Amazing breakfast, very kind staff and close to good beaches and Parikia centre.

Nitpicking here ... maybe the lights in the room are too "white" ... could be a tight bit warmer.

The veranda is very nice and the hotel is waking distance to the beach as well as the town centre The staff is amazing! Very helpful, very welcoming, and you can tell they love the place!

The bathrooms are a big pain point. The toilet is crammed between the wall and the bathtub to the point that you cannot sit on it without touching the wall on both sides. Although a cleaner tidied the room every day, the garbage was not emptied every day. It's a small thing but it sends your head spinning as to what else has been omitted that cannot be seen with a naked eye.

Søde mennesker og fint værelse. Dejligt man kunne bestille morgenmad og det ikke var buffet. Måske en ekstra stol på balkonen - vi havde et 3 personers værelse, men kun 2 stole. Men det er en lille detalje og havde vi spurgt havde vi sikkert fået en ekstra. Det lå skønt og i et stille område.

Staff where very nice, location was good.15 mins walk from the port, simple but comfortable accomodation, less than 5 mins to the beach.The garden setting was lovely.

The bathtub in the bathroom is not very practical as its difficult getting in and out just to have a shower. Breakfast was good, but it was very simple, could be improved by having more options on the menu to choose from.

We love the energy in the hotel and the quiet and the music and the movie

Très joli hôtel situé entre l'animation du port et une plage. La chambre est grande. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans le jardin et choisi sur carte, bon. Tous les deux jours, animation dîner et cinéma "Mama Mia" très sympa.

Une salle de bain toute petite et une baignoire/douche pas très pratique.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eleni Rooms located in Parikia in Paros. * Space & Layout: Our room was an upstairs one with a considerably spacious area and a queen-size bed. It had a small balcony with doors you could open to let in the daylight or shut at the end of the night. The balcony also has a clothes drying rack, which was very thoughtful of them to install for guests. The bathroom has a sit down tub with a wand and nozzle. * Provisions: They provide in room toiletries like soaps, shampoo, and conditioner, along with other little essential room amenities for the stay. There is a mini fridge for your drinks. The room also includes adjustable AC so you can set it to your own comfort level. * Comfort: The bed was very firm and came with a couple of light blankets that suit the warm weather well. There was also a comforter available in the wardrobe just in case. * Location: They are about a 10 minute walk from the port, restaurants, and shops. And they are just a few blocks away from Livadia or Paralia Parikia beaches to enjoy some water and sun. * Hotel Extras: We are in Greece to celebrate our 10th anniversary and only stayed for one night here, yet they were so thoughtful that they set up a towel sculpture of two swans kissing, along with bathrobes. When we were able to talk with the owners for a bit, they were very friendly and kind. It is a family-run business and their kids were also on the grounds to help out. It really gives the hotel a great family friendly vibe. It sounded like the owners really love carrying on the family business and thinking up new and engaging activities year round. They have an optional dinner and outdoor movie screening with a bar so you do not have to leave the grounds for the evening. Lastly, our stay included breakfast, and they have a selection of breakfast plates and drinks you can order. It was a nice, light meal to start a great day.

Amazing apartment in a good location

Even though we had paid for bed & breakfast this was the only booking on our holiday where we had to pay additionally for more coffee, we also had an issue where there wasn’t any spare toilet paper left in the room.

Les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse. Ils sont accueillants, avenants. Très bien situé. Le déjeuner est exceptionnel et le cappucino divin.

This was such a cute lil hotel, we loved our breakfast, the size of the room and the location! Such a great spot and amazing hospitality as well!

Eleni Rooms is centrally located in a peaceful environment and just a few minutes walk from the beach. It was also very safe for our 2 year old. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We really had a great holiday. Highly recommended.

Everything was incredible. The hotel itself is so gorgeous and peaceful. I have so many photos of the beautiful flowers against the classic white stone face of the building. The hosts were also really incredible. I was a solo traveler and they made me feel very safe and welcoming. Checking in on me without being overbearing and answered all my questions about the island. They also arranged for my rental car to be at the Paros airport so I could just drive straight to the hotel without first having to pay for a taxi to the hotel. Also, the food is incredible. I had breakfast there every morning and enjoyed the movie-night dinner one evening. Lastly, the location is perfect. 2 minute walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes walk to several beach clubs, 15-20 minute drive to Monastiri beach, 20 minute drive to Lefke etc...

El lugar tiene un jardín soñado, es como un oasis. Sus dueños y el personal te atienden con una gran amabilidad, nos dieron mapa y contaron sobre las atracciones de la isla. Hasta nos gestionaron el alquiler de un auto que nos trajeron al hotel y luego dejamos en el puerto. El desayuno es súper rico y abundante, se puede elegir entre huevos revueltos, yogurt y panqueques, diferentes jugos, traen café, tostadas, mermelada y miel. La habitación es muy amplia, con café y frigobar. Ubicación súper céntrica para ir caminando al puerto y centro histórico, y a la vez cómoda para estacionar el auto y salir a pasear al resto de la isla.

