Location was perfect! Beach access was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful. Unlimited coffee all day. Access to water all day. Fab beach bag and towels, also parasol available. Lovley bathroom toiletries. The staff were well trained, and they were so firefly and helpful. They looked after my husband with coeliac disease at breakfast.

If I have to think of something the rooms were a little tight but the bathroom was a great size.

Location is great, very clean, staff great.

the proximity of the hotel to the beach

Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. During check-out, we requested assistance with our luggage and were met with resistance and an argument from a receptionist. We were told that because this is a 4-star hotel, we should not expect the same level of service as a 5-star hotel. I found this response unprofessional and unacceptable. The lack of hospitality extended beyond the front desk. Even when politely asking a server for a glass of water, we were told to get it ourselves from the restaurant because it was self-service. Simple requests were handled with little courtesy or willingness to help. I have traveled extensively around the world and have stayed in many hotels of various categories, but I have rarely encountered service this poor. The overall atmosphere was unfriendly and far from the relaxing, enjoyable vacation experience we were hoping for. Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised This hotel is a small boutique property with very small rooms. However, the way it is advertised gives the impression of a much larger hotel with extensive amenities, which is misleading. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a peaceful vacation.

La Goleta was an excellent place to stay. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach and in a lovely area. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, and the rooms were always clean and well maintained. We also rode rented bicycles during our stay, and the hotel was very convenient for that, with proper bike storage. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

A localização, o pequeno-almoço, Os funcionários, em especial os do restaurante do hotel, foram sempre muito gentis, simpáticos e disponíveis, contribuindo para uma experiência muito agradável. A localização do hotel é excelente e o pequeno-almoço destaca-se pela qualidade e variedade, sempre com fruta fresca disponível. Acrescentaria apenas sumo que fosse mesmo natural e mais um ou dois legumes.

Como aspeto a melhorar, destacaria a limpeza dos quartos, que poderia ser mais cuidada e consistente, sobretudo tendo em conta o nível que se espera de um hotel desta categoria. Por vezes apenas faziam a cama não limpando convenientemente o chão.

Que me cobrasen 10 euros por check out una hora más tarde...no es por el dinero, es el detalle que me aguó un poco lo bien que estuvimos cada día.

Hotel położony w pięknym miejscu nad samym morzem gdzie nawet w sierpniu nie jest tłoczno. Śniadania bardzo dobre, oprócz wystawionych dodatków można zamówić z karty różnego rodzaju jajka, sery i wędliny hiszpańskie oraz ciasta. Dużym atutem hotelu jest możliwość przez 24 h zrobienia sobie kawy z ekspresu, herbaty oraz nalania wody gazowanej lub nie gazowanej. Dodatkowo są ręczniki plażowe oraz parasol na plażę - co przy wysokich temperaturach jest bardzo potrzebne.

Opis pokoju bez balkonu na Bookingu, że jest z bocznym widokiem na morze jest trochę na wyrost ... no cóż trzeba byłoby się chyba wychylic dobrze z okna żeby coś zobaczyć.

We had a fantastic stay at La Goleta. The staff are wonderful and can't do enough for you. We stayed in one of the superior sea view rooms which was very comfortable with a lovely balcony. There was a great choice for breakfast. The location of the hotel is great in a slightly quieter area of Puerto Pollenca. Will definitely be returning.

Personnel très accueillant et très aimable le monsieur qui nous a accueille très professionnel avec de très bon conseil pour notre séjour parlant très bien le français 👍 très appréciable merci à ala dame de l'accueil qui c'est occupé de notre petit soucis nous avons perdu notre portable dans un taxi elle à tout fait pour que le chauffeur nous le rapporte à l'hôtel 👃👃🤩 rooftop avec piscine H24 quel bonheur.cafe eau plate et gazeuse fraîche gratuite à volonté pour les clients de l'hôtel prestation très rare dans les hôtels nous avons adoré petit dej très bon que des produits locaux le glacier 👌.le près de serrviettes de plage avec sac et parasol sans caution commerce plage resto bus promenade bateau tout a pied pas besoin de voiture etc etc... Molta calor a l'habitació No es normal pel preu d'aquest hotel que en el check-in et trobis l'habitació amb l'aire parat L'Aire acondicionat tant de les habitacions com de la recepció no estan a l'altura del preu de l'hotel En el segon dia després de passar el dia fora de l'hotel al tornar-hi, altre cop l'aire acondiconat parat i l'habitació feia molta calor. La ubicación perfecta, en el paseo marítimo de puerto de pollensa, espectacular y la habitación con vistas al mar, preciosa y el hotel tiene muchos detalles como dejarte en la habitacion un bolso con dos toallas, tienen sombrillas para la playa, cafe y te 24 horas, la piscina super tranquila y 24 horas tambien. El desayuno también espectacular. 100% recomendado, repetiremos

Reservé con mucha antelación esperando una buena experiencia, pero la realidad fue muy diferente. Pagamos casi 300 € por noche por una habitación extremadamente pequeña que no se parecía en nada a las fotos del anuncio. Para colmo, estando en recepción, escuchamos cómo a una pareja que llegó sin reserva esa misma noche le ofrecieron una tarifa de unos 155 €. Siento que se nos penalizó económicamente por planificar el viaje con tiempo. La relación calidad-precio, en nuestro caso, fue muy mala.

