Friendly staff. Clean Hotel. Good food. Great vibes. Jerk Chicken was delicious. Close to the airport and airport transportation was efficient. Painted pickleball lines at the tennis courts with 4 nets. Nice gym. Variety of specialty restaurants. Be sure to make reservations at the time of arrival.
Beautiful place! Breakfasts at the little cafe were all outstanding, as was the grill near the pool. That’s about all it had to offer that I can speak positively on. Dinner and buffet was not so great. Staff everywhere not very friendly. The official “You cannot reserve poolside seating” rule is a joke, the staff still reserves them for people. I would not go back, I have had much better experiences elsewhere.
Entertainment
Food and rate too high
Beautiful views
Liked everything about the hotel
Being away from home
Everything about the resort as it was poor quality rooms plus service. It wasn’t worth the price I paid for this vacation nor the hassle I had to go through with getting in connect with them before and during my stay.
Booked a swim up room and didn’t get it 😞when I got to the hotel
Food was on point
Everything.....food was outrageously good. I like the fact that there was a coffee bar and an indoor piano bar as well where you can relax if it gets too hot. The gym was also a top spot for me every morning before breakfast. The price for the experience was on point.
Nothing. Everything was great. Hope to be back soon.
Most things
Good food, nice staff, hookah, and good vibes
The taxi prices
Stayed during hurricane melissa. The hotel went above and beyond for us. Full buffet, entertainment and hospitality everyday. Other hotels at the same time where doing minimal service. You pay for what you get. I would 100 chooses a hyatt over another brand. The staff where amazing and food was the beat all inclusive I have had.
Hurricane melissa
I unfortunately was victim of Hurricane Melissa and spent my vacation as well as many extended days in Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall. Although I was not able to enjoy my vacation to its full potential due to the weather circumstances, I wouldn't have chosen a better hotel to stay at during those difficult times. Words would not be able to describe the gratitude and how appreciative I am for the entire team that took care of us. From the staff, to the manager (Keneve), and the GM Adrian. They were very attentive and gave it their all despite the circumstances. Amazing people, amazing food, amazing entertainment, and a beautiful establishment. Had things been different, I know this would have been the ultimate vacation. I hope that sooner rather than later Jamaica continues to restore and flourish into the beautiful country that it is. #onelove
WOW! Where do I start, I can't possibly write enough that does it justice. First off we stayed here during hurricane Melissa and let me tell you the staff were beyond incredible, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We have travelled to many places and never received such service. I would like to make a special mention of Adrian Whitehead the general manager and I hope this gets to him as I could not find an email for him. He made us feel safe and that his staff and his customers were his number 1 priority. We watched him talking to everyone making sure we had plenty of food and drink, even got the staff to send bags filled with food to our rooms until the storm passed. He answered everyones questions with calmness and attentiveness. He had meetings twice a day leading up to the hurricane and after. I am still amazed by him and all his staff and he should be very proud of what he did for everyone who stayed here. So on that note with all my heart THANK YOU!!! I can't write everything as this would be a novel so I'd like to thank all the wonderful staff we met with always smiling faces despite the devastion they are facing. This was our first time to Jamaica and I can assure you this won't be the last. Until our next adventure we will see you again Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall JAMAICA!
Great food, great entertainment, staff was more like family that workers, room was clean and functional, with big bathroom and separate toiulet room and both a tub and a shower.
Nothing
La playa tranquila. Todo tranquilo. Seguro. Comida variada
Normally we stay at the RIU but wanted a change. Staying at the Hyatt was more personal and less noisy, the offer a buggy ride round the resort was great especially for my mom who is 87 and cannot walk to far. The food was also freshly cooked, but could have done with more choice. Staff were lovely and accommodating. The flexibility to walk over to the Hyatt Zilara the Adult Only sister hotel was good, the night entertainment and other restaurants were good.
Although canned beers were in the hotel room bar, disappointed that there were no spirits. Also during the day events were not organised as on the schedule therefore limited day activities.
Great facilities and wonderful and peaceful environment. The room was comfortable and I loved the bathroom. The food in the restaurants was good and they have several coffee shops and bars across the property. They have a great gym with all the equipment you need. Overall a great experience.
Everything!
