Le studio avec kitchenette était très appréciable, tout comme la buanderie de l’hôtel, équipée de lave-linges et de sèche-linges. L’hôtel fournit également la lessive ainsi que les pastilles pour les lave-vaisselles. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Le personnel s’est montré professionnel et bienveillant. En raison du bruit, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Le changement a pu être effectué dès le lendemain. Il est préférable de demander une chambre située à un étage élevé et ne donnant pas vers les voies ferrées. Au pied de l’hôtel, vous trouverez également un pub et un salon de thé très agréables. Proche du métro et de la Tate Britain. Très bel hôtel.

Such a great location…a short walk to the river…immediately Big Ben could be heard announcing the time! We loved walking along the Thames River past the Big Eye and crossing over the bridge where we could easily go to whatever tourist attraction we chose! There were lots of restaurants close by and a Tesco Express for those odds and ends you might want if you chose to create in the very well supplied kitchenette. The towels were lovely and thirsty and nice and warm!!! The room was so quiet. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful with almost anything you could want…we particularly enjoyed the back bacon! The staff were so attentive to everyone's needs!

I did find it a bit hard to find restaurants nearby, but that could have been my unfamiliarity with the neighbourhood.

We have stayed here many times. And on arrival we were greeted with such warmth! The facilities are excellent. Great room, kitchen area, comfortable beds. Lovely products in the bathroom. A breakfast buffet which is substantial. We were staying when the social hour was offered. Snacks and drinks and meeting members of the staff. The management is excellent, maintaining a wonderful staff team. It's quiet and yet close to the transport hub at Vauxhall! Many thanks to the team

A manutenção deixou a desejar, com problemas elétricos no quarto que demoraram um pouco a ser resolvidos. O café da manhã é gostoso, mas idêntico todos os dias, o que cansa em estadias mais longas. Além disso, a localização é um pouco afastada do metrô e das opções de transporte público.

Das Hotel liegt gleich neben dem Vauxhall Pleasure Garden. Es bietet viele Suiten an, die sehr gut eingerichtet sind. Sogar die Klimaanlage ist einfach bedienbar, was längst nicht überall so ist! Die Betten und Bettdecken sind angenehm, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Den Zimmerservice kann man sich einteilen, wie man möchte, ausser am Wochenende, da hat auch das Personal zurecht frei. Die Angestellten sind überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man was braucht. Trotzdem halten sie sich angenehm zurück und drängen sich nicht auf, wenn der Gast dies nicht möchte. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt! Das Morgenbuffet ist reichhaltig und täglich immer gleich, bis auf die Kartoffeln, welche variieren. Der Kaffee schmeckt und Fruchtsäfte kann man sich direkt aus dem Kühlschrank holen! Das einzige, was ich ändern würde: Ich würde bei den warmen Speisen eine Pfeffermühle bereitstellen. Ich habe das Hotel als sehr angenehm empfunden und werde gerne mal wiederkommen, wenn ich in London bin!

Bei mir im Zimmer fehlte eine Klobürste - man möchte ja die Schlieren entfernen, wenn sie entstehen sollten...

Wir waren dieses Mal mit der gesamten Familie (6Personen) dort, alle waren sehr zufrieden mit den Zimmern, dem Frühstück (4 Kraftsportler dabei) und der ausgesprochenen Freundlichkeit der Hotelmitarbeiter. Kleinere Probleme wurden sofort zu unserer Zufriedenheit gelöst.

Läget är bra med gångavstånd till London eye och nära till Themsen. Frukosten hade nått för alla, både vuxna och barn. Fanns något att äta till veganer, glutenintoleranta och mjölkallergier. Fanns schampo, balsam, bodylotion och kroppstvål i badrummet, som luktade okej och fungerade bra. Bra ventilation.

Inga problem för oss men tåget och flyg hördes ibland.

Eigentlich hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett gebucht, aber das Bett war nur 1,60 breit. Das ist für zwei Erwachsene doch etwas begrenzt.

Absolutely everything! The hotel was pristine in every respect and its location very close to rail, underground and bus station in a very pleasant area with the city centre accessible in minutes. The layout and quality of room facilities, both for relaxation and practicality, were perfect. The variety and quality of breakfast choices readily enabled my complex dietary restrictions/needs to be met. The staff were readily available, very friendly, and helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at this IHG hotel! From the moment we arrived until our departure everything was faultless. The quality and cleanliness of the room was appreciated. The staff could not have been more helpful and the location is convenient to transport and central london! We have made plans for our next stay at this hotel and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in London!

