床罩上有前面的住客留下的头发没清理干净。电视机还是CRT那种老式的，虽然我不看电视，但看起来有点过时了。热水器看起来像个老古董，应该进博物馆了，洗澡水不热。钥匙或房卡应该做的小一点，这样不用每次出门还要交给前台保存，回来时再去取，有点麻烦。门口应该有个不需要打扰免打扰的挂牌。

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026The cleanliness and the fact that every floor has water dispenser, love the cozy and retro music played slowly on the speaker while im ironing my clothes, the facilities looks oldschool but all functioning well. Aircond is cold. Beds are comfy. Staff is friendly and helpful. There's 7e nearby.
Not the hotel's fault but some guests checkedin at 2-3am and makes lots of noise like its 8pm. It raya season but there's no need to be noisy like that. I stayed up until they are quiet around 4am.

No shower curtain. TV didn't work but it didn't matter to me on this trip.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025The room is very clean and the washroon looks comfortable and spacious. The room space is also satisfactory and the single beds are larger than other hotels.
The shower head was not working properly. The gym is good but has repeated machines and the machines were not workin properly. The towels need to be taken from the receptionist before entering the room. Only given good towels on the last day.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025The hotel is a budget hotel with a reasonable pricing and the location is not too far from downtown Malacca. I chose it as it was convenient for me to visit friends and family who lived nearby. I must commend the staff for being friendly and very helpful. The hotel seems to be very family-friendly and there are shops nearby that makes it convenient to find a meal or get some personal items
I don't have any complaints about the hotel and was satisfied with my stay at Coastal Park hotel
