Room was nice.
Atrocious!!! Shocked to not know the enormous amount of construction & demolition!!!! It looked like a war zone in the hallway, view from our window to the outside, view in the glass elevator…. Not acceptable for the price we paid.
Nice room, comfortable bed and beautiful and spacious bathroom.
Hotel lobby/atrium, restaurant and lounge is under complete renovation. Chose the hotel based on the pictures on website.
Rooms are outstanding, spacious and clean AC works great
MAJOR COURT YARD REBUILD THUS this was OFF LIMITS Slap a 16$ dollar parking fee per night NOT typical of DIA properties!!!
Under Construction, No Swimming Pool, No Gym. People at the front desk were sorta friendly, kinda fake.
The guest rooms were nice and the bathroom was spacious and upscale.
We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Woolley’s Classic Suites. We made our reservations in July and were never informed that the hotel would be undergoing extensive renovations. Upon arrival, the condition of the hotel was shocking. The lobby and public areas were completely under renovation, and what should have been welcoming hotel amenities felt like a construction zone. The entire experience was far from what we expected when booking this Marriott property. What was even more disappointing was the lack of communication at check-in. The front desk simply swiped our card and checked us in without acknowledging the extensive renovations or mentioning that the pool and other amenities were unavailable. There was no apology, explanation, or effort to address the significant impact this would have on our stay. We learned of the work when we took the glass elevator to our guest floor. When we questioned this, we were told that a notice had been posted on the website in August, after we had already made and confirmed our reservation. Had we known in advance that the hotel was undergoing full-scale renovations and that major amenities, including the pool, would be unavailable, we would have made a different choice. We understand that hotels need to renovate, but guests deserve clear and proactive communication before arrival, not to discover the situation after they have already checked in. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, largely because of the lack of transparency and communication.
I love the way the rooms are decorated but I wish in the booking site let you know it’s being renovated because it looked nothing like it’s pictures. It also did not have the lounge/bar or the pool. The shower also had mold build up where I placed a towel on the shower floor because they said they were booked and could not switch my room, or give me a refund.
I prebooked and when I arrived the hotel was under construction which no one informed me of. I checked on line and the prices were significantly lower then when I booked. The manager, Kyle wouldn't make the change for me. I had to go outside because the wifi was terrible to cancel and rebook at the lower rate. Wouldn't comp our breakfast. the room had torn filthy carpet and mold in the bathroom.
This used to be my favorite hotel. I used to have friends from out of state meet me there to hang out in Colorado.
1. When I called the hotel on my way to Colorado, I was on hold for 5 minutes. 2.Pillows smelled dusty/musty 3.Someone else's hair was in my towel 4.Parking online charged me TRIPLE and the website had serious problems especially not confirming whether or not to submit information and it took 20+ minutes to do. 5. Staff were exhausted 6. There was no room service "due to construction" 7. TV was way too small for how far away from the bed it was
I loved the beautiful spacious room.
Nothing
The bedding was comfortable but everything else was horrible.
Staff was horrible at check in not explaining anything, such as construction, food and breakfast options since the regular dining area is under complete construction. Was woken up by loud construction machinery at 7:30 a.m. Staff was rude and abrasive about the 100$ charge for incidents. The room was dirty, carpets torn and stained, and the shower head did not work. We have stayed at the Wooley every year for the last 15 years. I am not one to complain but this was awful and not worth the cost of the room for one night. I will not be returning to this property and will be sharing my experience with others. I would like my money returned but have no idea how to go about that.
Big spacious room. Food was good. Staff was friendly
Showing some age and signs of wear
Beautiful room, large soaking tub, comfortable bed, quiet
Paying to park - you don't get a full 24 hours
There was a mystery stain next to a wall outlet. The bathtub hot water did not get even lukewarm. The microwave along with the mini fridge did not work. There was also a mystery stain on the sheets.
We stayed at this hotel as we had an early flight and needed to be near the airport. We were there for a total of 7 hours, so I can't speak to any other amenity other than parking. I booked linking through trip adviser, which advertises free parking. This was the selling point for us. Upon arrival, signage all over the standard suburban hotel style parking lot required paying $17 using a QR code. The first thing the hotel staff at check-in asked was did we pay for parking. I showed them where the parking was said to be free and they got RUDE, dismissive, and told me if I had clicked on the amenity link on the following reservation page, I would have seen the parking was self pay. So, they intentionally hide the parking fees on booking sites. The hotel is generally nice, but old. The furnishings are all old, but it is well maintained, mostly clean, and it has a nice more luxury style bathroom. BUT I cannot stand hidden fees and being taken advantage of. I would have stayed at one of the many hotels immediately nearby with free parking for a 7 hour stay if the fees had been transparent. Cost of everything is becoming unbearable for the consumer, and MARIOTT owns this property. This is just another corporate scam to leach additional fees out of their guests. I will never stay at another Mariott property anywhere.
