가성비는좋다. 방넓고 조식,석식 포함 숙소값이 다른곳보단 저렴했다. 직원들친절. 오래됐지만 깔끔. 저녁식사,아침식사 방으로 갖다주고 깔끔하고 맛있었다.

너무 오래돼서 많이 낡았다. 온천 목욕탕도 낡아서 기대한거보다 좋은 느낌은 못받았다ㅠ 전반적으로 숙소 조명이어둡고 으스스?하다.

This was my first visit to Japan and first experience with a ryokan. And what a great introduction! The ryokan has its own hot springs, including an outdoor one. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the food (ten-course meal for dinner and a large Japanese breakfast) is amazing. Also, the place is located at the base of the nature trail leading to the volcanic lakes in the area. Can definitely recommend.

La posizione era buona.

La struttura è molto datata, presenta evidenti problemi di muffa e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Anche i bagni pubblici meriterebbero di essere completamente rinnovati, soprattutto considerando la qualità delle sorgenti termali di cui la struttura dispone e che potrebbero essere valorizzate molto meglio. Pagare circa 200 euro per una notte, anche con cena e colazione incluse, mi sembra decisamente eccessivo rispetto ai prezzi di altre strutture in Hokkaido e nel resto del Giappone. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è particolarmente negativo considerando le pessime condizioni delle camere. Inoltre, trovo piuttosto strano che su Booking siano presenti molte valutazioni con punteggi molto alti, anche superiori a 9, mentre leggendo i commenti associati a queste valutazioni il contenuto risulta spesso prevalentemente negativo. Questa discrepanza tra il punteggio e il testo delle recensioni mi lascia piuttosto perplesso. Confermo quindi il mio punteggio di 2 su 10. Gli unici aspetti che mi impediscono di assegnare un punteggio ancora più basso sono l'ottima posizione e la qualità delle sorgenti termali.

Lovely. A bit dated, yes, but clean and well maintained. I would stay there again. Beautiful outdoor onsen, amazing dinner and breakfast, served in the room. Excellent value for a Ryokan.

There's a sulfur smell in the room. But that's to be expected, since there's a sulfur onsen nearby.

Great location within walking distance to everything you'd want to see. Free parking as well. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was huge and clean and the outdoor onsen was wonderful.

It was definitely very dated, which wasn't a big deal to us but be aware it's past its prime. We also didn't like that our car was moved without telling us it would be, and though it was driven only across the street the mirrors had all been adjusted by the staff.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our very spacious tatami room, our very generous and very tasty Japanese-style dinner and breakfast, both served in our room. We also loved the Onsen and close proximity to Noboribetsu Hell Valley Park area. We only stayed for 1 night, but could have easily stayed longer.

Fantastic traditional ryokan with in house onsen and in a great location for the local sights. Come with a good appetite for the multi-course breakfasts and suppers.

Traditional style Japanese hotel, it felt more intimate than some of the very large hotels in town (though this is not in any way a family hotel). Dinner and breakfast were served directly in the room and were excellent. Walking distance from all the town has to offer

The onsen is small and would benefit from some renovation.

The small private sulfur spri g outdoor bath was wonderful. The locafion is vdry near Hell valley and other volcanic sights. The staff wete friendly and helpful.

The cover on the futon was too hot for summer weather. There wete no lockers for vlothing and key in tbe women's onsen The lockers outside in tje corridor wefe not useful for women

宿の方が暖かく話かけて下さいました。 お料理も美味しく 温泉も露天風呂もありリラックスでしました。

露天風呂の端の方に蜘蛛の巣がはっていて お風呂から出た時に髪に巣が引っかかって残念な気持ちになった。

The meals are the best part of the hotel.

The property was a bit dated. There were distinct odour in the shower/tub combo area.

I like how dirty it can be. Run down and retarded staff.

1. The food was too salty and very random mix. 2. The staff did not notify us of the extra charges of tax and onsen use charge. It was reflected in our initial bill on booking.com but the collection was more than that. 3. The rooms were so old, mold and stains almost on each wall. Carpets on walkways were old and off. 4. Onsen itself was so old and the tiles inside the onsen was uneven. There were also rusty railings and rusty boots jutting out at the bottom of the railings (in the milky water), I had accidentally cut myself on it. 5. They have never asked for permission to come into our rooms and on several occasions just a quick onock and they barged into our rooms. This place is a scam. If you would like to experience a shit hole, this is one of them.

