B&B Art Suite Santa Brigida

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Zimmer ist groß, außergewöhnlich und ruhig gelegen. Das Bad ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen und weist auch einige schwarze Schimmelspuren auf. Es gibt es WiFi, eine Klimaanlage und einen kl. brummenden Kühlschrank :-( Die Kommunikation bei der Ankunft und der Checkin war nicht zufriedenstellend. Der Check-In befindet sich an einem anderen Ort als das Zimmer. Dies war aus der Booking.com Buchung leider nicht ersichtlich, es sind zwar nur einige Minuten Fußweg und wurde durch nervige Telefonate dann aber geklärt. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und geduldig. wa Insgesamt aber ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

The room was beautiful and the interior was very well thought out. The gallery where the apartment is located looks truly magnificent and the location is excellent because it is close to everything.

Finding the reception was quite difficult when I did the check in. Also when I used the bathtub some small black particles appeared in the water after a while which was a bit uncomfortable.

Lokacija je odlicna , sam centar grada sve je blizu...soba cista,kreveti udobni... ima sve sto je potrebno. Osoblje je ucinilo sve da se osecamo prijatno...Svakom bi preporucila i vidimo se opet

la publicación muestra mejor decoracion. que la habitación. que recibí. la administración da a unos 100 mts en otro edificio diferente del hospedaje.

There was an elevator in the building and the staff were nice.

The area to check in is in a different location and the guy at the desk seemed a little annoyed when I had trouble finding it. The part to check in was behind a different gate that we had a lot of trouble getting into.

The concierge was friendly, polite and very helpful. The accommodation was exceptional. The room was splendid and the outside area was spectacular.

The accommodation was perfectly fine and clean. The view from the window was beautiful, and many tourist attractions were within walking distance.

The rooms are great, but the check-in process a bit complicated with heavy luggage.

Great rooms! They could do with few repairs, but if you are not picky all works and it is clean. The balcony is out of this world, Great experience to stay in such a romantic environment! We loved our stay. Staff was great and very helpful, we could also keep our luggage at the reception. You don't need 10 cents for the lift to the reception over the weekend - it is free.

Just a note - galleria umberto is busy, we stayed there on Saturday night and it was noisy. But we were expecting it.

It was in a great location.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staffs were so kind and so helpful, they recommended us so many good restaurants and cafes and they were so friendly! The view also was breathtaking 🥰

A wonderful place with a great view of the old gallery. It's very close to the sea and one of the main streets, Via Toledo. I highly recommend it!

Location, in Galleria, center, everything was close. We got the terrace apartment, it was absolutely insane, loved it so much. The room itself is fine, big, high ceilings, but I feel like they just tried to cover not renovating it as an old charm. I do not think that part works.

Super loud unfortunately even with the windows closed we could hear every sound in the Galleria through the night. As I said already, old dusty looking furniture. And reception being on the other side of Galleria without anyone coming with us to show us the property, felt a bit unserious.

A localização favorece o deslocamento pelos pontos principais de visitação. O quarto tem um charme de época, interessante.

As fotos mostravam que o quarto tinha vista para o interior da galeria Umberto, e essa foi a razão de escolhê-lo. O anfitrião garantiu que teríamos o que estávamos vendo no Booking. No entanto o que encontramos foi uma horrível vista dos fundos do prédio.

Tutto era perfetto, suggerirei magari una coperta in caso che facessi fresco la notte.. ho capitato una notte più fresca e c’era solo il copriletto. Ma in ogni caso, pompa di calore c’è, hanno pensato di tutto!

Parcours un peu compliqué pour récupérer les clés avec la fatigue du voyage et accéder à la chambre dans une autre rue mais la personne à l'accueil a été facilement joignable au téléphone, compréhensive et aidante avec le sourire. Il serait souhaitable d'avoir un peu plus de vaisselle dans la kitchenette, verres, assiettes et couverts notamment. Je ne me rappelle pas s'il y avait des ustensiles de cuisson car je n'en ai pas eu besoin, je ne suis restée qu'une nuit. Ça peut être utile pour les séjours de plus d'une nuit.

