My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Taj Damdama. It created wonderful memories for all of us. Despite being so close to the city, it felt like a faraway vacation destination. We truly enjoyed the relaxing resort atmosphere. An exceptional property and a perfect family getaway. Highly recommended!

While the overall stay was excellent, the cleanliness of the room floor was disappointing. I was surprised by how much dust appeared on a tissue after a simple wipe across the floor. The only serious concern during our stay was a fish dish from the lunch buffet. It tasted unusual, and I immediately felt that something might not be right. Unfortunately, I suffered from diarrhea for the following two days. Although I cannot conclusively link it to the dish, it was an unpleasant experience.

This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve stayed here. I had a breakfast plus half board meal (which means one more meal was included in my package) The hotel staff didn’t inform me that the half board was only on meals at the buffet. Didn’t inform when I was checking in or ordering in or at the time of check out. When I asked them why they had billed me for all meals - Komal at the reception very conveniently says that bcoz the meal was taken in the room and not at the restaurant. When I asked her why had they had not informed me this at the time of check in - she and Amar checked me in. Komal completely denied. They have wrongly charged me for one extra meal for 3 days. They should be reversing the charges. On top of that - the check out experience was horrible. I had a dog with me - the reception was full, the valet staff was disorganised and was the luggage counter. I had to go get my car. They were completely insensitive to the fact that I was travelling alone with a dog- and I was at the reception which was fully crowded and nowhere to sit. After paying so much money and coming for a Taj property - this is certainly not the kind of experience I expected and paid for.

It's really far from Gurgaon, road is terrible, Reception staff is emotionless and need training. For 24k a night i was expecting more from hotel.

Staff at Taj was really nice and welcoming. Service with a smile was the motto. Many people including Shyam were instrumental in making our stay with our 7 month son Nirvair superb

Well spread and planned , well maintained and clean , nice rooms and food . The staff at reception , breakfast ( Kishan was great host ) were good and room service was fast

There should be few Taj indicative arrows from the highway . Else it is a bit confusing . Parking should be more organised

The property is massive and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and with every amenities.

The service was slow but staff were efficient. The only thing which they need work on is service.

Good stay but internet and connectivity issue are there. Power cut off was very often but power back was her there.

Lush green property. Nice view and comfortable rooms, and spacious. The service was courteous. Especially Manager Mr.Sunny is always ready to make the stay comfortable.

The Telephones did not work so it was difficult to call a buggy for my senior citizen father, or for room service. Minimal Breakfast spread and choices for the Taj property and Prices. The servers picking things at the buffet for Guests are in a hurry, will push past you or block you. so it is better to ask them to serve you, instead of picking things

There is no difference in booking normal or luxury room. Same size. Worst Part is Guest Service on the telephone which is 24/7 is not answerable, Duty Manager Number is not connectable. Only In room Service Dining is connectable and I have called multiple times for transferring to the reception for smaller things. Guest Management is very poor as seems staff is lesser. Only 1 functional restaurant which is crowdy and not able to serve the things on time if you order A La-carte. Will not recommend to anyone during weekends or holidays.

Construction was on so pool not available. Lake had dried up so the beauty of the place was lost . Not the property's fault but the charm of nature was not there

Both my wife and myself were on a short vacation. We were welcomed by Ms.Urmila at reception desk. Despite a holiday rush she personally showed us the room and explained the features of the property. Since we were on navratri fast. Chef Girish (Dinner time) and Chef Vishal (breakfast time) personally came to our table to understand and served us with Navratri food as per our requirement.

The entry of room was not good. The moment you open the main door, person sleeping on bed was visible. I think you should have some partition to avoid person standing outside see the guest laying on the bed. This is a very important point for me.

It was my 4th visit to Taj Damdama and just like before the property did not fail to impress me with their hospitality. The resort is under renovation and took extra care to inform us about it and gave us room where we did not hear any noise and it did not feel that we are in a property where work is going on. The rooms are spacious and surrounded by plants and trees. The view from the room and the restaurant is quite natural and the vibe is very relaxing. I want to extend special Thanks to Urmila who personally reached out to us to take extra care. Even the staff at Shamiyana, the chef took extra care by recommending the best dishes and taking genuine feedback from the guests. Taj Hotels always exceed the bars they have set previously. I can't wait to come back again and enjoy the newly built Villas and the fabulous touch they are giving to this resort, Thank you again

The location and the infrastructure and facilities were top notch. Very courteous staff and hospitality.

Balcony was not clean. Swimming Pool not working but still full money charged. Food taste can be improved to match the Taj brand. I have stayed at other Taj hotels and the food quality is much better at the other Taj properties. Bathroom showers can be improved. There was too much pressure.

I was asking for an ice cube and whiskey glasses, they take more then 1 hour for the same & every time they take more then 1 hour for small small things.