The staff were incredibly kind, and the traditional tatami room with futon beds felt so cozy and comfortable — just like home. We also enjoyed a private dining room, which made the experience even more special for our group of six. It was the perfect way to end our Japan trip: a peaceful place with onsen to rest and recover after days of activities, carrying luggage, and figuring everything out.

SNSの写真はキレイで素敵な旅館に見えたが、かなり古い旅館でした。 その割には料金が高いと感じました。

仲居さん(ミャンマーの女の子)がとても頑張っていてホッコリした気分になりました 食事も温泉も落ち着いた雰囲気で利用できて本当によかったです 食事は贅沢なくらいたくさんあり朝も夜もお腹がいっぱいでした。味はどれも最高で大満足！登別に行った際はまた利用したいねと話しています

三月下旬でしたが、人も混み合っておらず、静かでお風呂もゆったり浸かれました。食事は朝夕と部屋食で品数も多く調理も味付けも見事でした。

駐車場の規模が小さく、舗装されていない為、雨の日は注意が必要かと思います。

The facilities like Spa , Pool, Onsen and Rooms fully renovated in 2024. Huge Pool, Spa, Onsen and Sauna areas. The Buffet dinner was also fantastic with a vast array of Japanese food.

Overall excellent. Renovated rooms were huge for Japanese standards . The views out to Lake Toya in a clear day is just stunning.

いわゆる日本の温泉旅館でお部屋での食事も美味しかったです。スタッフの方のサービスも丁寧で行き届いてリラックスできました。

携帯やタブレットを充電するための電源の数が足りず苦労しました。浴場が古かったためか少し清潔感に欠けるような印象でした。あくまでも印象で実際のところは問題はありませんでした。

Staff estremamente cordiale. Camere spaziose e in stile giapponese. Ho apprezzato che, nonostante i miei vistosi tatuaggi, abbia potuto usufruire della onsen della struttura, in orari di minor affluenza per ovvi motivi.

Nonostante molto tipica e accogliente, la struttura è un po’ datata. Esempio: ho avuto un po’ di difficoltà a ricaricare telefono & co perché le prese di corrente sono poche e non c’è direttamente l’attacco usb, dunque ho dovuto acquistare un adattatore. Ma stiamo proprio cercando il pelo nell’uovo.

Alle hotels in Noboribetsu onsen zien er wat gedateerd uit. Dit hotel is prima in orde.

お食事です　献立の構成も飽きずにさいごまで楽しみに食せる。味付けも出汁の効いたやさしい味ですが、ありがちな物足りなさはありません。自分達にはピッタリの味加減でした。お刺身も新鮮。お部屋食で人に気遣わずに過ごせるのにこの価格は有り難いですね。スタッフもこの人手不足の中、良く教育されていると感じました。 温泉も素晴らしいお湯でした。

Bardzo ładny hotel.

如果想要体验日本的传统文化，选择这家酒店是个非常不错的选择。温泉很赞，还有露天的。早上7点去泡就一个人。问口有巴士站，来返JR很方便。周边吃的店也很多。

가이세키가 맛있습니다. 강력 추천합니다. 방에 차려주었고 아침에는 충분한 밥을 추가로 먹을 수 있었습니다. 각각 음식에 대한 설명을 잘 들을 수 있었습니다. 세명의 가족이 묵었는데 방이 넓었습니다. 노천탕을 즐길 수 있어 좋았습니다. 탕과 방의 동선이 길지 않아 좋았습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 온천버스터미널에서 픽업도 가능하였숩니다.

המיקום היה נוח, האונסן היה נעים ונחמד. הארוחה הייתה גדולה עם הרבה אפשרויות.

לא מומלץ!!!! מקום ישן ומלוכלך!!!!! נכנסנו לחדר והיו המון ג'וקים בכל החדר, על הקירות, על הוילונות, על התקרה, על הריצפה, על החלונות! פשוט בכל מקום! כשהתלוננתי העובד פשוט בא לאסוף עם סלוטייפ אחד אחד, והם הופיעו עוד. ביקשנו לעבור חדר ולקח להם כמעט שעה למצוא חדר אחר. החדר הריח מוזר, וגם שם היו חרקים וג'וקים. החדר היה מלוכלך ישן ומוזנח! היה לכלוך על הקירות, שטיח לא נקי, הצבע מתקלף, וזה הרגיש שלא מנקים. העובדים לא מבינים אנגלית ואין עם מי לדבר. האינטרנט היה ממש ממש גרוע! כמעט ולא הייתה קליטה. יש חדר עישון בכניסה ליד האונסון שגורם לכל הקומה להסריח בריח סיגריות. הם רוצים שתשאיר אצליהם את המפתח לאוטו שלך וצריך לתת להם את המפתח של החדר כשיוצאים (בזמן השהות). זה היה מאוד לא נוח ולא נעים שצריך כל פעם לבקש מהם. התמונות ממש לא משקפות את המיקום עצמו. מאוד לא מומלץ!