Everything was good
Place is 5 star when it comes to the service. Staff is so kind, friendly and so attentive. I have never seen a staff work so hard! The people made this vacation amazing for myself and my husband. It was my husbands milestone birthday. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming. Comfy and clean room. Housekeeping also 5 stars Bars and severs- 5 stars Coffee going all day in little cafe in lobby Options for buffet breakfast were great. Lunch options were perfect, can choose to enjoy the jerk hut or the Calypso grill which were also great while enjoying the pool area or the beach. Beach area was beautiful and immaculate. Pool was clean and there is tons of options for chairs and shaded areas. Clean towels always available at pool. Overall this place was just perfect for us and we intend to return to Ziva Jamaica is beautiful.
My husband and I just returned from a 5 day stay at the resort. While we enjoyed, let me touch base on some of the pros and cons staying at the Hyatt Ziva Hall. Pros: *Cost of the all-inclusive vacation. We booked directly through American Airlines Vacations. *Proximity to the Sangster International Airport. *Immaculate grounds and pools. *Friendly staff, especially Jevayghn in the Italian restaurant on site. He was absolutely wonderful. *Number of on-site restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. * The Jerk Hut and the Italian restaurant. Cons: * Current rating of 4.5. The carpeting is showing severe signs of wear and tear throughout both Ziva and Zilaria. In most places it is worn to the backing of the carpet. Ziva halls and rooms need a fresh coat of painting. And the use of deodorizer’s throughout in the hallways. *Food selection in the restaurants. * The music on the Zilaria side in the afternoon was offensive in the fact that it was sexually explicit and inappropriate. Two other couples besides ourselves left the area because of it. * Zilaria pool bathrooms were exceptionally clean while those on the Ziva side were not. *Pushing La Playa. We did not come here to listen to time share info. As soon as we checked in the resort, we were ushered to the La Playa desk. We thought at first it was to give us an overview of the resort. Not what we expected for a Hyatt resort. * Lighting or lack thereof in our Ziva room. Even during the day, the room was very dark, and even darker in the evening. *Not replenishing the bath soap and shampoo in the shower area. We had to remove ours from the shower holder just to shower on days 3-5. *Service and length of time it took to get our food at Union Jackz. Suggestions: offer and refresh the snacks on the mini-bar in the room. Ours was not. We brought water back throughout our stay. *Offer healthier options at breakfast and lunch…i.e. Yogurts, fresh vegetables, and kid friendly foods. *Offer the availability to make reservations for the French restaurant on the app.
My experience at this resort was spectacular. This was a birthday celebration with 11 other family members. All of us experienced fantastic service, friendly staff and clean rooms. The many restaurants provided exceptional service. As for the food, it was amazing. I will like to single out a super friendly, always courteous and smiling hostess- Davia, who made our stay at this facility pleasurable and we are already planning on future trips. Kudos to all the staff.
I really loved my stay here with the great staff , great food, lovely beach, super smooth shows. Their water sports car was really great too
The staff at Hyatt Ziva, is amazing! Senior concierge agent Kelcia Grant has superior customer service skills. I would like to mention that she went above and beyond her duty skills to assist me with a major issue that I had encounter at the Ziva Lounge when I arrived at the airport. I was mistreated by a lady that affiliated with the Hyatt Ziva lounge. The lady was handling my suit case. My suitcase did not have a identity name tag, when I reached for a tag to put on my personal suitcase when this lady that came from out of no where and rudely implied that I put it back the blank name tag. She was igorant and extremely rude stating that I should not touch it and needed to request it. I was extremely upset at her mannerism and asked her was she in customer service business or a random person walking around the lounge. I asked the rude lady why would she accept my bag without a name tag for security purpose? She insist that I go sit down in the lounge instead. I replied absolutely not and that I will stand with by suitcase. After the transportation drove me to Hyatt Ziva, I went straight to customer relation, spoke with Kelcia Grant, she apologize on behalf of the issue. Called the lounge to follow up. Then she upgrade my room. She sold me her skills and I'm very grateful. Kelcia follow up with me once I receive my upgraded room. My experience was the best ever. I will be back again and again. Kelcia is amazing and needs to be recognize for representing Hyatt Ziva standard quality. To be honest I was very surprise of the manner that she handle my experience. Please promote this amazing employee to frontline manager position. Ms Grant understands customer service quality as well, Ms Grant understands the business of residue income that keep customers as myself returning back to Hyatt Ziva Resorts. I truly felt value. Thank you Ms Grant for excellence customer service .
