Travelodge by Wyndham Brandon

Very disappointed at check-in - spouse has mobility issues - very obviously not close to fully occupied and was forced to climb to second floor. Will not book at Travelodge again.

What a great place to stay right in the hustle of it all And great staff Rea at front desk she is Next Level amazing at her job and thanks to housekeeping aswell rooms and facility was exceptionally clean 😀

This property was super easy to get to and had everything we needed including a pool! The lady at the front desk was super busy and super patient at the same time. It was close to a walking path for a quick morning run and we were back on the road again!

The room was fine as well as the location.

The WiFi was so slow. A download and upload speed of less than 5mb/s. Your other option is to pay for a normal WiFi which doesn't really make sense. The first and only hotel I've been to where you need to pay for WiFi. If you're traveling for business and would need to upload high Mb files then be ready to pay but if you just use WiFi for light use then you should be good.

AC kept turning off and room would get hot.

It was close to shops

Room was dirty,hard bed and staff didn't seemnto help with checking out or the booking issues when wanting to leave. Hole on the wall by the a/c on both sides and tape around the AC falling off. Microwave didn't work.bathtub and orange grime.

Dirty rooms,not kept up with at all good thing I braught disinfecting wipes,crowded pool,place is not kept up to date and smelled.

Breakfast was not available prior to our 8:00 am departure.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and well stocked. Room needed a vacuum and a look under the bed for debris left by previous guest.

We always get first floor rooms with the exterior door. Very nice when traveling with our dog.

Chicken chef only had 1 meal there, eat out at least once a week for years, by far the worst we’ve ever had!

The AC/Heat unit needs to be fixed, kept going on all night long only off 10 seconds, not working properly! Sink outside bathroom very inconvenient. No fans, son needed one, got a hazard no front cover one. No proper outlets to charge electronics. Free wifi def didnt apply to getting ANY tv other than sports or 1-3 channels no one would watch, that was super disappointing! Pool so small sons get sore, couldnt swim. Meant only for tiny kids!

Comfortable beds.

Air conditioner and heater always ran w en agter I turned it off. Very annoying to have it run all the time.

Love they double on double bunk beds and the renovations are making it look very good

I had specifically messaged asking hhat pool and hottub were working they said yes but again it wasn't on our stay this is the 2nd time this has happened at this.location

Room was very warm and humid. Had to have the windows open and hear the outside traffic. Fridge had one broken leg so we had to work to put something beside and under so it did not vibrate. It was very noisy. The TV was not working. But maintenance was called and that was corrected.

The staff we very friendly and the room was nice! Grandkids had a ton of fun on the waterside!

One of the beds wasn't very comfortable. It had a hard ridge along the two sides! The heat was also hard to control. Either too hot or you had to turn it off. Luckily the weather was mild.

It was a nice room, the only downside it was close to the pool and all I smelt was chlorine.

We were to close to the pool area because of the humidity if I new that I would of got a room further down the hall Otherwise it was great

Hotel is dated, old furniture, popcorn ceilings, bathroom vanity located outside of the bathroom beside the front door of the suite. Noise from hallway was very loud, room was too hot even after turning off the thermostat and having the window open during the entire stay (-15 to -20c that day / night). Pool and hot tub looked very dirty, dim and unappealing, we decided to not use either for hygenie purposes. The "gym" was not a gym and located on a balcony directly above the pool in the same room which would have made a workout there extremely humid and uncomfortable. The so called gym was closed for maintenance anyways so it was a waste of my baggage space packing my running shoes and workout clothes. Overall appearance of the hallways and front desk area are dim with poor lighting, the hotel is in need of renovations. Bedding, carpets and towels were clean and comfortable.

I've traveled allot and stayed in many hotels, including this one, many time, but I've never left covered in bug bites 😞 I'm hoping this problem will be resolved

Disgusting, pubic hair everywhere. Requested bathroom be cleaned and disinfected. They just lied and said it was cleaned and disinfected. I then sent pictures that showed it wasn't but they insisted it had been done good enuff. Also was harassed by the maintenance guy whoni guess was told to clean, even thonhe swore to us that he was never told to clean only to pick up pibic hair. He didn't even do that, just smeard it across bathroom floor. Also taps on shower did not work properly. Only one would work at a time so either scalding water or ice cold. Room was suppose to have 2 queen beds but had 1 queen and one double. Both beds where broken and lumpy, very uncomfortable. Also they told us we would get 15 % off for the inconvenience but charged full price anyways. Management are liars and too lazy to actually clean the hotel properly.

Coffeemaker made tepid coffee. Instructions to work TV would be helpful.

I generally stay where breakfast is included. There was no breakfast here but room was very good price so we didn’t mind too much.

Drinking in the hallway, loud guests. ATM couldn't be used. Slamming doors and yelling.

It smelled funny. Was way too expensive, too loud, could literally hear the outside vehicle (van with sliding door) opening and closing, along with everything else
