Reservamos dos habitaciones con vistas a la montaña y solo nos dieron 1 y la otra era interior horrible y poco limpia, nos quejamos y no nos lo solucionaron, iba con mi hijo y fue decepcionante.

Pulizia carente, struttura decisamente datata. Anche il piccolo bagno dell'onsen privato non è particolarmente accogliente. Intorno non c'è assolutamente nulla per mangiare qualcosa, se non un piccolo caffè esattamente davanti alla struttura che però apre alle 17 (lì si mangia divinamente).

受付のお姉さんがインターナショナルな方でしたが対応もステキで日本語も堪能で聞いたこともちゃんと答えてくれて食事先も教えてくれてよかったです！ 充電器の線が置いてあったとこ。 外観が好み！ お姉さんの対応がよかったのが唯一の報いかな、、、。

宿泊者同士の騒音がひどく快適とはいえなかったとこです… お風呂が暑すぎる。

À deux minutes de la gare, propre , spacieux , un peu bruyant mais c’est pas dérangeant proche du bus aussi, onsen intérieur extérieur, un restaurant en face ouvert qui avait l’air bon, mais nous sommes allés manger à la supérette à 50 m de l’hôtel matin et soir qui permet également d’envoyer ses bagages d’un hôtel à un autre

Les futons étaient moins bien que ceux que j’ai déjà pu te laisser. Sinon c’est très bien et la clim était un peu trop froide mais bon tout était très bien.

Ryokan traditionnel, dans un petit village de montagne à 15mn environ de la gare d’Hakone Yumoto. Il y a plusieurs onsen privatifs intérieur et extérieur. Des Yukatas sont fournis avec la chambre ainsi que le thé.

Hôtel un peu vieillot qui aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement.

Bâtiment très beau mais ancien. L acoustique entre les chambres est donc mauvais. Tout petit village très bien desservi ( train et bus) mais pas de véritable super marché et très peu d offres pour manger mais cela n est pas de la responsabilité de l établissement.

On a aimé testé de dormir sur les futons et découvrir en famille les onsen privés intérieur et extérieur.

Bruyant mal isolé. La nuit on entend tout.

Great traditional room, and trying outdoor onsen is a must!

Un séjour agréable dans un établissement traditionnel, avec beaucoup de charme et une vraie atmosphère japonaise. Une expérience authentique à Hakone que nous avons appréciée.

Le petit restaurant en face et la proximité avec l'arrêt de bus.

Seulement 3 Onsens sur les 4 annoncés, la qualité de celui en intérieur est très moyenne (pièce lugubre et odeur de moisi), ceux à l'extérieur sont en réalité à une centaine de mètres. Nous avons eu la mauvaise expérience d'avoir un autre client qui a filmé à travers les lames en bois séparatives du Onsen A, à peine arrivés avec nos enfants (11 et 13 ans). Ce dernier, interpellé à sa sortie par nos soins, n'a pas été inquiété malgré le fait d'avoir rapporté ce fait à l'hôtesse d'accueil. Il est même celui qui utilisait le plus le onsen, attendant même que d'autres y aillent pour s'y rendre à son tour (les clés sont à disposition à l'accueil mais sans trop de contrôle de qui prend et pour combien de temps. Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de retrouver notre chambre ouverte (plus précisément le verrou ouvert) à notre retour de notre 2ème journée, malgré l'inquiétude de notre mésaventure précédente. Nous avons donc partagé dans la soirée, via la messagerie Booking, notre insatisfaction et notre souhait de trouver une solution pour notre dernière journée. Le responsable n'avait pas eu l'air d'avoir été informé par sa collaboratrice avant notre message. Nous avons finalement opter, ce même soir, pour partir dès le lendemain matin, vu l'insécurité et l'inquiétude de nos enfants, qui appréhendaient même de se rendre aux toilettes, de peur de croiser à nouveau l'homme. Nous avons donc passé notre dernière nuit à prospecter les hôtels à Tokyo (dernière étape de notre périple japonais). Pour information, nous avons booké toutes nos étapes bien en amont de ce voyage et le Ryokan devait être l'étape ultime (repos et luxe à la japonaise) tant attendue par nos enfants et nous mêmes. Le matin de notre départ, le manager nous a assuré annuler "sans frais" la dernière nuit et s'est excusé des désagréments, indiquant qu'il prendrait des dispositions, y compris celles d'avertir les autorités.

La tranquillité. Le calme. Le Onsen à l’extérieur.

Nous avons aimé le côté traditionnel de la chambre, l'emplacement proche d'une petite gare, les onsens privés, les équipements...

The atmosphere. really to enjoy japanese style. The view was amazing! They have two indoor private hot spring onsen 43 degree celsius. And two outdoor private hot spring onsen. They lend you kimono and flipflops.

Det var initialt roligt att hotellet kändes väldigt japanskt. Personalen kunde engelska.

