Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel

Best hotel sleep i ever had

Location

No dislikes

Location was perfect because I was in between flights. There was NO TIME to enjoy ammenities, breakfast or anything else.

When I checked in I was shocked and dismayed by the extreme annoyance and loudness of the "ambient music"! I was really perturbed by it! I could not converse with the staff and I explained it to her. She indicated that she had no control over the oppressive volume. This very loud obnoxious music is detrimental to good hotel/client/guest relations !!! It must be DISCONTINUED. Allow the local staff to control their own volume.

Being able to walk straight in from the airport

A bit pricey

Hospitality room and breakfast was great, very relaxed

Coffee machine in my room did not work

Nothing in this world is perfect but this place was very very good. Welcoming and friendly service, the detail of the soaps in the shower that were quite luxurious, the soundproofed windows that gave a view of planes arriving and taking off without too much disturbance and the overall accommodation of our wants and needs. A good and varied breakfast menu that tasted as good as it read. oh and unique cocktails to end the day.

The Halo bar and bistro was at times quite loud with music - but were served in the quiet library if we chose. And if you are sensitive to airconditioning, take a scarf to the bistro/bar - it is quite cool.

O camera primitoare..curata cu pat confortabil

The view of the runway was great and I loved the chair that allowed me to gaze out the window.

Shower drain was slow to drain

Attached to the airport is so convenient.

Well appointed room within a few minutes of the check-in desks.

Staff was great, facilities were nice, location was excellent for what I needed. Restaurant had great food!

I booked a runway view king room, checked in just after 5pm and it wasn't ready so was told I would be given an upgraded suite and it wasn't which was really disappointing. 🙃 I sent a text about receiving a discount due to the fact I didn't get my original booking and put into a sub par category room and there was no response to that message that I could see.

Staff was fantastic Nice Edmonton touches like the carpet and wallpaper

Clean, Early wake up call, Very Clean

Great location

Rooms had annoying design including difficult light switches, visible ugly microwave etc.

Curat..cald..primitor

Didn’t have breakfast

I’m allergic to down feather pillows and comforter .You should have other options for people like me ,other than that it was nice

Staff was friendly place was very clean

No matter how much I change the thermostat the room was always hot and when I put things in the fridge, it was practically room temperature, and the pictures on the website did not match the room at all

Loved the location, link to the airport and the general responsiveness of staff

A beautiful clean modern hotel in an ideal location for early morning travelers. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past five years and continue to give it high recommendations. The most attractive feature is its location … attached to the Edmonton International Airport makes it a preferred place to stay when traveling early in the morning. No need to battle weather or traffic or chance interruptions to your business or leisure travel. The outstanding staff are very welcoming and supportive and are very aware of the complications of early and late arrivals and do their best to accommodate! The lounge and restaurant are outstanding and the rooms are always clean and well maintained… great linens support a restful sleep no matter how short or hurried your stay might be. We have never been disappointed and always look forward to our time here. Always enjoy the features in the gallery.

It’s all good!

Intrarea in horel se face direct din aeroport..perfect pentru serile cand esti deja prea obosit dupa drumuri..Camera foarte curata si calduroasa.

Convenient and great staff

Shower looked a bit dirty

Love that it is right inside the airport

This is a beautiful and new hotel, and the staff treated us so well. Booked for our wedding night, and although I never mentioned anything when boooking, the staff noticed our wedding attire and sent up complimentary champagne and fruit at breakfast.

Great place to stay with flights early the next morning.

Nice clean and quiet

Bathroom was dirty. Needed a deep clean

It beeded a deep clean

The most convenient place to stay if you're catching an early flight or have a short layover. Departure counters are just steps away from the hotel. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Check in was easy-peasy, and staff were very professional. Restaurant had a variety of dining options and portions were more than sufficient for everyone in our group.

The staff are awesome! We love staying here before a flight out!

Clean comfortable room. Convenient stay for early flight.

Great place convenient

Worth the calm mornings when leaving out of the EIA

Steps from

This was a one night stay as our plane was flying out early the next morning and saved us travel time. It was a little confusing finding the reception desk from where we were dropped off but check in was quick and room was clean and quiet.

This is always a great and convenient place to stay!

Outstanding service and good food at the restaurant.

Kind of secluded but convenient if you are travelling into Edmonton on a quick layover. Pretty nice hotel.

Excellent Location, Excellent Hotel, Staff is over The Top! I highly recommend this Renaissance Hotel! 10 out of 10!

Location

They take a $50 security deposit and don’t give it you back for two weeks! And then you don’t even get $50 back. Complete con won’t stay there again

Very convenient as it’s right at the airport. Food and drinks were expensive.

Love that its at the airport and makes early morning flights so much easier.

Excellent check in greeting and service

Fantastic hotel. Extremely clean and all staff superb

the location was convenient and ameneties involved but extra charge for breakfast

Top notch

The restaurant in this hotel is incredible! Great service and food. Best airport hotel restaurant I’ve been to.

Enjoyable stay

Love that it’s attached to the airport! Travelling alone with 4 kids is so much easier when we can walk down the hall to the hotel.

Everything was excellent with the hotel. It’s just hard to figure out where you’re going when you leave the airport no signage but we figured it out. Everything else was amazing. We thank you for your patronage.

Very clean and easy to get to the airport

Toilet did not work Only really hot water Wouldn’t shower

Very convenient to the airport. Nice staff.

Phenomenal.

Great hotel

Very accommodating staff, room is beautiful and the food is amazing!

We stayed for 9 nights. Staff recognized us and treated us well. The room was great! Very spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was always super busy and the staff made sure to keep up. It’s in a great location and we walked everywhere except when we took the metro. Very convenient.

Favourite hotel in Edmonton

The airline cancelled my flight and I did not make it to Edmonton. The Hotel refused to refund for the stay I did not have.

Good experience A little pricey

Airport convenience- easy to get around town with car rental

Location,location,location!!!

A bit expensive

Lovely and recently remodeled hotel where you can walk straight to departures. Comfy beds. Crib delivered to room. A great stay with little kids and an 8am flight.

Great service! Highly recommend

Easy fast convenient
