Simple but clean rooms. Nice balcony with views of the sunset. Nice to have a mini fridge. We took the half board option and enjoyed the buffet choices, which changed every day.

Die Lage war gut, aber zum Strand mussten wir mit dem Mietauto fahren (zu Fuß zu gehen war leider ziemlich lang); Wir haben auch Probleme mit Spühlmaschine (2 Tage ausser Gefecht, dann repariert). Spa Bereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (die Luft ist modrig, Whirlpool Bereich ist nicht was wir erwartet haben).

Cleaner, never cleaned the balcony. I dropped beer on first day, and it remained sticky for rest of stay. They were charging for ice at bar, even though it was 35 degrees. No freezer compartment in fridge.

Wonderful staff, great dinner, the pool area is amazing. Everything was super clean.

The humidity that you smell after the apartment has been closed - windows and doors. But this is not the hotel’s issue; it is like this with the most of the hotels and houses on the island.

The apartment itself has been a really good size for a family of four. The rooms are spacious, including the bathroom, and the sofa bed is particularly good — it is a decent size and, importantly, very comfortable. The kitchen is also well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday, which has made things very easy with two children. The complex as a whole has plenty to keep families occupied. There is good children’s entertainment, and the three outdoor pools are a real highlight. There is plenty of space around the pools and, during our stay, we have generally found enough sun loungers without having to fight for a spot. There is also a good restaurant on site, located away from the main reception and central accommodation areas. As we were self-catering and didn’t pay for the food package, we can’t comment on the quality or value of the food. For anyone who likes being active, the sports facilities are another strong point. The tennis and padel courts are good, and there is a decent gym facility as well. Housekeeping has also been good. The cleaners regularly changed the bedding and emptied the bins, and overall the apartment and complex have been kept clean. Location and getting around The location is convenient for a family holiday. Port de Pollença is around a 10–15 minute walk away, although it is worth bearing in mind that this can feel a little longer when walking with younger children, particularly in the heat. There is also a local bus route nearby, making it relatively easy to get around without a car. We used Majorcab for taxis during our stay. The app is similar to Uber, although it doesn’t have quite the same premium feel or slickness to it. However, the important thing is that it worked well. Even during busier periods, the waiting times were manageable and we found the taxi fares to be fair.

The main area where the apartment could be improved is the bathroom. It feels a little dated and could benefit from being updated. We also noticed that the toilet could develop an unpleasant smell if the toilet seat was left up for a while. Something as simple as an air freshener or another way of dealing with this would probably make quite a difference. We have also had some issues with ants in the apartment. It hasn’t been a major problem for us and hasn’t particularly affected our stay, but there have been enough of them to notice. Given that this is a ground-floor apartment in a hot Mediterranean climate, some ants may be fairly difficult to avoid, particularly during the warmer months, but it would still be worth the hotel keeping an eye on the issue and treating apartments where necessary

Great position for my husband obsession with paddle

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appart-hôtel, idéalement situé, au calme, tout en étant proche de Pollença et d'Alcúdia. Les trois belles piscines ont fait le bonheur de nos enfants, et le spa est un véritable plus pour se détendre. Le service de ménage est irréprochable et le personnel de l'accueil est particulièrement sympathique, accueillant et disponible. Enfin, nous avons apprécié la facilité pour trouver une place de parking, ce qui est très pratique. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation !

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks with our family. The apartment was cleaned every day, and everything was always very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The children slept on the sofa bed in the living room, which was large and roomy. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Our time there flew by, and everything was designed with guests' comfort in mind. The kitchen is well equipped, although some guests might find that certain items are missing. For us, it was perfectly comfortable. There is a pond located near the apartment where turtles live, which was a lovely feature. There are plenty of swimming pools to choose from. For children, there is a Kids Club with an entertaining activity program, so you definitely won't get bored. If desired, you can also add breakfast and dinner packages. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! ❤️

The lifeguards could be a bit more attentive when it comes to children. At times, it felt as though the lifeguard was simply another guest, while children were occasionally engaging in games that seemed quite unsafe.

L’emplacement proche de Pollenca super! La gentillesse de l’équipe, Les 3 piscines très agréables. Petit déjeuné et buffet du soir très bon et avec du choix.

Il n’y a pas de lit double, mais seulement 2 lits simples avec des draps simples. Et les matelas sont beaucoup beaucoup trop dur! Même en étant, mon mari et moi même amateur de lit ferme, les nuits ont été inconfortable et c’est dommage. Beaucoup de fourmis dans l’appartement. Le fait de devoir finir de manger à 21h30, pour l’Espagne c’est surprenant! Ne pas pouvoir manger dehors, alors que c’est le seul moment de la journée l’été où c’est particulièrement agréable de profiter de la baisse des températures. Jacuzzi HS, et sauna et hammam beaucoup beaucoup trop chaud. Impossible de toucher la poignée pour sortir tellement la température était importante. Douche sensoriel HS. Restaurant supplément du nom de giravolta vraiment très mauvais.

