Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Ich hatte ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Vatikan entfernt. Cristiano war sehr nett. Kommunikation war auch schnell und hat alles geklappt. Dazu war es noch toll einen Guide für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung zu bekommen.
Das Bett war etwas zu weich für mich

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist hervorragend, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Service war super und die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Prontidão dos funcionários para ajudar e fazer o check-in mesmo tarde da noite. Localização do hotel era boa, perto do metrô, do Vaticano e de muitas opções de comida e mercado. Eles também nos deram o maior quarto da hospedagem pois estávamos viajando com um bebê. Ar condicionado funcionava bem.
O aquecedor do chuveiro não tinha muita água quente disponível. No verão não foi um problema, mas no inverno poderia ser ruim. Eles montaram um bercinho conforme pedimos, mas não tinha nenhuma roupa de cama para o bebê. Como foi a nossa 1a viagem com um bebê, não sabemos se é comum ter que levar a roupa de cama para o berço. Seria legal se isso tivesse sido informado antes.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Stały kontakt z właścicielem. Wszystko co było napisane w opisie zgadzało się i było sprawne. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i świetna lokalizacja. Właściciel zadbał o to, abyśmy czuli się komfortowo i podesłał dużo wskazówek, które bardzo się przydały. Czystość na wysokim poziomie o którą dbano codziennie.
Pokój miał kilka niedociągnięć w kwestii wykończeniówki, lecz nie wpływało to w żadnym stopniu na pobyt.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026S pobytom v hoteli sme boli naozaj veľmi spokojní. Veľkou výhodou je skvelá poloha. Stanica metra Ottaviano je len kúsok od hotela a v okolí je množstvo cenovo dostupných kaviarní, reštaurácií a supermarketov. Vatikánske múzeá aj Bazilika svätého Petra sú dostupné pešo za pár minút. Aj k ďalším známym pamiatkam Ríma, ako Fontána di Trevi či Pantheon, sa dá pohodlne dostať. Veľmi milý, ochotný a nápomocný bol aj personál. Hotel určite odporúčame a pri ďalšej návšteve Ríma sa sem radi vrátime! ❤️

Just a minor detail - the wifi was not great, but they promised to fix it, so it's probably fine now. Not a big deal but if you plan to work remotely from the room, something to be aware of

Lo peor fueron los colchones, sobre todo de una de las camas, era muy incomodo.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Romerooms- это апартаменты в историческом доме , совсем рядом с Ватиканом , до собора Святого Петра было 200 метров, до метро Октавиано- 70 метров. Отель расположен на тихой улице , у нас окна выходили на улицу, но было спокойно и комфортно. Комнаты были удобные, все предусмотрено- есть стол, шкаф, сейф, кондиционер, чайник, телевизор . Уборка происходила каждый день, застилали кровати , меняли полотенца каждый день, всегда было достаточно пакетиков чая или кофе. Нас встречал Кристиано, мы всегда обращались к нему , если что- то было нужно, все вопросы решались очень быстро ! Сервис на самую высокую оценку. Мы рано уезжали в аэропорт и переживали, что такси может опоздать, Кристиано помог и с этим вопросом .

Good value for money and close to many bars and restaurants so plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend and stay again

The beds were comfortable, the location was excellent, the AC was powerful, and most importantly, the hosts were incredibly welcoming. I arrived quite late on check-in day due to a flight delay, but the hosts never complained. Instead, they gave us a warm welcome, even at 11 p.m. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, Room Rome is the perfect choice.

The shower might need to be improved a bit. We can either shower with super hot water or super cold water. Had to switch between the two in order to catch the normal temp in between. And shower head can be de-calcified to make sure all holes throw water.

Te hacen cambio de toallas y aseo en la habitación. La ubicación es cercana al metro. La persona que nos recibió fue en todo momento amable a pesar de no entender el idioma. Recomendable.

The hosts were friendly and helped me secure a taxi for my departure, which greatly reduced my stress. The location was very close to many restaurants and the piazza. I would stay there again.

