Instalaciones muy mejorables. Moquetas muy sucias, piscina pequeña, y buffet muy regular de calidad. La ubicación terrible.

Er mocht wel een afstandsbediening voor de airco aanwezig zijn, zodat we zelf konden instellen.

O atendimento foi bom, e o tamanho do quarto era ótimo.

O chuveiro do banheiro é algo que eu nunca vi antes. Ele joga água para todos os lados, molha o banheiro inteiro, mas você, que está embaixo dele, não consegue tomar banho. Haha. Essa experiência em um hotel? Não consigo entender.

The staff are friendly and the location is very good if you eat street food or local restaurants as its right next to a food market and plenty of restaurants.

Heerlijke zachte bedden waar we op zoek naar waren. Toen we onze kamer kregen zagen dat de airco lekte en water in de wasbak niet goed wegdreef. Receptie doorgegeven en ze hebben gelijk opgelost. Top service.

No one at the hotel could tell me the right location to visit to see the Sky lanterns. I chose this stay especially because I wanted to see the Li Ping/ Loi Krathong and flew down during this time from India. It was so disheartening. On reading online the Ping river is mentioned as the place where Krathong is celebrated. They did celebrate but not with Sky lanterns. And I left Chiang Mai today without lighting a single Sky lantern. Even otherwise I couldn't have much peace of mind. The staff weren't very good with providing information and I just didn't get help I needed from them. My breakfast was supposed to be included in the tariff but I was asked to pay for breakfast the second day onward. If this is what continues I'll have to discontinue using booking.com

NO LLOGUEU MAI UNA MOTO AMB ELLS. Ens van dir que ens donaven la fiança quan facin el check out, i havíem d’agafar un bus a chiang rai, per poc el perdem perquè ens deien que no que havíem d’esperar uns 25 min a que vingués el noi de la moto i donar-nos la fiança que no era poca, 3.000 baths. Quan la nit anterior ens van dir que cap problema que quan donessin les claus i facin el chek out es retornarien els diners. HORRIBLE, vam passar molt nervis. Tot i això l’empresa de motos si que estava be.

Breakfast was over priced for what you got. Much better breakfast at the Centara and much better maintained

This must have been a charming hotel 10-15 years ago. It is a bit oldish, but what was nice about it was that the walls/windows are still of good quality, so you don't experience much noise pollution. The parking was large and managed by a lovely security guard.

The bathroom didn't have a fan or a window. Using the shower was awkward as it had an immovable shower head = which splashed all over the toilet. The drains were rather clogged, but we only stayed for a night. The area is an absolute meh; it is not walkable at all, so you take a taxi.

Staff were lovely. Hotel is situated in a residential neighbourhood. There was an abundance of local food on the door step. Easy access to central Chiang Mai.

Swimming pool a touch on the small size for a hotel of that capacity.

The mirror wall of the shower is too narrow so the water splashes over the bathroom. Breakfast choice was limited. The rooms for our group were far apart (we booked 4 rooms and the staff we talked with over the phone booked our rooms to be closed by but they were changed later).

It is quite valuable. Room size is fine.

Only 1 super small shower gel bottle is provided. Breakfast can be better. We came as a group and booked 4 rooms. When confirming on the phone, the hotel staff booked the rooms which were next to each other. However our rooms were changed to be far apart and they could not tell why the rooms have been changed like that.

For my purposes the location was great. the staff were helpful, there were some language issues though. The rooms were adequate.

숙소는 리모델링 해서 깨끗한 편, 주차장 경비가 제일 친절하고 프론트는 교육이 필요함. 방음이 전혀 안되서 옆 방에서 말하는 소리가 다 들림. 저녁에 모기향로를 피우는데 모기는 없으나 기침이 나옴. 입지는 공항에서 10분거리로 가깝고 시내까지도 10분 거리로 가까움, 호텔 바로 옆이 농호이 로컬 마켓이 있어서 쌀국수, 과일 등 저렴ㄹ한 먹거리가 풍부해서 너무 좋음. 길 건너 마사지 샨은 1시간 300바트로 잘함.

Amazing staff, second night before sleep the AC started smelling sour 5 min after we called reception they had a new room ready amazing. Good breakfast many options. Nice hotel i recommend will come again.

La Mai is excellent hotel to stay if you want to stay little outside of central Chiang Mai and having bike rented. If you do not have bike then also, it can easily reach to central by taxi. Good choice of breakfast, fruits, cereals, hot breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are non vegetarian then you will have plenty of option to explore street food around the hotel.

The room was comfortable and we slept really well. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast food was cold for hot food which was a pity. A bit noisy in the corridors in the morning with guests and cleaning staff being a bit loud talking.

I made my request for the cleaned A/C and the hotel A/C was very clean.

I don't like the taste of coffee in breakfast buffet.

Shower stall is not totally enclosed, which makes water splatter all over the place. Hotel is a bit old and basic.
