Great stay, thank you
The food was awesome and the staff so kind I love it.
The location is perfect for appointments/procedures at any of several large hospitals and medical centers in the area. It is within walking distance to multiple of those centers. The hotel is large, spacious, modern, and efficiently run. The restaurant food was great, meaning we did not have to travel to dine, an important factor when dealing with medical recovery from hospital procedures.
The good: rooms and public spaces were impeccably clean. First night of my stay, front desk staff for check in was extremely helpful. The bad: Fire alarms went off only on select floors when it went off the second night of my stay, leaving tons of confusion with my group who were on multiple different floors—there was no consistent messaging about what was happening & the staff seemed shocked when I approached and asked what the plan was for the several members of my group who, due to disabilities, were unable to evacuate themselves from upper levels due to not being able to use stairs. Then there was more chaos after the fire department gave the all-clear and the elevators were still not working, leaving us stranded late at night not being able to get to our rooms. And never did any Hyatt staff reach out after the event to even offer the slightest apology for the chaos. The food service at the on-site restaurant was also painfully slow, which made it unusable for those trying to get to appointments at the hospital in a timely manner. Pillows were horrendous—looked big but as soon as you laid on them, the part you laid on flattened into a thin pancake.
Quick night as I got stranded in Denver after a cancelled connection. Check in was excellent, quick and efficient. I was provided with toiletries to make the stay more pleasant.
Helpful employees and clean environment and very clean rooms. We were very impressed with the restaurant and wait staff and bartender. Delicious food. I liked my stay.
The building design and the parking proximity
nothing
I’ve stayed in 80 percent of the hyatts in Denver and this is the best by far. This was my second stay in a few years and it was composed of a warm welcome with excellent accommodation of needs. The rooms are clean and the parking is plentiful.
Perfect location for hospital patients. Beautiful hotel. Good food. Excellent service by front desk staff, especially Jamie S!
We had a bad experience in DTC and we were exhausted. Decided to try this place and wow. It’s beautiful. Clean rooms and a nice vibe. Nice view. Mary Checked us in and went over and beyond making sure we had a fair price. Nice gym and pool. Right by the highway location doesn’t get any better and slept so well with no noise or interruptions. We will be back. Thanks Mary!!!
Convenient location across from the Anschutz Medical complex. Friendly shuttle drivers get you aroind the area. Some walkable food options
Some staff were rude
The property is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is yummy! What made the stay excellent was the staff. Very helpful and friendly.
I wish the shower had a hand held sprayer.
We had a great stay at the Hyatt Aurora. The front desk staff was very kind and attentive. They helped with printing a document and requesting a shuttle. The room was always clean and ready upon my return. It felt like each day I was arriving for the first time with all the little details in my cleaned room. The conference center was great and the food was delicious. Overall we had a fantastic stay!
Spacious, clean public areas. Bedrooms good size. Ours had a lobby area (can thoroughly recommend the Premium King room which had double aspect so was very light). Clean, spacious bathroom with shower. Great bar and bar staff.
Nothing.
I didn't like having to walk from the parking ramp outside to lobby. Hotel was fairly clean some areas a little unkept. breakfast was just ok, a little speedy for what was served.
already covered
Went for a small conference where many of us have food allergies. Great venue for small conferences. However, staff response to my issue with migraine and asthma attack from hotel room scents made the stay extremely difficult for me - I’d even called ahead and they’d said they don’t use scents in cleaning and laundry. I normally would not post something like this but there’s so many of us sensitive to scents and wanted others to avoid. If I didn’t have this issue I’d give hotel a much higher rating. On positive side, the restaurant staff are so accommodating to food allergies. Very quiet and value great.
Location didn’t have much surrounding, but offered shuttle and driving around was easy. The staff was awesome from check in to time we left. Restaurant (Borealis) was great. The place is super clean.
Staff
Cleanliness
Room was way smaller than I expected. Too many blinking lights in the room.
Mi bueno, el hotel está limpio, estacionamiento amplio, desayuno rico y el personal atento.!!!