In any of the surrounding streets you will find plenty of places to enjoy authentic Italian food. It is about a 10-minute walk from the Vatican. The other main attractions are a bit farther away, but if you enjoy walking, you can easily get there on foot. If you prefer public transportation, there is also a metro station and several bus stops very close by. The property does not have a 24-hour reception, but the host is very kind and attentive. He answers any questions you may have and also provides useful information about the city, recommendations for places to eat, and the best ways to get around.

Richy was very pleasant and I appreciated his help! There were a ton of restaurants nearby and the metro was maybe a 5 min walk away. I’d recommend this location to a single traveler especially a woman. I felt safe my entire stay. Thank you guys!

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Beautiful building located in a nice neighbourhood which is central but also not right in the middle of an extremely busy street. Lots of places to get some groceries, or eat at a restaurant and walkable to most tourist attractions. Cristiano was excellent, he greeted us in front of the building and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay and organised a transfer to get to the airport after our stay which was very helpful.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Reservamos una habitación para 3 noches, antes de nuestra llegada el staff contactó con nosotros para concretar la entrada, todo bien y fácil. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado de la habitación y nos buscaron otra habitación, que lamentablemente, tenía un desperfecto en la cama, lo notificamos y al día siguiente nos trasladaron a otra habitación más grande, con una cama cómoda y el aire acondicionado funcionando perfectamente. En resumen, todo bien, estancia agradable y personal dispuesto a ayudar.
No hay recepción 24h, aunque es bastante fácil contactar con ellos por teléfono

The room has everything in good working condition . Everyday cleaning is nice . De kamer was wel klein, we leerden ermee leven, maar het sluit niet echt aan op prijs en kwaliteit verhouding. Badkamer was volgensmij 3 of 4 vierkante meter

Cristiano also arranged transport to and from the airport which was a reliable and friendly service. The accommodation is in a perfect location for all of the sights with nice shops, supermarkets and restaurants also local. Our stay was amazing in every way!

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Una de las habitaciones era comoda , nos gusto que todos los dias hacian aseo y cambiaban toallas , otro punto positivo fue la ubicacion ya que se encuentra a pocos minutos caminando del vaticano y puedes ir a varios monumentos a pie sin necesidad de usar auto o taxi. Sin embargo la segunda habitacion era demasiado pequeña y no teniamos espacio ni para nuestras cosas , ni para las maletas, el baño tambien era demasiado pequeño. Pienso que esa habitacion es perfecta para alguien que viaje solo y con un equipaje pequeñito.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Świetna lokalizacja, komfortowy pokój z lodówką, czajnikiem i klimatyzacją (przy upałach 30+ ma to znaczenie) i bardzo pomocny, kontaktowy właściciel. Miejsce bardzo blisko Watykanu, ale nieco na uboczu, bez tabunu turystów. Sklep tuż obok, do tego kilka fajnych kawiarni i restauracji w pobliżu.
Czasami przydałby się może aneks kuchenny i więcej naczyń.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Место расположение прекрасное. Рядом Ватикан. Много магазинчиков и кафешек. До основных достопримечательностей (замок Ангела, фонтан Треви) пешком минут 20. Хозяин, очень приятный молодой человек. Выдает кладезь информации ( и по поводу ресторанов, и по достопримечательностям (все цены, время работы и т д). Любые вопросы решаются за считанные минуты. Я очень рада, что выбрала именно Romerooms. Буду рекомендовать его своим друзьям.
Из минусов - некомфортные просвечивающиеся шторы. Я возвращалась поздно, уже было темно, и переодеться в номере было некомфортно. Ну это мой личный дискомфорт. Может кому-то это и не принципиально.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Die Lage ist phänomenal. Alles in gehweite, viele Restaurants, Vatikan und ÖPNV Anbindung. Flughafen Shuttle ebenfalls nicht weit. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben ein größeres Zimmer für einige Tage kostenlos bekommen ohne Aufpreis.
Leider finden wir das Preis-Leistung überhaupt nicht passt. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem, mit billigsten Matratzen. Die Duscharmaturen fallen aus der Wand und in den Fugen setzt überall Schimmel an. Die Wände sind extrem dünn und man hört wirklich alles der Nachbarn. Jemand hat hier eine Wohnung zu einem 5 Zimmer „Hotel“ billigst umgebaut. Daher keine Empfehlung bei einem Preis von 200€ pro Nacht. Die Hälfte wäre für Rom okay.
