Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Struttura in un’ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro Circo Massimo, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente tutto il centro di Roma. Nonostante la vicinanza al centro, la zona è molto tranquilla e non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore esterno. La camera era accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere tutte e tre le sorelle, Claudia, Flavia e Silvia: gentilissime e disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire davvero come a casa. Ogni mattina ci hanno preparato la colazione e ci hanno dato indicazioni e consigli molto utili per visitare Roma. Vi ringraziamo di cuore per l’accoglienza! Se ne avremo l’occasione, torneremo sicuramente molto volentieri. Giada e Alessio

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The location is incredible! 15 min walk to Colosseum. Google said 40 mins to Trevi Fountain but our walk there absolutely flew by due to all the amazing sites to see so that was an easy distance away too. Facilities are lovely & Claudia (host) is very kind & welcoming. She provides a beautiful breakfast every morning, with a variety of items & shares tips & general conversation. Will book here again for future trips to Rome!

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The rooms were spacious and Flavia was a fantastic host! All of the amenities were wonderfully laid out and easy to use. Flavia was very quick to respond to our questions and accommodated requests as best she could. Flavia spoke many languages, so even when English was not the best form of communication, we could still find ways to communicate!
There was nothing we did not like!

No place to put your toiletries bag in bathroom. Also no hooks on the door to hang your wet towel. A small towel rail was there but only for 1 towel.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Localização muito boa, fica muito próximo ao Coliseu, metrô e bons restaurantes. Tiveram 2 anfitriãs que nos atenderam no café da manhã, com destaque a anfitriã Claudia que foi muito simpática e solícita!
A janela do quarto não fechava por completo, entrando claridade pela manhã. Não sabíamos que teria limpeza diariamente, fomos surpreendidos com a limpeza sem termos sido avisadas ou solicitado. Pagamento da taxa somente em dinheiro sem termos sido avisados com antecedência, tivemos que sacar.

Lo anuncian con desayuno incluido y la verdad no dan casi nada, una mitad de sandwich, pan, cafe, y jugo, creo que esto debería mejorar, también en el baño tienen un sensor de movimiento para la luz, super mal idea cuando pasas en la noche.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026La struttura è in una ottima posizione, l'ambiente è carino e mantenuto molto bene. è essenziale ma ha tutto il necessario e la proprietaria è molto gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Abbiamo passato solamente una notte qui, ma saremmo rimaste volentieri di più per provare i ristoranti consigliati e le visite suggerite.
La notte si sentono un po' i rumori provenienti dalla strada e dai mezzi pubblici, a noi personalmente non ha dato fastidio, ma per chi è più sensibile potrebbe disturbare il sonno.

De la pré-arrivée (message WhatsApp) très organisée, en passant par le petit déjeuner, les conseils, les astuces, la disponibilité, jusqu'au départ et l'accolade chaleureuse. La chambre est climatisée (bien utile lorsqu'il fait 35° le jour et 25/27 la nuit), spacieuse, avec salle de bain (douche, sèche cheveux, toilettes, linge de toilette). La situation proche du centre ville. Les premiers monuments et le métro sont à proximité (200/300m). Plusieurs restaurants dans la rue. Je recommande !
L'aspect visuel "ancien" de la chambre.

El check in fue una hora más tarde porque estaba ocupada la habitación o sucia y querían que deje el equipaje Y me valla a recorrer Roma. A los gritos logré que me entregaran más rápido la habitación. Pésima forma de comenzar mi viaje. El argumento fue que booking publico mal la hora del check in. No había placares ni cajonera

Reviewed May 30, 2026Sehr gute Lage zum fußläufigen Erreichen von U-Bahn und Sehenswürdigkeiten (Colloseum, Palatin Hügel, Forum Romanum etc.) Preiswerte Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unterkunft können wir weiterempfehlen. Sehr Sauber!
Balkon war leider nicht nutzbar sondern nur durch die Betreiberin. Etwas Hellhörig.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Claudia was an amazing host. She was very warm and welcoming and friendly, and provided an awesome breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the room was just great. The location was also a perfect distance to man attractions as well as the bus and metro, while being in a quieter neighbourhood.
The walls are a bit thinner so you can hear people during breakfast hours, but if you have ear plugs or white noise, it’s no problem.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Claudia und Maria als Ansprechpartnerinnen vor Ort waren super freundlich und hilfreich mit ihren Tipps (Restaurant, ÖPNV). Die Anbindung an die Verkehrsmittel Bahn und Bus ist hervorragend. Wer gut zu Fuß ist kommt auch von dort gut zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Bad ist gut und sauber.
Die räumliche Situation beim Frühstück war sehr beengt. Trotz der liebevollen Betreuung war das Frühstück etwas spartanisch. Leider steht kein kleiner Schrank im Zimmer zur Verfügung. Die Armaturen im Bad sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, funktionieren aber noch halbwegs.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Locatie was perfect en de gastvrouw Claudia was heel aardig, ze had leuke tips voor bezienswaardigheden en authentieke restaurantjes. We hadden een appartement met 2 slaapkamers en een geweldig dakterras, iedere dag werd er schoongemaakt en schone handdoeken. En je stapte de deur uit en naast het B&B ligt een geweldige ijssalon, ook restaurantjes en barretjes binnen 300 meter. Op 350 meter lag het metrostation en recht voor de deur stopt de bus.
Niets viel tegen.

I appreciated Claudia's enthusiasm but because she insisted on doing everything (e.g. making coffee, that there were only four people at a time at breakfast), it made it difficult to get out on time in the morning. I think a totally self-serve breakfast would have been even more comfortable for the guests since I didn't know what to expect.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Struttura situata in ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal Circo Massimo e dalla relativa fermata della metropolitana. L'alloggio è facile da trovare, in posizione silenziosa e l'host è preciso nel fornire i dettagli per il check-in, oltre ad essere estremamente cordiale.
La stanza è arredata con materiale vetusto e di recupero. Il materasso è scomodissimo ed il termo fa un fischio assurdo, tanto da rendere difficoltoso il sonno. La pulizia lascia abbastanza a desiderare.

Dodatkowo trafiliśmy na piękną pogodę, idealną do zwiedzania więc wszystko było jeszcze przyjemniejsze. Śniadania również na plus - dobre i typowo włoskie🇮🇹☕🥐 Zdecydowane polecam!

Iluminação do quarto muito fraca, banheiro sem luz no box. Camas separadas e pareciam de armar( tipo quartel) com colchões já afundados. Televisão pequena e apenas com canais locais, não era smart tv ( que favorecería usar you tube).

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Room was big, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. The kitchen area where we had breakfast was also very spacious and had very good natural light. Claudia, our host, and her sister, Flavia, were both very friendly and helpful, allowing us to keep our luggage after checkout on our final day.
The coffee machine was a bit tricky, and breakfast could have an additional protein like eggs. This 100% didn't affect how much the place is good though, is more on the personal preference side of things.
