Bien situé et juste ce qu il faut dans un hôtel.

Le réceptionniste était très souriant, accueillant mais n’ayant pas d’espèces sur moi. Il est devenu tout à coup moins agréable. Dommage que l’accueil dépende du pourboire. Puis la femme de ménage est venue le matin dans la chambre alors que je me préparais.

they upgraded my room to a bigger one on the last floor, so it was great the room and the view of the city. The holte has great structure, and it's clean, what is very important to me.

the hotel is not near to any touristic point, but if you are the kind of person that leaves the hotel in the morning and only return by the end of the day, it's not a problem, not far from the hotel you have access to public transportation

This hotel is not 5star it is good to be 3 or 4 star they don’t have 5 star services

Unfortunately, the room was in very poor condition, and I honestly did not expect this level of quality from a five-star hotel. The overall experience was very disappointing and fell far below my expectations. The condition of the room, cleanliness, and maintenance were not up to the standard I would expect from a hotel of this category. I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay and believe the hotel management should seriously review the quality of its rooms and services.

The stay was very good. Location of the hotel is excellent. Easy to access public transport. The room was cleaned every day. Mr Yusuf at the reception is very friendly and helpful.

L'accueil et le service surtout de M. Mahmoud, très serviable et professionnel. La suite était très bonne. On a le confort et l'hygiène.

L'insonorisation laisse à désirer, surtout le soir quand vous avez des jeunes dans la chambre voisine qui rigolent à haute voix. Un autre petit détail : l 'absence du savon et shampoing dans les douches du sauna.

أعجبني الاستقبال جيدين بتعاملهم وسرعة اجراءات الدخول،كذلك بهو الاستقبال فيه شراحة وراحة ، أعجبني الإفطار وتنوعه لجميع الأذواق، أعجبني الغرف خاصة الغرف العلوية الوسيعة أعجبني مكان المسبح وحجمه وجاكوزي والصالة الرياضية

الموقع بعيد عن خدمات مثل المترو ومكلف بتكاسي ذهاب وعودة خاصة إلى المولات والبزارات وغيرها عزل نوعا ماء ضعيف جدا وصوت الغرف تسمع خاصة لمن يكن معه أطفال ، توجد رائحة غير جيدة لا اعلم هي رائحة صرف شممتها عدة مرات في الدور التاسع هناك ايضا تكاسل من بعض الموظفات بنظافة الغرف وقد بلغت الاستقبال بذلك وتجاوبوا معي مشكورين

خدمة تنظيف الغرف سيئه لا تهتم بالتفاصيل و النظافه فقط للظاهر الحمامات بحاجه الى صيانه شبه متهالكه المسبح كله كلور غير قابل للاستخدام المصاعد بطيئه و الشبابيك غير نظيفه من الخارج و المكيف جدا ضعيف بالغرفه

the hotel looked good, tidy and welcoming. The lobby had several comfortable and colourful pieces of furniture, which gave it a nice atmosphere. Our suite was on the 9th floor, and you needed a swipe card to use the lift, which I thought was a good security feature. breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices available from 7:00 to 10:00. The swimming pool and spa area were also very good, clean and well maintained. The staff were generally great and helpful. The Turkish Hamam was particularly enjoyable, and it was nice that private rooms were also available.

The floor had not been cleaned properly, and although we had booked the room for three people, it seemed to be equipped for only two. There were only two sets of towels and toiletries, so we had to ask for additional cups, towels and blankets. The main frustration was that we had to repeat our requests several times before receiving what we needed. Eventually, I had to take some items from a cleaner’s trolley in the corridor myself.

We had organized a gathering in Istanbul and partly in this hotel from different countries. My mother had prepared some homemade food for me, and we requested the kitchen staff to store these items in their refrigeration facilities. Unexpectedly, this request was declined.

Месторасположение удачное. Рядом транспортный узел, можно уехать в разные места без проблем. Спа зона красивая, есть большой и уютный бассейн, раздевалка со шкафчиками, сауна. Каждый день приносили две бутылки воды бесплатно. Вода вкусная. Рядом с отелем много кафешек, ставкам, Макдональдс. Понравилась кафе Mado- вкусно и необычно. Есть супермаркет Migros. В шаговой доступности шоколадная фабрика Ulker, от нее очень вкусно пахнет шоколадом в гостинице. При фабрике есть магазин шоколадный, там дешевле и выбор хороший, есть Godiva. 2-3 минуты от отеля.

