Cuando llegamos de noche, nos dicen que no tenemos reserva, que Booking vendió más habitaciones de la cuenta y que hay overbooking. Como nosotros más de 10 familias que dejaron tirados de noche sin alojamiento. Tuvimos que dormir en el aeropuerto ya que fue el día de la caída del sistema informático de los aeropuertos de UK y no había forma de conseguir habitacion en ningún hotel.

The location was great; very central to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, bars. Wished I could have made it to their happy hour. Room on the ground floor was a bit small, but I didn't plan in staying in the room much.

The ground floor room was a bit small, and being on street level did have some crowd noise, but nothing off-putting.

The Resident Soho is superlative, the staff eager to accomodate. On one occasion, they prepared a birthday surprise for our grandson which meant a lot to him (and to us)

Location, on the first floor was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The little kitchenette was perfect for my stay. And the shower was SOOO nice.

The view could have been nicer, but in a city like London, I didn't expect to have a stunning view.

Excellent location very close to everything yet completely quiet. My corner room on the ground floor was great with plenty of light through the windows on both sides of the walls, the little kitchenette with a fridge was handy, the bathroom was fine size wise with a really good shower and lovely Molton Brown toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was excellent soft quality. Front desk staff in the day and at night/early hours were friendly.

Would have liked to have used a bar area.

Room was really loud and small. On the bottom floor. Could hear everyone on the street and in the lobby. Cleaning staff woke me up in the morning because their supplies are on the bottom floor.

Friendly and lovely staff. Super convenient to restaurants, transportation and shopping.

Room was quite good. The gym that they have affiliation with is very good though. Location is super, super, super good. Staff are helpful and fair. I promised to give them another chance - and I will.

A bit too expensive for a room with no breakfast, no pool, no gym in the hotel. Just seemed too steep. In addition, the AC kept going off, and it was one of the hottest weekends in London. Eventually I got transferred to another room (which was noisier). However, they deducted one night off so that was very fair. Hopefully UK gets better with AC tech guys - this kind of weather is supposedly a new thing.

Be mindful that the property behind the hotel is on the same level. This means they look straight into your bedroom window. Best to keep the blinds down to resolve the issue.

Soho location was perfect but it was also so quiet which was brilliant considering it was right in the middle of soho. Whole place smelled divine beds so comfy shower great free welcome Drink and they called when room Was ready (early)

The Resident Soho is a hidden gem of a hotel in one of London's most vibrant communities. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of during our brief but delightful stay. Hotel room was small but well appointed with a kitchenette and a very comfortable bed. Delighted to be given a welcome bottle of wine and also invited to join nightly wine reception. All of the staff are warm, welcoming and accommodating to any request.

As regular patrons of the Resident Soho, this visit met our expectations perfectly. Our trip centred around attending the opera La Bohemia at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden as well as dinners at fantastic restaurants such as Sabore & Quo Vadis. All were within easy walking distance, along with new late night drink destinations such as Donovan’s Bar (Browns Hotel), the Ivy Soho & Disrepute. Needless to say, we’ll be back!

I had a wonderful stay at The Resident Soho. The hotel’s central location makes it perfect for exploring London, with many attractions, restaurants, and transport links conveniently nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, providing a relaxing space after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail and overall ambience of the hotel made the stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Rama and Param for their outstanding hospitality. Their pleasant, professional, and warm approach truly stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience, always greeting us with a smile and offering helpful assistance whenever needed. The combination of a fantastic location, well-kept rooms, and genuinely caring staff made this a memorable stay. We had a wonderful two-night stay at The Resident Soho in London with our family. The location was perfect, making it easy to walk to many of the city’s top attractions, restaurants, and theaters. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Rama and Michael were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, making us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Resident Soho to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in London.

This place is awesome. Perfect right in the heart of everything. Michael, Rama, Linda and the team were incredible.

We had an amazing time at the Resident in SoHo!! The staff is unbelievable!! They made us feel right at home!! Rama Is the manager there & she is wonderful! Whatever we needed, she did it right away and always had a beautiful smile. She was very accommodating. She never made you wait!! In fact, the day we were checking out, we had a late flight but still had a tour & she was able to move our luggage (which was packed up) into another smaller room so we could refresh before we left!!! Parampiar Was also very helpful! If you called he always came quickly & with a big smile. They made us feel really good. We were all really wowed by their service & it was really a beautiful hotel. It was a very thought out layout of the room. It was just perfect!!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Resident Soho. Our room was clean and quiet with a nespresso coffee machine and filtered tab water. Huge TV screen just opposite our bed! Welcome drinks every afternoon in a very cosy lounge! Staff was extremely helpful and kind, always there to provide us with travel and sightseeing information, places to have breakfast and dine and answer all queries we had! We will definitely come back in our next visit to London! Strongly recommended!!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Resident SoHo. Upon arrival, our room was not ready. We explained that we had tickets to a play and they went out of their way to make it happen. I wish I had everyone’s name, but you kind lady know who you are. Thank you for saving our day! The bed/mattress was only second to the Ritz! Don’t worry that they don’t serve breakfast at the hotel. There are many great restaurants a short walk away. We loved the energy in the neighborhood of SoHo. We loved even more that we couldn’t hear a thing inside our room. Thank you for making our 10th anniversary trip special!