Nothing now.
La comida e instalación
Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación por motivo de ruidos de los vecinos. Sentíamos lo de la habitación del lado .
Knowing the Hyatt quality worldwide, this was not up to scratch. And the clientele was two notches down what you can expect from this category of hotel.
La Atención
Escaleras un Poco inseguras Falta de Barandillas
Had a nice stay, but staff were pretty rude and seemed bothered by guests. Food was good
Beautiful property
Wonderful people, service and food
The beach is right there! Some staff was nice , but some was rude. The pools closed earlier than expected but it was beautiful and I want to go back.
I chose this resort primarily based on the property. This was our first time with all inclusive so we really wanted our money’s worth and never left the grounds during our stay. Overall the property is absolutely gorgeous and the amenities are well organized and readily available. I found posted reviews very helpful. One big caveat to this review is that we gambled on hurricane season and won. The resort was EMPTY and we had the grounds to ourselves. Therefore customer service was excellent as they had less guests. We had a swim up room- agree with reviews as to the mildew smell. But honestly you only noticed it upon entering and it never bothered us. Having the swim up room was excellent for flexibility - swimming at any hour, semi private, don’t need to pack a bag to ‘hang by the pool’, etc. It got a little busier on the weekend- many groups all sharing one of the guests pool access. Also room was clearly worn. Lots of scuffs on every surface, shampoo bottles with worn labels, wall art looked like many people had hit their head on it. But in general we didn’t regret it. The food was not bad but I was often disappointed by the pre-made quality. The buffet had the same things every time we went and looked as if it had been sitting for hours. Especially breakfast where waffles are kept in a humid warmer so they are basically a wet sponge. It could be because there were less people so there was less food turnover, but it was not enjoyable. Otherwise food was pretty good, especially dinner only restaurants, just limited. Calypso had at least 3 things unavailable on a menu of 10 choices. Worst of all the restaurants by far. I was looking forward to the spa. My service was phenomenal - best facial of my life. The facilities were depressing. Cold plunge had a gross film on top (no one using or cleaning it,) shower I used to rinse didn’t drain, and one of the three bathrooms had no handle -just a lock. Because it’s so humid, the doors stick. I had to actually ask an attendant to help me get out. But again amazing service so it was a wash. In general the place was so beautiful and service so good I would consider returning soon. However, not sure how some of the issues would vibe when the place is packed.
We stayed for few nights before we travel back home. Staffs and service
Great resort to visit, you are able to be in the family side if you have kids or not and enjoy the adult side without kids. Adult side is great vibes and great for partying. All the food is great with different options, and they actually serve authentic Jamaican food every day. The entertainment is great, and you will not be bored. They ensure to have events almost every night. The resort is clean and kept well.
Best hotel I ever been to
the customer service was amazing
none at this time
Clean nice hotel would visit here again. The pool area and beach were beautiful, However, small children may not have many menu options.
Everything is great.
The breakfast was excellent, staff were very pleasant and welcoming
The room was not the most modern, some upgrades would be good but it was still comfy.
Great overall experience. Plenty of restaurants and activities to chose from. Relaxing getaway. Pool beds were always available, and the pool bars were fun. Enjoyed being able to go to Zillara (adults only section) for dinner and other activities.
Our overall experience was excellent. The food was great. The staff was always friendly and professional. Our room was ready upon our arrival and the activities during the day and entertainment at night was great too.
I absolutely love Hyatt Ziva/Zilara!! We chose to have our vow renewal (67 guests) here and the resort went above and beyond to make our event memorable! Sharice was the best wedding coordinator! The food is top notch, the people are amazing and very welcoming and friendly! They have events scheduled all day and night! They have water sports on the resort that you can purchase! The only con is that the wear and tear is starting to show BUT they are doing a lot of renovations and addressing the problems!! I would absolutely recommend staying here, especially with family!!!!
The staff and food was definitely 10/10, I will say that I was disappointed in the room, the bed was soo hard I had to see a chiropractor when I returned home. They said they would "look into it" but never did anything. The rooms, hallyways needed some serious upgrading..grout in the tub, and corners of the bathroom, patio door didn't open..However our butler Dexter was awesome making sure we got to our excursions, met us at dinner to make sure we had all request met..the pools, drinks were top notch...
