Helpful and friendly staff. Location is great and quiet. Very close to restaurants, coffeshops, and waterfront.

5泊のうち最後の2泊は地下の狭い部屋になり、 コーヒーセットやケトルもなくて、 虫がでる、あまり良くない部屋になって、 最後の2泊は最悪だった

The location and price ratio were just hard to beat compared with other places. Ortaköy mosque is my favourite place in Istanbul, and I felt extremely happy to live 3 minutes walking from it. The uphill to the hotel isn't really bad, and it's very short. The room was on the quiet street, and we slept with the door to the garden open. A lot of food places are just around the corner. The room was bigger than expected, and the team was friendly. All in all - highly recommended.

The kitchen area could be a little bit cleaner, and pillows could be softer.

Otel cok guzel bir yerdeydi konumu sahile 2 dakkalik mesafedeydi yuruyerek . Odalar guzeldi duş su felan her sey guzeldi. Kendilerine ait icecek su lari vardi istediyimiz kadar iciyorduk. Personel cok kibardi cok cana yakindilar Emre bey Metin bey cok samimiydiler cokda guzel ilgilendiler bizimle , kendimizi evde gibi hissetdik . Yine geliriz cok beyendik tavsiye ederim . Ne sorununuz olursada sizinle ilgileniyorlar guzel sekilde sizi kotu durumda birakmiyorlar .

Sevmediyimiz hic bir sey yoktu her sey kusursuz guzeldi . Sadece temizlikci kadini sevmedik .

Fantasztikus az elhelyezkedés! Busz, éttermek, Boszporusz part nagyon közel. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész.

The room wasn't cleaned and the garbage wasn't emptied throughout my stay. A hotel like this is a complete disappointment for Booking.com.

La ubicación muy cerca del puente del Bosforo y las personas del hotel con bastante amables.

Todo me gustó, nada que mencionar.

Milý ochotný personál, Pokoj je sice malý, ale plně dostačující. Postele pohodlné.

Zásadním nedostatkem byl hluk v pokoji, který brání spánku. Hluk z ulice silně proniká do pokoje. Každou noc ulice ucpané automobily dlouho do hluboké noci. Automobily neustále troubí. Druhým podstatným nedostatkem byl zápach cigaret v celém pokoji, který se neustále šířil do pokoje, především z koupelny ventilačním systémem. Ač je hotel uváděn jako nekuřácký.

Great location: very close to Ortaköy ferry terminal, nearby the lively area with restaurants, shops etc The room was tiny, but provided access to the balcony and a lovely view of Bosphorus from the window. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Everything else was nice and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel

Everything was fine

They did not honor our reservation. They sent us to a hotel down the road that was not clean. I am reviewing the place we stayed, because I can’t review the Ortakoy Aysem Sultan Hotel. The hosts were nice and the bed was comfortable. But there was mold all over the bathroom and it smelled bad.The room was very small for 3 people. I know it was a budget hotel, but it should have been clean and mold free.

I did not appreciate being sent down the road to a dirty, smelly room.

The location of the property is excellent — very close to the Bosphorus, with easy access to the river and bridge, which was really nice. The apartment itself was clean, simple, and comfortable, making it a good base for exploring the area.

I was expecting a hotel-style stay, but the accommodation felt more like an apartment building, which I didn’t enjoy as a solo traveller. The metal doors were very loud, and I was woken several times by neighbours coming and going. The bathroom was not in good condition and really needs updating — I avoided using it more than necessary. I spent most of my time out and only returned in the evenings to sleep, which was manageable as I met friends while I was there. This place may be suitable for travellers on a budget, but it wasn’t the right fit for me personally.

I would of liked if the room had a make up table to be able to do my makeup at and not getting anything on the beds

Все отлично. Расположение все рядом магазины. Пирс на водном такси в любую часть. За углом прачечная. Куча мест где покушать. Если ищите бюджетное место где переночевать и все рядом то вам сюда.

Ночью бывает прохладно....

Хорошее местоположение, приветливый персонал,адекватная цена.

Мы были три ночи, за это время номер ни разу не убрали, не выносили мусор, не меняли полотенца.

Hadden een kamer zonder balkon, volgende ochtend werden we gebeld mochten naar een andere kamer met balkon! Mooi uitzicht, fijne kamer ruime douche

De ligging en het personeel

Kamer was aan de kleine kant maar ideaal voor citytrip.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut – alles ist schnell und bequem erreichbar. Auch preislich war es total in Ordnung. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Unsere Zimmern wurden nicht gereinigt

Замечательный отель! Очень удобное расположение, номер чистый, аккуратный, просторный, есть все удобства. Ванная комната большого размера, есть всё необходимое. Со стороны улицы нет лишнего шума, локация находится в 5 минутах от набережной. Отдельное спасибо хочу сказать хозяину отеля, очень тепло встретил, со всем помог, был на связи и был очень отзывчивым!

Great location only a 3min walk into Ortakoy precinct. Paid parking just down the road. Very affordable rates for this time of year. Staff member at reception desk was very friendly and helpful at check in.

Uncomfortable bed. Honestly if this place upgraded its mattress it would be a diamond find with its location and price.

The location was perfect, very friendly and helpful staff, the property was clean, comfortable and well located, like athe atmosphere of the place, it felt cozy and welcoming

Świetna lokalizacja - małe uliczki, jedzenie różnorodne do wyboru, niedaleko bazar turystyczno-miejscowy, niedaleko nadbrzeże z postojem dla promów, plac pod kultowym u nich nowoczesnym mostem. Ponadto pokój ok, miły personel, bardzo dobra cena.

Brak śniadań, ale dookoła jest tyle knajp, że to nie jest problem.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr Familienfreundlich und auch ein Familienbetrieb man fühlt sich wie zuhause!

Lage nah am Wasser (3min Fußweg), nah an Geschäften aber auch nicht zu nah dran, sodass man ungestört schlafen konnte. (An der Hauptstraße ist permanent Verkehr, Sirenen). Von der Unterkunft aus hat man nichts/ sehr wenig gehört.

Matratze war für mein empfinden sehr hart.

Sur votre annonce y avait disponibilité du taxi à l’aéroport mais malheureusement c’était le contraire non disponibilité du taxi.

J’ ai pas apprécié la non disponibilité du taxi, j’étais avec ma famille attendre à l’aéroport. En plus la chambre à côté de la cuisine, beaucoup de bruit le matin.

Appartamento nel cuore del quartiere di Ortakoy, non ha parcheggio ma ce ne è uno vicino. Pulito, bagno comodo.

Il quarto letto aggiunto ha occupato tutto lo spazio ed era difficile muoversi, inoltre era un po’ scomodo. Appartamento adatto a 3 persone.

İstanbul’daki küçük düğünümüz için ailem ve eşimle birlikte konakladık. Bize otelin en güzel odasını verdiler. Küçük, butik ve samimi bir ortamı var; kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Konumu da harika: yürüyerek Ortaköy’e ulaşabiliyorsunuz, dilerseniz kısa bir yolculukla Beşiktaş’a gidip oradan tekneyle Üsküdar’a geçebiliyorsunuz. Dört gün konakladık ve o kadar memnun kaldık ki uzatma yaptık. Üstelik uzatma rezervasyonumuzu da aynı uygun fiyattan gerçekleştirdiler. Düğün hazırlıklarımız sırasında her aksilikte yanımızda oldular, adeta bir abla/bir abi gibi bizimle ilgilendiler. Güler yüzlü, samimi ve içten davranışları için kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer. 🌸
