Plugs in rooms are in rediculous locations. The bath is difficult to get into for a shower. The stairs to our room were filthy from ? Squirrel fences and urine. Attempts made to clean each day. The stones around the pool are uncomfortable to walk on and the cabana lounge cushions need upgrading. Breakfast is very repetitive.

Bed was uncomfortable, the air conditioner was stuck on a timer, the complex itself has aged and could do with some maintenance and upgrades. The shower was very weak. Could hear other guests very well walking past our room. Breakfast was very basic compared to other similar priced places we have stayed at.

Quiet and well located with a great pool this property is great value for money

Perhaps a better selection of cereal with option of yoghurts would be nicer at breakfast

The pool and restaurant were very good.

No TV channels in English to watch - no movies. Getting in the door was difficult - too high of a step. The bath was extremely difficult to get in and out of and very slippery. Safety deposit box not in the room. On my last night someone tried to get into my room. I was told it was a staff member trying to lock the door from the outside when I was inside with it locked. I called out to them, but they continued to rattle the door. I had to call reception to come down to remove this person.

Loved the location, the pool was the centre of the cottages allowing for great conversations and interaction with both guests and staff. The hotel is 3 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ but had absolutely everything we needed. Yes, it is a little tired but it is traditional Bali accommodation and great value for money.

The bathrooms are terrible getting into the shower which is over the ridiculously huge bath coloured terracotta was quite difficult for me being a little older. Bit all the rooms have a smart tv so we were unable to access things like YouTube etc

I liked the staff . The size of the pool and size of my room but it’s very neglected

It needs maintenance in pool especially broken tiles everywhere . Only one ladder to get in and out , older people need more handles to hold onto to .

We zijn hier voor de 5e keer geweest. Altijd een feestje om hier te zijn. Het is een klein paradijsje op een fijne locatie. De bedden liggen heerlijk en je hebt ruime kamers en het personeel is erg vriendelijk.

Older style hotel. Large pool and adequate number of sun beds. Large rooms comfy beds. Upstairs balcony was spacious. Lovely gardens.

They are lovely bungalows with thick, thatched roofs and the gardens are beautiful. We had an upstairs room, quite private with a nice balcony. The staff were good, they quickly responded when our airconditioner started leaking water - and fixed it.

Regular maintenance has been neglected and tiles need regrouting, stones in paths are missing and need replacing, there is a general griminess and the room just seemed to need a really good scrubbing. The bath is enormous, we didn't want to use that much water so didn't use it. It is a very big step across to get into the shower, not good for elderly people - or not so elderly! Likewise pool maintenance needed attention, the steps felt really unsafe. The whole pool area needed regrouting. With limited seating available, there ought to be some system in place to ensure that vacant pool lounge seats cannot be 'reserved' for longer than an hour. Other hotels manage to do this. Not sure that this was good value for money - it was certainly much dearer than much better accommodation in Legian.

Lovely Balinese style property, large room with very comfortable bed and great balcony. Beautiful pool area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast good, egg station great.

Bel établissement , très calme et bien situé. Nous avons apprécié la taille raisonnable de la structure, l'écoute du personnel, l'efficacité lors des transferts aéroport . Belle piscine calme et joliment arborée.

Quel besoin d'une baignoire immense alors que nous ne prenions que des douches. Il n'est peut être pas nécessaire de changer le linge de toilette tous les jours.

We loved how relaxed and quite the property was. It was so close to the restaurants on the street. The pool was always at the right temp. The restaurant at the hotel is cheap and food was good when we felt lazy and couldn’t be bothered going out. The staff were always happy

The steps into the pool were a bit slippery and no hand rail to help. The bath is quite wide to step over especially if you have mobility issues

The staff were so lovely. The room was big and thoroughly cleaned every day. Sativa is in a great spot down a laneway which makes it really quiet and it’s less than 10minutes walk to the beach. Huge supermarket right next door too.