The resort was so beautiful!!! The food was amazing and the vibes were as well. Staff was very friendly, I would love to come back!
The hospitality here is amazing! I work in the industry myself and it was so refreshing to experience people who have the same love and passion for helping others. The entire staff was friendly, huge shoutout to Shaddai, Angeleta, and especiallyyyy to Aldith at the Front Desk. She set the entire tone for our trip with her sweet and warm welcome. The food?!! One of the best selections of food I've had in my life! I am literally a new life long customer of Hyatt Ziva/Zilara properties. I'm replanning my trip now!
If you want quiet in your room don’t stay at ZIVA the stage is right in front of the building and the music/ base/ speakers are so very loud!! Otherwise nice place
Nice Ocean View
The best vacation ever.I have been visiting Jamaica for 25 yrs. Every yr. But, g th his time was the best. Kaye Tulloch always make sure we are happy. What a jewel the Hyatt Ziva has has an employee. what a time we had. From the amazing view to the over all experience in Jamaica I have had a butler only 1 other time in Jamaica. But,this time was exceptional. The service was over the top. The Butler,Rahiem,Kerrion and Toni-Ann have surely mastered their skills. If we didn’t want to left a finger, the were will and happy to please. The Hyatt surely has received a triple gift with the ease 3 butlers. I am so overwhelmed right now, with gratitude. I can’t thank them enough for making this the best vacation every.
I recently stayed at this resort with my partner. It was our first time in Jamaica and he had heard really good things about it. Since the minute we got to the resort we are shocked by the lack of costumer service people working at this resort had. Every single worker expect for one lady at the front desk were beyond rude. No one greets you, everyone seems annoyed to be there and they make sure to let you know that. We had a situation where one of the taxi drivers from the hotel got our number Becuase he was going to send us activities we could do for me and my partner. We told them we were there for our anniversary and he got my number down, he then proceeds to texts me if I wanted to go out which I told him no that we were just interested on excursion. He then sends a picture of a night club ladies free. I didn’t reply, he then starts calling my phone at 12am not one but twice and texts me “u going out?”. I talked to a manager about this situation next morning because we felt extremely uncomfortable and since he said he works for the resort we felt like we were going to see him again and we just weren’t comfortable with that hapeoend. They made me speak with a loss prevention manager who was so rude, while I was explaining the situation he was just scrolling on his phone. They made me write what happened and told me they needed to “investigate” never once asked to see my phone for proof or anything. Nothing was ever done Becuase of it and they weren’t apologetic at all. If
I would not recommend Hyatt Ziva. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. The employees had an attitude problem and no one seemed willing to help. When we arrived, we were told our room wasn’t ready but were given no timeline and told to just sit in the lobby, even though the property was almost empty due to low season. We ultimately had to pay for an upgrade just to get into a room. Basic information like a map of the property or details about amenities was never provided. The food lacked variety and was basically the same every night. Activity times changed randomly without notice, and room service had an extra $10 charge. We even booked a dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant through their app, but the car never came, leaving us scrambling last minute to find something else. Overall, this was not a great experience. Poor service, lack of communication, and little value for the price. Definitely not what you’d expect from a resort at this level.

They made me write what happened and told me they needed to “investigate” never once asked to see my phone for proof or anything. Nothing was ever done Becuase of it and they weren’t apologetic at all. If you want to order anything at the bar be ready to be met with horrible attitude like you are bothering them even when you tip them all the time minimum of $5. I tipped left and right to see if the service was any better but of course it wasn’t. Bartenders don’t want to make mojitos for some reason and they are extremely rude. No one greets you, no one has a smile on their face. It is so unfortunate Becuase the resort is beautiful, the food was so so good but the service really kills it. I am so sad I didn’t go to punta cana which is my choice of vacation country since everyone there is always so so nice. I left with a really bad taste from Jamaica, really bad impression and I don’t think I will ever go back or recommend this place to anyone. I am so mad I spent my money and my vacation in a place where they don’t make you feel welcomed. I really hope the resort gives staff serious costumer service training Becuase we are spending our very hard earned money on this place that is not cheap and it is very sad to receive attitude left and right from all the workers. What a shame. So with all that being said please book knowing these things as I did a lot research before booking and no one ever mentioned this issue.
