Very helpful and friendly staff. Polite and efficient.

Sorry, nigh-on £200 for a tiny room which was more like a box room is excessive, even allowing for the location.

The location was perfect, an easy walk to Kings Cross. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was quite accommodating.

A room was a bit small and the price was a bit high, but overall, everything was fine

Friendly staff like Emma, Innocent and Anastasia from the rrestraunt where we had breakfast.

There were no wardrobes in the room.

Śniadanie na wynos - mało obfite, ale bardzo dobre jakościowo. W miarę przestrzenny pokój z dobrym wyposażeniem. Świetna lokalizacja, a przy tym w miarę cicho. Bardzo miła i chętna do pomocy obsługa.

Po wejściu do pokoju wyczuwalny był dość intensywny zapach wybielacza. Obsługa zareagowała przysyłając sprzątającego, co razem z intensywnym wietrzeniem trochę pomogło.

Zimmer sind etwas klein. Wenn es sehr heiß ist, könnte es trotz des Ventilators recht warm werden.

One of the extra beds a bit uncomfortable and basement room smelt a little of damp although very clean.

Our room was located in the basement, with no windows, except for a skylight. It was very damp and stuffy. The room was also really small and absolutely too small for two adults and two children. Breakfast was served in a separate building next door, which was quite inconvenient, especially when it was raining. Considering the size of the room, the dampness, and the location of the breakfast area, our stay unfortunately did not meet our expectations.

Great location

We were giving a very small room to accommodate 2 x adults and 2 x children . Could not walk in the room, very cramped. I had paid for a king sized room which I had stayed in before and it was very spacious hence why I re booked the hotel but on this stay we were put in a room that was not appropriate for a family of 4. Now after telling reception, we were moved to another room the following day which had more space but nothing like the pictures so be warned!

Clean room, room was small but had everything you need for overnight stay close to King's Cross, reception staff really friendly and helpful.

Charging £160 a night for that room is ridiculous. It's located under the ground, has little to no light, and smelled faintly of dampl. It was extremely noisy at night meaning we couldn't sleep. The toilet flush was not working properly, no hand towels - very, very basic. It should be no more than £100, if that.

The location is fantastic. Check in is easy and leaving baggage feels safe. Staff are lovely and the surrounding street etc feels safe when walking back in the evening.

The rooms are a real lottery. We stayed in June and got a lovely airy room with a window, clean white walls and a large very comfy double bed. The room felt luxurious and so worth the money. This time we stayed we got a basement room. It was painted bright pink which was garish and it had a sky light which we could not have open so relied on a fan all day and night and no natural light. The tube could be heard really loudly every few minutes. The bed was small and uncomfortable. The room felt like a teenagers bedroom. We went home exhausted after what should have been a break from work/parenting life. We wouldn’t have stayed again if this was our first stay. We have booked again for November purely based on location ease and feeling safe but if we are assigned a basement room we will ask to move and not book again.

Noisy due to wooden floors amplifying noise from other inconsiderate guests , sirens from police vehicles all night . very cramped no where to put anything , no aircon and room Was boiling ,no sealed water horrible bottles filled with tap water .very steep stairs to take luggage up no good if you are more mature or have mobility issues

Everything was great - we thought that it was so good that on arrival we were about to come up the front steps to the hotel which are quite high and a member of staff who happened to be outside - might have even been a service staff member, she saw us and straight away offered to help lift our cases up the stairs. I dont know what her name was but she was a very pretty coloured (correct terminology over there not sure ) lady with her hair up. We were very grateful. When we were leaving another member of staff I believe her name was Irene was on duty early in the morning. She was super friendly and also helped take our luggage out, the door closed behind her and she still kept smiling and sorted the problem to get back in. Their service spoke to us very loudly

Small - but that's what we booked in for and we enjoyed it.

The overall decor was boutique hotel. Rooms had a scani air to it. Great location. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Bathroom a little dated. Slightly noisy corridors at times. Air conditioning unit outside of window which was annoying with it switching on and off during the night.

Very good location friendly and helpful staff. It was nice the bathroom had a bath and shower. The quality of the food at breakfast was excellent and the service.

It would have been easier if there was a lift especially with luggage. The rooms would benefit from a small fridge.

The room was acceptable for an overnight stay.

I was exhausted after flying from Australia. The staff member who checked me in, directed me to the rabbit warren of stairs and corridors downstairs, but didn't offer to help. It was hot. I had a heavy suitcase, a backpack and a carry-on bag, and I had to struggle back up the stairs (same the following morning) to get my bags down / back up the narrow staircase. Not for the faint-hearted.

