 90 minutes and no return within an hour which is beyond unhelpful when staying for 2 nights. There is a street a 10 minute walk away that you can park for longer but is still costly unless it's at the weekend but it is also more difficult to find a space at the weekend. The member of staff was helpful in locating this street for us but parking should absolutely not be advertised for this property. There is no parking.

the rooms are not as advertised, small, facilities issues, we requested a room change because we were put in a minuscule room that doesn't look like the room we rented in the site, with 1/4 if the size, a pillow smelling sweet, poor ventilation. We were placed than e a lower floor, as per request, the bathroom shower was loose, falling apart the shower floor sink was clogged, always flooding. And the new room also was small, and the fan was totally falling apart.

Great location for why we stayed in London

The toilet seat was way too small for then toilet and the shower bracket was faulty (we fixed it) and the dish soap was almost empty

Top floor mini-studio had well appointed kitchen. Plenty of local restaurants and shops.

Long walk from underground. Was not told I was on the top floor which meant climbing several flights of stairs with bags. It was dangerously hot - a red weather warning on national news and over 30 deg C. The room got very hot - the top floor was the hottest. Opening the window and using the floor fan provided had no effect. Staff apologised and said they would provide another fan but nothing came. I also asked for an iron twice and they said it would be provided but again, nothing came.

Stosunek jakości do ceny jest jak najbardziej odpowiedni. Okolica otaczająca obiekt jest naprawdę bezpieczna i przyjemna. W dodatku dookoła jest bardzo dużo udogodnień w postaci knajp czy aż 3 stacje metra.

The location was ok, although parking is difficult. And confusing with all different buildings called Saba. Some of the staff are friendly. Liked that there was a fan ☺️.

Only one towel in the whole apartment and it had make up / mascara marks on. I called for another two towels and a hand towel (as there was 2 of us). In the end the person told me to come and collect it 😑 as we went for dinner and missed his attempt to drop the towels (even though was all their mistakes) baring in mind the apartment is separate building completely from the reception / check in. The shower was blocked as water took long time to go down and hair was on the shower rail ( ew) The toilet seat is smaller than the toilet, so bit tricky to sit on as clearly not made for that toilet.

The property is in a great location, just a short walk to the underground. Our deluxe double room was compact, clean and well equipped. The member of staff on duty was friendly and helpful.

Fint område med många restauranger och caféer, bra förbindelser till stadskärnan. Sängarna var bekväma och köket var fint. Städaren var väldigt trevlig och frågade varje morgon om vi ville ha room service.

Hotellet är mycket lyhört. Vi väcktes kl 8 på morgonen av att städaren gick omkring ovanför vårt rum i cirka en timme. Vi blev också trakasserade av en annan gäst mitt i natten vid två olika tillfällen som knackade på vår dörr och ville att vi skulle öppna den. Det kändes extremt otryggt... Receptionen låg i en annan byggnad och vi vågade inte gå ut och säga till, jag tror annars vi skulle fått hjälp av hotellpersonalen.

- Le quartier bien que nous ayons été logés à l’annexe dans la rue d’en face de la jolie façade de l’hôtel. - Heureusement il y avait un ventilateur dans la chambre, canicule à Londres !

- Le lit : La tête du lit en croisillons fer blanc ! Impossible de s’asseoir ; L’absence de tables de chevet ; Matelas trop léger, le drap du dessous ne tenait pas en place car trop petit. - la salle de bain ridiculement petite, et même pas de tapis de sortie de douche - la chaise bancale

It's as basic as it gets, but you do get what you pay for! Beds, a small kitchenette, shower and bathroom. Room was cleaned daily. Location was good, takes a bit of time to get into the main part of town but there are 2 main tube stations close by as well as cute restaurants and cafés.

It was very hot (surprisingly).. and we only had a fan. I understand this is not normal for England though. The walls are very thin and the street is VERY noisy/loud (close to a police station..). The beds were very uncomfortable (basically just a cot).