La stanza è molto bella e confortevole, buonissima anche la posizione centrale vicino alla Galleria e a via Toledo. Inoltre non ero al corrente della possibilità di prenotare la colazione, e devo dire che ne vale la pena; una colazione continentale con tanta scelta sia salata che dolce. Ps. Fare colazione sopra la Galleria è un esperienza che consiglio, con la simpaticissima responsabile Caterina, molto gentile e accogliente, e il suo ottimo caffè!

O B&B Art Suite Santa Brigida fica em um prédio muito bonito e histórico, o que sem dúvida é um dos pontos mais interessantes da hospedagem. A arquitetura e o charme do edifício chamam bastante atenção e dão uma atmosfera especial ao lugar. No entanto, as instalações internas parecem um pouco antigas e poderiam passar por melhorias e manutenção. Também tivemos um atraso significativo no check-in: só conseguimos entrar no quarto cerca de 1 hora e 15 minutos depois do horário previsto, o que acabou sendo bastante inconveniente após a chegada. Outro ponto que nos preocupou foi encontrar mofo no quarto, além de termos tido problemas com a água no banheiro, que não funcionava corretamente. Apesar do grande potencial do prédio histórico e da beleza do local, acreditamos que alguns aspectos de manutenção e organização precisam ser melhorados para proporcionar uma experiência mais confortável aos hóspedes.

Camera un po' datata ,...muffa nei bordi della vasca da bagno..un bel po' di polvere da più di un mesetto sull armadio

"Esperienza eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. La stanza si trova in una posizione centralissima, perfetta per girare la città a piedi. Nonostante la vicinanza al centro, la camera era incredibilmente silenziosa, garantendo un relax totale. Pulizia impeccabile e letto comodissimo: si vede che c'è cura per il dettaglio. Assolutamente consigliato!"

Posizione ottima, camera molto bella in stile retro’ e con vista sulla galleria. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli senza nessun problema e abbiamo potuto fare il check-in anche molto tardi.

Potrebbero rinnovare un po’ il bagno perché c’è muffa e fa un po’ cattivo odore. Ma probabilmente è colpa anche di chi soggiorna che non accende la ventola durante la doccia.

Per nostra fortuna ci è stato fatto l'upgrade all'Hotel che si trova proprio all'interno della galleria Umberto I. Posizione centralissima. La nostra camera si affacciava sul teatro San Carlo con vista sul Vesuvio e su Piazza Plebiscito. Ottima la colazione con vasta scelta e seguita dalla Sig.ra Caterina a cui va una nota di merito per la disponibilità ed i consigli.

Luogo straordinario... esperienza sublime... si è ammaliati dall'effetto magico... Proprio all'interno della galleria Umberto I ... dallo spazio esterno che la sovrasta si ha l'impressione di sentirsi avvolti dal tempo... e di rivivere la storia ... Napoli e la sua nobiltà...

L'affaccio della camera dava su un cortile molto mal messo,con muri scrostati e pedane,legni,ecc. buttati per terra disordinatamente. Un vero peccato perché la stanza era bella.

You have to get keys in another place (and it's not clear where to get keys, where to live and etc.). The view from the flat was not as it was in the pictures. Cold floor and no one-time shoes.

È centralissimo, sotto la Gallerie Umberto quindi sei in centro appena metti il piede fuori. Le stanza alcune hanno l'affaccio all'interno della Gallerie altre sulla strada difronte il Teatro San Carlo. La struttura è pulita e le camere sono in stile barocco, sembra di dormire al palazzo reale. Lo staff gentile e disponibile durante il check in e check out. Prezzo nn eccessivo per il punto in cui si trova.

Posizione ottimale, puoi girare Napoli a piedi e nel caso Metro vicinissima. Letto comodo e camera silenziosa.

Bagno freddissimo. Water si ricarica dopo un'ora. É un mini appartamento la pompa di calore non riesce a scaldare il bagno... Soluzione ideale per la stagione calda..