This is our 2nd stay here and never disappoints. Property, restaurants, staff, and entertainment are outstanding. Cant wait to come back for a 3rd. Sad to be going home.
Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, rooms are clean and spacious and the food on the resort was very good.
Ok
The resort was beautiful. The food was above average. They had a lot of Jamaican food options, which is what I was looking forward to the most. The grounds were kept beautifully. They provided lots of good entertainment options. I came during low season and it was perfect, quiet, not a bunch of kids. The staff was pleasant, some more welcoming and helpful than others. Overall enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again.
We stayed at this resort as recommended by a friend and I must say it was worth every penny, we met Jermaine Brissett at the information desk who made sure we had an amazing stay he also provided us with information as to how we can come back with great benefits when using playa collection
It is the best spot for family .. staffs are really friendly and very helpful. The Jamaican cuisine is very authentic and very tasteful. The pool is not crowded nor too loud.. the music selection at the dinner buffet was really memorable, captivating and made you want to stay out of the room the entire night .. almost everyone was singing along while they were fixing their plates or dancing .. it was nice a nice experience.. the DJ played all the popular reggae music.. my family and I had a great time and we will go back again next year.
Staff here are insanely attentive. Never had to worry about room service, lost our room keys & got them replaced instantly, always had someone to give us change for big bills, room service dining was speedy, etc etc. would recommend this place to anybody & will definitely be back! Dine at Fuzion & get the yakisoba you will not regret!
Loved everything about the resort. They should consider keeping a few of the bars open a little later and possibly a 24hr place to grab late night snacks (pastries and light food like sandwiches). In addition to more hot tubs (on the Zilara side) make sure they are kept clean and completely functional.
This vacation was awesome. My 2nd time and never fail. Hyatt is the way to go
A little disappointed with this one. When construction is taking place, the description should reflect this when selecting a property. Also, pictures of property should be actual photos! Price point was a bit excessive on this one.
Great
Just more portions on the food
Overall the resort was nice. The food was good as well, especially the buffet Choicez. The resort lobbies and grounds are well maintained. The wait staff were awesome. We stayed at the Ziva building two, the rooms are dated but clean. Rooms at the Rose Hall building 3 have been renovated but cost more. We were a group of 20 and some had paid for excursions. Two of the people got sick, including a minor. They could only get a refund if they paid $60 to see a doctor. Even the parent of the minor child had to pay the doctor, even though she was not sick, but canceled her excursion to stay with her sick child. So read the fine print for excursions and bring any medicine you think you might need. Hyatt charges for every thing. Another person paid $55 for Fleet Saline medicine. So sad.
Overall, we had a lovely experience. Staff was exceptional and we had no complaints about the food except we ate too much. I will highlight some pros and cons. Pros 1. Food is very good and staff is great. We had a really small hiccup upon check in but it was remedied very quickly. 2. We stayed at Ziva. It was quiet and the room itself was very clean and updated. We stayed here years ago when it was a Ritz but the bathroom is still the same. It was not a problem for us just something we noticed. Housekeeping was excellent. 3. Pools and staff are great. 4.Errol at Stirz was phenomenal. Hope I spelled that correctly. 5. You can now make all of your dinner reservations for your whole stay. 6. Grinds is really great lovely staff. I highly recommend the chocolate croissant. Cons 1. We arrived on a Tuesday and made all of our reservations but planned to just be relaxed and eat dinner at the buffet that evening. We went to eat at about 6:30 and the door was literally slammed in our face and we were told quite rudely the buffet was closed. So, next to the buffet was Union Jackz. That was the worst service. It took nearly an hour to get food and to say we got attitude was an understatement. 2. The ice situation was annoying as we like to hang out at the room after dinner and if you don’t want to go to a bar you need to order ice. We have no problem getting ice for ourselves. The big problem….The Playa…. Well, they claim it isn’t a timeshare because that’s illegal in Jamaica but it is. We spoke to one man who encountered us on the stairs and identified himself as a manager. He gave us an “invitation” to come and speak to them. We have heard that ridiculousness before and were polite. The next morning before 8am we got a phone call from Olivia to set up a meeting. We did not answer because we aren’t buying into any kind of timeshare (which it is and has horrible reviews.) We were on our way to breakfast and were again accosted by Olivia who informed us we can go eat breakfast and then come see them. The last encounter happened we were sitting but the pool and the manager (I can’t remember his name because I was so taken aback) accosted us and was almost yelling at us to come see him. Hyatt should be ashamed. We also stayed on the 5th floor almost directly across from the Playa office. They were loud and we could hear all of it. Overall, we had a good time but Hyatt needs to stop harassing guests with the Playa.
