We booked and paid for the executive suite but we were downgraded without refunding the extra as they promised .

Wir hatten ein großes Appartement.

Leider war das Appartement sehr dreckig. Auf dem Tisch sowie den Stühlen lagen noch Krümel, ebenso auf dem Boden in der Küche und die Badezimmer waren auch nicht gerade gut geputzt mit dreckigen Rändern in der Dusche und am Waschbecken. Die Toilettenspülung ist die ganze Nacht durchgelaufen und allgemein hatte diese nicht wirklich gespült. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt sehr altmodisch und abgenutzt und auch die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr dürftig. Zum Teil waren Töpfe und Besteck dreckig in den Schränken gestanden. Der Parkplatz wurde ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit sehr voll, wodurch man dann nur noch schwer einen Parkplatz bekommen hat.

Falta de información en el check-in, tuvimos que llamar por teléfono y esperar 20 minutos al teléfono para que nos atendiera alguien y luego si que nos enviaron por mensaje cómo hacer el check-in

Éramos 5 y no había ni una silla para cada uno tampoco había menaje suficiente

La casa è grande ed ha due bagni. Si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore. Mancano un po' di cose in cucina, le pentole e le posate sono poche e manca la tovaglia e i tovaglioli. Le porte non stanno aperte.

The main double bed was not comfortable. Two singles mattresses too small for the bed base .

When we got into the place it didnt smell clean it smelt like cat piss and they was cobwebs on the curtains the shower was broken and it wasnt really clean at all and they was no tray for the cooker to cook on

Never got breakfast as it was a Saturday and the reception is closed on weekends

Shower was low pressure bed wasn’t comfortable very noisy outside with ppl and traffic I wouldn’t recommend a family staying in the apartments

Location was exactly what i wanted however i wanted a ground floor apartment and was allocated a top floor apartment

The bedroom cabinets were quite dusty. The kitchen equipment was poor for example the handle on the potato masher kept falling off. Also a few items of crockery and pans were not properly cleaned possibly by previous occupants

Absolutely nothing, it's a dump!

Everything. The smelly bins, the residents smoking and drinking outside, the smelly fish & chips shop next to the property, the filthy entrance, the old tired and filthy apartment, the squeaky floors, the dirty carpet's, the things growing in the trash can, the long hairs on the bathroom floor, the fire alarms going off, the antique TV...and the list goes on...what a dump! A serviced apartment that the staff "clean" once a week, and cleaning is something they don't do! When emptying your own bins the smell is horrendous at the common trash cans outside...I hope you can hold your breath! I bought cleaning products and air fresheners to try and make the apartment bearable but still ended up leaving early and paying an additional £400 for alternative accommodation.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and quiet; furthermore, it was located in a great, peaceful neighborhood.

Appartamento grande e ben attrezzato, cucina con lava-asciuga, ottimo il parcheggio privato e gli autobus a poca distanza dall'appartamento. Nel complesso tutto molto buono.

Perhaps the furnishing could be a litter lighter but not a big issuepeace

The stairs to the apartment. We were on the 4th floor and no lift.

When we stayed night was clod no heating worked , I have reported in the morning but nothing happened

Excellent in every way. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. Location ideal and with free parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful, something that is not very common these days. I highly recommend for anyone that wants an apartment stay over a hotel stay.

Tuvimos que hacer aquí una reserva en el mismo día de la estancia, ya que nos habían cancelado la que teníamos en el último momento. La atención por parte del servicio de 24 horas fue excepcional, rápida y fácil de seguir, además de que la trabajadora que nos atendió fue muy amable y comprensiva. Las instalaciones también fueron excelentes. Muy recomendable

Location, with parking, only 7minute walk from our relatives. Very spacious and well appointed apartment.

There were no UHT milk portions on the tea/coffee making tray so when we arrived at 10:30pm we couldn’t have a cuppa, or one first thing in the morning. We could have done a load of washing though, as there were a couple of washing liquid capsules. Maybe an oversight, but disappointing. Bathroom: Shower head doesn’t stay upright and floor tile in front of the WC moves when stood on so need replaced. Both things would be easily fixed by maintenance team. Just a tip, unit 43 (Block F) has traffic noise from main road so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Perfect place for my stay, very easy drive everywhere. I will be back for sure.

The apartment is situated very close to a coop and Tesco plus 1 restaurant and 1 cafe and is a short walk away from a lovely park, which made the stay all the more enjoyable. The best thing about the stay was the 2 lasses on reception and how kind and helpful and understanding they were with us and our situation of being 9 months pregnant and waiting to get in to hospital accommodation, they really put our minds at ease and were so helpful and understanding with booking extra days when needed.

Excellent location gor the Aberdeen squash club opposite as I was playing in a tournament. Spacious very clean and very comfortable.

Bathroom a bit dated and shower wouldn’t change angle so soaked floor (reported this though). Also no coffee making facilities just sachets of Nescafé. This is a clincher for me, sure other folk won’t be quite as concerned 😄

The apartment was clean and there was everything you need.