Stayed here at the beginning of a week long vacation the night before flying out of Denver. Paid for parking to leave our car there, had a room BOOKED upon our return at the end of the week, and they GAVE IT AWAY. They were FULLY AWARE of our late arrival, as they had our flight times along with our vehicle info since we paid for parking for the week. After our vacation, we got into Denver late, 1:30am, took a taxi to Woolley's, arrived at the hotel after 2:00am, and after some bs story from the front desk about how they gave our room away, they said they would get us a complementary room in DOWNTOWN Denver. Let me tell you, it was nothing like the KING suite we had booked, well in advance, at Woolley's for the evening. We were placed at The Source Hotel in a small, awkwardly arranged room with two small full-size beds. We PLAN AHEAD, Woolley's had our credit card, room reservation, and could have charged us if we were no-shows. But instead we got the chance to pick up our car after 2:00am, after a very long travel day and DRIVE OURSELVES into DOWNTOWN. YOU FAILED WOOLLEY'S.... NEVER EVER AGAIN.
Location. Room and service.
It was stunning, clean, and comfy
The location was sketchy at night
The large rooms, comfy beds, & landscaping in common areas!
Really clean was able to give me my room early before check in. Really relaxing.beutiful place
Really relaxing quite clean
Quiet and nice size rooms
Liked everything, room service didnt return one day and straighten the room and bring towels but it wasnt a big deal.
The staff where very helpful and the roo.s were amazing. Best night sleep I had at a hotel.
The furniture in the room was a little warn out, corners or chairs were split and the seats had the fabric warn out too.
Had two meals at the restaurant. Both were excellent.
Nothing. All was great.
Courtyard area was beautiful with koi fish and stream.
You have to pay $18 to park your car at an already expensive hotel and the room had water stains on the counter, stains in the carpet, and old soap on the shower floor.
For an airport location, this place stands out.
The rooms are large. The common space pleasant and the staff were top notch. Breakfast Buffet alone made the stay worthwhile!
It's very quiet; no outside noises can be heard.
That i have to pay for parking
The hotel room was a good size and nicely decorated. Very happy with our experience.
Couldn't get the hotel parking app to work so reception desk had to check us in.
We came one time for our anniversary 4 years ago. We fell in love with it then and have returned every year for our anniversary. The day staff for our first visit was absolutely amazing. However, the evening/overnight front desk staff; they were not pleasant at all. We had not seen them in the most recent years since then so I am hoping they are no longer there. The rooms are clean and so comfortable. Such a quiet and warm ambiance throughout the hotel. We absolutely love it and will continue to come each year
We were unpleasantly surprised to find that the parking has changed. It is now a $16.99/night fee for parking, when it had always been free in the past. I feel that if any frequent visitors, such as ourselves, are lost...it would likely be because of this fee. It was unexpected and not something that was provided on the website at the time of our booking. So we were completely taken aback by this. Hopefully they can do something about this and remove it altogether. Because it not a large lot as it is. I would strongly suggest removing the parking fee.
The beds are like boards to sleep on!
This is a great choice when staying by the Denver Airport. The rooms are large and very quiet. The bathrooms are massive with a separate soaking tub and marble shower. The rooms themselves are a little dated and the tv’s are oddly small for the large rooms, however I was told the hotel will be undergoing a full renovation in the coming months. Also, a little shoutout to the shuttle driver Freed. His enthusiasm shows he really enjoys his job and makes you feel welcomed when riding with him. Truly one of the best airport shuttle drivers I’ve ever experienced.
The entire hotel was wonderful
Na
the atmosphere
having to pay extra for parking
Beautiful design, free water, comfy
Right off I-70. Great breakfast. Large rooms, bathrooms and comfortable beds.
The toilet leaked. Other than that a great place.
The tub was just fine. The bed was comfy
Paying for parking, broken toilet as soon as I got in the room, coffee maker didnt work, nasty stains on the carpet, the clock with the only USB port didnt work. Also paid for breakfast and booking.com said I did. The front desk said and had prove via screen shot. Tat booking.com does not allow screen shots. Been going for years!!! The decline is very sad. Won't be thank you.