Next to the children's hospital of Colorado
1. Stuff told us that's all isok when checked out and...deducted twice for the stay. Not trustworthy stuff though friendly 2. Breakfast - dirty glasses, ugly looking food and non comprehensive price. (My advise is the kitchen in the hospital) 3. The ice-box engine shivers the bed. Hence not comfortable to sleep
Breakfast layout is not like breakfast buffet where you can serve yourself, even though you offer hot breakfast theirs only 2 plates that we can choose that's included with the room. Basically not much to choose from the rest of the menu must pay extra.
The Hyatt Regency is a great choice when staying in Aurora and especially if your itinerary takes you to the Anschutz Medical centers. The lobby is clean and quite comfortable with more than enough room to mill about and wait for your group to assemble. The pool is small but clean and probably deserted if my experience is the norm. The fitness center is good...but the pull up bars are just about unusable due to the too low ceiling. Rooms themselves were in very good condition. Linens were all clean and comfortable. If anything theres a bit too much furniture in the room...but between the spartan look of some hotels this is a minor quibble and so it would be useful for a longer stay (storagewise) or from needing to be productive in room (desks and chairs are all present). Overall...a completely good choice for a few night or several days.
Great location, great staff, comfortable stay!!!
Cost a bit high having no continental breakfast. Limited menu in restaurant.
The location to the sports fields was great.
I thought the pool area would have been a little more luxurious.
comfy bed, large tub, good meals, pleasant staff easy access to UCHealth
Quarto e banheiro amplos e limpos
Hotel is very nice. Pool is small but heated. Room was very nice and clean. The dinner we had at Borealis was delicious but service was a bit slow and it was not busy.
I spent five days at the Hyatt Regency and found it a comfortable place for a conference. The atmospehre was friendly. The spacious lobby was a welcoming space to meet others. I liked the fire in the fireplace--added a feeling of coziness. My room was clean and attended too daily. I like the fact that it is pet freindly with ample room for walking your dog. My one concern is taht food options wihtin the hotel/conference center seemed a bit limited for a Hyatt Regency. That said, I would have no problem staying here again.
Convenient I was at a conference in the hotel!
Temperature in the rooms. Food options.
Very clean and nice.
Nothing
The customer service at the front desk and the restaurant staff were great. The hotel was an average conference hotel, and the rooms were as well. They provide what you need and are clean.
Great staff! Nice facility.
Breakfast was exceptional...as well as staff....Jaime was a trooper in dealing with an out of town guest...made me feel at home, when I was far from it...
the hotel is okay, not too old. you have to walk to the parking garage when it's raining or snowing since it's not connected. Been to many Hyatt Regency hotels as a globalist, also been to this one couple times already. This is the only one that never offered a suite upgrade even you can tell the hotel is completely empty, suites available for sale online. Many Hyatt Regency hotels offer you complimentary breakfast at their restaurant by waiving the whole bill if they don't have a lounge, this one actually charge you for the tips you write. Maybe there are better options if you want to enjoy more benefits as a globalist.
The property is first class. Great value. Food great. Staff courteous and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Layout of room was great. I will stay here every time I come to Denver.
Good
Breakfast was not good
The rooms were clean except I found a black bra on the side of the desk. No water in pool even though it says that it opens on May 1st on the website. Glass partitions are a hazard.
It’s customer service!! They moved me to a new room quickly when I found my room flooded since the room above me left the tub on!!
Maybe the lobby bar could stay open a bit longer.
Very clean and perfect location to hospitals. Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Great restaurant as well.
They had a shuttle to take us to our hospital visit
The hotel is centrally located and close to most tourist attractions. The hotel looks great, and the rooms are great. Highly recommended
Proximity to the medical center.
