Reviewed Sep 12, 2026El apartamento está muy limpio y decorado con gusto. Es cómodo y hay espacio suficiente para guardar equipaje. Está muy cerca de la playa y de supermercados y restaurantes pero está en una calle tranquila. La anfitriona es encantadora, nos recibió con limonada y unas pastas y nos recomendó unos restaurantes que nos encantaron, también nos había dejado agua en la nevera. Tiene una terracita antes de la puerta, perfecta para salir a desayunar o leer. En la zona común hay un lavapies para poder asearse al llegar de la playa y no entrar con arena al apartamento.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Marioly Studios.bnous avons apprécié l'accueil de l'hôtesse, le confort et la propreté du logement ainsi que sa localisation à 5 mn de la plage et à 10mn du port. L'environnement est verdoyant et calme. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement. Les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires. L'hôtesse a géré la location d'un véhicule ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. Pas de doute, si nous revenons à Paros, nous reviendrons au Marioly Studios.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Nous avons passé un super séjour, endroit exceptionnel très bien situe proche de la plage et du centre avec parking voiture très appréciable, appartement très confortable, belle décoration, état impeccable, propreté irréprochable, et surtout notre hote qui était la pour nous accueillir tard dans la soirée et surtout très dévouée et sympathique, je ne peux que recommander un si bel endroit.

Comodissime aree esterne dove rilassarsi e giardino comune meraviglioso. il valore aggiunto è Katerina, ci ha accolti e fatti sentire a casa, ci ha aiutato per il noleggio del quad ed era sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Consigliatissimo!!!

C’era la pulizia giornaliera ed il cambio biancheria. Inoltre ci ha prestato un ombrellone e due stuoie per la spiaggia. Camera standard con cucina ed un bel terrazzino
In generale tutto molto bene se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto indicherei il condizionatore posizionato sul letto e la televisione che era impostata in greco.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Los apartamentos están bien situados a menos de 5 minutos andando de la playa de Livadia y a unos 15 de Parikia, en un agradable paseo junto a la playa y el puerto. Nosotros nos alojamos en un apartamento estándar y en uno superior, y aunque lógicamente hay diferencia entre ellos, ambos cumplieron las expectativas. Los apartamentos son cómodos y funcionales, y están muy limpios. Tienen terrazas para cada apartamento y una agradable zona común. Katerina es una mujer con personalidad y fue muy amable con nosotros. Se preocupó de que estuviéramos a gusto y tuvo algunos detalles con nosotros. Gracias!
Los colchones del apartamento standard podría ser más cómodos.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The apartment was clean, and tidy with comfortable beds, a good size balcony and all the facilities and amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property has beautiful communal gardens and seating area to enjoy and is perfectly located <5 minute walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and local store and ~15-20 min walk from the port and old town area making it easy access without need for a taxi. The mother and daughter team at Marioly Studios were super friendly, kind and helpful giving lots of tips and advice, as well as homemade welcome lemonade and biscuits.
Everything was great, wish I could've stayed longer!

The owner welcomed me personally and gave me many tips to do in Paros, she is very friendly and hospitable. Ψηφιακή τηλεόραση και δυνατό σήμα WiFi σε όλους τους χώρους. Λειτουργικό κλιματιστικό και όλα τα αναγκαία είδη στον χώρο της κουζίνας. Κρεβάτια με άνετα στρώματα & μαλακά μαξιλάρια. Καθαρό μπάνιο με ευρύχωρο ντουζ και ζεστό νερό όλη την ημέρα. Θυρίδα ασφαλείας για τα προσωπικά μας είδη. Στο αίθριο μπαλκόνι διατίθεται τραπέζι με άνετες καρέκλες για στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Δεν δυσκολευτήκαμε να βρούμε χώρο στάθμευσης έξω από το κατάλυμα. Άριστη και άμεση επικοινωνία με την κυρία Κατερίνα κατά την υποδοχή για το check-in και το check-out καθώς και έκδηλο και συνεχές ενδιαφέρον για την ομαλή διαμονή μας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Our beautiful host, Katarina, was absolutely exceptional, super helpful and made us feel right at home. Welcomed us with a jar of local honey! Which was delicious and we enjoyed it so much each morning on our Greek yogurt. Place was very clean and new had everything you would need. Excellent location n walking distance port and bus station and the adorable town of Parikia.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025Struttura nuova, pulita e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese di Parikia. La proprietaria parla italiano ed è carina e gentilissima, ci ha offerto limonata e biscotti, ha portato le bolle di saponi ai nostri bambini ed è sempre stata disponibile a darci consigli per visitare l’isola. L’appartamentino ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Desde el inicio todo fue excelente. Nos fue a recoger al aeropuerto la hija y nos venía contando un poco de camino sobre la isla. Los apartamentos están ubicados cerca de las mayoría de cosas necesarias en Parikia: el mar está a 5 min caminando, hay supermercados cerca, la parada de buses y el puerto están como a 10 min caminando. Al apartamento no le faltaba nada de amenidades para la cocina. Camas cómodas, cuarto de un tamaño adecuado, una linda terraza para pasar la noche. La dueña nos ayudó a alquilar un carro que llegó directamente a los apartamentos y ahí mismo lo devolvimos. Si vuelvo a Paros, volveré seguramente a Maryolis!

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025Γιατί θα ξανά προτιμώ σίγουρα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα : •Τοποθεσία, κεντρικά στην Παροικιά. •Καθαριότητα και άνεση. Τα δωμάτια ήταν άνετα, με ωραία διαρρύθμιση και πολύ καθαρά. •Ιδιοκτήτες και προσωπικό, οι οποίοι ήταν πολυ βοηθητικοί και φιλικοί και μας έκαναν να αισθανόμαστε σαν να είμαστε σπίτι μας !

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025Katerina and Marioly stole my heart. They made everything so easy for us. I will never forget the both of them. They have helped us from day one. Marioly, the owner's daughter was exceptionally nice and helpful. The location was amazing. 3 mins walk to the beach and about 5 to the amazing restaurant of the strip. Very close to the Port and downtown. We had an amazing time and stay. The resort is just so beautiful and lots of space. We were on the top floor. Had 3 balconies. Clean Room and towels everyday was a big plus.
Everything was perfect. One of my friend is suggesting that Breakfast and shuttle from the port be included ♡

Waking on the street towards the property was tricky, no sidewalk, narrow and cars passing by, had to stop to let them pass.
