The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and freshly prepared food. Quiet, comfortable room.

The coffee in the room was not of good quality, there could have been more choice.

This hotel was very clean had excellent decor and the beds were very comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again.

Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer, das sehr sauber war. Ausstattung war wie zu erwarten. Den außenpool sowie die Hot Tubes haben wir ebenfalls sehr genossen.

Die Lage ist ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Die Preise zu unserem reisedatum eher happig.

Generally, hotels sell sleep, as I understand it. I generally have good experiences at Best Western hotels. At BW Revelstoke in June 2026, Smoke detector went off in my room at 1 AM, in room phone didn't work to call the desk. Called from cell, took them a while to figure out I actually was a guest. Someone came up, took the smoke detector down, and left. My wife didn't sleep much, wondering why the detector was going off, and if there was an ongoing concern since there was now no detector in the room. At check out, the front desk wasn't too concerned, eventually gave me a small discount. Promised a 'Manager' would follow up. 4 phone calls and 6 weeks later, I finally talk to a manager. Every other call there was no one in or they were 'on holidays until next week'. Answer is..too late, can't do anything, already got a discount. $256 after discount for limited sleep. Your experience may vary, but don't count on any follow up. Nice enough room, has breakfast but no restaurant for supper.

Pretty new and nice Hotel. In great condition and the property feels modern. Very good choice in Revelstoke. Our price/value was really good for summer in the Canadian Rockies

The staff were amazing, room spacious , clean and comfortable. The facility is lovely.. Will definitely be back. Breakfast was very well organized, relaxing atmosphere and delicious.

The aroma in the room was overwhelmingly. I’m not sure whether it was a certain deodorizer or scent you used but it was just awful. We had to open the window all night.

Very good experience in this hotel. The room is big and comfortable, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tubs are great. The hotel is pet friendly and provided a cute kit for my dog. The only downside was the air conditioner that’s very loud, but I still recommend this hotel.

I keep returning to the same hotel: Best Western. Main reason is due to my initial stay i was able to bring my 2 small breed puppies with me. Ample areas for me to walk my doggies. I really enjoy the specialty coffee at the lobby. The breakfast is nice & early & tasty too. Parking has been safe. I can see my car out the window. You can book a spa service. Front desk is always amazing. Excellent customer service. Of course you can access the liquor store from the lobby. Chevron is across the street. Dennys is there too.

We've been to many Best Westerns throughout BC. This one is the best for hot tubs (2 or them, OUTSIDE!) and dogs. Pet friendly all the way, from the room being on the ground floor by an exit for easy puppy walks, the doggy gift bag, treats, mats and bowls, waste bags... you name it. The breakfast was superb! And for dinner we were recommended Nico's Pizzaria (had a menu) and they delivered right to our door. It was one of the best Pizzas we've had in a long time. We didn't use the exercise room, laundry or the massage facilities but they looked amazing. All in all 10/10 and we will be staying here again!

Yummy breakfast, comfy, quiet room, friendly staff. Lost a perfect score to a Luke warm shower (kind of a big deal) and dirty, finger printy exterior doors. Otherwise, great stay.

We stayed at Bestwestern Plus Revelstoke for a night in May. The hotel looks new, probably less than 2 years old. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. Free coffee was available in the lobby, although the coffee was instant Nescafe and not brewed. The room was average in size, newly furnished, with a clean, modern look, and came with a fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, and 2 comfortable Queen beds. Free complementary hot and cold breakfast was served from 7am to 10am in the lobby. Breakfast included bread, cereals with milk, fruits (apples, oranges and bananas), sausage and eggs, cooked oats (with cranberry, walnuts and granola toppings), and make your own waffles. Maybe the motel is new, the use of laundry (2 washers and 2 dryers) is free. There’s a liquor and convenience store adjoining the hotel open from 7am to 11pm, which sells mostly alcohol. If you’re staying in a room with east-facing window, do close the blackout curtains (outermost layer next to glass pane) as the glaring morning sun can wake you up.

The night person was extremely helpful, with everything when we checked in. However the staff in the morning has a few things that they could do better. I am talking about the front staff.

Location was easy to get to, right off the highway. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. The hotel, room and amenities exceeded my expectations for a Revelstoke hotel. Front desk staff, housekeeping staff were all very nice, helpful and friendly. I would definitely use this hotel again if I pass through the area for one night but not for our ski trip as a family of 4, we need more space.