Love this old school hotel. Rooms are huge
It was very clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
I love your beds, one reason I stay their often. I also appreciate he fast and easy shuttle to airport.
Iti is hard to get out of your enormous tub. I always have husband in bathroom o help if needed. The shower is also very nice.
Todo está perfecto
Pues deberían incluir otros platos más al menú de restaurante
It was a good hotel
You had to pay for parking and you had to pay for a complimentary
LOCATION
PAYING FOR PARKING !!!
Elegance, Quality, and absolute comfort!!!
Perfect experience. Loved the deep bathtub and luxury bedding. The room was huge. The staff was responsive. Having a restaurant in a space like the atrium was a big plus, especially when a snow storm came in. Having an option for breakfast in the room was really nice. too. The price is terrific. I'll stay there on my trip back through.
I didn't use the gym this time but it looked too sparse for a hotel like this.
The room was great.
Having to pay for parking. This was not made clear when I looked up the hotel.
Good food good value spacious beautiful rooms and theme loved the open indoor outdoor looking space.
The 3rd party parking company charged me for 2 nights and o was only there one. They have not corrected it yet. Also I was told parking was only $10 a night . Plus we were told it was a complimentary breakfast. That didn't happen and we drove 1.5 hours home starving
location and restaurant
Expensive
We love this hotel. It’s so nice inside, great bar and restaurant and huge comfortable room. The best place to stay before flying. The kids love the koi river!
Didn’t service lunch on Saturday
Paying for parking. Staff didn’t tell me this when I checked in.
It’s a former Embassy Suites and it looks exactly like one from the 1980s when my kids’ little league team stayed at one . . . Without any remodeling.
Breakfast was pricy ($18) for low-end breakfast buffet and ingredients.
It was a really nice hotel and a beautiful one too. It had breakfast (not free) and dinner areas. The rooms were also beautiful. Although we went to run some arrends around Denver and once we came back, the roof was leaking water. We had to move rooms and all we got was drink and breakfast vouchers. It was in a good spot in Aurora. It was a bit on the expensive side. It was a very clean and spotless room. The noise was like Non-existant. We didn't get room service but I'm sure it would be great.
Great location to Denver airport. A free shuttle bus was available. The bed was comfortable, good water pressure, comfort room, fast wifi. Nice variety at breakfast . We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. All of the staff were polite and friendly.
Aurora Co I booked a room 4 months in advance for 5 nights. I had to change my plans and cancel the reservation. I called over a month in advance and they said that I could not get my money back. I booked through Expedia and they called and were told the same thing. Not a good management policy. I do n to recommend any place that will not give you a refund when you gave them over one month in advance to get rebooked.
I loved everything about this hotel! Definitely will go back. It was magical
Buffet breakfast was the best buffet I’ve ever had at a hotel!!
Located near the airport. Clean.
Noisy due to highway. Needs updating. Pillows looked fluffy but went flat. No hand soap, had to ask for some. One elevator not working. Key card was not working initially. Staff seems un-attentive. Shady people hanging around outside.
everthing.its a little pricey but the bath tub is worth it
$$$$$
The rooms are very spacious and access to the elevators is secured by key card. Any member of staff I saw was friendly and helpful. The common areas are stunning and I liked seeing people gathered at the many sitting areas and tables, or watching tv. The dresser drawers are deep and provide a lot of storage space. Coffee pods are provided for the in-room coffeemaker and refilled regularly, which I appreciated.
The tv package provided at Marriott locations is very limited. The bathroom lighting could be brighter and the shower drain might need to be cleaned, to remove the smell of shower product buildup.
My room overlooked the Bar, it had lush greenery and water fall. Peaceful and relaxing. Ordered Burger/sweet potatoes, great flavor. My favorite was the garden tub and oversized shower. Staff were friendly and accommodating, thank you.
The comfort of the room. Close to shopping areas
I ordered a King size bed. Ended up with 2 queen
The hotel is beautiful with indoor plants and a fish pond. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice too with a large shower and soaking tub.
I honestly have no complaints.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice quiet place!
Luxurious guest room
Deceivingly luxurious
No additional towels nor blankets. No complimentary water in the fridge.
It’s a quaint property with lovely decor. Comfortable and affordable.
Beautiful facility.
Nothing
