Nothing

Very clean and everyrhing

Everything, great location, beautiful view of the lake. Close to town. Bed was super cosy, good size room and bathroom, very clean and updated. Staff was amazing. Has a lift also so you don’t have to carry your suitcase up stairs.

Nothing

Great experience from receotion to leaving. Good location.

Views

Don’t have a chimney for cooking

位置非常棒，客厅和房间能看到美丽的陶波湖

房间隔音一般，早上走廊走路说话和外面马路车经过的声音都听得很清楚

Very spacious and comfortable unit.

It’s convenient for me and my wife

Nothing really

No plug in the bathroom basin

Arrived just before 6pm as the lovely host was about to close up for the night and walked into a beautifully warm room. Cannot fault any of the experience. Room was clean and beds were cozy and very comfortable. Plenty of amenities for a family of four. Views across the lake in the morning are amazing and it was a short walk to town for dinner. We'll definitely be back, would highly recommend.

About the bathroom room gate with second room is not good, should be separate gate

It noisey from other residents

Easy to get to and comfort was great

The outside lights for the motel would shine through the curtains

The view

Location good.

Heat pump seemed to be set at a low heat and had to,be kept on all the time.

Service, tidy room, lake view. Everything is good.we stay 3 times there.my daughter like this place very much.

Nothing to say about dislike ,everything is good

Beautiful location with good view

Amazing views

Amazing views handy location

I was well looked after when I had an accident in the street.

It was near the shops

Concrete walls were a put off , and it had a funky smell and booked a room showing a sea views but ended up at the back with a few of nothing

Easy to find. Decent sided room

Could not exit the second bedroom if someone was in the toilet as it was through Fair.

Beautiful location

Price could be more better.

Proximity to the lake

Leaking taps, noisy neighbours

Easy to navigate even after checking in late. I left something behind and they’re were so helpful. nice views comfy bed

Location was perfect for what I needed.

The small sink in the bathroom - made it hard to brush my teeth. Other than that, it was all good.

Room View

Perfect location, lovely amenities and view. Will stay again.

Perfect location opposite the lake and close to the centre. The room had a fridge which was very useful. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable, enjoyed the plunger coffee

Close to town lovely views from room

Lots condensation on windows mould on shower hose

Amazing view of the lake and mountains in the distance. Easy walking distance to town along the waterfront path. Restaurant/bar a few meters away and not far to the Sunday market too!

Comfortable, clean, good location.

Nothing

Clean and warm.

Good value for money

Poor security, there were no locks to the building hallways. Anyone can walk in off the street.

It has everything you need including a hair dryer and a fan. Very spacious and close to lake and town.

Very friendly welcome, upgrade to lake view room (it is mid-winter so not full). Comfortable bed. It was freezing cold overnight but the room had a heat pump which kept it warm. Great location, a short walk into the town along the lake. Great lake view. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is in need of a make over, I believe the owners are planning to upgrade the property and I wish them all the best with this endeavor.

No breakfast

Complex rather tired.

Easy to communicate with.

great location, value for money

Ubicación

Clean, great view, and easy walking distance to town.

Great stay

Nothinggreat

Tiny room, tiny sink

All getting a bit tired.

Location was the reason I chose Tui Oaks.

All was good.

We were upgraded to a better room and we appreciated that. Friendly staff and a central location make this a great place to stay when in Taupo.

Carpet in the bedroom and living area would be an asset in winter months. Vinyl is fine for kitchen and bathroom. Great location with

Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Belle vue sur le lac

Clean and bright,

No duvet , too cold with just coverlet

Lovely staff who kindly upgraded me to a lake view as they were not fully booked, which was much appreciated! The unit though older, was spotless and cosy with everything you need. Bed very comfy and loved having an electric blanket as it was a cold wintry night!

Lovely staff and kindly upgraded me to a lake view as not fully booked, which I really appreciated. Compact sudio but with everything required and very clean! Comfy bed and nice bedding. Quiet and cosy. It was nice to have the electric blanket as was a cold wintry night. Great location. Will book again.

Spacious room, good view. Great water pressure in the shower. Aircon in room worked well. It’s a short walk along the lake into town.

Lifts were being repaired when we were there. Car spaces are a bit tight if you have a larger car.

Cold waters for morning shower Beds ok View good

Cleanliness. Units could do with some basic upgrades.

Convenient

Restaurant hmm ok

A clean and comfort accommodation. We are in the third level with a excellent lake view. Good to have a walking along the lakeside in the morning.

Unfortunately, the elevator is under maintenance during our stay. It is inconvenient for luggage to deliver up to third level.

Location to town and the view were excellent

The building is old and in dis repair! Some serious work needs to be done. The shower pressure in this unit was minimal.

Prefect location

Free upgrade to a stunning lake view! Spacious comfortable unit.

Shared areas, stairs a bit tired.

Location view amazing staff

Bit tired but they doing up so will be amazing when finished

Fantastic location and the staff were very friendly

Lifts were being worked on at the time so there was noise and inconvenience associated with that

Close to the lake

No sky movies 😕

Enjoyed the view and location Reception staff member was extremely helpful. Loved the furniture as it wasn’t the usual cold black vynal that is often found in units. Well equiped kitchen

The room was very cold on arrival and took an extra heater to get it comfortable. The large spa bath ran the hot water cylinder out before it filled the bath.

An exceptional location. Very clean.

Great Location, fantastic view of Lake Taupo. Staff were brilliant Good size room

The motel is a bit dated, will require a facelift at sometime.

No complaints

Great place to stay. I originally booked for two nights but keep extending my stay due to ongoing building work at my own property; the lady on reception has been absolutely lovely and so helpful throughout with endless extra night bookings. The room has everything you need, it's quiet, clean, comfy, scent/fragrance free, well supplied and has great Wi-Fi that's enabled me to work from the room. It's also right across the road from the lake and well located close to town.

Nothing not to like. The shower pressure could be better but it's totally adequate and really not an issue.

Comfortable stay for the night

No

The reception was lovely. The view is awesome.

It needs an update, renovation.