The air conditioning worked well. The location is convenient, close to Port de Pollença and its shops. The female receptionist who welcomed us late on 8 July was polite and helpful.

The stay was unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Our children's sheet had blood stains, the room was dirty with bugs and ants, and there was mould in the bath. See photos. It was also very noisy from the rooms upstairs and next door. Although reception agreed to change our room the next day, the sofa bed for our children was not prepared when we returned that evening. The maid seemed annoyed, spoke to us in Spanish despite us not understanding her, and became more irritated when we asked if she could speak English. Towels were not replaced on Sunday. To be fair, they mentioned in their lengthy terms of service that the cleaning service was not working on Sundays, but we hadn't noticed, nor is it acceptable not to offer 7-day service. On the evening of 12 July, the male receptionist was extremely rude when we asked for towels, saying he was doing us a favor “for the last time.” We went to the reception ourselves, where he tried to double down and show us their lengthy piece of paper with the terms. Sheets were never changed during our seven-night stay. Shampoo and body wash were not refilled for a family of four, and toilet paper was repeatedly left almost finished. We were also charged €18 to use the safe, even though it was clearly listed among the facilities on Booking. We did not expect an additional charge. They also required a €5 cash deposit for the safe key, which was returned at checkout when we handed the key back. Finally, the hotel’s “lake” looked more like a poorly maintained swamp.

Das Hotel ist kein hotelbunker sondern hat Charme. Schöne Gegend. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Freundliches Personal und eine aufmerksame Reinigungskraft. Unsere Mokkakanne war kaputt und noch bevor wir bescheid geben konnten hat sie es gesehen und uns eine neue hingestellt. Man kann zu Fuß nach port de pollenca gehen eine schöne Stadt mit echtem Flair. Mich hat das Hotel überzeugt obwohl ich mit der Basissauberkeit (siehe unten) nicht zufrieden war.

Unser Zimmer im Komplex B war zum Teil sehr abgewohnt. Meine Matratze war in der Mitte durch gelegen. Die duschhalterung war kaputt, schimmel in den Fugen. Bei jedem Duschen lief Wasser aus, aber nicht wegen der Duschwand sondern unten an der Leitung ist etwas undicht. Die Küche und die Ausstattung war dreckig und überall waren deutliche Spuren von vorbewohnern. Jedes Geschirrteil das wir benutzen wollten haben wir erst mal säubern müssen. Auch den Kühlschrank musste ich erst mal auswaschen. Ich möchte aber ausdrücklich sagen dass unsere Reinigungskraft sehr gut geputzt hat, aber das Zimmer müsste einfach mal grundgereinigt werden.

Aparthotel was the perfect base for our cycling holiday. It was great to have an apartment rather than a hotel and be able cater for ourselves, close proximity a super market. Lovely swimming pool and a great gym. bikes from Ultimate Bike Hire, Jason and his team couldn't do enough for us.

I wasn't a fan of the 80s playlist round the poolside - Phil Collins, Chris de Burgh et al are not my cup of tea!

Mooie locatie centraal gelegen. Appartement was groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi zwembad, fijne (maar kleine) spa ruimte met binnenzwembad. Wij waren er in het voorseizoen dus lekker rustig. Ik kan me wel voorstellen dat het in het hoogseizoen wel een ander verhaal is met de drukte in dit grote complex.

We return to this hotel as the facilities are great , location great and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The apartments are spacious and clean with lovely views across to the mountains . Restaurant food is brilliant with plenty of choice to cater all needs . Will definitely be back next year

They have changed the criteria with drinks at mealtimes in that you now have to pay for drinks for your meal , I feel this is rightly so if you are drinking alcohol but to have to pay for your water seemed unfair . Secondly it would be nice for the entertainment guy to be able to eat his food with the guests instead of being behind the scenes .

Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind etwas in die Jahre kekommen- aber dennoch voll funktionsfähig! War für mich allerdings nicht wirklich ein Problem (eher klagen auf hohem Niveau) ;) Sonst alles Super!

Das freundliche helle Apartement hatte ein großes Schlafzimmer, Bad und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossenem großen Balkon. Die Einrichtung war neu und alles war sehr gepflegt, die Vorhänge waren dicht, sodass man die Zimmer gut verdunkeln konnte. Auf dem Balkon gab es 4 Stühle, einen Tissch und sogar einen an der Wand angebrachten ausziehbaren Wascheständer. Die nötigsten Küchenutensilien waren vorhanden (Gewürze , Öl etc. müssen mitgebracht werden).Das Apartement gehört zu einer großen Anlage, es lag in einem Gebäuderiegel, welcher nicht direkt an der Straße lag, sodass es sehr ruhig war. Unser Apartement lag im ersten von 3 vorhandenen Stockwerken. Da die Anlage nicht direkt im Hafenort von Pollenca liegt, sollte man über einen fahrbaren Untersatz verfügen.

Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln. Evtl. dass die Klimaanlage nur bis April zum Heizen genutzt werden kann, wir waren im diesjährig kalten Mai da, sodass wir abends gern eine Heizung gehabt hätten. Der nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption bot uns jedoch einen Heizlüfter an.

Das es genügend Parkplätze gibt.

Hotel etwas abgewohnt und sehr laut von der Straße.!!!! Dusche Katastrophe!!!! einmal kalt dann wieder extrem Heiß 🔥 konnte man nicht regulieren!!!!!!! Frühstück nicht schlecht! Kaffee naja

Personnel serviable et attentif aux demandes. Le ménage est quotidien. Un bon rapport qualite-prix, compte tenu de la taille, très correcte, des appartements. Pas mal d'activités sur place. Un endroit très recommandable.

Peu de plaques de cuisson et pas de lave-vaisselle. De nombreux clients réservent en demi-pension, ce qui explique que l'équipement de la cuisine soit minimal. Quelques finitions à revoir dans l'appartement.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne geräumige Appartements, du die theoretisch jeden Tag geputzt worden wären (was wir allerdings nicht in Anspruch genommen haben). Parken vor dem Hotel war gar kein Problem, es gab immer einen Parkplatz, sogar spät am Abend. Die Spa Landschaft war super, sowohl Wasser als auch Lufttemperatur waren perfekt, sodass man sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat und nicht frieren musste. Absolut herausragenden war die gebuchte Halbpension, sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen gab es ein mehr als reichhaltiges Buffet mit täglich variierenden Speisen, Salaten und frischem Obst. Jeden Tag würden zwei unterschiedliche Fischgerichte serviert, was wir alle sehr genossen haben! Nie wurde 2 Mal das Gleiche serviert, wenn mal was aus war, wurde sofort nachgefüllt. Ein ganz großes Kompliment an die Köche und ihr Team! Das Personal im Speisesaal und an der Rezeption war perfekt: freundlich, hilfsbereit und reaktionsschnell, wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Mir hat wirklich alles gefallen, einziger Verbesserungstipp wären ein paar Kleiderhaken oder eine Garderobe im Eingangsbereich des Appartements, um seine Jacke aufhängen zu können.

Quiet, comfortable beds, small spa facilities free to use, easy parking nearby, and cycle storage facilities. Felt safe. Cleaners visited most days , and changed towels when requested. Easy to find, and well located. We didn't make use of the pool as it was a little cool, but looked nice. We didn't really engage with the apartment facilities (bar, restaurant), but they looked reasonable. There were also padel courts and tennis courts next to the apartments that you could use for an extra charge, the apartments were well used by cyclists (part of the reason we went there), but also there were some families and other people - had a nice quiet relaxed vibe.

The apartment was fine, but the bathroom was a bit tired with some mould around the bath/shower. We were in a self catering apartment, but pots/pans etc were limited. I suspect not many people self cater - as it is limited, but we managed to cook our own meals with a bit of pan juggling. Not sure the apartment would fit 4 people as advertised, it was fine for 2 people though.

Room was great, with a comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant was excellent, with a great variety of food on offer. The outdoor pool closest to the hotel was great.

I felt the spa wasn't managed terribly well (rules about swimming caps and diving into the pool not enforced at all). The sauna and steam room were also far too hot to be comfortable for long. The safe in the room was too small to accommodate a 13" laptop computer, and the safe had to be hired (admittedly the cost was very reasonable).

Nous avons tout apprécié ! Nous avions prit la 1/2 pensions, le petit déjeuné et le dîner étaient parfaits ! Il y avait du choix. Concernant la piscine, elle est ouverte jusqu’à 20h et c’est agréable d’aller s’y baigner. La chambre était spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La terrasse était agréable. Un grand merci au personnel qui fait un très bon travail !

Appartements bien rénové et joliment décoré. Spacieux avec terrasse. Les espaces communs sont sympas. L’ambiance est sportive. Le port de Pollença est juste à côté en voiture, très agréable à visiter c’est chic. Supermarché à 2 min. Pratique pour visiter la cap formentor et les superbes alentours. Bon petit déjeuner avec choix larges. Personnel agréable.

La salle de bain est rénovée mais la VMC est bruyante et le pommeau de douche petit.

Only the head waiter in the restaurant was rude, unfriendly at breakfast. So did not return to the restaurant. And the kettle in the room hadn't been rinsed, so the tea I made turned out foamy until I rinsed it thoroughly.