El hotel es increíble. Como detalle, aunque la cama era muy cómoda no era realmente de dos plazas sino dos simples unidas.

Very nice and beautifully presented breakfast in a very calm and well maintained garden. Staff was in full attention for any requests. Anna and Manolis are top hostess , very responsible and attentive. Manolis gave us the best tips and directions for places to visit. Thank you guys!

Excellent location - the beach and sunset are just steps away. Walkable to the port. Property was beautiful and rooms were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Ana and Manolis were wonderful hosts and so friendly and helpful!

Room was lovely but the pillows smelt a bit damp, perhaps they hadn’t dried fully before being put on the bed.

We had the most amazing stay at Eleni Rooms. We loved everything about the hotel; the charm, the hospitality, the food, and the craft cocktails were all exceptional! Manolis and Anna are truly wonderful hosts who made our stay truly unforgettable! We already look forward to returning to this magical place.

The owners were so warm and friendly and provided great recommendations for Paros. The location is very convenient. We also loved the peaceful courtyard, which was a lovely green space to enjoy the breakfasts.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Paros. The location was great, a short walk to the ferry, bus stop, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. It made for a great base to explore the entire island. The rooms were spacious and clean. The owners were wonderful, they gave us great recommendations, had our room ready when we arrived and welcomed us kindly with open arms. Breakfast was 10/10, a perfect way to start the day in the relaxing garden area. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paros!

A beautiful little boutique apartment run by a lovely husband & wife team (try the strawberry daiquiri. You won’t be disappointed!!!). Great location in Adamas, walking distance from a pretty beach. The breakfast was fantastic and you know it’s great when random people come in & actually pay for the breakfast !!! Highly recommend 😊

Nothing to dislike

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Anna. Anna und ihr Mann waren sehr herzlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde immer ganz frisch zubereitet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Lage war strandnah und um die Ecke gab es genug Restaurants. Die Stadt war in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles Anna.

Die Wanne zum Duschen ist etwas unbequem, aber machbar. Wir hatten ein bisschen Pech mit unserem Balkon. Der ging zu einer nicht so hübschen Seitengasse. Man kann sich aber abends auch auf die Frühstücksterasse setzen. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.

Alojarnos en este lugar fue una gran eleccion. Todo en el hotel.nos encanto: la cordialidad de sus dueños, que nos ayudaron a organizar nuestros recorridos, y tambien con el alquiler del auto. Las habitaciones.con terracita y con amenities. Tiene un hermoso jardin para tomar el desayuno y tambien ae puede almorzar. Cerca del centro y del puerto, se puede estacionar con facilidad 100 % recomendable

Shower a bit small but quite functional

Hosts were wonderful and made us feel really welcome on our 3 night stay. Breakfast was really good in a lovely terrace setting outside. The coffee at breakfast was delicious. We had a large room with good cupboard space to unpack. The room was Immaculately clean. We appreciated the coffee maker and kettle in room with cups and plates and a refrigerator.

The bathroom had a small sit down shower with a handheld shower head. Would have preferred a stand up shower.

Such warm and welcoming hosts! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay! From how to take the bus into the next town to the best places for pictures! Free breakfast was included in the beautiful garden. Food was excellent. Room had a private patio off the bedroom.

We stayed here in the off season and really loved it. Roomy, comfortable rooms and the balconies were a special add. The cafe area is particularly fantastic in the warm sun. Food is very tasty and locally sourced in many cases. The owners and family are terrific and happy to help on anything. We will stay here again.

L'endroit est très joli, les chambres sont situées dans un petit jardin très bien aménagé, fleuri et ombragé. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. Plusieurs sortes de petits déjeuners sont proposés, c'est très bien. Les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables, souriants et disponibles. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit.

Os anfitriões são ótimos, sempre a disposição para nos ajudar, nos deram dicar excelentes para aproveitarmos a ilha. Quarto limpo e bem cuidado, café da manha excelente - lá também é um restaurante para brunch muito bem avaliado, então tem diversas opções saudáveis e locais no cardápio. Alugamos um carro com o próprio time do hotel, o que facilitou muito nossos passeios na ilha. Com certeza, indicamos para todos que forem para Paros.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du bord de mer, 10/15 minutes à pied du port et centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux et Anna est très sympathique et accueillante.

Sehr liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft mit unfassbar netten Gastgebern! Tolle Lage: zentral und doch ruhig. Hervorragendes Frühstück, das mit Liebe zubereitet wurde. Wir können Elini Rooms uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
