The room is pretty clean, and the ac's cold too !! I enjoy staying here. Theres also a lot of treats aka surya kencana so i wouldn't have to ride a car just to eat

Amazing experience✨✨ from check in till check out we had no issues and the dishes from the bfast are great. They also have cute cat (not theirs but i met him at the parking area) thanks to him i def will come to this hotel again to meet him 😁

1O1 Hotel always been our 1st choice when we visit Bogor, the location is really great as it's in the culinary street, the vibe is friendly and helpful, has kids activities for our little one, the breakfast selections are also our favorite, so it's a no brainer that we will be back in the future!

Solides Hotel in guter Lage. Freundliche Service, professioneller Umgang auch mit internationalen Gästen / gute Englischkenntnisse. Gutes Frühstück, kaltes Bier im Angebot!

Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut, man hört hier jedes Moped. Bei der Zimmerauswahl unbedingt darauf achten, dass die Lage abseits der Straße ist.

Breakfasts / lunch / dinner was good , a nice selection of foods and drinks. Fresh hot dishes , with an array of fruits. The staff roaming around ready to help, or answer any questions. I was impressed how well dressed and professional the staff were. Constantly working, clearing dishes, setting up , cleaning, and bringing out fresh food .They also leave you alone and let you enjoy. Thank you Regina (front desk) , also the lady who works with Regina (sorry didn't get name, has curly wavy hair , wears glasses , about the same age , brought me a fruit tray unexpected last week to room ) she made a good warm impression !! The different language barrier was a little tough , ( but expected when your the visitor) . I wish the bed had a light sheet and a heavy sheet . The night before leaving ( after almost 2 weeks stay ) the front desk had a bon voyage package for me , I was busy and never got to meet them or receive it . After I checked out , then I realized I forgot to mention it. Lastly, I tried to connect/email or call the hotel months before my stay , didn't work, couldn't connect, kept bouncing back.

the room is comfortable and the mattress is clean, the place is spacious, especially the bathroom is clean, the hotel is luxurious, the food is delicious, the view is good, highly recommend to stay with family. Friendly and informative waiters @Ajeng @Zalwa and @Fahri

The hotel has a great and strategic location, making it ideal for both business and leisure trips. The food is delicious, with a variety of tasty options to choose from. Additionally, the staff is very friendly, including Mba Ine and Mba Ajeng, who were very helpful and welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at The 101 Suryakencana Bogor with my family. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service was exceptional, especially from Syaiful and Bram at the Front Office. They made our experience even more special with a thoughtful birthday surprise for my wife during breakfast. Highly recommend for a family-friendly stay!

The service is outstanding since i became guesr in this hotel 101 since 2017, the emplote are the best for their services, especially Ms Ajeng, Ms Riris, Ms Zalwa, Mr Bram, They gave 5 stars services to me an my famly. For sure I will come to the 101 Suryakencana again on my next vacation. Please upgrade the entertain in the room such as Smart TB so we have more option to watch. Thank You

Somehow we needed to pay everytime we had food/drinks or room service. The hotel did not let us charge it to the room. That was somewhat inconvenient

The bathroom doesn’t drain properly. We had connecting rooms and both rooms have the same issue.

Very nice hotel and excellent value for money. Stand was the service - front desk, cleaning, restaurant all so very helpful and spoke enough English to help me. We had a balcony room, which was a good space - not cramped, and also a good feel. Nice shower good air cond, and felt safe - also fairly quiet. Location was good - plenty of food and coffee options incl markets near and a ten minute walk up to the gardens. The only small criticism is the towels are getting a bit old but still work fine.

Stayed in the Suite, it was very spacious with 2 balconies and comfortable. Hotel is nicely designed with beautiful Koi pond. Breakfast is superb and endless. Location is perfect for someone who's after the culinary experience in Bogor. Professional staff too! Will stay with you again next time in Bogor.

Receptionist are courteous and helpful when addressing the issue of my room. Security guards are welcoming and putting me as a car driver at ease. Very good room, the restaurant buffet has more varieties dishes. Overall friendliness of the staff is plus.

I got the room with AHU Chiller ambience when opened my windows. The double bed request has been asked via Booking.com but not provided when I entered the room. After asking the receptionist, they were handling the request well. The pool is full of kids at 7:30AM.

Looks like the hotel room had seen better days. The bed was not comfortable. The beddings and towels were grey-ish instead of white. The towels were quite thin. Hotel can do with a better dusting of surfaces.

Breakfast was very good, a lot of menu's. Room's is clean n comfortable. My room has view pool side n it is good view n staffs are freindly n helpful.

The food around the hotel was good, but it was full and crowded and I had a hard time enjoying the food. Maybe it was because it was a long holiday.