The bath had very slow run of water and the shower was not very powerful.

It was quite spacious, which was nice. Bathroom was clean and good.

It wasn’t horrible, but not very nice either. When we arrived, the whole flat smelled strongly of some kind of perfume and there was still wet towels in the washing machine. Kitchen was poorly equipped and several of the mattresses had stains on them. While the apartment was quite spacious, it felt small and almost claustrophobic since the doors were impossible to keep open without propping them open with bags and heavy things. Since we were at the ground floor, it felt a bit insecure at times when there were crowds of other guests standing and smoking outside our window while we tried to put the kids to sleep. Again, it wasn’t horrible but we would not stay here again nor recommend it to friends.

The convenience of self catering with advantages of apartment over a hotel room.

Dirty pans in cupboard that needed washed before use, broken kitchen equipment, broken toilet flush, broken shelf in fridge door, lack of and broken cooking utensils - no casserole dish or baking tray, bare minimum amount of cutlery and glasses, kitchen blind broken and plinth on cupboards fell off every time you opened the dishwasher.

Stayed here 2 years ago and was disappointed on our return. The price has gone up and the quality has gone down. Cleanliness was below standard with the grill clearly not having been cleaned at all. The kitchen was really poorly stocked. We had about 20 spoons but only 3 forks, no chopping board, no baking trays etc. Reported this through the Spires website on our first day and got no response in the 5 days that we stayed. Fire alarm was set off while we were there and it took over an hour for someone to arrive on site to reset it (thankfully, the fire brigade were there quicker).

A few things in the apartment need attention

No USB charging points. First time in a long time that I’ve sprayed somewhere where there were no sockets with integrated USB points. I only had leads with me.

The heating system failed on the first night but they fixed it

There were cobwebs in the property and generally it wasn't very clean. Breakfast bowls with wheatabix on them, unwashed. No cooking utensils expect for one spatula. How they can offer the property with kitchen and no utensils for cooking it a joke. Carpets I guess had recently been replaced, it's a pity the doors hadn't been altered to accommodate the new carpet as they were difficult to close.

When we arrived I did not have all the bedrooms I paid for. Once we were able to figure out how to contact our hosts, as we were using US phones so we were unsure how to input the phone number, they took care of the situation and were very apologetic and helpful. The fire alarm went off in another of the apartments, which rang in each unit in the building, and continued to ring for quite some time. I'm not sure how often this happens but from the information left on the kitchen table it sounds like it might not be a solitary occurrence. The photos didn't seem to be as accurate as I would have expected.

Tout d abord rentrer dans un appartement froid n est vraiment pas agréable. De plus il n y a aucune instruction pour mettre le chauffage en marche. C est également assez bruyant puisque on entend les véhicules extérieurs depuis la chambre. Enfin, il y avait des problèmes d évacuation au wc. Cela fait beaucoup. Très décevant.

easy parking, easy access and very helpful staff when I lost something. Turned the apartment upside down for me after I left and kept in touch. Very clean apartment and comfy bed.

Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Good size living room and kitchen. Showers were golf too. Close to where we needed to be. Plenty of parking

The flats was seriously warm & no fans or anything to try & cool them down. The windows all opened fully but we were 3rd floor & there was no safety catches on the windows & with 2 young children it wasn't the safest!

Value, location and helpfulness of the staff were really good.

The bed was not comfortable, it didn't suit our needs, if it was one adult, it would have be en ok, well definitely book it again, if it's just myself

Excellent location to town, just a 15 minutes walk. We were in Cardiff for a Xmas Business meal which was so much fun! The rooms were big and clean with their own en-suite each. The kitchen was a good size with a lounge and TV area. Our dogs were very comfortable too! Richard on reception was very friendly and managed to secure the last parking space for us. Remember to book these in advance if you want parking at the back of the hotel.

It was fine for a small crew of guys to stay over night but probably not something we would book for pleasure. It did the job and was clean.

Excellent location for where we were going. Good value for money had everything we needed.

Heating did not come on till 5pm, middle of November in Aberdeen it was freezing. Heating never came on at all at 5pm in one apartment, phoned for assistance and got the matter sorted by a very friendly and helpful assistant. Once heating on apartment was lovely and hot.

The property is situated not far from the city it was clean comfortable and staff were on hand if you need anything.

The worst hotel I've stayed at in years (decades?). Dirty carpets, both stained and in need of a hoover. Loud traffic noise from adjacent road. mysterious locked room in the flat didn't set my mind at ease. As a single woman travel I didn't feel safe. Left as soon as possible in the morning .

There was no lift that’s something to look for. Don’t forget to ask for ground floor if you have luggage

Ótima localização, limpo, cozinha bem equipada. Roupas de cama e banho novas e de boa qualidade. Ficamos em um apartamento no bloco B.

A calefação não funcionou. Ligamos para o número da central e pedimos ajuda conforme orientação. Informaram que um funcionário iria dentro de uma hora, o que não aconteceu. Passamos a noite com muito frio. As instruções do check-in, principalmente do estacionamento, poderiam ser melhores.
