Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Aurora Medical Campus by IHG

The breakfast was excellent. We signed up as new IHG rewards members at check-in.

Unfortunately, our room was not ready until 5PM, not the 3PM check-in time. We were placed next door to a wedding event. We thought they were going to come through our room when they took down the decorations in the middle of the night along our common wall. There were glass beads and decor remnants everywhere when we exited our room the morning after the wedding. Due to the two missteps, we were promised extra points on our IHG account. Eight days later, our stay points have not shown up. There are 1,000 points in our account, but we are unclear what these points represent. Per the person I spoke with we should have 2780 points for our stay plus the extra promised. We are waiting....

very well received, friendly

Rent og pænt Godt personale

At der var langt til tingene, da det var et noget "belastet" område, så det med lige at gå en tur, det var udelukket.

Clean bedding and a large room with two bathrooms

Unable to get ahold of the front desk for an AC issue, most outlets in the room did not work

Cute place. Very clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Loved the little gardens out front.

No hair dryer. Would have liked softer bed sheets. No thermostat in room to control temperature.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bedding was comfortable. The blanket was light and breathable rather than heavy and stifling.

I didn’t get the impression that the area around the hotel was completely safe.

The twin bathrooms in the room were the bomb!!!! Pleasant surprise!!!!

Kind of close to the more shady part of town according to the hospital staff I spoke with.

Breakfast was nice. Everything was mostly clean.

A lot of hair balls everywhere which was weird. Pool kinda small.

VERY clean and quiet! Staff was awesome! We originally booked for 2 nights and found we needed one more. We booked another night and they let us keep the same room although it was a separate reservation.

The staff was so friendly and the beds were comfortable

Breakfast was good. Personnel was nice.

Area was sketchy. Didn’t give us medical discount.

Very nice staff…

The staff was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast.

Close to where I needed, very clean and great staff

Had to ask at the desk for leaded coffee

Honestly so far there has been nothing that I can say I liked the stay has been horrible

My bedding dirty, switched rooms 3 times, no hot water, tried to complain about the issue only one staff member late Friday night was awesome I think she works 11pm-7 am. I was told I need to complain to someone Sunday morning about the no hot water

La atención al cliente es muy buena y la ubicación es excelente y el desayuno muy rico... muchas gracias por su hospitalidad

Las almohadas son muy altas para mi gusto pero todo estuvo muy bien gracias

Everything😁

Todo

It was clean. The staff were kind and professional. The rooms were great and everything was aesthetically pleasing. Perfect location to head in any direction. I didn’t get breakfast but it looked and smelled good.

No negatives

The staff was very accomidating. The medical rate we were given was very fair and quite helpful.

Quiet and comfy rooms.

Location

Staff

Facilities Employees

The location is close to medical facilities. Our room was clean and we felt safe. The breakfast and coffee was great.

Can be difficult to navigate right off of colfax

I didnt eat breakfast, The conference I was attending had breakfast provided.

It took me a while to figure out how to turn off the lighs above the bed and TV.

🥰🥰🥰🥰

Breakfast was good

A discount for having doctors appointments at Aurora Medical Campus.

How close it was to the hospital

How to get out of parking lot

Having security, breakfast options, space was good.

Not knowing there ws charge for parking, and only hinting one elevator available

I liked the cost and the nice room. The staff were great!

Breakfast was not bad, but there are many people who do not eat pork, Muslims, Jews, or those who just don't like pork. I would like to suggest using turkey sausage both for the sausage and in the gravy.

Everything great staff

Liked it all

The shuttle was very convenient

The location is shady. I was woken up at 4 a.m. to be asked to check for a leak.

Nice room and other facilities

Nothing

The breakfast was fine with eggs each morning along with plenty of options. We liked the coffee machines. The whole building is kept spotless and looks clean and very modern. They provided a free shuttle during weekdays which got me to my medical appointments and back.

There is a warm pool and a nice fitness center, but no hot tub which would have been our preference.

Spotlessly clean, big rooms, and breakfast included. It was great.

I was charged more than was advertised on Booking, but I don't think that was the hotel's fault.

Everything

Breakfast was good, plenty of seating available and a good variety of foods. My room was located on the same floor as the ice machine and was not far from the elevator which I loved. Staff were very welcoming, accommodating and friendly.

I would have liked if they offered waffles in the morning but they only served pancakes. The area was nice to walk in the daytime but at night you should try to avoid walking Colfax in the night, there are some unsavory characters walking around.

Really a great hotel. Breakfast was excellent! Room was spic and span and new.

I liked everything’s

Very clean

Pillows too thin

The building is in great shape and the staff keep the grounds and inside building pristine.

The neighborhood is not ideal. I have stayed in this hotel for the past 3 years because of its very close proximity to the Anschutz Hospital only a few blocks away for procedures I have needed. My family has not had any problems staying there, but it seems a little rough around the edges.

I stay here every time I come for medical appointments. This is at least the third time I have stayed here as I live far away. It is comfortable and very convenient. This time was the first time I have ever stayed at this hotel that it has been quiet! I really appreciated that this time. I appreciated being able to simply rebook on checkout.

The only thing I don't like about the location is it is on a very busy road and it gets very loud, I have only had one quiet night of all I have been there. I wish they could consider some GF options for breakfast but I'm used to not having them. At least something besides oatmeal.

after a full month roaming in the west stopping mostly at motels this is a trully hotel and the difference is clear superior care of the structure, shine clean and spatious room, high comfortable bathroom featured by an awesome shower, excellent breakfast included in the very competitive price (less than most of the motels near the parks entrance) and finally free parking that is not foregone in the area close to the airport

need a car to reach restaurants and shops

The modern look and feel through. From common areas to room decor.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel. So, I chose it because it met my requirements, the staff is great, and the shuttle to the hospital was the best. Some of these questions really don't apply to my stay. The hotel met my expectations. The breakfast lacks a little but is adequate.

If breakfast had waffles and pork sausage.

Good

Didnt use.

The accommodations were excellent! The breakfast was excellent! The location was convenient & secure! The staff was friendly & helpful. We have new go-to accommodations whenever in Denver. We will also pass the word!!!