Уборка. Во второй день уборщица просто не пришла убираться. Постучалась, попросили через 5 минут вернутся, ушли, вернулись вечером, а номер не убирали. Такое со мной впервые за все годы путешествий и жизни в разных отелях. Тут 5 звезд все таки. Попросили халаты у менеджера отеля, тк неудобно в бассейн ходить по отелю, обещали, так и не принесли. Бассейн очень хлорированный, настолько, что купальник не отмылся даже после стирки. Это сильно испортило впечатление от бассейна, так бы ходили чаще и на подольше. В день заезда и за день до выезда сообщила на ресепшен, что воспользуюсь поздним выездом (букинг предложил в брони). В день выезда в 12:20 звонок с ресепшн-у вас закончилось время выезда. В итоге все норм, но неприятно, что нельзя доверять ресепшну. Завтрак-не очень вариативный. Обычно есть фрукты, арбуз, дыня. Омлет, овощи немного вялые, есть нарезки сыр-колбаса. Выбор небольшой, но что-то поесть можно. Ребенок особо не ел, потом ходили завтракать. Кофе из автомата не вкусный. Десерты странные, лучше бы ничего не выкладывали) в общем, можно не брать завтраки, а сходить в кафешку рядом или в тот же Старбакс или эспрессо кафе -там недорого, уютно и вкуснее.

bu sene çok ıyı bir tatil geçirdik. Konaklamak çok ıyıdı, hotel çok timiz, çalişanlar çok güler yüzlü, kahvalti, her şey çok güzeldi.

Das Frühstück war lecker das Personal sehr freundlich der Receptionist Hr.Yusef war sehr angagiert und freundlich in allgemeine sehr netter Aufenthalt.

Condiții excelente.Mic dejun excelent.Parcare.cu valet.Tramvai T1 la 5 min cu care ajungi in centru in 20min si cca 40 pana la Dolmabahce. Restaurante bune in jur.Noi am mâncat foarte bine la Kebabi.

Le personnel était extrêmement aimable, ce qui nous a directement marqué. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous grâce à leur hospitalité hors norme. Du portier à la femme de ménage en passant par le réceptionniste, tout le monde était super.

Le service du petit déjeuner était médiocre, les options étaient limitées et la nourriture n’était pas bonne. Nous recommandons un buffet plus varié et une nourriture de meilleure qualité.

Nice location, not in the tourist area, free parking, good sauna.

It's UNACCEPTABLE for a 5 star hotel to hear every whisper from the other room. I couldn't sleep. I could even hear the voice of the person my neighbour was talking too on the phobne and he was not on speaker! The breakfast is poor, no meat, no real coffee, just some instant coffee from a machine. A lot of fruits though, which was nice. I stayed for one week, there was no vacuuming the room, just towel changing. One of the two elevators was broken the whole time, it always stoped at floor 3 regardless wich floor I was going to.

He was extremely friendly, respectful, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. His excellent customer service really made my stay even more enjoyable. Omid is a great representative of the hotel and deserves special recognition for the way he treats guests. I booked one bedroom Suit and the AC is only in the Living area not AC outlet in the Bedroom. need to wait for a whilst to become the whole suit to be cooled.

Am petrecut două nopți la Grand Makel Hotel Topkapi și am avut o experiență foarte plăcută. Hotelul este curat, confortabil și bine întreținut, iar camerele sunt spațioase și oferă toate condițiile necesare pentru un sejur relaxant. Locația este foarte bună, cu restaurante, cafenele și magazine în apropiere, iar accesul la mijloacele de transport în comun este foarte ușor, ceea ce reprezintă un mare avantaj pentru cei care doresc să exploreze Istanbulul fără să fie nevoiți să folosească permanent mașina. Un avantaj foarte important pentru mine a fost parcarea gratuită oferită de hotel. Am venit în Istanbul cu autoturismul personal și am putut beneficia de parcare fără costuri suplimentare pe întreaga perioadă a șederii. Într-un oraș atât de aglomerat precum Istanbul, unde parcarea poate fi dificilă și costisitoare, acest lucru a contat foarte mult. Este un beneficiu pe care multe hoteluri nu îl oferă și pe care îl recomand în special celor care călătoresc cu mașina proprie. Un alt punct forte al hotelului este personalul. Oamenii sunt amabili, profesioniști și disponibili să te ajute atunci când ai nevoie. Mulțumiri speciale domnului Mahmud, pentru amabilitate, disponibilitate și pentru tot sprijinul oferit pe parcursul șederii noastre. Este genul de persoană care te face să te simți binevenit și care contribuie foarte mult la experiența plăcută oferită de hotel. Am plecat cu o impresie foarte bună și cu siguranță aș alege din nou Grand Makel Hotel Topkapi la o viitoare vizită în Istanbul.