Have to give 5 stars for the staff, who were all lovely, friendly and incredibly helpful, especially Dorian who checked us in. The room was huge, very comfortable bed, totally silent too. It's a short walk to Vauxhall Station, close to the Houses of Parliament and a really handy location. Great experience!

Excellent quiet location to Vaxhaul Bus station, and a little park. The room, bedding, towels, small kitchenette, excellent air conditioning, fantastic breakfast were all extremely appreciated. The front desk staff are very helpful in particular Richard & Alexandria. If you need ice they are always helpful to retrieve it for you. There is a complimentary laundry room that is available. There is a Chinese restaurant call J-seven, the Black dog pub, a Tesco and Post office all very near by.

We had an amazing experience at Staybridge Suites. Specially mentioning about the AC. While most of these kind of hotels struggle in this heatwave to maintain room temperature. This was a great experience. The apartment size, kitchenette facilities and breathable was great too. The location proximity from train, underground stations and a bus station is great. We really enjoyed with our two year old baby.

THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Great location. Close to the Thames, restaurants, train station, buses! ALL the staff were pleasant, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast dining staff were amazing! Tables cleared and cleaned within 30 SECONDS of departing guests! I witnessed this on 3 mornings. I even watched the manager give 2 stuffed animals and activity bags for 2 young children. SO sweet! The breakfast offerings were the same all mornings but a huge variety of scrambled eggs, ham, potatoes, beans, various bread choices, various cold cereal choices plus oatmeal flakes, mixed fruits, tomatoes, olives, cold cuts, cheeses, plus a large variety of spreads, 4 varieties of milk, 4 juice choices! (I got to taste Marmite! ) Our room was huge with a king sized comfortable bed, room darkening drapes, large screen television plus a kitchenette with espresso coffee, microwave, stove top, fridge, and dishwasher! Coffee machine available in lobby 24-7 that serves lattes and cappuccino as well as regular coffee. And tea! FREE LAUNDRY!!! You will not regret staying here!

Good location close to Vauxhal tub and bus lines. Clean, nice atmosphere, great breakfast (everyone in our large family could find something to have a great breakfast). Offers many nice extra amenities such as clothes washers/dryers, gym, all-day water and sparkling water/coffee/tea. They also offer q complimentary happy hour with drinks and appetizers Mon-Wed. The star goes to the staff, whose kind and friendly service made our stay enjoyable, especially for our little ones. Only negative: we got a room with a shared door (room communicates to another room through shared doors) and we could hear lots of noice from the next door room. We didn’t request a change, so I won’t negatively affect the hotel’s review.

The best expierience and solution maker,amazing service

This hotel was quite nice, and conveniently located to London attractions. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfasts (provided) were good and free evening socials were much appreciated. The only negative thing I can think of is that there aren't many restaurants within easy walking distance...but that was not a big deal.

We had the opportunity to stay for five nights at this hotel on a longer trip that included several stays in Scotland as well as England. We were given a room with a small bed though we booked a king bed . When we asked the front desk the next morning, we were told, the king bed in the UK is actually a Queen bed in America . When I Explained I had just spent four nights in Scotland where they had King beds, the front desk staff said “ they must have been super kings” and they “have several conversations a day explaining this to people from America “ On my insistence, we were then given a room which, oddly enough, was a King bed(pictures available on request showing size difference). Breakfast was quite ordinary and we did not even bother going after the first day. The toilets are poorly designed where despite best efforts, water goes everywhere after a shower and Also, there is no housekeeping on weekends? (towels are available on request on weekends). Some positives : full size washer/dryer, a small gym which is 24 hours .

I can't recommend Staybridge Suites London Vauxhall highly enough! I've travelled to London many times over the years, and I've always struggled to find an IHG hotel that offers great value, spacious rooms, and a convenient location. This hotel ticks every single box. The rooms are exceptionally large by London standards, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety to start the day, and the complimentary all-day coffee was a fantastic bonus. I also really appreciated the free guest laundry facilities, which are such a valuable feature for longer stays. The location is ideal. It's only about a 30-minute walk along the Thames to Westminster, making for a beautiful stroll into central London, and just a five-minute walk through the park to Vauxhall Station, providing easy access to the rest of the city. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding service. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to help, but a special mention must go to "Najwa", who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference and turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. This is easily one of the best IHG properties I've stayed at in London. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Staybridge Suites Vauxhall to celebrate my 50th birthday with my husband and we had a wonderful stay. From my initial emails with them to the check in, the stay, breakfast and checkout was all wonderful. They put birthday balloons in our room which was really nice. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchette had everything you could ever need. The shower was good and the bed was really comfortable, I slept so soundly. The room was soundproofed really well, I heard no noise from inside or outside the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice of hot and cold food and drinks to a high standard. The breakfast room was so lovely, the best ive been too. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet position but only a three minute walk and you are on the Thames. It really is in an ideal position. I really wish I could have stayed for a week or even longer! They have a gym and laundry room, although I didn't use these facilities. I was also sad to miss the managers evening social event as this is held monday to Wednesday as I stayed on a Thursday but a lovely idea. I really cannot praise this hotel enough. The staff are a credit to the hotel. Thank you so much for making my 50th Birthday so special. I cannot wait to stay again.

