Reviewed Sep 12, 2026La jeune fille à l'accueil est très sympa. La chambre et la salle de bain sont très spacieuses. Plutôt bien placé quand on doit prendre le train (5 minutes de casa port).
Les draps sont un peu jaunis néanmoins ils sont propres. Le café du petit-déjeuner est mauvais.

Tutto, grossi problemi all'impianto di condizionamento aria. Il personale ha provato a cambiarmi 4 stanze ma in tutte l'aria condizionata non funzionava!!!!!! Alla richiesta di rimborso perchè non era possibile restare nelle camere con queste temperature mi è stato risposto che non era possibile!!!!!!!

Reviewed May 25, 2026Lage war perfekt, allerdings war es sehr laut durch den Verkehr. Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt zur Hauptstraße. Ich hatte in der Nacht Durchfall bekommen und wir mussten am Morgen die Rückreise antreten. Ich bin in die Rezeption, mit der bitte, mir Medikamente zu besorgen. Der Nachtportier fuhr mit mir und einem Taxi die Gegend ab, um eine Apotheke zu finden. Vielen Dank dafür… BIM Einkaufsladen direkt daneben, schönes großes Zimmer.
Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte sehr desinteressiert und Lustlos. Bei Ankunft gab es keine Begrüßung und beim Check out gab es keine Rückfragen,ob alles okay war. Hier kamen wir uns vor, als würden wir stören…

Estaba muy sucio, con mucho olor a sudor en las almohadas, las sillas con la tapicería, etc. Necesita un buen mantenimiento o remodelación, un poco en sintonía con la ciudad. El desayuno no estaba mal. Pero si volviésemos a esa ciudad no volvería a repetir. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen

Room was dark, musty, mouldy. Smelt like mould and smoke. Walls and ceiling covered in brown condensation spots.Needs a deep clean and paint. More compact furniture would make it seem more spacious and easier to move around.

Кондиционер не работал на обогрев, ночью было холодно. Окна не закрываются (сломан фиксатор окна), балкона нет. Завтрак очень скудный и не очень вкусный, кофе плохой. Воду в номер не давали.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Bom hotel, excelente cortesia dos empregados da recepção. Bom café da manhã! Cama confortável. Boa localização, com restaurantes próximos. Se gostar de caminhar, fica próximo da mesquita e da Catedral Sacre Coeur.
Algo que me deixou um pouco desconfortável e escrevo aqui para alertar, é que acertei um valor do Shutlle Aeroporto- Hotel - Aeroporto, por 600 Dirham. Mas já havia combinado que iria pagar em euros, o que seria aproximadamente 55 euros. No entanto no final ao fazer o pagamento o motorista me cobrou 100 euros (não sei qual a cotação que ele usou). Saliento que o motorista foi muito gentil e atencioso. Paguei para não criar um mal estar, mas fica a dica para sempre acertar o preço em EUROS antes confirmar o Shuttle. Não gostei muito disso! Mas recomendo o hotel.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026The room was large and clean with a desk, large TV (which we couldn't work) sofa and chairs. Large bathroom. Staff were pleasant. Good location. Breakfast was freshly made with freshly squeezed orange juice.
No water or drink facilities in the room. The bed was hard for me but I like a soft bed. Lots of hot water but a bit of a random water jet shower. It was a high end budget hotel and would stay again for the price.

On arrival at Casa Voyageurs, take the tram (across the street) to the United Nations Plaza (7 dh/6 stops/ticket machine at platform entrance) and the hotel is a short two block walk from there. Easy with rolling luggage and a backpack. When I left for the airport the next day - Casa Port has a frequent train to the airport and it is a 6 minute walk from the hotel (literally around the corner and very easy to find). I stayed in Casablanca for one night after a 3 week trip thru Morocco. More than enough time to see the city, the Mosque, Rick's and had a good, basic dinner at the hotel w/ wine and their breakfast was great. Room was quiet, bed was comforable and the extra blanket was welcome.
Nothing - hotel is perfect for seasoned travellers. 24 Hr Front Desk support. Efficient and responsive. And the access to the airport is superb. Hotel is just off the busy boulevard - but windows are oriented so that the rooms are very, very quiet!

Very concerning experience. Money was stolen from my wallet inside my hotel room. I had to handle the situation with the police on my own, as the hotel staff offered no real assistance. Management never contacted me to apologize or follow up. The only person who showed any concern was the lobby attendant, but she had no authority to help. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026This was the starting hotel for an intrepid group tour. I went into this knowing it wasn’t a 5 star hotel and that was fine. It was clean, comfy beds, bathroom was big enough, and the location is great. The staff were so kind and friendly. There’s a small market next door and decent restaurants nearby. I walked around alone at night and it was completely safe. For what it was and what I was fearing given some reviews, it exceeded my expectations.

Je n'ai pas pu trouver le transport que j'ai demandé quand j'arrivais, bien que ce fût suggéré par l'hôtel. Le personnel a eu l'air mécontent quand j'ai essayé de prendre le petit-déjeuner à 9 h 30. Si l'hôtel voudrait terminer le petit-déjeuner à 10 h pile, vous pouvez simplement m'informer pour que je puisse descendre plus tôt. Le personnel a aussi eu l'air mécontent quand j'ai demandé d'appeler un taxi pour aller à l'aéroport. C'était gentil de partager l'information concernant le tran, etc. Cela dit, je n'ai pas pu trouver d'information concernant le tran très claire. J'ai juste la sensation que le personnel n'était pas trop heureux, peut-être parce qu'elle ou il devait demander un taxi (un petit travail supplémentaire).