Lage

We had an extremely upsetting experience at the hotel. The entire hotel is completely dated, not renovated for decades and very moldy everywhere. The room we were given is a health hazard - full of black mold, even in the bed. The matress was soaking wet despite a dehumidifier. I could not breathe at night nor sleep. There is a bug infestation, about 30 bugs were in our room, one fell into our dinner from the ceiling. The shower was full of black mold, the onsen dirty. It is outright dangerous to have people stay there, but the price of 250€ a night is beyond comprehension. The worst about the experience was that the staff did neither apologize nor care. They simply agreed "yes there is mold, yes there is bugs" without acknowledging any problem. Furthermore, our experience was gaslighted by saying we should have requested a second dehumidifier as it was dripping from the ceiling. This was an outrageous experience that no customers should go through.

Old hotel past its heyday, dated decor and bugs in room - lovely staff that are attentive and pleasant, clean rooms but you feel this is a slow sink titanic.

- Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. Certains parlent très bien anglais. - les bains !!! - les repas (soir et petit déjeuner) sont très bons et copieux. - l'hebergement est très spacieuse avec une salle à manger et une chambre séparée de style japonais traditionnel. Très calme. - Les espaces communs. - L'emplacement de l'hôtel proche de hell valley à pied.

La chambre à coucher : - le bruit du radiateur dans la chambre qui est gênant pour bien dormir. - nous n'avons pas réussi à fermer le store la nuit. - manque de prises dans la chambre (aucune à proximité du lit)

整體老舊，滿屋內臭蟲爬，和送餐的服務員反映，竟然說這是非常普通的事情，床上的枕頭全部發黃，超級噁心，溫泉裡面全部發霉，陳舊不堪，餐飲方面：早餐要求的是日餐，結果竟然有肉腸/培根/雞蛋的火鍋？問為啥是西式的，說是怕客人厭惡日餐，換點不一樣的，我簡直無語。 不會推薦給任何來登別的朋友。

傳統日式湯屋，櫃檯跟客房服務超貼心，推薦一泊二食，超豐富～

The traditional Japanese room. Wonderful.

When I left, they billed 300 yen hot spring tax. It’s a small amount, but I hate surprises tacked on the moment I leave. It always feels like being goosed at the last moment. It blemishes an otherwise lovely stay.

L’hôtel est typiquement japonais. Le personnel est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux , varié et servi en chambre.

Personal war nett Lage

Die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Sanierung. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Wir wollten 3 Nächte bleiben und haben nach einer Nacht bereits wieder ausgecheckt, weil wir komplett unzufrieden und angewiedert waren. Zugeteiltes Zimmer war feucht ( und fanden überall Schimmel. Sogar der Schrank in dem Yukatas lagwn war komplett verschimmelt und feucht) dazu roch es nach altem Rauch (war früher wahrscheinlich mal ein Raucherzimmer). An den Fenstern gibt es keine Insektengitter, obwohl wir das Fenster nie geöffnet haben, waren bereits viele Wanzen und Marienkäfer im Zimmer. Die Fensterrahmen waren mit Gewebeband und Schaumstoff "abgedichtet". In der Früh war Innen alles komplett Nass aufgrund des Kondenswassers. Wir haben gleich nach dem Einchecken gefragt ob es möglich wäre das Zimmer zu wechseln, Unterkunft war aber ausgebucht...Leider war auch sonst in Noboribetsu nichts Frei, sonst wären wir schon vor der ersten Nacht gegangen. Wir haben weder die Onsen noch das mitgebuchte Frühstück genutzt, da uns die Laune vergangen war, daher kann ich keine Bewertung dazu abgeben. Wir haben nach nicht mal 12 h wieder ausgecheckt und uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Wirklich Schade um das Geld. Zusammengefasst: Am besten gar nicht erst Buchen um den wirklich hohen Preis von rund 200 €/Nacht gibt es weitaus schönere Unterkünfte. Personal war aber wirklich freundlich.

Personal un 10. Aire vintage muy autentico. Onsen pequeño pero perfecto, retro, con salida baño en el exterior. Cerca excursiones a pie a hell valley y también a la calle de tiendas y restsurantes
