Number One St Luke's

Cannot fault our stay..friendly, obliging and comfortable

Fab. Lovely room, lovely owners, really lovely full English. We will be back. We stayed on a Sunday night, we caught the tram from the South to the North, fish and chips and walked back through the lights. A lovely night away. The British weather came good too. Matt

I visit the area monthly for work and usually stay at a hotel chain in Lytham. This time, I decided to stay in Blackpool, and I was thoroughly impressed with this place. The owners provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The entire property was spotless, and it was the most comfortable stay I’ve ever had while traveling. I will be returning here every month. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the bedroom was beautifully appointed with thoughtful conveniences. If only all properties were managed with such care.

Just back from a 2 night stay at this fantastic B&B . The room we booked was beautiful, we didn't want to leave as it was so cozy. Claire who runs the B&B is a brilliant host, who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. Breakfast was delicious and we also treated ourselves to the champagne hamper breakfast one of the mornings which was available with a very reasonable supplement. We will definitely go back. Absolute gem 5 stars definitely.

Wow. We have just returned from a 2 night stay at this amazing BnB. From the moment you arrive Claire is extremely friendly and full of information about the area.. Rooms are spotless, Infact the whole building is spotless. Lovely gardens to sit in. The bed is the most comfy I've ever slept in. A whirl pool bath with a tv to watch. Breakfast was fantastic, they have won awards and you can see why. Claire was always asking if we wanted more. Also a fridge in your room and a very fairly priced mini bar. As I'm from Blackpool but moved away I travel back regularly and this will be the first place we call to see if they have a room free. If your looking at booking this property, Book it you won't regret it.

Just had a 2 night stay and it was superb in every way. The attention to detail is stunning. It’s in a lovely location, parking, easy to get into town with bus stop around corner or 10 min walk to prom. Claire is lovely and can’t do enough for you. We had room with giraffes and it was spotless. Drinks and chocolate in mini fridge, fresh water, sweets, slippers and dressing gowns. We had whirlpool bath which was a godsend as I had pulled my back. The hosts even brought me some radox! Very high quality breakfast too. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic B&B. We have just stayed for 3 nights, visiting Blackpool for the Airshow. Our room, was beautifully decorated if somewhat quirky, with a family of wooden camels in the corner. I loved them. It was extremely clean and spacious, and it is obvious that Claire (one of the owners) takes a lot of pride in welcoming guests and making sure they are comfortable. Our room overlooked a beautiful garden and we spotted a hot tub but we did not use it as our bathroom was also fitted with a large jacuzzi bath. Lots of choice was offered for breakfast, you could not fault it. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone. It is set between Blackpool Airport and the Pleasure Beach. If you don't like walking, buses run about every 10 mins to the Tower from just across the road. We found it ideally situated.

A lovely warm welcome, room was fabulous had everything we needed, breakfast was delicious. Will definitely return when next in this area. Wonderful

Super duper stay, with super duper breakfast and service. Many thanks

Absolutely superb

Well-appointed rooms, friendly and informative owners. Claire was lovely and helpful with great smile and great hospitality …. Thanks Claire Natalie & Phil

Superb little find. I have stayed at the bigger hotels in Blackpool. But I'd recommend this one over all of them. Such a friendly couple, very homely and a very good breakfast. Loved my stay, and will stay again when I am back travelling next year.

Fantastic property, brilliant hosts, beautiful accommodation, you just cannot fault it.

Fantastic hosts, beautiful rooms and a breakfast you cannot beat. This has to be one of the best places to stay in the area.

Great welcome great room great stay

Super place to stay with a super host. 10/10 for everything 👍

We stayed one night here and the bedroom was as good as a 5* hotel. Exceptionally friendly people who could not do enough for us

Amazing stay nice and clean second visit. Room was nice and tidy, been home from home very nice fresh hot breakfast look forward to coming back again in the summer of 2023. 5 star service all round the highest standards maintained throughout well done Number 1 St Lukes keep up the good hard work and high standards

An amazing stay at this hotel. From arrival to check out, Claire could not be any more accommodating. The room was spotless and nothing was too much trouble. The whirlpool bath…..wow! By far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Claire you are a real treasure. We will be back with you very soon and thank you again for a wonderful stay.

My wife and I were going to gig in Lytham, and nearby hotels were rare - we were lucky to get a room at 1St Lukes. We were made to feel so welcome by Claire, our room was beautiful and spotless, as was the en suite. Breakfast was lovely. We will certainly return when we return to the area Ted and Karen

The host Claire was so welcoming and friendly. It was lovely to arrive somewhere after a long drive and instantly feel relaxed and at home. The room was super clean, big and well equipped. The whirlpool bath just amazing, such a treat after a day's exploring. Would definitely recommend

Lovely room, had everything you needed. Well thought through. Food was delicious. Will definitely recommend this place.