No lift

The location is excellent, literally a two minute walk across the road from King's Cross. The shower pressure was actually quite good and the shower was hot. The room had water and tea making facilities, although we did not use the water as it was not in a sealed bottle.

The room was incredibly hot, a fan was provided but this had to be kept on the full time to even feel like it made a small amount of difference. There was a cool breeze outside, and a coolness was felt as soon as you left the room. The room in general could do with a touch up, the flooring was warped and the room generally could do with a lick of paint. I thought it was odd to have to pay £50 damages deposit when the room was in poor condition - for example the bed lights were hanging on by a thread and the thing which I think was the wardrobe, was not even attached to the wall properly. They could have easily been broken, but due to poor quality rather than customer damage.

L'emplacement était parfait, à côté du metro de King's Cross et de la gare San Pancras. La chambre mignonne mais beaucoup trop petite, tandis que la salle de bains est super. Pour le petit déjeuner on se déplace au restaurant italien de l'hôtel à côté, où il y a le choix entre une série de plats et viennoiseries.

Pour information, celle qui est appelée sur Booking "chambre double supérieure" (avec grand lit et canapé lit) n'est en fait qu'une chambre tout à fait normale, minuscule, où il y a juste l'espace pour tourner autour du lit. Aucun canapé lit à l'horizon.

Ideal location to the station for the Eurostar. Very comfortable stay, staff very friendly and pleasant. Ideal for an overnight stay.

No air conditioning but was able to open windows. My stay was during a heat wave but wasn’t uncomfortable

Alles was heerlijk schoon: het beddengoed en de handdoeken waren schoon, er was voldoende water en de kamer was netjes.

Het bed stond erg hoog en kon niet naar beneden. Ik was bang dat ik zou vallen.

The location is brilliant for access to King’s Cross mainline/underground stations. Staff are very good and friendly. The room was spotless and due to the current heatwave the use of a fan in the room was very helpful.

Again, being close to King’s Cross and a major road route in London it is very noisy, roadworks, general transport and traffic even in the small hours. We had a room on the Lower floor, you even get the underground noise until the small hours and again from the early morning.

Great staff, lobby cool design vibe, cleanliness, huge bathroom (in family room) , plenty of lighting, ample towels, comfy bed. Location is a little rough (would not recommend to solo female travelers late at night) but very convenient to train and tube stations.

The basement level room had awful chemical cleaning smell. Poor ventilation and very hot. The antique stove/fireplace was strange but kind of cool. It would have been less weird if it had some type of design theme - a large victorian mirror and quirky art, a couple of vintage style armchairs, etc. would have been nice. Not a great space for hanging out, but fine for one night.

The location is very good. Although breakfast took place at another hotel, it was very good and offered a good variety.

The room was extremely small, uncomfortable, and very hot—so hot that I had to leave the windows open overnight so we could sleep.

Wir hatten bei dem Preis eine Klimaanlage erwartet. Das Zimmer war so heiß, dass man auch bei geöffneten Fenstern nicht schlafen konnte. Zusätzlich kamen von draußen so laute Geräusche herein, dass man dadurch ebenfalls Probleme hatte.

Rooms were clean. Staff at front desk was nice . Location was good .

Only bath towel, one per person was available , no hand or wash cloth available . One room on the first floor with two single bed was so small no room to open the luggage . There was a loos floor board right outside the door so every time someone walked passed the room (that everyone that was going to their room) the board would make a loud noise . This was annoying especially late at night .

Room was tiny, NO air conditioning, one tiny window that didn't open far enough to cool, and a fan that turned off every 20 minutes so I could not sleep. Narrow stairs difficult with luggage, no iron or board to iron my clothes, no hair dryer, ZERO basic amenities that I would expect for the cost.

Not enough space to open suitcase without having to put it on the clean bed. Bars should be put on the window so that you canbsleep with window open and feel safe. Extra money to be left as a deposit because of risk of damage to the room - never heard or experienced that any where else.

No Air-conditioning in single occupancy room, it was like a sauna. Single occupancy room very very small, photos in my opinion were not reflective.

Great location, so close to everything and direct links via the underground to the rest of London. When we arrived the young man at reception graciously changed our room to the 4th floor so we had access to Aircon which was very much needed! So an extra thank you to him! Shower was great good water pressure and the bed was very comfortable.

Erin was amazing really helpful and informative and provided an ice bucket to cool our water. She was lovely. Great location for the Eurostar and for getting around London before we went.