Room
Included Breakfast (not 'exceptional' as your summary suggests. Very limited). Temperature (the spaces throughout the building were cold. Only our room, which we could control, was comfortable)
The room was nice, although there was dirty socks from a previous stay in there, and you could tell that the bathroom mirror was still dirty because somebody had wrote dirty on it
I thought the cleanliness overall could’ve used some work and we were there for a Dance convention, and there was a particular staff member who just was really nasty. She came out through some of the kids‘s meals away and said oh I can’t have trash laying around while it was full of sandwiches and bags of chips and she attempted to throw away other kiddos food but I intervened so I was able to save that food, but it was just a nasty interaction like there was not enough places for these kids to sit down we all paid to be there and I just thought it was really rude of this woman to throw all of their food away and just have a nasty attitude about it in general.
The hotel and the room were clean and had a good layout. We all thought that the bathroom was spacious and made staying there as a family of four with four toiletry bags, very easy. Great parking and great conference space.
I like the location. Proximity to the hospital, the cleanliness, the staff was great, the restaurant
Staff couldn't get on the same page about breakfast (with the breakfast package), but it was resolved!
Nice and friendly front desk staff. Very clean and comfortable.
I would like to start by thanking the Hyatt management and staff for such a wonderful stay while I was there attending a leadership conference. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the entire team truly cares about both their guests and the hotel. Great leadership clearly sets the tone, and it shows in every employee you encounter. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The views from the 10th floor are absolutely breathtaking, and I loved everything about this hotel. Thank you to the entire Hyatt team for making my stay such a memorable experience. Highly recommend! 👏🏨✨
Room wasn’t fully cleaned. Missing a toilet seat, missing the phones, and had a dirty cloth in the couch cushions. Originally, the parking and breakfast wasn’t free. Was given as compensation for the inconvenience above and we were moved to a “bigger” room and not charged the difference. The new room did not in any way feel bigger. The additional desk wasn’t there with a nook in the new room.
The team at the Hyatt ensured we had an amazing conference! We brought 100 people to the hotel from around the country and it was awesome. The food was amazing!
This team will knock your next event out of the park; they go above and beyond to ensure each guest has a personalized experience.
I attended a conference that was held at the hotel for 4 days & I wanted to stay thank you for a great engaging 4 days! The high back executive style chairs were perfect for anyone with lower back issues! The tables were dressed in floor length linens, perfect for allowing your legs to stretch out when needed & chilled ice water with goblets for each attendee on the tables. The audio, lighting and air was perfect for the space, & the for the presenters. The banquet service team was outstanding! This event had at least 100 people present daily & the staff was consistently friendly, efficient & professional! The set up of the salad bars was a favorite! However, they had lots of food options prepared with a variety of choices for all attendees! Each day was a great presentation or display of food choices! If you went hungry- It was your own vault! ☺ "The service was truly outstanding!" The housekeeper that serviced my room daily, made the bed like I was a new guest each day! My sheets were tucked perfectly, that I almost didn't want to un-make the bed at night! My bathroom was cleaned & refreshed daily with clean towels. The hotel lobby, bathrooms, & bar area was clean as a whistle! The front desk team was outstanding as well & the breakfast attendants provided 1st class service! I had everything I needed both in my room & at this conference for my 1st trip to Denver! I would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Aurora Conference Center for any professional or personal event. Well, Done!
From arrival to departure, everything was outstanding. Jamie at the front desk was a very bright light and delivered service with enthusiasm and genuine care. Aireana in the restaurant was bright and bubbly. She gave good recommendations. The staff in the restaurant was very attentive and made sure I was not left just staring into space. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Daniel, the General Manager, was always front and center. He was very helpful and hospitable. The conference was really well planned. The food during the conference was amazing and the food in the restaurant was also amazing. That burger was one of the best I have had. Great staff, great location. This hotel is the example others should model. Hospitality at its finest.
amazing hotel. Convenient location, amazing staff and incredible restaurant and meeting food and beverage. Perfect stay.
I came to the Hyatt Regency Denver Aurora for a conference at the hotel. The staff was great, my room was really clean and well appointed. I had a great view of the mountains and Denver skyline, which was great. What really stood out was the food and beverage for the conference. Every meal and break was very unique and everything was really good. I can't think of a single item I had that I didn't really enjoy. The staff was very attentive, which let to a great meeting!
