Pangeran Beach Hotel

Our room had a balcony. Although no chairs or table.

It was advertised as beachfront. Not so. There was a busy road bridge in between hotel and beach. The beach was very dirty and water polluted. There were signs advising not to swim because of pollution. Overall hotel food and service was average. The swimming pool needed retiling and poolside furniture worn out and dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

Insonorisation passable La première nuit nous avions une chambre en très bon état mais donnant sur le hall de l'hôtel, au 2e étage, donc assez bruyant, on nous a gentiment proposé d'en changer, mais la deuxième chambre, au 6e étage, était vétuste avec du moisi dans la sdb et une fenêtre qui ne fermait pas. Certains étages ont dû être rénovés récemment et d'autres visiblement non.

Staff did not reply to requests. When we got there they had all ready doubled booked me. A lot of messing around. They don’t ever even pickup none calls or emails.

The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. I had a great night's sleep as the hotel was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and easy. The complimentary buffet breakfast was the highlight. It mainly catered to Indonesian guests, but there were plenty of Western options too, including bread, croissants, and other breakfast favourites. It was excellent and added great value to the stay. The location was convenient, with shops nearby, and GoJek drivers were always available within a few minutes. The beach is also not far away. I didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked large and well maintained. Overall, I thought the hotel offered excellent value for money.

A few things looked a little worn. I noticed a couple of marks on the pillows, and the mattress looked quite old when I accidentally lifted the sheet, although it was still very comfortable. I also ordered room service and tried three dishes. The salad was good, but the hot meals arrived slightly lukewarm and the overall food quality could have been better. There was also a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, although my non-smoking room itself was completely smoke-free.

Nice hotel a little out of Padang centre (a Grab costs little to get there). Comfortable rooms and beds, and a seriously good breakfast (be adventurous!) The staff are all friendly and really professional.

The staff were friendly, professional and helpful especially the young man who served us in the front bar area. We only stayed one night as we were in transit but everything was great. Would definitely stay here next time.

Check in baru bisa jam 15.00 jadi nganggur dulu 1 jam, tapi checkout tetap jam 12.00. AC nya ngga bisa diatur suhunya, gaada keset buat di WC

Room 529, the bed sheet maybe not so clean and my skin fill itchy. The next day already told the cleaning staf to change the bed sheet and no more itchy. The toilet floor got water clogging. Every time the bathroom. This is so disappointed.

Lokasi strategis dekat jalan raya, pelayanan ramah dan sopan, kebersihan baik, fasilitas kamar dgn.lantai paling tinggi dan ada bathtub favorite bocil kamar dengan view samudra dan balkon membuat liburan yang sangat berkesan. Sarapan pagi dengan beragam menu yang sesuai dengan lidah keluarga. weekand keren ngademnya di pangeran aja.

Large complex with good room that half face the beach.

They need to stop over using air fresheners that not only kill bugs and smells but will cause harm to humans.

Everything is perfect, room, staffs, etc. But the swimming pool needs some cleaning!
