Fold out sofa was a single bed size. Broken mirror on cupboard. Photos online looked much larger and nicer. Cleaning equipment and bags of linen stored in the entry. Very basic accommodation which needs some repair work and a good clean.

Fiyat/performans konaklama. 7den düşük puan almasına şaşırdım. WC için deterjan rica etmiştim, onu da hazır bulundurmuşlar. Bagaj saklama için ilave ücret yok. Kamera ile izlenen bir koridorda bırakmak mümkün. Mahir artık 10 yıldır ev sahibim gibi, kendisine teşekkür ederim. Çok huzurlu bir konaklamaydı.

Odalarda mutfak olduğu ve yemek piştiği için koridorda koku oluyor ama mutfaklı konaklamalarda kaçınılmaz koku. Odamda koku yoktu. Banyo eski ama temizdi. Kirli diyen varsa da bence sararan kireçli bölgeleri kir sanmıştır.

I didn't stay at the property

I couldn't stay at the property after checking. I was concerned about the security, front door lock needed fixing, looked unsafe.

L'hôtel est très proche de la station de métro queens park (5 mn a pieds) et cette meme station est a 15 minutes du centre piccadily. En milieux de séjour la femme de chambre vous change les serviettes de bain. La communication avec le responsable est top via whatsapp.

Les oreillers sont soit trop mous ou bien trop dur. La porte de la chambre se ferme avec une petite clés de rien du tout ( un coup de pied est la personne entre). Après vous savez a quoi vous attendre lorsque vous ne payez pas cher un hotel a londres...

The toilet was smelly, when we entered the smell was covered by the amount of bleach they did use to clean it but after the smell of bleach was gone, the smell was awful and strong The bed frame is noisy, just moving while sleeping it was making such a noise

Compared with Airbnb alternatives at a similar price, where you would likely share a bathroom and other common areas, here you get an entire apartment — compact but equipped with all the essential facilities. It includes a private bathroom with hot water, a small kitchenette with crockery, a fridge, and a microwave, as well as a desk. An ironing board was also provided upon request. Location is also good, within 5-min walking distance from the nearest underground station.

The TV did not work, and the facilities were somewhat worn out but generally acceptable for the price. However, the most unpleasant aspect was the lack of cleanliness — there were hairs everywhere: on the pillow, the walls, and in the shower. I understand that you get what you pay for, and these apartments offer fair value for the price, but the hygiene standards were unacceptable.

Witam. Spędziliśmy w tym apartamcie 3 noce w 3 osoby. Na samym wstępie powiem prosto, nie czytaj opinii negatywnych bo są komiczne. Ludzie za małe Pieniądze szukają pałacu. My jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. W apartamencie jest w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, łazienka z prysznicem i wygodne łóżka. Jest czysto, w drugim dniu mieliśmy wymienione ręczniki na świeże. Jak na londyn bardzo przyzwoita cena. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny, parking 3min od apartamentu za 7.5funta za dzień. W weekendy możliwy parking na ulicy przed domem za darmo. Lokalizacja znakomita. 3min pieszo do stacji metro Queen's Park. Czego chcieć więcej? Bardzo bardzo polecam i napewno tam wrócę przy najbliższej okazji.

Muito boa localização. Zona muito agradável. Acesso a metro a poucos minutos a pé. Acesso a supermercado e alimentação a alguns minutos a pé. Tinha o essencial para cozinhar e tinha tv sem canais disponíveis mas com netflix. Tem o suficiente para dormir e preparar refeições enquanto se explora a cidade. Boa velocidade de resposta do anfitrião mas dificil compreensão e comunicação pouco compreensível.

O alojamento era bastante apertado e moveis e acabamentos antigos e já um pouco deteriorados. O aquecimento de agua do duche aquecia bem a agua mas tinha muito pouco caudal. Não tinha sistema de aquecimento para a casa.

Easy to colect the keys for the apartment, just this. All the rest very bad, really bad!!! Don't recommend.

Very unsafe, the main door to the building was already open, and the doors is in very poor conditions, very, very unsafe. Then when we walked inside the location the door to the apartment was already open with the keys inside. The worst part was the main door, terrible condition, you can put the door down with a kick.

La ubicación Está muy bien ubicado, a menos de 5 minutos caminando de la estación de Queen's Park. Cerca de la estación hay varias cafeterías, restaurantes y supermercados 24 horas que resuelven muchas de las necesidades de compra y comida. Café Gilis, que es una cadena, nos gustó mucho. Era fácil de entrar y no había ruidos molestos en el edificio que tiene varias habitaciones independientes en sus 3 plantas. El patio trasero que daba al apt. 3 es amplio y extiende el espacio a utilizar. Muy bien si no llueve y estás con niños. Tuvimos un problema con el aseo y el Manager respondió y lo solucionó rápidamente. Por lo que cuesta y comparado con otros alojamientos hay que bajar las expectativas de comodidad, a cambio de ubicación y precio. Pero la limpieza debería mejorar.

La limpieza del apt. 3 era bastante deficiente. El suelo muy sucio. El sofá cama con manchas y muy sucio. Polvo por todos lados. El cristal del armario roto y se movía cada vez que se abría. La cama y el colchón en muy mal estado. Todo en general está bastante descuidado; la mesa se mueve y es inestable. La cocina no tiene cafetera, solo un hervidor de agua eléctrico. He tenido que hacer una limpieza.

Top marks for allowing us to check in early - we appreciated it alot so the extra star is deserved. Very close to the tube & shopping spots, eateries also. The only let down was that the place couldve been vacuumed & mopped - under the bed was scary.