Wow! What a find! A beautiful property tucked a few blocks behind the prom but only a short walk to the tram stop and all the action. Fabulous friendly and well-informed hosts and an amazing room - we couldn’t have asked for more. The breakfasts were perfect and our daughter loved the owners pet rabbit! Would highly recommend this great find - 5 stars all round! Thank you for having us :)

Great hosts, brilliant room with non-alcoholic mini bar and robe heaters. Ensuite spa bath with tv. Separate, quality shower too.

Amazing stay. We felt very welcomed the whole time, from the introduction to our room until we left, always being greeted happily. The bath was amazing. Loved playing the PS2 and reminiscing. Breakfast was delicious and filling the next morning. Location was really good for Pleasure Beach and on easy waking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel- lovely decor, really unique and high quality. Lovely touches- cooled water and mini fridge. Amazing breakfast-5 star. Claire is an amazing host, couldn’t ask for better stay The garden is unique and beautifully cared for- wish we had time to sit and enjoy it xx

Fantastically appointed rooms no expense spared very luxurious.

The only issue is that we had no hot water so couldn’t shower or take advantage of the amazing jacuzzi bath which did kinda ruin the stay for us especially after paying so much for our favourite room, however everything else was amazing.

Claire was excellent and very helpful. My hubby and I had great time. A wonderful place for a short stay.

Fab location only a couple minutes walk to the promenade. Amazing hosts in claire who couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms are decorated to the highest standard and are absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was amazing with all locally sourced ingredients and again a 5 star service. Have already recommended this b & b to family and friends. Amazing value and amazing time. Thanks Claire and mark xxxx

Each room has individual character, far and away different from the sterile hotel chain offerings. Proprietors are also very friendly and obliging

Stayed a few nights whilst my husband was in Blackpool hospital, Claire was so helpful and genuinely concerned about my welfare whilst I traveled to visit him. The b&b whilst a distance from the hospital has a great bus service from just around the corner, my room was lovely and I felt pampered especially watching the tv whilst sat in the bath. The food was very nice served in a lovely dining room. Hope to return with my husband sometime in the future.

One of the best rooms I've ever stayed in, highly recommended.

Absolutely fabulous, Claire and mark fabulous hosts nothing to much trouble , rooms definitely 5 star and the hamper breakfast fabulous idea .

Nice and clean hotel, good breakfast and excellent service !

Faultless - everything about No 1 is just perfect attention to detail. The rooms are bright, beautiful and spotless. The breakfasts were delicious and above all you couldn’t wish for better hosts, lovely people. We were made to feel very welcome and couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. We look forward to visiting again sometime in the future.

Very friendly hosts. One morning the landlady even drove me to my customer with her own car.

One of my favourite places to stay. Everything is top notch and the hosts are just lovely.

An absolute delight! We're trying to think of good reasons to go back to Blackpool but for longer next time to ensure we can make better use of the facilities. Claire was charming, funny and the perfect hostess. The accommodation had everything and more, the breakfast perfect. Its not cheap but it should NOT be! I've never enjoyed a b & b o much.

Number One Blackpool is a fantastic B&B. Claire is a brilliant host, who goes beyond the call of duty. Thank you. We really enjoyed our weekend stay, the room had everything you could ask for, breakfast was lovely. Claire really made us feel welcome. Will definitely return again!

A genuine 5 star place to stay with 5 star service, bravo!

Just love this place. Great welcome, great room and great value!

A very friendly, caring and relaxed stay at a guest house with Hotel standards of attention to detail, a high standard of facilities and in avery good location.

Just a lovely place to stay with fantastic hosts. I'm a repeat customer and I wouldn't use anywhere else now.

This hotel is luxury. Claire is so helpful and friendly. Rooms have everything you need and more. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

great

Excellent in the following: Cleanliness- everything was spotless Service- Claire and Mark couldn't do enough for you Amenities- everything you may need Location- just outside the main promenade so it's quiet but walking distance to it

Exceptional! Every extra touch you could think of from White Company toiletries to TV whilst taking a whirlpool bath. Only bed apart from my own that I've had a great night's sleep and the Breakfast choice and quality were stunning. The best asset though has to be the Proprietors Ben and Claire..nothing too much trouble. Will be back (hopefully with leisure time).

Brilliant room in boutique style which gave a touch of indulgent luxury to our visit. The breakfast was well cooked using quality ingredients and was excellent. Our hosts gave us a warm friendly welcome and were as hosts should be-excellent and thought of everything. If you want to treat yourself then this is the place to be.

Welcomed with a cup of tea and biscuits even though we was too early, the staff were also very happy to take care of our luggage for the rest of the day whilst we went to the pleasure beach.