Room was a little tight for a two queen bedroom with 4 people staying in the room for long term stay. They had a bar area in the room off the lobby, but seemed like they hadn't operated it in a long time. Washroom was outdated. Room was not deeply cleaned in between guests. Some Breakfast room attendants were not very hospitable and or stayed in the back room instead of attending outside.

Great spot! The room was quiet. For a free breakfast, the options taste really good. Most hotels microwave their "hot" entree options, but this hotel is actually cooking things like eggs on-site, and you can taste the difference. Beautiful hot tub area with mountain views. Shuttle bus to Revelstoke ski area stops directly in front of the hotel, and the hotel provides free shuttle vouchers at front desk. We took the shuttle bus from Kelowna airport so we did not need a car rental for our ski vacation. Free shuttle bus to take you 1 KM into the downtown area for great food starting at 5:45 PM.

Our room had sort of a wet dog smell. It's not the first time I have smelled a pet smell in a room that I've been staying in. In my opinion this hotel needs to have a pet designated floor and not let the pets spill over to other floors they definitely need to keep some rooms that are always pet free. I also asked for a quiet room and I was put on the side away from the hot tub which was good but then they put me right beside a stairwell so we could hear people coming up and down the stairwell and in and out of the stairwell door. Also I think the hotel has raised its price to too high.

The room was too cold when we arrived, we turned off the AC immediately. Also the breakfast area is very cold from the AC.

I have both a knee and a hip replacement, so the higher bar stools are more difficult for me to get into. Perhaps some more lower chairs.

Room was a good size. Shower pressure was good. Bed was comfortable enough.

Floors were mad dirty before we even got in the room ourselves, we used a cloth to wipe some of it but it was gross. The Heat Pump unit also wasn't intuitive. Didn't seem to kick in when it should've but did when it didn't need too. Location is okay but the surrounding grounds are gross, trash on the sidewalk, pet feces all over the place.

I don't like the small bottles.of shampoo etc. BW should be more environmentally friendly and have the larger dispensers on the shower wall.

Room clean, spacious. Prefer a coffee maker rather than a nespresso. Difficulty interacting with some front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff due to language barrier. Both mornings not enough food for everyone. Trouble getting an extra blanket to the room again I believe due to language barrier. Upon my daughter’s checkin her card would not work therefore I used mine for pre-authorization. Upon checkout my daughter got charged twice (apparently she got charged for someone else’s room as well as hers). Upon receiving my credit card statement (3 weeks after stay), I noticed I got charged for two rooms when I only had one room. I called the hotel, was told I needed to be put on hold for 5-10 minutes as he was checking people in so I said I would call back. Called back 15 minutes later and could not get through. I tried calling for the next hour with no-one answering. Called reservations; first call I got hung up on. Second call I got told to dispute the charge with the credit card. Emailed the front desk and manager. Manager called me the next day and over the next few days the issues (both my daughter’s and mine) were finally resolved.

Loved the breakfast. Fried eggs and not scrambled. Also, loved the shuttle bus to take you downtown and pick ya back up free of charge. Oh and cant forget the liquor store that is attached. Rooms clean and staff super friendly. Wish I had more time to stay to enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub overlooking the mountains.

They had gluten free bread for breakfast which is great. However no separate toaster. I would recommend staff to buy a small toaster and keep it inside, use it only for gluten-free bread

This was our second stay in a month. It has become our favourite. We love the atmosphere with friendly staff and cleanliness throughout the building.

The hotel itself is nice. Our room wasn’t. The air conditioner was very loud, it woke us up a number of times. The shower was a wheelchair accessible shower. The shower floor sloped down to the bathroom floor, understandably, but nothing to stop water all over the bathroom floor causing a real fall hazard, so we chose not to shower. The breakfast was great & nice atmosphere. The Expedia price of $225 turned into $264. Based on our room, it was way too much. The value wasn’t there. Oh, & right outside our window was the mechanical stuff on the roof. Glad it was just an overnight stop. Sorry, 1 1/2 thumbs down!

Downhill since our last visit. Problematic check-in which resulted in a formal apology by management. Housekeeping staff were very loud in early morning. Breakfast was ok but quality not so good and disorganized. Staff seem unfriendly and unmotivated. Large hot tub was entirely drained. Sorry buts it’s the last time we stay here as there are plenty of options in Revelstoke.
