Residence Inn by Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE

I stayed for 10 nights for MLB games. After the games, I took the metro and walked to the hotel for about 10 minutes, it seemed to me it was safer than my expectations even at night because I could walk on the main road for the hotel. The staff were very professional and supportive. Thank you very much！

Location and quality

No lunch and dinning options

Staff went above and beyond. Across from Crypto Arena, where I came for a concert. Beds were comfortable. I liked how you needed your room key to access the elevator; it made me feel safe.

Parking was expensive, although it seemed standard for hotel parking in that area.

Room per se is great, food is ok, nice water pressure, room is clean. Beddings is fresh

Lots of mosquitoes especially the first room where i was assigned at. Bedside outlet in the first room didn’t have power. While the beside lamp in the 2nd room isn’t working. The big guy at the lobby isn’t helpful to hand me a help with my luggages even if he sees me struggling to put them in the huge cart. There’s hidden resort charge, though it was refunded back when i complained as i didn’t use it

Very large room

The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable

The check in and room were really easy and nice. The breakfast was certainly acceptable and the check out was easy and fast.

The number of garbage charges associated with this stay was overwhelming. $82 to park is crazy. Our booking rate of $349 became $536 and all we bought was 2 bottles of water. The $17.50 to spend at the bar was impossible to use since our movie let out at 10 and it was already closed.

Location was good and accessible to tourist spots

Facilities like room service as you have to call and take everything yourself. Also the guy at check in took the security deposit and told me they will deduct it from that but next day they charged on online and after 2 days they charged me again and it took me 11 days to get that money back.

Regular

Muy incómodo

Comfortable hotel, nice pool, good location downtown.

The additional fees which are added to the booking were not adequately explained. This is an issue which also affected other guests. Communication prior to stay needs to be improved.

We visited this property during graduation week, which made hotel prices quite unstable and higher than usual. Despite that, the stay was comfortable and the hotel offered a pleasant appearance with cozy rooms. The kitchenette amenities were especially convenient for bringing home takeout or enjoying food from nearby DTLA food trucks. Positives: Rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchenette, adding flexibility for meals. The hotel’s overall appearance was nice and welcoming. Coffee selection was strong, with multiple tea bag options, hot chocolate, juices, and milk available. Negatives: Breakfast was included but offered limited variety. Daily options were repetitive: scrambled eggs, fried mini potatoes, alternating bacon or pork/turkey sausage patties, oatmeal, and a basic salad with cheese topping and salsa. While beverages were good, the food selection lacked creativity and freshness compared to expectations during a busy graduation week. Conclusion: This property provides comfort and convenience, especially with its kitchenette setup and reliable beverage options. However, the breakfast menu could benefit from more variety and thoughtful additions. For those visiting during peak weeks like graduations, be prepared for higher rates and limited breakfast choices, but enjoy the flexibility of nearby DTLA dining options

Very nice and clean I love everything except for one thing......

The AC loud at night

Our room was spacious, very well equipped, and ideally located. The staff was very helpful with information and suggestions. I would love to stay there on future visits!

Nada....

Tutto molto pulito, piscina aperta fino alle 22.00, colazione ottima

Nice location and easy to walk to the event @ Peacock Th

Close to the venue. We can cook there.

The location is fantastic and you can walk around in downtown. The rooms are large with well equipped kitchen. They serve a functional breakfast and the room is not too crowded at anytime. The staff is friendly. They do not provide water in the room but I got smsll bottles at the reception which you can refill at the gym. Now, the two shortcomings - there was no moisturiser in the bathroom and I had go down to request at reception as no one picks up the phone. There was no tea in the room and when I went down I was asked to buy at the libby restaurant!

Location

Breakfast was poor, bathroom was poor

What a great hotel! My family attended a show nearby at the Peacock theater and I must say, this property was very accommodating. From our check-in with Hailey, valet requests with Maria to our complimentary breakfast before departing, they really took amazing care of us. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast is good and it was available on time and loaded even before empty and lot of people that week, but they still maintained it really well they cleaned the table immediately to make room for people.

Location in downtown LA near LA LIVE and crypto arena

Toiletries and water were not provided

parking We liked the breakfast, but it could have a little more warm options like pancakes or french toast?

Stay was fantastic. Location was great right near crypto arena. Room was clean, A/C worked great. The credit I received for each day was a surprised and worked out perfectly. Also, the free admission to the Grammy museum. Overall, 20/10. Will definitely be staying again when I return for another game.

N/A, everything was great

During the stay, everything went well. Very happy with the hotel.

After staying here, I received phone calls from several numbers, including 407-235-7391 & 407-264-4080, which my phone shows as HILTON, even though I do not have them in my contacts. I responded, and the person said he was from Hilton and offered me a deal to stay 4 days in Las Vegas at the Hilton for just $250. Then he asked me for my credit card, but I refused to give it over the phone. He insisted so strongly that it was very difficult to explain to him why I did not want to do it, so I had no choice but to hang up the call abruptly and block the phone numbers. Everything looked like spam because another friend told me it happened to him weeks ago. If it is spam, Marriott Memberships data may have been hacked. If the call was not a spam call, Marriott may consider how to address their Marriott Members in offering this type of deal.

The hotel is very central and you have the tourist places of Hollywood and the nearby parks

Parking is not included, they charge the expensive valet parking or the option is to leave it in public parking and pay

I had a great stay here while in town for a conference. The front desk staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The room itself was large, with a full-size refrigerator and microwave (and stovetop!). The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The location was incredibly convenient to LA Live, the basketball/hockey arena, and convention center. I also needed to grab something from a grocery store, and it was only a 10-minute walk away. The room size and that kind of store nearby are so rare for a city hotel! Plus, I could see the Hollywood sign from my room. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was great! Very clean, friendly staff.

Charged $65 for valet and our car was parked in an overflow lot, not the underground covered lot. Should be less expensive if you dont have room for covered parking!

Great hotel,clean spacious rooms,perfect location,nice pool

Pricy parking

The breakfast was great and the room was very spacious. We weren't expecting such a big room. We will definitely come back.

The pillows were not that comfortable.

Clean ans cozy rooms

Poor breakfast. Very limited choice, everyday the same omelette and potatoes.

Staffs were kind, friendly, room was clean, short distance to Crypto.com center. Valet parking.

Everything was clean and safe. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Good gym and it is very easy to visit Crypto.

Tutto

Very clean & nice

Parking sucks to charge 60-70 a night is diabolical

Location is great. The rooms are spacious and big

There are only few options for breakfast.

Booking website charge me 100 dollars over the price of competitors. . I would Like a 100 dollars credit to my credit card. The room was less than your website Advertisement. The staff was cold and rude. The sheets were dirty With an odor.

Very clean and beautiful room with an awesome view . Wish we could have stayed longer!

I feel like their could have been more options for the breakfast

Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Nothing.

Cleanliness. Breakfast.

Location for our event.

Costo parcheggio alto

Location great for a Lakers or Kings game. Room size very good with all necessities.

Shower pressure was a dribble at best.

Bigger rooms

Location was so busy, no free parking.

Excellent

Completely different experience from Residence Inn Tustin. Check-in was courteous and efficient. W Room was well prepped and they even gave us bottled water and a Christmas popcorn gift bag. Breakfast was run of the mill residence inn fare of at least oatmeal was cooked. Too bad pool wasn’t heated but didn’t expect it anyway.