Mycket lyhört. Alla ljud hörs från alla grannarna. Delad toalett var inte kul, ej heller att det inte fanns möjlighet att ta dusch när man behövde/ville. De enda ducharna finns i baden (som är så kallat privata och används av vem som helst under högst en timme, så man får sätta sig på bevakning och ta badet så fort någon går därifrån). Utebadet var extremt hett. Det gick inte att bada i alls. Personalen var svåra att hitta när man behövde, tex när man inte förstår hur man får varmare varmvatten till sin termos att ta till rummet. Blev ljumna kaffe för oss. (Kaffe finns ingenstans att köpa i byn.) Livsfarliga trappor till andra våningen.

Des animaux sauvages courent la nuit dans le faux plafond. Donc 2 heures de sommeil seulement. Le signalement donné au staff le lendemain qui a fait comme si elle découvrait et aller en parler au manager. Le manager vu le lendemain silencieux et distant.

Private Onsen

The carpet in the hotel had a strong unpleasant odor, making it difficult to breathe. The ventilation was poor, both in the corridor and inside the room. There was no mosquito net on the bedroom window.

Am fost “certați “ ca am întârziat 5 minute la check in. :))) Și a fost nevoie să ne descurcăm singuri cu gasitul camerei, cu facilitățile. Osenul se afla la altă locație

I loved the traditional feel to the place. It was very nice to have private onsen available for someone who has never tried something like that before. Plus there was a fun chance to wear yukata and haori.

You could hear the train from the room, but it only ran until about 10 pm and didn't start until maybe 5 am or so.

Nos encanto el trato, las instalaciones con sus onsen que eran muy humildes pero muy agradables para el precio. En la habitacion habia mucho espacio, esta muy bien organizado, el baño muy limpio a pensar de ser compartido y agradecimos los kimonos de la habitacion.

Estaba un poco lejos de todo, los onsen se compartian con el resto del hostal pero habia gente que no cumplia las reglas de reservar el espacio por lo que a veces te encontrabas con gente y te impedia a ti disfrutarlo. Las camas (futones) un poco incomodas para mi gusto, se notaba demasiado el suelo.

Location is near nothing except a train and bus stop, one small restaurant and a poorly stocked shop. Depressing atmosphere.

Très bon rapport qualité prix par rapport aux autres hébergements. Plutôt bien situé (à 2 min de l’arrêt de bus et du train)

Le logement date un peu donc il est dans son jus. Il est globalement propre mais vétuste. Après c’est pour cela qu’il n’est pas cher. J’ai eu une grande chambre avec un coin pour déjeuner, frigo et lavabo. 2 salles de bain type onsen à l’intérieur et 2 à l’extérieur. Futon confortable. Pas de restaurant à proximité donc il faut dîner avant de rentrer ou acheter à manger( micro onde). Néanmoins on s’y sent bien.

The stairs to the room were hard to navigate especially carrying a suitcase. The room was outdated and shabby. Apart from the onsen no other shower facilities. Nothing nearby as in eating places. When checking in the staff were not friendly.

The onsen availability is amazing, two outdoors and two indoor. The outer ones are much hotter. 50 degrees and the inside are around 40

Un simpático ryokan a algunas estaciones de tren de Hakone Yumoto. Se puede llegar al alojamiento en tren o en bus (ambos te dejan a 2 cuadras). La habitación es amplia y tradicional japonesa. Los futones son en verdad comodos. Lo más destacable son los onsen privados taanto exteriores como interiores (nosotros optamos por el exterior). La habitación no cuenta con baño privado, pero los baños compartidos están divididos en femenino y masculino y siempre los encontramos impecables en cuanto a la higiene. Una excelente opción si estás paseando por la zona de Hakone.

La zona por la noche es demasiado tranquila y no hay restaurantes o konbinis abiertos por la noche. Recomiendo cenar en otras paradas del tren o bien llevarse comida del konbini de la última excursión del día.

La tranquilidad de la habitación. El fácil acceso a los onsens interiores del hotel y a los exteriores unicados a pocos metros.

Lo único que no me gustó es que no habían opciones para comer o cenar en el pueblo, pero eso es un detalle mínimo. Ohiradai está muy bien conectado por tren con los otros pueblos del entorno.

Excelente ambiente, quarto espaçoso e com aspeto tradicional. Oferta de chá e pijamas no quarto. O onsen exterior era incrível. Bem servido de transportes públicos. Excelente relação qualidade-preço, adorámos!

Super staff, Onsen magnifique.

Very cozy traditional accommodation, in a good location. Close to the train station and shops. It was a bit uncomfortable for us to sleep on a futon, but I'm sure it's just because we're not used to it.

We loved the outdoor onsen. The place is located very close to the train station (Tozan Railway) so we dropped off our luggage and continued the Hakone Loop. There are two small convienience stores nearby and a small restaurant just across the road (cat themed:)).

Nothing to dislike about this lovely place.

Onsen private molto comode ed accoglienti, ottime per il prezzo pagato per la struttura. Posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro di Hakone tramite i mezzi.

La struttura non può somministrare alcun tipo di pasto, neanche a pagamento, per gli ospiti, rendendo molto limitato il mangiare nella zona, che dispone solamente di un minimarket e un piccolo ristorante. La stanza in cui abbiamo alloggiato era inoltre un po’ impolverata.