Everything!! The location was amazing and right at the beach. The hotel is amazing. So modern and so clean and pretty. The hotel staff are so helpful and friendly and can’t do enough for you. The roof terrace with the pool is such a nice touch. Breakfast was perfect for me and my mother too. I can’t wait to come back. The restaurant has amazing food and again the staff are so lovely.

Das ist die perfekte Location für einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Hier ist es tatsächlich ruhig und direkt am Strand gelegen. Die Zimmer sind hell modern und sehr sauber. Das Bad ist sehr schön. Ein Fernseher mit Internetanbindung rundet das ganze ab. Das Frühstück ist perfekt und bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann. Kaffee Tee und kaltes Wasser gibt es den ganzen Tag umsonst. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für Radfahrer gibt es einen genialen Radkeller. Dort gibt es ein Schloss für jedes Fahrrad. Es ist super organisiert und sogar Pumpen Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt es hier

We stayed here on our wedding night, it was ideal. Really close to the beach, great breakfast, staff very helpful and calm, AC worked very well, exactly what we needed!

Parking is always tricky, but thats usual in Port de Pollenca (and many small towns in PP), and you can usually find something a 5 minute walk away.

Sehr nettes Hotel gleich am Strand und sehr gute Lokale zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder :)

Keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze Man muss sich daher einen in den Seitenstraßen suchen und die sind leider sehr verpackt

Kleines, charmantes Hotel in der ersten Reihe. Mein Zimmer hatte einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Bucht und die Strandpromenade. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben der exzellente Service und die Möglichkeit eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in einem separaten Raum kostenlos zu nutzen. Mitarbeiter freundlich, sympathisch. Frühstück sehr gut.

Fantastische Lage mit Blick über die Bucht. Wir waren in der Junior Suite mit großer, super ausgestatteter Terrasse. Vielen Dank noch einmal an die Belegschaft für das Zusenden unseres vergessenen Jumpers! Muy amable!!! Muchas gracias!!!

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Strand

Veldig god frokost, kunne vært litt mer ferske grønnsaker, ellers var den ypperlig med a la cart meny, yoghurt, ulike syltetøy etc.

Sengene kunne vært noe mykere, ellers veldig bra rom, spesielt de som vender ut mot stranden, helt nydelig å sitte på balkongen å se ut på havet.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit außerordentlich freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch! Alles frisch und mit einheimischen Spezialitäten nach Wahl. Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen!

Die einzige Verbesserungsmöglichkeit sehe ich in der Kaffeemaschine zur Selbstbedienung während der Frühstückszeit. Untertags eine super Möglichkeit, um jederzeit frischen Kaffee zu erhalten. Zu Stoßzeiten sind hier jedoch längere Wartezeiten nötig.

We had a wonderful stay at La Goleta del Mar. The room was cozy and very clean, with a nice balcony and partial sea view. Breakfast was the highlight — a great mix of buffet and freshly made options. The staff were very warm and friendly. Perfect location right in the heart of Port de Pollensa. We would gladly come back!

Tolle Lage & Ausblick, extrem freundliches Personal, sauber und ein nettes Frühstück bei dem man diverse Sachen a la Carte bestellt.

Alles - vom freundlichen Empfang in ansprechendem Gebäude über tolles Frühstück nach Wunsch, durch sehr nettes Personal serviert, und alles unter hohen Umweltansprüchen - regionale Produkte, Wasser sowie Tee und Kaffee den ganzen Tag frei. Weiter so!!

Move the coffee machine in the cafeteria! It's in the entrance to the kitchen & queues form blocking the passage for waiters - someone will have an accident with hot food or coffee soon.

We loved La Goleta so much we extended our stay by 3 nights. We had a wonderful room with balcony overlooking the bay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff are charming and can't do enough for one. You can use their washing machine and dryer at no extra cost. We would definitely return.

Vue magnifique sur la baie de Pollença depuis le balcon (chambre au 4e étage, nous avions demandé un étage élevé), hôtel très bien situé avec rue en bas fermée la nuit, plein de restaurants aux alentours et une plage sympathique.

Dommage que le lit ne soit pas bien orienté, on ne peut pas voir la mer depuis le lit. Petit déjeuner convenable mais rien d'extraordinaire...