Bus und Straßenbahn super zu Fuß zu erreichen.

An und um die Unterkunft hat es fürchterlich gestunken. Wir konnten kein Fenster öffnen und nicht lange vor dem Hotel stehen oder sitzen.

I had a very good stay at Grand Makel Hotel Topkapi. The experience was great, with friendly and helpful reception staff and a very good breakfast. The location I like it with many restaurants nearby, so you can enjoy different food options without going far. There is also a metro station close to the hotel crossthe street, which makes transportation easy. I had a rental car, and free parking was available in front of the hotel Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you!

Istanbulda en begendigim otellerden biri oldu.. Calisanlar iyi ve yardimsever, Otel genel olarak temiz ve güvenli, Konumu mükemmel.

Kahvalti biraz daha iyi olabilir mesela bitki caylari olabilirdi.

هناك مصعدين فقط وأحدهما متعطل طوال فترة الاقامة لايوجد عزل بين الغرف (اسمع صوت الشقة الاخرى) عند دخولي انا وعائلتي للغرفة كانت المناشف غير نظيفة ويوجد شعر في أحدها وطلبت منهم تغييرها لي وغيروها الموقع بعيد جدا عن وسط اسطنبول ،تحتاج بالتاكسي 20 دقيقة لتصل

I liked the hotel overall. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also excellent, with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, including Espresso Lab, Starbucks, McDonald's, and several other convenient places within walking distance.

The staff were polite and helpful; however, it would be nice to have assistance with luggage. I arrived late at night with two carry-on bags and had to carry them to my room myself. Having someone available to help with bags would make the arrival experience more comfortable.

تعامل طاقم الإستقبال خاصه الأخ سراج و الأخ الذي شحن شنطنا مع التاكسي و عاملة النظافه و طاقم المطعم و كان كل شي مرتب و تمام و إن شاء الله سأكرر السكن في هذا الفندق و قريب من متروا اسطنبول ..

The hotel is so excellent in everything: Excellent Staff, furniture,location ( 300 m Bus and Metro) ,comfortable beds and towels . Breakfast was good and variable.Rooms were large and good view. Few meters Supermarket and lot of cafes and restaurants branded and non branded . Free parking .

Wi Fi was sometimes had errors and reception corrected it more than one time . Bathroom has no air absorption fan ( or at least I did not found it ). Something may be irrelevant and I think the hotel has no role that : Some guests ( patients) are going at corridors by their bloody surgical drains which is not allowed at hotels ( only hospitals) as I am a doctor this matter need some authority.

Breakfast, for a 5 STAR RATED hotel I was expecting a lot more in breakfast, for example there was no Chief or Cook to ask if we would like Fired Egg sunny side on top, No fried egg or fries or hush brown in Manu for breakfast, very little option in pastry section, Pure Honey tray always empty. according to reception my Room was upgraded to superior Room, its supposed to be better and sound proof, but literally you could hear anything in next room. I was on the phone about 12:30 midnight, my next door came knocked in my door to reduce the sound. the room walls are too tin and very disappointing.

Mahmud est le meilleur des réceptionnistes ! Il nous a surclassé et bien conseillé pour profiter au mieux de notre weekend. L hôtel est d une grande propriété et avec un Spa qu il faut à tout prix essayer. L emplacement est idéal pour se rendre au centre historique avec le tramway T1.

Tramvay hattına yürüyerek 5 dakika mesafede olmasından, odalarının genişliğinden ve personelinin profesyonel ve yardımsever olmasından gayet memnun kaldım.

Olumsuz olarak değilde tavsiye olarak bildirebileceğim tek şey resepsiyon personelinin biraz daha güler yüzlü olması.

بصراحة الموظفون والنظافة

Очень тонкие стены между номерами: каждый чих в соседних номерах слышен с оглушительной силой, не говоря обо всём остальном. Перегородки в санузлах с санузлами соседских номеров ещё тоньше: слышны все действия соседей, душ, спуск воды и т.п. Само здание довольно "усталое", ремонта не было по ощущениям лет 15-20. Тёмные санузлы, нехватка света. В санузле стоит запах канализации.

Great Hotel with a great staff and excellent service. Our rooms were upgraded for the second time into family suite room. Everything is in order and the staff is always ready to assist. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a stay in this area in Instabul.