No food at the hostel, but visiting the restaurant across the street was one of the highlights during our stay in Ohidarai. Really friendly owner and nice atmosphere.

お風呂が全て貸切だったのでリラックス出来ました。お湯もお肌ツルツルになって、湯量も豊富　源泉掛け流しは最高でした。

持ち込み可能でしたので、地域のごみ分別が分かればより良かったです。

L'établissement propose quatre onsens, tous excellents. Il est très bien desservi, avec plusieurs lignes de bus et une ligne de train à proximité.

Most of the baths where really good. The location is right next to a bus stop and vending machine with a convenience store. The room was also very good. I like the little double door you had to open to get to your room. However, putting the slippers in this area was inconvenient with the normal function of the door, but that might just be me!

One of the baths was too hot (burning, could not stay for more than 3 seconds) with no ability to cool it down.

We spent excellent time here. The room was perfect, the view, the facilities, the atmosphere. Also, we enjoyed both onsens (indoors and outdoors) available at the ryokan. Outdoor one was the best, of course. There are cute yukatas too! The location is a little bit far from main attractions, but it was actually good and not too touristy. The staff members were very nice and helpful. Overall, we were very happy that we found this accommodation, thank you very much for your hard work!

You can clearly hear your neighbours even if they are not shouting, which can be disturbing. But it is an expected thing for the traditional Japanese accommodation.

Es war eine schöne traditionelle japanische Unterkunft mit einem eigenen onsen! Gerade für uns mit tattoos war es eine feine Sache, da wir in öffentlichen Onsen vermutlich weniger willkommen gewesen wären. Daher war das ein großes Plus! Auch die Lage war super , viel Natur und wenig Stadtlärm!

Die wände waren sehr hellhörig aber denke mal das is die Bauart , wir hatten nen Nachbarn der laut geschnarcht hat, war nicht so toll. Aber dafür konnte die Unterkunft ja nix. Das man nur eine Toilette hat und sie sich mit den andern teilen muss is auch so ne Sache, aber man kommt damit prinzipiell klar.

Die Onsen - innen wie außen - sind ein Traum! Die Gäste waren alle sehr rücksichtsvoll und ruhig. Es lief alles sehr unkompliziert vonstatten.

Leider hat der Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert. Dass es Gemeinschafts-WCs gab, hat uns nicht gestört (wir wussten es).

Super clean, well-equipped, and just adorable. The decorations are in the traditional Japanese style, which makes the perfect vibes, and the onsen was just amazing both indoors and outdoors, all private! Super hot water that melts your worries away. Loved every second, I wish we had stayed longer.

It was Japanese style and it is different. Location was ok for us as we had a rental car but people who rely on the public transport, it can be isolated. No restaurants within a walking distance. It is a place to eat across the road…very nice food but it took ages to get the food, because is only one person is doing the serving and the cooking…

Unfortunately the onsen water was too hot for us so we didn’t go in. The shower head in the onsen wasn’t working properly with hot-cold water and it wasn’t possible to have a reasonable temperature.

Alojamiento típico japonés, con onsen privados que hacen que la experiencia sea muy buena. Bien ubicado cerca de la estación y de la parada de autobuses. Llegamos algo más tarde de las 19, que es la hora límite para hacer el check-in y nos dejaron las llaves de la habitación en el mostrador de entrada. En la habitación hay té de bienvenida y lo necesario para preparar tu cama tipo futón, con pijamas y lo necesario para bajar al onsen, ducharte y demás

停車場跟戶外泡湯偏遠，都不在本館內。沒電梯行李不能太重，住二樓要搬上樓。

- Pokoj v takovém divném kumbálku, vnitřek byl ok - Hodně zastaralé - K venkovnímu onsenu velice složitá cesta mimo hotel. - Paní recepční od pohledu ne příliš sympatická, nicméně, to je pouze subjektivní pohled. - Jsem větší size a neseděla mi tolik yukata, jinak byla pěkná - Jeden futon a tedy tvrdší spaní - Velice chudé okolí, menší lokální obchůdek a jedna Izakaya. - Neotevíratelná okna - Na ranní check out v 7:00 nikdo nebyl na recepci

Le monsieur a l’accueil pas très accueillant et très expéditif. On a l’impression de le déranger. Pas de douche sauf dans les onsens.

Bien para vivir la experiencia de un Ryokan con Onsen privado. Hay 4 onsen, 2 en exterior y 2 en el establecimiento. Probamos los de dentro y todo genial. Al ser privado, pudimos vivir la experiencia en familia. Cerca de la línea de ferrocarril y bien ubicado para hacer la ruta de los transportes.

En si del alojamiento no, pero si del entorno. Pocos servicios alrededor, principalmente para cenas. Desconocemos como son en general los futones, pero nos pareció que estábamos durmiendo en el suelo.

La ambientación del lugar, bien Ryokan, es muy linda. Los cuartos de tatami y los futones tambien son muy tradicionales y cómodos. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de las estaciones.

El horario de check in es medio ajustado, tuvimos que correr un poco para llegar a las 19hs. No se si te lo podrán extender. Al empleado no se le entiende mucho el ingles. De vez en cuando habia feo olor en los pasillos comunes.