The Staybridge Suites in Vauxhall is a hidden gem. It is clean and quiet with friendly staff and in a lovely quiet neighborhood-- replete with a stunning local park and excellent looking playground, lovely pubs and eateries, a couple of blocks from the Thames, conveniently located to the Underground. We are in London every few months and will definitely stay again in the future.

A lovely stay in LDN, everything is perfect. The room is great, breakfast is delicious, and the whole home team is friendly. Especially thanks to Byrd and Alex. Thanks for upgrading my room, and Byrd gave me a lot of suggestions for eat-in and shopping places. Definitely will come back

Suitable for long stay, whether tourism and business trip. The free breakfast is also very nice with fresh fruits everyday. Byrd, Alex is helpful, enthusiastic and patient. Our family had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites London Vauxhall during our June 2026 trip to London. We traveled with three generations—my daughter, parents, and myself—and found the hotel to be the perfect home base for exploring the city. The room was spacious, comfortable, and provided plenty of room for our family to relax after long days of sightseeing. The location was another highlight: quiet and peaceful at night, yet convenient for accessing London's attractions and transportation. They also offered washers and dryers for hotel guests to do a load of laundry free of charge! What truly made our stay even better was the exceptional staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Their hospitality went above and beyond anything we expected. One of the most memorable moments of our trip happened during the evening social hosted in the lobby. We had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Scott, who took the time to chat with our family. When he asked my daughter about her favorite London experience, she immediately said visiting Jellycat at Selfridges. To our surprise, Scott later gifted her a Jellycat after mentioning that his wife works for the company. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that absolutely made her trip and created a memory she'll never forget. Thank you to Scott and the entire Staybridge Suites London Vauxhall team for making our family vacation so special. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to London.

UPDATE 14 JUNE: Following the issue on my first night below, I had the most unfortunate experience last night of realising that this hotel is a fire hazard. At around midnight, I started smelling smoke reminiscent of cigarettes coming from the hallway, which was weird because the entire hotel complex is supposedly non-smoking. When I called the front desk for them to check, even the person acknowledged that he can smell the cigarette smell in the hallway. Unfortunately there’s nothing he can do since “he can’t see anyone smoking” therefore he didn’t have evidence of people smoking and apologise because “the smoke alarm should’ve gone off, but tonight it doesn’t”. Now I realize this hotel is a fire hazard because clearly the smoke alarm doesn’t work even when there’s smoke. So please: STAY AWAY, AWAY, AWAY from this hotel. ——— Basically, if you’re offered Room 107, don’t accept the room and ask for a different one! I stayed here on 11-14 June. Upon check-in, because I'm a Diamond Elite member, I was upgraded to a 1-Bedroom Suite (room 107). At first, I was happy. But it turned out to be a massive disappointment because it shows how badly-maintained this hotel is. The air-conditioning system in the living area of the room works just fine, but the one in the bedroom doesn't work at all. While temperature in the living area is able to be maintained at a comfortable 20 Celsius, the bedroom was at a rather balmy 22.5-23 Celsius even at night. Even worse, the window can't be opened as it's completely locked and the management doesn't permit the opening of the window. The management said that they can only reset the system and see if the air-conditioning works, which it doesn't. Their only response was that they can't do anything other than wait the entire night until the next morning, when they'll call the maintenance to fix the air-con. Not so sure what the fuss is all about with this hotel. Great, spacious room? Sure. Well-maintained? Definitely not. They upgraded me for the sake of "looking good" and they gave me a room that they know well has a malfunctioning air-conditioning. Definitely not a good first impression as it's borderline insulting rather than being respectful.

Everything was amazing. Rooms were clean, great location, friendly staff. Stayed during the week, on some of the nights they had a social hour with an amazing spread to choose from. Breakfast was also included with the room, that had many delicious options as well. I also used the laundry room, which was great going home with clean clothes.