The hotel was disgusting. The only clean areas were the restaurants and around the lobby. The gym was out of wipes for the machines. The rugs in the hallway were disgusting and our room was smelled of mold. My husbands asthma flared up and he’s still sneezing and congested.
Every thing was wonderful
Everyone is friendly and kind, best food, buffet was good.
Excellent resort with abundant dining options and on-site entertainment & activities. Karaoke was awesome!! Not enough signage in the halls to guide you from getting lost. Will definitely be back!!
Overall the resort is a resort just like all the rest except the Internet was down for 2 to 4 days I was there. TVs wasn’t there. We’re not working 2 to 4 days. I was there also have mold in my room. You be the judge
Wasn’t solo travel friendly and the customer service throughout the resort (females mostly) was terrible. I wouldn’t revisit this resort nor recommend.
Staff is phenomenal
I came to Jamaica for a week with my family just to have a little get away and we choose the Best hotel anyone could think of the staff is very lovely and professional the Menu is always exciting. We could not leave out this one chef on the lunch team chef Vickesha the love she give us is so sweet and kind we will be back for sure.
Resort was beautiful and the food was great.
las instalaciones impecables y la atención del personal muy buena!
a mi criterio, la playa está lejos de ser la mas linda de Jamaica!
Fabulous service, beautiful grounds, delicious food and beverages. A little slice of paradise. We cannot wait to go again!
The resort needed to have visible security monitoring of the areas. My husband and I were bullied by a couple verbally and it continued for over 15 minutes and no security or staff members were present. I was very disappointed.
Excellent staff, food for an all inclusive is outstanding. Beaches are beautiful. Great staff. Great service. I would give it 5 stars except for the annoying timeshare group called PLAYA. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!Scammers
Excellencent stay would definitely come back...everything was amazing from poolside to the food.................
The resort and staff were very nice. But there is lack of entertainment during the week. The resort would be way better if there were more activities, especially during the day/week. I arrived on Monday and the only day there was activity at the pool was on Thursday, and I was leaving on Friday. There’s no club. There’s a small bar that stays open until 12am. If you’re looking for parties/activities this might not be the best option. Overall, the staff and food was amazing
Love the hotel, very nice and cool people, excellent service, amazing food!
Great weather and close to the airport. Entertainment was poor, food is not great for dietary restrictions. We had to ask for snacks in the room. Nice resort but had better days
This resort far surpassed our expectations. My wife and I had an unforgettable experience and are already looking forward to our next visit. From the exceptional food and outstanding service to the warm, attentive staff and stunning property—everything was perfect. We’re already planning a return trip, this time with the whole family. Highly recommend a stay on either side!
Resort is old and needs reconditioning. Beach area is subpar with the bulk of adults hanging out at the family beaches, smoking pot, getting drunk, and cursing in front of small children. I have to say that the food was much better than I expected, some of the best I’ve had at all-inclusives. Drinks were not watered down either. Staff was friendly. Visitors at the resort were not culturally diverse, to say the least. If you like nighttime entertainment, the Bob Marley tribute band was excellent, all others not so much. Resort was not crowded at all. Pool area was nice, but I’m a beach person, so didn’t spend much time there. Would have rated much higher if the beach was nicer. It’s not a natural beach, it’s man- made and a rock barrier keeps the water waveless, so it feels more like a stagnant pond than the ocean.
Hyatt ziva is one of the best hotels I have visited! Staff were so accommodating and friendly. The food was exceptional and the service was top tier.
The resort itself is beautiful and the food was amazing. However, I didn’t like that the internet had to be purchased, and there was no entertainment team from Monday to Wednesday. It would be great if they offered more activities for the guests throughout the week.
Hotel was nice and food was good. Staff was nice for the most part. The jerk hut a.d Italian Restaurant were my favorite food spots. The rooms were pretty basic room but the bathroom was very spacious. Great view from my room. I love the cold towel when you enter the resort. The 4th of July celebration was amazing. Definitely planning to return.