Had a wonderful stay in The Residence SoHo! The staff were all very friendly and professional and a shout out to Nishan especially who went above and beyond, offering to take our photo and putting up with our closed eyes etc and retaking these with good grace! The location is ideal and walking distance to the major attractions. The room was lovely, and very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely hotel, very pleasant stay and in walking distance to most everything an inquisitive tourist might want to see. Room was very cozy with everything we needed, loved being able to cast to the TV. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Nishan. Will definitely stay here again when we next want to visit the heart of Soho.

Absolutely superb location. The staff were all super helpful and very nice and friendly. Very calm and cozy atmosphere even in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of London. The rooms were very nice and tidy with a cute little kitchenette. We will definitely visit if I come back to London.

We honestly would give this experience 10 stars! It far exceeded all expectations. We were essentially treated like family over our extended stay. The room is large, air conditioned and extremely QUIET in a very busy and fun area of SOHO. It’s also quite beautiful. It’s so conveniently located to all forms of transportation to get anywhere that you need to go. There’s also a lovely park a few steps away to have a picnic or people watch. Huge shout out to Linda, Renna and John as well as housekeepers and the exceptional manager, Betina. They all went above and beyond to make our 10 year anniversary experience a truly spectacular one. Great location in Soho, while being amazingly quiet for sleeping, etc. We were there during the Pride Parade and the World Cup games and never even noticed the uproar in the neighborhood until we stepped outside the building. Instant help whenever we asked for something (down pillows, tissues, etc.). The front desk even secured chocolate bars from Tesco for us late one night -- exceptional service!! There are no luxuries in the hotel like a bar or restaurant but you are steps from the heart of SoHo, so no need. The price per night was comparable to similar hotels and fit our budget for a more upscale and modern room with refrigerator, microwave, and 3 beds. Incredibly clean and well-kept throughout. Small room but not as tiny as Paris or Rome. Would absolutely stay here again... great central location for exploring London and just steps from the underground and the Elizabeth Line to/from Heathrow.

Lovely hotel in a central location to shopping, restaurants, and sights in Central London. Just steps away from Tottenham Court Road tube station with direct Elizabeth Line access to Heathrow. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Emplacement parfait au centre de Soho, tout proche du métro et l' "Elisabeth line" qui va directement à l'aéroport d'Heathrow en 30 minutes. Chambre de taille moyenne mais bien agencée. Triple vitrage donc aucun bruit de l'extérieur.

Le prix mais il est connu que les hôtels à Londres sont très chers donc celui-ci est OK vu son emplacement. Les fenêtres ne peuvent pas être ouvertes, les stores laissent passer de la lumière.

Tout est parfait au Resident Soho. L'accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse et le professionalisme d'Ayush, qui nous a accompagné durant tout notre séjour (ainsi que tous les membres de l'équipe que nous avons recontré), l'emplacement, la propreté impeccable, le confort de la literie et le calme de la chambre. La kitchenette avec micro-ondes, frigo et eau filtrée est un vrai plus.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because the room is next to a steakhouse, and the smell of the meat entered the room via the bathroom vent all day long.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, quiet and incredible staff. Our flight was cancelled and we arrived a day late and the manager/staff went out of their way and made every accommodation for us given the challenges. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s absolutely worth the piece of mind. Although, I’d recommend booking directly with the hotel for a discount and if you hit bumps it’s easier for them to accommodate.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of it all, yet protected and cozy. You can walk anywhere, tranportation is close by. The kitchenette is a great help when you don't want to eat out 3 times a day. The staff is absolutely brilliant and goes above and beyond. AND: it wasn't noisy at all.

What an amazing experience! The hotel itself is perfectly situated - we could walk ANYWHERE. The rooms were perfect / extremely comfortable with enough treats ,coffee milk etc Cocktail hour was most enjoyable with a free glass of excellent wine in the very cosy modern lounge on the foyer. However, the best of all, was the staff. Each and everyone was warm,friendly and extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble- it felt like home from home. We enjoyed returning to this hotel at a convenient location with great service that offered a family room to accommodate 3 travelers. The service was consistently friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the Tottenham Court Underground stop (Elizabeth line) and walking distance to many plays. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was helpful. Even though there was a delay in getting the room ready, the staff went out of their way to give us a place to rest after our overseas arrival until the room was ready. Room was modern and clean and comfortable. Great stay!