Good location, close to the underground station. The accommodation offers everything needed for a comfortable stay — a private bathroom, a desk, and a fully equipped kitchen. Far better than many Airbnb options where facilities such as the bathroom are shared.

The room was not properly cleaned — there was hair on the pillows, walls, table, and in the shower. This was extremely unhygienic and disappointing.

The room was not up to standard. There was visible dust and grime in many corners, the shower tray was cracked, and several fittings were worn or damaged. On arrival, I needed to clean the table and shower myself. The bed linen was not satisfactory, with hair and stains, and the kitchenette, while superficially tidy, had an oven that required a deep clean before use. Crockery and cutlery were limited. Although the host arranged for a cleaner the following day, the condition of the room did not noticeably improve. Overall, this was a disappointing experience compared to other stays with similar price in north London.

Front door and rooms are open to anyone before you arrive. There was someone occupying my apartment and left an unmade bed and a dirty toilet as a welcome gift. No response from management. I left. No refund offered. Condition poor vs picture.

El alojamiento está inhabitable, muebles muy sucios, microondas oxidado, griferías sueltas, goteras. Este alojamiento si no se reforma entero, debería estar prohibido alquilarlo. El propietario nos pidió una crítica constructiva, esta es, vuelve a construir las habitaciones y ya serán habitables y más parecidas a las fotos.

Dirty, tired property in need of updating. The fridge and TV did n’t work. There was an unpleasant odour in the room. The overworked manager was a friendly helpful cap.

Great location to tube station. Host was brilliant, great communication and when we had 1 minor issue he came around within 5 minutes and fixed the problem.

L’appart familiale à besoin d’un très grand coup de rafraîchissement. Placards, peintures, sols vieillissant. Salle de bain/wc petit et bas de plafond. Lit d’appoint pas au top

The kitchen was well equipped, much more than the average kitchen/kitchenette.

The room overall is a bit due for a renovation, but nothing was necessarily broken. The door handles weren't in the best shape, and there wasn't a lock on the bathroom door.

We contacted the owner to ask was there anyone else Complaining about possible vermin - we left early and went somewhere else, the team (I had working in London the weekend) found the place just the worst place we have booked on booking.com to date - the landlord responded with a link to review that’s how much they care about what we thought about possible vermin. In summary the place was Terrible - showers were terrible - my team complained immediately upon arrival that the place was just the worst they had booked for them and in their opinion there could be vermin - we had it booked for 3 nights and left early as just not a place they felt comfortable - maybe it had no vermin but it was just not a place to stay in comfort. Location perfect but really in their opinion needs to be improved

The property was in a good location very close to the tube station. The apartment had clean sheets towels and the shower was nice and beds were comfy

The decor and upkeep of the property was quite poor but as we were only staying for one night after the oasis concert this was ok. We were situated in the attic room with sloping roof and the bathroom was not really suitable for tall people especially for men using the toilet.

There's everything you need for a short stay or overnight stay: comfortable beds, hot water, and a fully equipped kitchen. The landlord was very helpful and was close to the metro station.

The photos are not entirely true, in fact the apartments are clean and very practical, but simply old.

False advertisement.They showed me different poctures while i was booking the room and gave us the most awe full and horrible room.Broken mirror and wardrobe was coming off,tiniest sofa bed , unclean bed and walls were dirty. Tiniest space and rotten furniture, kitchen work top was unclean and cooker was dirty. Tried to iron our clothes and electricity tripped and had to call for help to fix it because we were getting late for our meeting.

Near a tube station

The 'apartment' didn't look anything like the photos. The room was tiny, the wardrobe was falling over, there were three beds and a table crammed in a very small space. The window didn't close properly. The single bed hadn't been made, the duvet was stuffed in the wardrobe. The shower was clean but looked grubby due to the paint peeling off. Disappointing based on the photos we saw.

Value for money! The owner was supportive. Was clean.

The photos make it look welcoming and somewhat finished to a high standard. This was not the case at all. Rickety broken furniture the wardrobe was a death trap television didn’t work not even half a cutlery set a broken frying pan and goodness knows how much Bleach was used to clean the shower but when I went to use the shower, the fumes was so bad. I had to stop halfway through and air the bathroom if it can be called a bathroom it’s a 250cm x 90cm gap behind a door I think even Harry Potter had more room.

The room was dirty and very noisy from the trains and other people staying in the building. the parking was a nightmare, we were told there was street parking when we booked but then once we got the full details it said we were only able to park overnight and buy a 4 hour ticket with 2 hours no return each day. We ended up getting a ticket too even though we had paid for the parking. The shower head was broken.

Extremely basic and nothing like the pictures online — I felt completely misled. The bathroom was dirty, the counters hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the beds were terrible. One bed only had a sheet for a cover — no duvet. The entire room felt cramped, dirty, and poorly maintained. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I would not stay here again.

If you are looking for somewhere to sleep that is in a great location, reasonably comfortable, and serviced by super helpful people for a very reasonable price, then this is the place for you. If you are "Icked" by tired and rundown decor and less-than-perfect facilities, then put your hand further into your pocket and look for something more expensive. If you aren't, then this is a great place to stay.

The other room people were making noise whole night. They were drunk and constantly shouting and bagging walks , throwing the stuff.they didn't stop and there was no one to stop them.we couldn't sleep the whole night. My kids were scared due to there noises and constant fighting.

Nothing wrong with the room, it needs an update but it was clean. If you want a good night sleep on a friday night then this isn't for you., other guests coming and going all night, doors slamming, talking, shouting, smoking and talking outside until 4am.
