The staff are very friendly. Check in and check out was super fast and easy. The room was big, clean, and comfortable.!10 out of 10!! My new favorite place to stay in Irvine. The beds are also comfortable.

Nothing it was perfect

Location, friendly staff, clean and spacious room, amenities.

There was no luggage rack, and microwave would have been nice.

FRON DESK STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND ACCOMODATING

The facility was clean and the staff was professional.

I used Booking.com to book the room which I’ve used 100’s of times, but when I arrived they did not have my reservation. The staff found me a room and it was not anyone’s fault but technology. The one thing I’m seeing more of is charging $25.00 per day to park. I know it’s extra revenue, but your not responsible for my car if it get broken into so what am I paying for the convenience? I can see if you are paying to keep my car secure but you are not. It seems a bit shady, but I get most hotels are doing it.

Large, well furnished room with lots of towels etc and all amenities

firmer pillows would be good

Very friendly staff (all); safe area; pool and games; firepit

Breakfast not included; daily pay for parking; no microwave in room

Breakfast

No

Close to Irvine spectrum and pretty

Clean, updated room. Comfortable bed

I had no complaints

Location was walking distance to Improv, room was clean, bed comfy and staff very professional and friendly

No ocean view. But comfort bed.

Great Hotel, very calm and pleasant stay. In a nice area near minutes away from the Irvine spectrum.

The staff was really friendly. No complaints or further wishes for this hotel. Great place to stay. When they learned we were celebrating our anniversary we were given complimentary snacks.

.

Love everything

Swimming pool and hot springs where you can fully enjoy the sunshine.Warm and polite service staff.Great location near the mall. The housekeeping is quick and ensures the quality of accommodation.A spacious and comfortable lobby.

No free breakfast provided.Delicious food but high prices.

Everything was wonderful!

the location was really great and staffs are warm and nice

the airconditioner were too loud and there no window can be open

Very clean, modern decor w all the amenities. Staff were super helpful and attentive.

Nothing.

Great getaway exceptional service from check in to check out. Breakfast food gets a 10 rating and the manager(Daniel) hope we have the correct name, he is awesome greeted us during breakfast and even poolside in our Cabana which was also amazing and even had TVs to watch the game. We didn’t have to bother with parking to do our shopping because Marriott has a shuttle service !!!! Truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait for the next trip to Marriott Irvine Spectrum

The restaurant/Starbucks area, the lobby, fitness gym pool area and lounge areas were all so clean and very well maintained. Our room looked and smelled very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. All the staff we had contact with were so friendly, courteous and kind. Being so close to the Irvine Spectrum, many restaurants and Laguna Beach was a huge bonus.

As grateful as we were that Starbucks was even an option at this Courtyard, the menu was limited. Wish there were a little more menu options.

Location

I request concted room (1 suite + 1 double bed) and they confirmed it to my before 2 weeks and when we arrived I can't get my rooms and we stay at 2 different room than I requested for 2 day before we moved to our room that we request

Wonderful stay! Pool amenities are wonderful!

10/10

No access to the front of the property if you are on foot, only by car, or one would have to walk around. Room design is awful, the shower wall is right behind the bed, if you’re in bed and someone is taking a shower you can hear every drop of water. Not worth the money at all! Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is beautiful rooms are clean, comfortable overall very nice

The window in my room was open and we have a toddler that tried to claim to mess with it. I didn’t think the rooms have windows open up when your that high up

Staff was great and I appreciated having my room made up everyday.

Nice hotel and nice staff. Like the pool also

The stay was good but they only had one EV charger working

Very easy check in and great property!

Excellent stay and super convenient location. Room was clean and comfortable, but it did have an odd smell. Hotel located 2 blocks from mall. Front desk staff was great in providing service. Parking at $25/night was expensive.

Loved the shuttle that took me to nearby locations. Loved the friendly, helpful staff. Loved the large room and availability of microwave. Only negative - cleaning staff inexplicably removed all the unused washcloths from my room one day, so I had to go downstairs and request new ones.

Location

Probably the nicest courtyard Marriott I have ever stayed in and the service also was the best I have experienced. Good location near spectrum shops and movie theatre. Walkable!

Nice facilities

Excellent all around, great hotel!

Average

👍👍👍👍

All was good for us, location, size of bathroom and room I'd have enjoyed more cream and more coffee however the bistro and facilities really met all our needs.

, coffee was a little hidden and tight.

Clean and great property to stay at!!!!!

I liked the views from the windows and how clean the room was. It is conventionally located to the Spectrum Center as well.

The refrigerator didn't work but they brought one to replace it. Rooms also do not come with a microwave.

Staff was friendly and with a smile

Staff was nice

Friendly staff and lots of parking

Dining staff was eager to shut done the dining area 20 mins before closing. Other than that, nice area and hotel to stay at.

staff was great. room was clean and quiet. the only thing that we didnt like was that we were given a key that was not working. then when they got it fixed the to our surprise the room was actually still occupied by other guests so we have to go back 3x to the lobby just to get us the right room and the right key. other than that we love the breakfast and there's starbucks inside.

It was in a nice area and had private parking which was very convenient.

The room was comfortable and clean. Perfect walking distance to the Spectrum.

No complaints.

Room overlooked the pool and high floor. Breakfast was good. Chef at the kitchen was par excellence.

All good, but the air conditioning wasn’t working so it was a little warm at night. We slept with the window open but they didn’t open very far so it was still warm. Other than that it was nice and clean and we enjoyed the gym and pool and hot tub.

Everything was wonderful!

Ammenetiea.. valet to spectrum

All good

Location is great, close to my meeting. Stores and restaurants are close by.

The toilet would leak from the base when you flush .

Super clean, comfy with friendly staff

No coffee in room and breakfast was not included

Clean and safe! Nice hotel near lots of shopping and dining choices
