Awatea Park Motel

Awesome location and staff. Stayed in the studio, very comfortable and was able to cook on small stove.

Beds were a bit low

The bed suits me perfectly

Clean and tidy Close to town

Shower over bath when wet it.got slippery other than that everything amazing

The room is comfortable and well-furnished, kept spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Very friendly reception upon arrival, easy to book in, comfortable beds, very clean, love the upgrades. Very wrapped that I got same rooms as last stay. Will stay again.

Can't think of anything everything was perfect

개인 빨래를 할 수 있도록 잘 도와줌

부엌의 시실이 불편하고 낡아 있음

Very clean , great service and the room is suit for our family as private bathroom and kitchen recommended to all.

N/A

Good location and easy to find

The beds were uncomfortable and the shower was a hand-held (good shower pressure though)

Clean, comfy and nothing to complain about, good value.

all was as expected, good value

Wifi and TV was great.

Shower was the worst. Didn't topup and clean every day.

Professional. Clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful. Couriered my pillow that I forgot. And acted quickly to return it.

Nothing to note

Location is great, close to where I needed to be

Found no fault with property

Acessibilidade, limpeza, preço,

Quiet location clean room lovely staff

There is no breakfast option however had good breakfast at cafe named east end. I haven't asked if the motel provide breakfast however I was on very tight schedule for the day, checked in after midnight and got late checkout which is a blessing after 7 hours drive from akl

I wish I was staying longer to enjoy the vicinity of central Palmerston North, that's the only thing I deem I didn't like, but sure I'll be coming back again to sane property

Location was perfect

Showers ran cold after my partner took a shower so I ended up taking a cold shower

The bed was very comfortable and a nice quiet location and peaceful staff were great just a language barrier I think otherwise great so thanks

I didn't like the chairs in the kitchen and when I asked for a spatula I got a whisk lol over all it done the trick so thanks

Booked late due to a whanau tangi and needing last minute accommodation thankful to get in and the staff unexpectedly did our dishes which was nice of them

Nothing, was good

For the price it was good. Beds were comffy, room cleaned, and rubbish picked up daily. The shower pressure was great. They gave us 2 car parks so that was great, as travelled in 2 cars.

The pillows - take your own!! they are not great, very soft, single beds only had 1 pillow each so had to take cushions from couch. (NO spares in wardrobe) And unfortunately the toaster one side was not working. (but that maybe, motel didn't know)

Very accessible little unit and well set up.Definately a favourite xo

Bed mattress slipped off when moved but apart that excellent review.

Clean & comfortable. Staff very friendly.

Was close to town, very tidy very welcoming.parking was awesome, room size was gud for four people.

Shower pressure was ok but not great, shower head was very low,the main bed was very hard an uncomfortable the two single beds were very wobbly and narrow almost lyk they were made from a king bed base.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit - main bed very comfortable, but the two singles were exceptionally soft - maybe ok for children but be aware if you need a supportive second bed!!!

Clean comfortable and quiet

Nothing I enjoyed the peace

We got a free upgrade to a one bedroom unit. The staff were diligent and went the extra mile also anticipating anything else we might need (even free cookies). The unit was very clean (thanks cleaners), comfortable and welcoming with everything we needed for a great two day stay. My wife found the bed really comfortable but just a bit firm for me. Huge TV and full Sky TV available. Our unit was away from the road and very quiet and warm (heat pump). Really enjoyed coming back during the day to rest before heading out again.

The unit decor was dated to the mid 80's. Although clean and functional the unit would have been even better with a modern upgrade. We found it charming like a step back in time but future users may demand a more modern look.

Good size rooms and good heat pump for warmth

Beds and pillows could be better

Good value for price

No silent heating

Good facilities, very clean. Friendly guy on reception who kindly gave us a late checkout and an extra key. Sky TV a bonus.

Electric blanket on single bed too far away from plug.

Very clean. The young man gave great service. We asked for extra blankets and flannels and got given them. Thank you very much

Great location near Massey University. Fast Wi-Fi, 50-inch HD TV with 50+ HD channels for great football viewing. Efficient air conditioning pre-warmed by the manager prior to check-in. Clean room with air fryer and coffee provided.

Room was well presented and extremely clean & tidy . bonus with no unpleasant odors from previous occupants.

Double bed would be great for one person but with two of us we had troubles rolling into middle. Long night !!

Good value for price, had everything we needed for our stay. Toaster, microwave, air fryer. Good shower, good bed and a quiet location.

Excellent location close to Massey University. The place is clean, fully equipped and cosy. You can watch football games here, with a brand-new TV and more than 50 HD TV channels available.

Was a last minute booking so checked in late ...owners were very accommodating and had room unlocked ready for our arrival.

The room was lovely; everything at your fingertips that was required, and everything you needed was there; I loved the stay, so practical and very comfy.

Perfect place to stay and value for money. Good location, friendly owner and place is very clean. Everything we needed and would use again.

Equipped with a large high-definition TV and over 50 HD TV channels, it’s perfect for watching sports events. The facilities are complete, the staff are friendly and attentive, the location is excellent, and the place is spotlessly clean. Great value for money overall.

Location was good for event we attended

Toilet did not flush efficiently

It was very reasonable. A good place to stay for a night. Thank you.

Affordable, nice, clean and cozy. Very good privacy

The plumbing fixtures were not ideal.

Nice and quiet, clean and helpful staff.

Not enough room on benchtop with the rice cooker there. Bending down to the cutlery etc.