I had an outstanding stay at this hotel for a conference. The team was exceptional across the entire hotel. From the front desk, restaurant and bar, and housekeeping staff to the conference room team, our group's needs were always anticipated and met. The Food and Beverage offerings were delicious for every meal and better than I have had at any other conference I have attended over the years. I would be happy to return to this hotel again and again.
This is such a wonderful hotel. Daniel the GM, Hannah, DOS and the entire team was so fabulous. It was beyond our expectations. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience.
My experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything during my stay was perfect. From check-in to check-out, everyone was kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. It’s refreshing to see a team that works so well together and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. They truly made the stay memorable.
All the information provided was accurate. The restaurant was very nice.
Very nice hotel, well maintained, staff was great and local bar/dining was very nice. The only issue I had was the bed was as hard as a rock and gave me back spasms. Hotel really needs to update the beds to something nicer with pillow top mattress - I was in room 926
As always, I prefer to stay at the hosting hotel for a game convention. This Hyatt is perfect for GenghisCon, and we stay here even though we only live an hour away. It's a beautiful hotel. Love the fireplace as you come in. Many folks, myself included, spend time here. The conference rooms are well maintained and well marked. Our room was clean, although one of the outlets didn't work (which I asked them to fix after we left). Unfortunately, we had an older, uncomfortable mattress and flat pillows. Nice bathroom and loved the walk-in shower. Not sure about the barn door style bathroom door, as it is noisy to pull closed and reopen. Less than ideal in the middle of the night when you are trying to not disturb your roommate. Despite a few hiccups this stay, we will stay here again next year for sure.
Great hotel with quiet rooms. I never heard any of my neighbors the entire stay. Staff was friendly and efficient, the hotel clean, and the restaurant food was very good.
Arrived late at Hyatt Regency Aurora and was greeted as a Globalist which I appreciated. For this stay I used a Sweet Upgrade Award and we were placed in a king suite which was wonderful and even had two bathrooms. I had texted ahead to request a rollaway bed and was grateful it was already in the room when we arrived. The hotel feels a bit older but was clean and comfortable. We were only there one night before heading to the mountains so we missed breakfast, but the extra space made the stay easy and convenient.
Beds were very uncomfortable
The Staff Were so Kind
I found some hairs in the bed.
This hotel is fabulous. Staff was fantastic. Restaurant very good. Frank the shuttle driver to anshutz hospital was delightful.
Very mixed experience. Location-wise, this hotel is great if you have a reason to need to be close to the University of Colorado Medical Center (which we did). Otherwise, there's not much surrounding the hotel. The decor of the hotel was nice and up to Hyatt standards. The room was comfortable and clean and was relatively quiet. No complaints there. Service, however, needed work. At breakfast, the actual server was very kind and working hard. The breakfast food was very average; there was no buffet, and you had to order off the menu. At dinner, the service was poor. This was not because the staff was unfriendly or unhelpful. It's because management isn't paying attention, or is cheap, and the restaurant is grossly understaffed. There was a convention at the hotel (which is *predictable* traffic) and the restaurant was full. A single bartender and a single waiter were trying to do everything: take orders, make drinks, bring food out, bus food. They were totally overwhelmed. As a result, the meal took forever. At hotel restaurant prices, that's not okay. There is also no Regency Club and there was zero meaningful recognition for Hyatt Globalist guests.
The bed was comfortable, the convenience and the number of EV chargers was fantastic. The shampoo and shower liquids were great. It was a quiet room and close to my business meeting in Lowry. I would definitely stay there again.
The A/C wouldn't go below 65 and room was a bit warm. It would've been nice to have it go just a little bit lower (62 maybe). I know it's a higher-end hotel, but a microwave would've have been wonderful - or a shared microwave. I brought a healthy meal from home and had no way to heat it up. One at the end of the hall - or one downstairs would've been awesome.
It was great time with my family in Hotel Hyatt , also my wife and all family they have positive Experience! For next time absolutely I'll be with Hyatt again. Thank you