Een (‘kleine’) upgrade van de badkamer zou het comfort en hygiëne zeker ten goede komen. Weinig zon aan het zwembad door hoge bomen met verouderde ligbedden, waardoor je niet eens een dagje bij het hotel blijft als je van het zonnetje houdt.

We booked for one night pool access room $122.00 with Brekky. The room was tucked on side of staircase and extremely dated. The hotel itself is very old and for this price is absolutely not with it. Even if these rooms were 50.00 I would never stay there again. You could hear the people upstairs all night. There are a lot better options in Sanur for this amount of money , thank goodness we only booked one night. Breakfast was minimal and the pool area is cramped and extremely outdated.

Il mériterais un rafraîchissement. La grande baignoire est pleine de tartre, il n’y a pas de sèche cheveux, les produits de toilettes très bof et le frigo est en fait un congélateur.. pour le prix je m’attendais à mieux.

Liked the area out the front of the room to sit or lay on the daybed. We had a ground floor room opposite the pool. Just a short walk up the lane to the Pepito shop next door. Close to all the food areas. Set back of the main street. Always tidying up the complex.

I got an electric shock from a lamp.with a faulty switch it took out the power to part of our room. No concern from straff about it just fixed the lamp and returned. It separated from the switch leaving the cord in two parts. I was lucky not to be badly injured. If you have a mobility issue probably not for you. The lighting is too dark. Could do with a fresh coat of paint on the cupboards and walls. The rocks around the pool area are not the best. Steps in the pool could do with a refresh.

It was beautiful, relaxing and close to everything

Location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, lots of space in the unit, supermarket next door, pool area. I loved the old furniture in the foyer!

The bathroom worked well, the shower was good but the bathroom itself is a little tired The pool area was lovely, plenty of loungers to lie on. The pool tiles on the stairs getting in to the pool were quite slippery, and I was a bit worried I would slip. I knew there was massage place on site but I wish there had been a sign somewhere with the prices and services offered (maybe there was and I didn’t see it!)

Our room was close to the pool, the pool was fresh and clean. the staff were very attentive in service of food and drinks around the pool. The hotel is quite central close to all the bars and restarunts.

Sativa Cottages is fabulous accommodation, 5 minute walk to get to the main boardwalk that runs along Sanur. Restos, cafes, bakeries, coffee, and the beach at your leisure. I walked this daily. You can hire bikes also, and it's flat! So quiet at Sativa! You can rest, or float in the amazing pool! Loved it here🌺✨️🌴🍹

Mould smell in all 3 rooms that we were shown. Some with visible black staining from the mould.

It's a short, quiet walk to the beach that has a boardwalk that goes for a long distance with restaurants. Supermarket and ATM are next door. Guests tended to be retirement age so it was very quiet in the evenings.

Meget hyggeligt sted, god atmosfære og med god beliggenhed tæt på restauranter og forretninger. Hyggelig pool. God service. God valuta for pengene.

Sativa er ikke et helt nyt sted, og det kan ses nogle steder. Til gengæld er der meget rent.

Very handy location in Sanur. Staff all helpful and friendly. Nice pool area. Room had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Beds were among the most comfy we had while in Indonesia.

Cabinetry in the room was poor quality, couldn't close the drawers at the bottom of the wardrobe. Had to turn the fridge off at night as it would startle me awake each time it clicked on.

Die Hotel Anlage und der Pool sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Pool sind die Teeppen zum Teil defekt.Die Matratzen der Liegestühle waren leicht verschmutzt ,Die Toiletten waren nicht sehr vorteilhaft beim sitzen ,die Armaturen zum teil sehr verkalkt , zum Duschen musste man in die Badewanne klettern ,.

Das Zimmer und die Matratze waren super. Die Terrasse war groß und der Service gut. Mit hat gefallen dass sie viele junge Menschen ausbilden.

Die Toilette war eine Katastrophe. Sehr laut und viele Wasser im Becken. Den Kühlschrank müssten wir nachts ausstellen das er sehr laut war. Das schlimmste aber waren die Zugänge zum Pool. Alle drei Treppen waren kaputt und es bestand Verletzungsgefahr
