We had great experience with the hotel, they are so kind and helpful with every need we had. The room had everything we needed, starting with phone charger (with all kinds of connections), Japanese power adapter, toothbrush and more. The entrance to the hotel have wonderful frash flowers to welcome you in. It located in a great place with an access to the underground train with elevator few meter from the hotel entrance. Highly recommend. We will be sure to come back.

Size was just a bit small, but we managed, location was great.

The only positive aspect of this supposedly 5 star hotel is the location.

Other aspects didn't seem like 5 star. Transport arrangements of the luggage was done last minute, obliging to interrupt our itinerary and come back to hotel to deliver the luggage with no compensation. Although the room was in the upper floors, view from the room was disappointing. Layout of room doesn't really allow for opening two luggages at the same time.

Locations and rooms ,especially this time we got room 1418 which are very comfortable lots of spaces for luggages.

The room is spacious with natural light. The staffs are really hospitality. The late check-out was amazing! It allowed me to spend the whole morning strolling around the Ginza area without having to rush back. Highly recommended!"

Excellent location, specially if you are coming from Haneda airport to Ginza as the metro station Higashi Ginza is next to the hotel. Everything important in Ginza is a 5 min walk.

Need more English speaking staff to avoid communication gaps. Example at the time of checkin I was told that the luggage transfer between hotels in same city is same day if the baggage’s are dropped before 10am. However, at the time of dropping the luggage, that wasn’t the case and I was told it will be sent next day.

The location is very convenient! Close to subway stations, shopping and restaurants. It’s also more modern. Breakfast was great!

There’s no gym. Room feels tight, but considering it’s in Tokyo it’s fine if you don’t have big luggage.

La situación del hotel justo en la puerta de la línea Asakusa y a 4 minutos andando de la Línea Ginza que conecta con Tokio central en 1 parada y sibuya en 20 minutos aparte de akihabara, Ueno etc en pocos minutos

La habitación un poco pequeña pero alfinal es como todo en Tokio, aunque así muy buenas calidades y comodidades.

Location: Excellent. It is right above the Higashi-ginza station, and very close to the Ginza station. Buses & taxis are also easily available, and shopping locations too. Room: Simple, clean, and very well maintained.

Muito apertado, como em vários casos no Japão. Falta espaço para tudo e o chuveiro já cai no quarto, faltando um espaço intimo. E não há mais infraestrutura disponível no hotel como academia ou piscina.

Location and facilities

Lacks facilities like a pool and self service laundry. We asked for late checkout and they told me I had to pay for each hour a certain amount for a limit of two hours. We ended up staying for only 30 minutes over the check out time but were still asked to pay for one hour. It would have been nice to have that fee waived since we had stayed in the hotel from three nights.

Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch und ist nicht besonders hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind extrem klein und die zum Innenhof recht feucht und muffig. Auch für den Parkplatz wenig hilfreich.

The location in Ginza was great. Rooms are a little small but is Japon standard. Super clean rooms. I don't know if next time I will be in the same hotel. Not enough space to open our luggage.

Excellent position. Good size room for Japan. Our room had a lovely outlook. Lifts were quick. Quiet property. Very well serviced daily. Sheets changed after 3 days, towels etc daily. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful e.g. booking a restaurant.

Great position probably the best possible. In the middle of Ginza with two different metro stops just out of the hotel, few minutes walking from fish market. Breakfast just great for quality and quantity. Rooms big enough with everything necessary.

The hotel doesn’t have any bar, any rooftop, any spa or swimming pool or even a lobby. Just breakfast and good rooms. Nevertheless if you are there for visiting the city you are not expected to spend time in hotel so it doesn’t really matters.

離地鐵東銀座站超近（A1），對面就是三越百貨，銀座購物超方便超近，房內空間算大，櫃臺服務主動迅速，房間每天都打掃的很乾淨，酒店前有排班計程車，若搭機場巴士步行5分鐘（往返成田機場）在東武萬怡酒店前上下車，連住了7晚超滿意，下次會再入住

I think this was a pleasant hotel. I really liked their location and breakfast. There was not much to the hotel itself but it is very clean. The bathroom toilet is fully automated which was really nice! Their breakfast is actually quite good and they give you a choice of a selected menu item. It was great every day!

I wish the room was a bit bigger. There was no closet, so my clothes were just hanging out in the open. Not a big deal, but not typical for other hotels. The only issue is that they are a large hotel with little room in their breakfast dining area. So there will be a line, and they also rush you once it is 10:30 am - you have to leave - not even one minute after 10:30 am. They come to make sure you are going to leave! I found this to be a bit excessive. They could simply let you enjoy your coffee with the expectation that they are already clearing the buffet area.

The location is amazing - you are in the heart of Ginza here, and a short walk to the Imperial Palace and Gardens, as well as all the shops, restaurants and liveliness of the area. The hotel is clean, and well maintained, and the staff are charming.

Our room was just too small. I booked a double room, but once our suitcases were open, it was just too tight on space, and we found ourselves constantly moving things around to make it work. The hotel also has not common areas. There is reception, a restaurant in the basement and then your room. Which works, but when the room is really small, it's nice to have somewhere else in the hotel to escape to.

Phenomenal location, spacious room and extremely spacious bathroom, very nice lobby.

There was no shower room, so you had to step into the tub to take a shower, and the tub was quite small. We booked an accessible room as the price was slightly cheaper, so I am not sure if all the bathrooms are like this.