We really liked this hotel. The workers were really nice and let us check out at 3pm instead of 12pm because our flight leaves at 8pm. Excellent option for staying in London. Staff are all very helpful and welcoming. My room was clean, well appointed and very practical, with the kitchenette facilities particularly useful if you are staying for a few nights and don't want to eat out. Having free coffee, tea and water available in the lounge area is a nice touch. My stay had to be unexpectedly extended, the staff were very helpful with this and the free laundry facilities came in very handy. Good location, quiet, but not far from central London and tube/national rail and bus links at Vauxhall. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Das ist ein ganz hervorragendes Hotel mit absolut überzeugendem Konzept: Aparthotel, tolles Frühstück, super Lage, wohlfühlsauber, Waschmaschine und Trockner vor Ort im Keller ganz unkompliziert nutzbar, Kaffee und Tee und Wasser den ganzen Tag frei verfügbar. Und so unglaublich nette, authentische und freundliche Mitarbeitende... Klingt zu schön, um wahr zu sein? Gibt es aber hier, unbedingt ausprobieren!

Situated in the city centre not far from Big Ben and Vauxhall Railway station abd tube station. I was very pleased with my stay. The Gentleman on reception had my room ready earlier than expected as i was just leaving my luggage at the hotel. The room was spacious very clean comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent and a good choice of everything.

This is a clean, centrally located hotel within a few minutes of bus and tube station on less busy side of Thames in Vauxhall. I would definitely recommend this as a great choice in London!

Excellent five-star stay with outstanding service, friendly and very helpful staff, spotless rooms and a real sense of quality throughout. The location was fantastic and made getting around very easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I booked here for the first night of my London trip largely for the solid rates at dual occupancy, pricing, and location. I paid specific attention to the reviews on Tripadvisor as they were particularly good. Location wise, it's a bit off the path of the main London attractions which tend to clustre around the northern bank of the Thames but it is fairly close to the Vauxhall Station which has access to the Victoria Line of the Underground. The room was a solid size though a bit underwhelming dimensions wise for a suite. The bed bench was a solid size and there was a small desk area. The mini kitchen area came with cooking utensils, a toaster, microwave, and a built in mini fridge. While the size of the room was small for a suite, I did think there was a good job of arranging the elements so that they were spaced out. The one element of the room that greatly surprised me, negatively, was the cleanliness. The carpet had stains in numerous areas and multiple areas were darker shades than others showing the wear pattern. The left hand side lamp shade of the bedside light was quite noticeably stained. The bed was mostly unblemished as was the bed bench, although the bed bench had an unusual depression in the bottom third of the cushion. The bathroom was also on the small size but the cleanliness was much better here although the space efficiency came into question here. Firstly was the small vanity area, which was exacerbated by the fact that the hand towels were huge. This left very little room for any belongings. Another rather odd aspect was that the hand soap doubled as body wash which meant that it had to be moved around for use. There were some nice aspects of the bathroom area: the water pressure was great, the shower control was very intuitive with one lever to turn on the shower and another to control temperature, and there was also a heated towel rack. Breakfast in the morning was terrific with six hot options consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, beans, and hash browns. There was a selection of breads and spreads and an array of juices contained within a fridge alongside fruit, cold cuts, and cheese. There were some aspects that were surprisingly good but with a number of basic elements off base, the rate doesn't do this Staybridge Suites any favours given that double occupancy is much more competitive in London than triple occupancy. It wasn't a bad stay given that the rate wasn't too expensive and the amenities, but definitely not what I expected.

L’emplacement est excellent, en plein centre de Londres, à proximité du métro, des bus et du train. Il y a aussi des cafés à côté, et il est possible de marcher jusqu’à Big Ben et Westminster en moins de 30 minutes, ce qui est très pratique. Cependant, je souhaite signaler quelques points négatifs concernant la chambre 114. Tout d’abord, il s’agissait d’une chambre communicante, ce qui m’a mise mal à l’aise. En tant que couple, nous n’avions pas besoin de ce type de chambre, et je n’ai pas pu en changer car je suis arrivée tard le soir et j’étais trop fatiguée pour redescendre à la réception. Deuxièmement, il n’y avait pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain pour utiliser un sèche-cheveux, ce qui est peu pratique. Je recommande à l’hôtel d’informer les clients à l’avance pour les chambres communicantes et d’améliorer ces points pour une meilleure expérience. Je reviendrai certainement à l’hôtel staybridge London J ai oublié de préciser que je suis une cliente fidèle de staybridge surtout celui de Malaga.
