Rooms were ok. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Beds were uncomfortable. Location was average. Whole place was quite run down.

Great location, close to most stores. Staff were helpful and responsive — arranged a portable heater on short notice when the weather turned cold, and promptly provided hand soap when requested. The bed itself was soft and comfortable.

On checking the room, we found hair on the pillows and sheets, and yellow stains on the sheet — should have been caught during housekeeping before check-in. Staff offered to change the sheets when we flagged it, but it was late by then. Towels also had some stains, and the microwave was dirty as well, which we reported to the front desk. Flooring isn’t soundproofed — we were woken around 5:30 AM by footsteps from the room above.

Overall as advertised.

Strange A/C system - air was on & room was very cold - they need to revise this before I would stay again but this was the only negative.

Stained sheets and holes in sheet, stained couch, floor was absolutely dirty you could not walk barefoot within your room & carpet was sticky, air-conditioning was tied to four other units so if another unit tampered with their air-conditioning your air-conditioning would turn off, was not close to town at all, strong fragrance smell in the room it was overpowering.

Discussed with the desk staff about having some way to designate handicap parking. Possibly, a portable system with a placard indicating a parking spot designated for handicap parking—a Pilon my wife kept tripping on the highwith the sign attached and easily moved.

My wife kept tripping on the high door sill. Possibly, make it more visible by painting the sill.

Overall, the room met our needs nicely. I would have liked to have a less treble tone to the TV , but that may have been someone else’s choice. I will see if there is a way to adjust this on our next stay this weekend.

It would be nice to have some designated handicap parking located in strategic locations in front of the building. Those with handicaps could be assigned rooms in close proximity to the parking spaces. I booked through the internet but found my actual charge on-site was more than quoted.

Coffee was not good

Very reasonably priced for being so close to town. The rooms were large and very clean. Room also had a small fridge, microwave and a coffee pot. They also have a common BBQ area and picnic tables outside if someone was there longer and wanted to cook a bit. I was in town for a wedding and didn't have a car but it was a short walk to town and places to eat. There are BIKE scooters for rent across the street and a great Indian restaurant (Flavors of India) just up the road. If I was in need of Kamloops accommodation again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The location was fine as we were only there one night

My mom uses a walker and couldn’t get past the bed so we needed to change rooms. My room the light wouldn’t turn off and I had to be moved. Not sure what would happen if the office was closed. Rooms were clean enough but definitely could use a refresh. Runners stuck to the floor in the bathroom area.

Could have been cleaner and beds were too soft. There were a few stains on bedding and dirty towels and linens were left balled up on a chair from the previous guests.

Had that small motel feel to it.

The pool area was a mess and almost all the chairs were ready for the garbage. No painted parking spot lines so people were all over the place. Couldn’t turn the a/c off. No bags for the ice buckets and you had to have office staff fill your ice. Price was high for what you get.

I've always loved how clean and well cared for the property is. You can tell the owners take care of it. The price is always great and we always know we'll get a clean comfortable room.

Clean and comftable. Silent during the night. Friendly and helpful staff. We only stayed overnight as the smoke from the fire made it impossible to stay longer or see the town.

The front desk attendant was professional, friendly, and very attentive. She explained that my room had been given to another customer who had mobility issues. I was glad that she explained the room change.

I had booked a pet-friendly room on the ground floor due to my senior dog. I appreciated that the front desk attendant explained my room change, even though it was inconvenient.

When I went to make coffee the coffee pot wasn't checked to see if it was clean... there was old coffee grounds still in the coffee pot and old coffee, really grossed me out. So I just ended up ordering my coffee elsewhere. Also saw a HUGE rat outside near the pool..

The location was good. We stayed 1 night

The very eclectic AC which served 4 rooms. We appeared to have control over whether they froze or overheated. It is interesting, to say the least. The exit to the road allows a right turn, only requiring u-turns somewhere if you head downtown. It’s not any fault of the motel, just the road layout. We would choose another place the next time through.

The lady at the check-in provided excellent customer service, the value for money was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and there were additional amenties on offer, such as barbeques. The gardens were well cared for too.

Very friendly staff, good location, the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Very quiet - the motel was full but we didn’t hear anything from any other room and we were there for two nights.

Rugs could use a clean (but that’s the nature of rugs in a motel); comforters were showing their age, but it’s a cheaper motel and you get what you pay for. Overall we had a great stay!

Location. Very central to my needs this trip.

Very poor water pressure in shower. Slightly more than a dribble from the shower head.

Great value compared to other nearby accommodations. But next time, I will try and book a room on the second floor. Poor insulation between levels and you can hear footsteps and any other movement from the room above if you're on the main floor. Very clean and outstanding staff. I will definitely stay here again when in Kamloops.

We stayed over one night. The location was excellent to walk to restaurants and shopping. A fridge in the room allowed us to have a small breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

All in all everything at the motel was to our expectations.
